I just saw that you used to be a wedding photographer??????? What????? That's so freaking cool. May I please ask if you have any fun stories while doing that?

Yes!! I actually did wedding photography for 11 years while I was working towards my B.A. and M.A. degrees, but then I got married right after I got my Master's and have been staying home with my kids for the time being. I've even dabbled in real estate photography and event photography around Chicago that were promoted by some athletes (but I don't do sports so I didn't really care 😅). But as for fun stories from weddings? OH BOY DO I.

I could honestly go on and on about some of the things I've witnessed in my time as a wedding photographer because we see EVERYTHING (and we do also manage to capture a lot of shit in the background of photos which is hilarious during editing time). Obviously I've been a part of many days that were really romantic and sweet with wonderful families and couples that literally made me cry real tears because you could tell they were in love. And I've also gone through horrible breakups then had to immediately go spend 14 hours on my feet photographing someone else's happiest day ever (which isn't fun when you're trying not to go cry in the bathroom 😅).

But as for fun stories? Well, I did have some strange requests from a couple wanting their Best Man streaking in the background of some of their wedding photos--but they had him do it without getting my permission first. So...that was...a very shocking and uncomfortable moment for me. But also NOT the only time I've had men naked in front of me for that job. It happened far more often than I'd care to admit. But also...WHY would you want permanent photos with your Best Man naked from your wedding day??

I've also had to sit in a party bus filled with a very drunk bridal party and watch the Best Man and groom get into a heated argument which then led to them getting into a physical altercation with each other on the steps of that state's capital building (I sometimes traveled out of state for weddings so it was not my state and I regretted traveling for it). That was definitely an odd wedding that I was so uncomfortable at and to this day I have no idea what they were fighting about, either.

I've also had to overhear grooms convincing their new brides to sneak off to go have sex somewhere at the venue real quick, dealt with bridezillas/groomzillas, and even the overbearing mother of the bride. I've had those Guys That Don't Take No For An Answer hit on me while I'm trying to work, and I've even photographed an ex's sister's wedding. Honestly, you meet all kinds of people as a wedding photographer 😅

But I think the wedding that forever sticks out the most to me was the biggest wedding I'd ever done in downtown Chicago. It was at this very grand, very expensive hotel and this couple had rented FOUR rooms for each event of their wedding day. The bride had literally 3 engagement rings and a wedding band, two dresses, and a 7 foot cake. I'm saying this wedding cost easily over $200,000. And you know what she told me she wanted pictures of? The decorations and her little dog. She barely let me photograph her and her husband. I had to convince her for the few photos I got. They'd been dating for ten years, and by the time I had their wedding photos edited a few weeks later, I wasn't really surprised when she told me they'd already broken up. Like...what??

I've definitely experienced a lot of interesting moments at that job, I will say that. And I will say it's not one I'm probably going back to again 🤣

The original idea was to make Y/N very Barbie coded, but at the end I'd say she's Barbie inspired and I focused more on the fashion icon part of the request. Lots of Yuuna-related asks recently (and for good reason!) so I decided to lump them all into one post :DD

Yes, Yuuna is very cute~ The alternating genders of the manga!Yuus has actually been a pretty popular theory for a while now, actually! Some believe this is meant to be the Yuus having the opposite genders as the Great Seven member of their respective books/dorms. But yeah, the pattern seems likely at this point.

The mangaka for the Episode of Scarabia is Majiko-sensei! They have previously contributed a chapter to the manga anthology. You can read more about their past works here.

I'm not sure if "[taking] care of [one's] appearance" is the right phrase to use (as it unintentionally implies other Yuus are slobs/don't care about how they present themselves, when that's definitely not the case)? Maybe it would be more accurate to say, "Yuuna has stereotypically feminine aesthetic tastes", though it's more immature and preppy than Vil's is. I think Yuuna has a cuteness that's more characteristic of Cater than Vil--but all three of them definitely have overlap in their interests in makeup, fashion, social media, etc. I feel like Yuuna would get along with them both!! We do technically see her interacting with Cater (they take a selfie before he departs for winter break) and are assumed to have already known each other due to the events of books 1 and 2. Too bad we don't really get to see them interact in those books... and that we won't see Yuuna interact with Vil for the Episode of Pomefiore. We'll have a new Yuu by then (which gets into my disappointment with never being able to fully follow a single manga!Yuu and their character arc through to the end of the main story...)💦

Yeah, it's nice to have variety in the manga!Yuus' personalities, skillsets, and interests! ^^ It makes them a lot of fun to follow, even if we know they'll only be with us for the length of one book/dorm.

I've personally really been loving Yuuta and Yuuna a lot. Yuuken and Yuuka are also nice, but I find that their general characters are kind of similar (athletic and level-headed) and don't differ enough to result in interactions unique from game!Yuu (with perhaps the exception of them being able to physically contribute to battles). This is not true of Yuuta and Yuuna, whose abilities extend to other areas and therefore have a larger impact on the world and its characters. The manga!Yuus also speak to the diversity of Yuus we see in the fandom. I know a lot of us were waiting for a girl Yuu (which we got with Yuuka), a Yuu of different body type (which we got with Yuuta), and a very femme presenting Yuu (which we got with Yuuna). Yuuken is also great because he was the first Yuu we got that actually had the ability and the confidence in his fighting capabilities to charge head-on into an OB fight.

Ok, so for the main drawing... I had sort of bounced around a few ideas, but then decided to settle on this AU. Why? Because I wanted to be a little self indugent. 😆 I really like the Hades & Persephone story, and I've also been on a bit of a "Epic the Musical" kick, so Greek Gods have been on the brain!

It was a pretty challenging drawing... partly because of Dean's pose, but mostly because of backgrounds! Who knew that by drawing a spring diety that meant it'd require drawing lots of nature and flowers! (Thank goodness for brushes in CSP 🙈😂)

I'm really really happy with how the main piece turned out! It's definitely one of my faves!

I created this little drawing for my own purposes when I post on Instagram, and also for those who swipe through the art on Tumblr out of habit. 😂 Ok! Here we go!

NiksFics wrote a beautifully tragic scene where Dean's little fox companion passes away. 💔 I cried while reading it, but I also just had the most vivid image of them kneeling near Zita's grave under the willow tree. I decided not to include their crowns because I wanted to sort of visually symbolize that they're not acting as Gods at the moment, but as people who are feeling genuine sadness and loss.

When I got to this scene in the fic, I knew I just HAD to draw Dean being a total badass as his new role as co-ruler of the Underworld! Seriously, I need ALL of the takes of Persephone being an ultimate boss! I decided to give him a bit of an outfit change along with their crowns adapting to their new blood bond (which was all NiksFics idea! I was so blown away and was like "Hell yeah that is awesome that their crowns change!!" I had the song "Pomegranate Lips" by Derivakat on repeat while drawing this btw. 😆

Chapter dividers that NiksFics requested since there were some POV changes! She came up with the idea for hyacinth flowers as the dividers, and I thought they were an awesome choice! The dark blue symbolizes Cas (dark blues for the underwold), while the pink is for Dean (I was trying to mimic the color of a pomegranate blossom).

I had an appointment at Annabelle’s Daycare today (with P.). I was looking for a free childcare place for my son. For children under 2 years, it's really difficult to get a place. But I had no other options. My parents were both still working full-time and Nico, well! What should I say? He was never there for us anyway. Everything that had to do with our little one was stuck on me. Anyway, back to the actual topic. Philip! 🤨

After my appointment, P. and I went to his place. My little one was at my Mom's. She had the day off, so I had some time to myself. To be honest, I wanted to talk to Philip about Bianca. Their separation came quite.... unexpectedly? I have often seen the two together and rather had the impression everything would be fine. Just like B., Philip didn’t really want to talk about the breakup. Instead, he changed the subject and started talking about N..

Philip: Why is this thing between B. & me so important to you?

Me: She fell in love with you and Annabelle also liked her. 😕🤷‍♀️

Philip: So??... Listen! I’ve tried, but B. and I are way too different. Sometimes it’s better to go separate ways... But what about you? Why are you still so sad about Nico? I told you he wasn’t cheating! And as it turns out, I was right! 🤨

Me: Still, he doesn’t give a shit about me! Besides, I’ve been really fucked up the last few months. All those pills, I-.... I had to struggle not to relapse. I was alone with our Baby. He didn’t care about any of it, and even when I was in the hospital, he never called me! 😒

Favorite scene(s): OH MY GOD, let me see… Yelena and Bob in the attic (oh my god my heart) all the banter between the team, the final scene with everyone hugging Bob, the climbing up the elevator shaft scene, the post credits scene, etc. So many good scenes.

Notable quote(s): I can’t really remember any of the quotes word for word, but all the banter and quips and jokes were awesome! The line about John saying that Sentry turned his shield into a taco was great 😆

General thoughts:

WHERE TO BEGIN????? OH MY GOD I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF THIS.

First off– this movie was HILARIOUS! I did NOT expect it to be as funny as it was. I laughed out loud at 90% of the jokes, and the banter and quips between the characters was amazing and hit me in all the right places. John Walker stole the show in terms of humor.

The action was great!! I also loved how the movie was serious when it needed to be serious, and it obviously had some REALLY depressing themes and dark topics discussed. The movie balanced the humor and banter and lighthearted, funny moments with serious moments really well imo.

The mental health themes hit me so hard. I have treatment-resistant depression and I tend to have pretty bad episodes every couple months. The whole physical manifestation of depression, the feeling alone part, describing depression as a VOID, feeling like you're nothing, that you always make things worse, DAMN that hit. Bob's story and journey was so emotional, his relationship with Yelena was incredible and was really the heart of this movie. I love that Bob comes off as this wholesome, quirky guy who doesn't really know what's going on, but then underneath, there's this darkness and tragedy of his life, his abuse, the addiction, etc. Throughout the whole movie, but especially in the scenes with him and Val, you can SEE him practically BEGGING for validation and appreciation. That man wants so bad to be loved and be okay and FEEL okay. Val gave him that false sense of security for a bit, and to see him turn on her was so awesome. The finale, of course, was phenomenal, so emotional!!! Yelena and Bob's moment in the attic was amazing and the performances were SO good. Seeing Bob as this random, quirky guy through the whole thing and then in the attic scene, we see him vulnerable and broken down and when Yelena starts trying to talk to him about his issues and depression, Bob immediately gets really emotional and looks away. You can SEE him breaking down, trying not to cry, trying not to show it. Then finally, during the amazing, life-saving group hug in the finale, he finally breaks down sobbing, falls back, and ACCEPTS the hug.

BOB IS MY CINNAMON ROLL AND I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. Recently with MCU projects, it's been REALLY hard for me to get invested in brand new MCU characters. For some reason, I don't really resonate or gravitate toward brand new characters in the MCU anymore. But for some reason it was SO goddamn EASY to love Bob. From the moment he showed up, I loved him. I was super interested to see his character from the trailers because I loved his vibe and energy from the trailers– he just seemed like an interesting character from the get-go. But i did not expect to fall in love with him to a point where I want to hold onto him and never let go. But I do love how delicately and respectfully the movie handled his trauma, he’s such a complex character, I love it. I’m so interested to see where his character goes in MCU.

Also, speaking of the trailers, I think the trailers misled us in the best way! Or at the very least, misled ME. The trailers focused on the action, the banter, and also the Void as the villain. I consider Val to be the main antagonist of the movie. She was the main obstacle and the main roadblock the whole time, whereas the Void just showed up for the finale. The trailers made Bob/The Void/Sentry out to be the main villain. I don't know the comics at all, so I didn't know what to expect from his character, and once I realized that he wasn't the villain and he was actually the victim, I fell in love with him even more. His character is so interesting!!!!

This was Yelena's movie. She shined SO bright. The movie also opened and closed on a close up shot of her with her eyes closed and her taking a deep breath. The opening and final shots were of her, so the film was bookended by Yelena, at two different points emotionally and mentally.

Taskmaster's death didn't bug me at all, lol. Taskmaster and Alexei are my two least favorite Thunderbolts members (even Alexei was pretty funny in this movie), and I didn't feel the lack of Taskmaster at all tbh. I also think it was a really ballsy, gutsy move to kill her off in the first act. Marvel ain't messing around.

The post-credits scene made me SO hype. Also, Pedro and Sebastian are going to be in the same Avengers movie, two of my celeb crushes in the same movie, in the same ROOM maybe? Holy SHIT am I excited.

Easily the best MCU project since Endgame, BY FAR. In the middle of the film on my first viewing, I thought to myself "if this movie went on forever, I'd enjoy every second." And when I walked out of the theater after the first viewing, I IMMEDIATELY wanted to go back in and watch it again. The rewatch-ability seems to be REALLY strong with this one.

Anyways, I think that's it for my thoughts? If I missed anything, I'll probably edit it and add it.

Due to my own mental health shit, my motivation to write fanfiction has been pretty much zero for the past month and a half, but this maybe might be changing that finally???? I'm getting the urge to write fanfiction again, and so I might be writing some cute found family Thunderbolts Avengers tower one-shots sometime soon??? If I write and post any, I will link them on Tumblr!

"For fuck's sake." Husk was mad. Very mad.

You had decided to bake something for the group, some simple chocolate chip cookies. You were following a recipe you had found online, and everything was going great, until you confused Farenheit with Celsius. That lead to, not only the cookies being burnt, but the smoke also activated the sprinkles in the kitchen.

Coincidentally, Husk had just entered the kitchen to look for a snack.

So now Husk is wet, and he hates being wet.

You felt terribly sorry, apologising a million times as Husk kept telling you it was okay, but you could tell he was angry, even if he tried to hide it to not hurt your feelings.

So you offered to help him dry up, taking him to the bathroom and caressing his body with a towel. However, his fur seemed to be hyper-absorbant since that didn't really seem to help and Husk kept being annoyed at his current state.

He closed his eyes and sighed, your fingers lifted his chin up so you could start using the towel to dry up his face. He groaned.

"Sorry" you mumbled "I'm almost done."

His eyelids opened slowly, finding you close to him, his dark eyes fixed on yours, you noticed he started studying your face, growing ashamed of the fact you were ashamed.

"Really though, it's okay" You looked away from him as he spoke. "I really don't mind."

"Except you do." You took a step back, away from him, unaware of the fact Husk wanted you to be closer not further. "I can feel it."

"I mean- yes I was a bit annoyed..." you turned your gaze towards the floor, when he realised this, he held your chin, forcing you to look at him. "but, it's okay. It will be a funny story." You smiled at him and he chuckled. "How do you even confuse Farenheit with Celsius?" You laughed. "I really don't know. I guess I never bake." "I'll have to teach you then."

"Oh, I would love that."

A silence filled the room, yet not uncomfortable. The towel was now laying on a table while you both stared at eachother, smiling.

Husk's eyes moved towards your lips, it seemed as if he was almost analysing them.

You noticed this. "Do you like my lips or why are you staring?" You teased, he immediately stopped staring and you could see how his cheeks where gradually getting redder. "I'm joking, don't worry." "Yes." You looked at him confused. "I do like them." It was your turn to blush as he got up and closer to you, a finger of his over your lip. "They're quite pretty." Your body went stiff, realising what was going on: dim lighting, silence, being the closest to one another you had ever been.

Oh, and also, Husk had just confessed he liked your lips, whatever that meant.

Dark eyes wandered over your mouth, following his thumb as it now slid to the other side. Hesitantly, he moved even closer until his lips hovered over yours. The anticipation that filled the room made sure to cut off both your breathing and his. But then, Husk closed the distance between your mouths, hidden feelings bursting out into the open. Husk’s kiss was soft, and you made sure to reciprocate slowly, easing into the unknown sensation of kissing him.

When the kiss stopped he remained still. Your shaky hands slid up his torso, fingertips grasping his fur to keep him in place for as long as the sweet burning sensation sat on your guts. You weren't sure of what came over yourself, maybe it was the curiosity of having him as more than a friend. Maybe it was the thoughts that had constantly whispered at the back of your head how attractive you thought he was, the thoughts you had made sure to ignore and so you never acted on them. Maybe it was the thrill of crumbling his aloof and distant demeanor in between your hands.

Maybe it had been all of those things together, but you slightly and eagerly nudged your nose against his. And so he kissed you again, with a deep sigh of surrender and his hands roaming up your thighs. The sounds of kissing filled the kitchen, your tongue sliding across his tongue, his hungry mouth now fighting against your, your hands moving towards his neck. His fingers squeezed your skin, a breathy exhale left your throat almost becoming a soft whine.

“What…” the cat-like bartender tried to form a coherent sentence, but it seemed like his brain for once wasn’t cooperating.

“I…” you cleared your throat, blinking a couple of times “I don’t know.”

He swallowed, trying to find words once again.

“Listen, I…”

“It’s okay” nervously you tightened your grip on the back of his neck, now anxious of letting him go “we don’t have to talk about this today or tomorrow. We can just… forget it happened.”

“We can just let it be… for tonight.”

“Yeah” you pulled him close again, his body relaxed as he followed your movement and searched for your lips once more.

“Yeah, just for tonight…”

is ML awakening good/worth a watch? I never watched it because ppl kept putting down the show to prop it up as being better at the time so I didnt want any weird biases to cloud my judgment. On the other hand, I remember ppl criticized s5's finale for not having adrien being relevant but then praise the movie's finale despite it not having marinette be relevant (correct me if im wrong, but sounds like things wouldve solved faster if she gave up and didnt believe in herself )

I think it depends on your tastes: if you really love the show and the characters, you probably won't like the movie. But if you're salty about the show (especially if you've been salty about it for a long time) then from what I've seen, people tend to like the movie more. Though you might also end up liking both the movie and the show, recognize each their flaws and qualities and have a fun time without feeling like you have to compare them!

So my advice would be :

If you love the show and the characters (and especially Adrien's characterization in the show), I don't think watching the movie is really worth it. But if you have friends who love the show to watch the movie with, it can be a fun experience to watch it together and laugh at it.

If you like the show but aren't necessarily too invested in it or even if you're invested in the show but are a casual watcher who doesn't analyze everything, I'd say you can give the movie a try and you'll probably have a good time at best, or quickly forget about it at worst.

If you are salty about the show and were especially disappointed in the S5 finale (or more about Adrien's non-involvement in the finale fight) and are looking for more Chat Noir / Hawkmoth confrontation than what we got in the show's finale, and if you aren't too attached to Adrien's characterization in the show, I would say you'll probably love the movie and should watch it!

I'll share more of my personal opinions / experience undercut that also answer some of your questions about the finale regarding Marinette and Adrien's involvement without spoiling the plot too much, but beware because I'm not a fan of the movie so it's up to you to read my biased opinion 😆

So even though I was disappointed in a few things in S5 (namely Adrinette dating pre-reveal), I would take that over the movie any day 😅 The characters were ooc to me (especially Adrien, I really didn't like their take on him), the writing is pretty basic imo, the musics aren't "bad" per say but they're cheesy and not at all memorable (and they sing wayyy too much imo - take a Disney and make it worse in terms of musical interruptions). And you're right, the movie finale has more Adrien in it - in fact, it feels a lot like fanservice in terms of Hawkmoth & Chat Noir type of content, but to the expanse of their main character: Marinette. Which is kinda disappointing for a story with a female lead imo. So to me, the movie finale wasn't satisfying to watch - more frustrating than anything because of the conclusion of it (I don't wanna spoil it in case you decide to watch it). We also don't really get to see the characters develop their relationship a lot (which makes sense because you can't have the same development in 1h45 than in 5 seasons), so it also doesn't help in making the finale satisfying to me. And I will say those who were satisfied probably were because they have seen the characters interact in the show and are watching the movie as if Adrien & Marinette had the same development, which they don't have.

I've watched the movie 2 times, one with the ML French culture gang at the theatre and we honestly had a great time laughing at how bad we thought the movie was, but our opinions were the same. And another time with @yeet-noir & @amimons because they hadn't watched it and wanted to see what I meant when I said it was bad. Again, we had fun making fun of it but they also didn't like the movie and I think we were overall frustrated with the fact that we think that it's not depicting a good image of the show, especially for people who only watched the movie (and we were frustrated at people saying it's tooooons better than the show hahahaha). But that's our personal opinion, and someone who loved the movie would tell you a different story for sure!

This is a really interesting question because I've thought about it before. Not gonna lie, I'm tempted to say Break Me Down (Soldier Boy x Reader) and its sequel stories. I do think it would be hard to make that an "original" world, since The Boys is such a specific universe, and a lot of that story relies on S1-3 plot to make sense. But you did say, "ignore the fanfic element." 😂

Officially though, I think I have to go with...

Smoke Eater (Firefighter!Dean Winchester x Reader). I think of all my series, that one has the most original elements and the most meat to it, even though there are a lot of canon SPN Easter eggs woven into the plot line and the characters. I think at its core, the story can stand on its own if I decide to adapt it into a novel.

Actually though, I could say the same of The Honorable Choice & it's sequel, Outlander (Cowboy!Dean x OFC). If I changed the names and tweaked it just a little, I could try to get it published. 🤔 We'll call that one a novella. 😆

2) What kind of book cover do you think it would have if it were in a bookstore to pull in readers?

I think for BMD, the cover would have to go for Mr. and Mrs. Smith vibes lol. Maybe the two opposing characters of Ben vs. the heroine (in my OFC version on Ao3 I named her Lila actually) in silhouette: him holding a cigar on one side, and her holding a gun on the other. 😂

For Smoke Eater, it could be like one of those classic rom-com style covers, but more modern, like Nora Roberts. Bold letters on a sensuous backdrop of some kind. Coils of smoke. 😂❤️‍🔥

And for honorable mention with The Honorable Choice/Outlander, I think we've gotta have a classic western cover that shows the backdrop of Wyoming plains or something. Could be overlaid with Dean in his military uniform, riding on Baby offering his hand to a Native American woman representing Mila? 🤔 I honestly imagine Monica from Yellowstone, or Amber Midthunder from the movie Prey.

Idk I'm not a designer, but I did have to take Intro to Book Design when I was getting my master's.

In the spirit of the Olympics: ASOIAF characters and their Olympic sports

Jamie Cersei obviously a tennis doubles team thanks @melrosing for ur big brained art. Tywin is their coach and has been abusing training them since they were like seven. Consistent natty champs but haven’t scored a Wimbledon title yet and have yet to get gold at the Olympics (they have one bronze one silver). Mostly because Cersei breaks her racket every time things start going wrong. Also because Jamie is so full to the brim with shame and need for daddy’s recognition that he starts breaking down almost immediately once the point gap starts to widen

Brienne is a long distance swimmer she’s the Katie Ledecky of Westeros no one can touch her do you see her wingspan??? Usually finishes 5-15 seconds before everyone else sometimes other ppl aren’t even in the frame. Has multiple gold medals at this point and has been to the Olympics twice before she even turned 20. Lesbians go crazy over her online

Arya does some type of shooting and she’s like those tiny little teenagers that show up and blow all of their grownup competition out of the water. Steady hand and crazy aim. OR she does fencing and has a super unique style that gets the internet really into it for a couple of weeks. OR judo in the lightweight class. She’s so talented 🙂‍↕️ she’s definitely medaled at her first games when she’s like 14

Sansa is very obviously a figure skater like!!!! Of course she is!!! She is obsessed with her lines and artistry and takes ballet classes in order to improve her fluidity. She’s a young star in women’s singles, mostly for how graceful and fluid she is when she moves, and for her very gentle/pretty/romantic choice of costumes, music, and choreography. But she really wants to do pair skating mostly because she wants to have a romantic story to tell at their wedding (yes Joffrey is the potential partner)

Dany plays field hockey and she is sooooo cute and fun and peppy off the field and is so charming during all the interviews and always gives the girls a great inspirational speech and is just a very good leaderly figure in general. And then the game starts and you see a 5’2 platinum blonde sprinting towards u with blood and malice in her eyes and a big stick in her hands. She wants gold and by god does she get gold. Occasionally body checks ppl but she’s just too small for rugby.

Robb is a young rugby star he’s so handsome and muscular and all of his interviews go viral everyone’s obsessed with his training videos that the team TikTok posts. Soooo good too he’s on the Olympic team at 18 and he’s just sprinting down that field and dominating the game. But he’s so oblivious to it all the love when ppl ask if he’s dating anyone he’s like why would I do that I have to bulk up and focus on my game 🤨 and then runs off to meal prep with Theon (who does not meal prep but is obsessed with him)

Jon is an ice hockey guy to me. So dark and brooding while he’s sitting on the bench and he’s all locked in when it’s time to start playing he’s just so serious ab it he lives for The Game. But every time his buddies score a goal he goes absolutely batshit crazy and just loses all composure. And when they win he starts ugly sobbing. There’s a viral photo of him after winning his first gold just standing on the podium with snot and tears running down his face while the rest of the team is like 😁😁😆😄 him and Robb train together but Jon has absolutely no media training every interview is a disaster

How I Believe Cliva Would Organically Happen Post-Band Together

Viva’s POV

Viva never thought of Clay that way.

They were a great team. They were best friends and their found-family.

They, along with a lot of the other PuttPutt’s, didn't really look into finding partners, getting married, or having kids. Some did. But the world just seemed too dangerous to bring children into.

When the PuttPutt Trolls were reunited with Pop Village and the Bergen threat was resolved, it opened many doors for many new opportunities/ experiences/ possibilities.

Viva decided she maybe wanted to move on with her life and maybe start a family.

Poppy asked, “Why not Clay?”

Viva laughed saying he’s always so serious, he didn’t seem like her type. Nothing wrong with him, just not for her like that. Even still, she doesn’t think he would want someone like her. He wouldn’t want someone so loud and out of control like her.

From then on she just happens to start noticing another side of Clay that she’s never seen before.

This Clay was relaxed, happy and a lot of fun to be around. (Whether he admitted it or not)

She noticed how he would interact with Trollings and laugh with his brothers but still put in every effort to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Suddenly her potential suitors just… weren’t Clay.

Uh Oh!

Viva officially had a crush.🩷

Clay’s POV

Same original opinions as Viva.

Never considered her as a potential love interest before.

Never considered anyone really. They were always so busy surviving.

They made a great team and she was his best friend.

His brothers continuously teased the both of them.

Clay tolerated it.

Other random Trolls mistook them for a married couple all the time.

He and Viva would laugh about it.

Viva said she was sorta sad that she couldn’t speak Spanish to anyone.

Clay learned the whole language to surprise her.

Clay also happened to be writing a book called Rooster and Hare.

It was loosely based on their experiences in the Hole n Fun. ⛳

Clay would read his drafts to Viva and bounce ideas off her. She loved the story and always looked forward to the next chapter.

Then Tresillo happened.

At first Clay didn’t mind, he was just another Troll.

He noticed the back and forth flirting between them.

Goddamn it, he spoke Spanish with Viva before Clay could surprise her.

But he’s totally not jealous…He was happy for her.

Viva can go to Tresillo now…He can be the one she laughs with and hugs and seeks comfort from…

If she wanted to marry him? Fine! If she wanted to have Trollings with him? Fine!

Clay was fine with that…
