I get some version of these pretty much every day so I thought I'd make an FAQ:

What is my dominant planet/How do I find it?

If you knew enough about astrology and your birth chart, you would know which planet influenced you the most. Most people acutely feel a combination of at least 2-3 planetary influences most strongly. In reality, every single planet and nakshatra in our chart influences us but we probably aren't self-aware enough/knowledgeable about astrology enough to see how it impacts us. Each planet correlates to a different area of your life. Since Sun represents the soul/outer self and Moon represents the mind/emotions, its safe to say these 2 placements impact every area of life but when it comes to relationships/creativity/beauty, you channel your Venus whether you're aware of it or not and same goes for all other planets. Whenever you do something of a creative bent, you tap into your Ketu, your education is affected by your Mercury and Jupiter, so on and so forth.

If you're very new to vedic astrology or if you haven't been able to figure out your dominant planets, just let it be!! This is not a puzzle to be solved, there is no way for you or somebody else to mechanically calculate your "dominant" planet. I don't know you, I don't know what you look like, what your personality is like, so there is absolutely no way for me to tell what influence comes through most acutely.

Also, the concept of "dominance" itself is pretty much a made up one (thanks Claire Nakti) so literally, just chill out!!! Read about your placements, and learn more about astrology instead of trying to claim planets. You're influenced by your whole chart, its that simple. That's it.

Astrology helps us understand our strengths and weaknesses, there is no placement that comes as a death sentence of some sort. I feel like most people don't understand that your birth chart is supposed to make you self-aware of your natural inclinations, tendencies, patterns etc so that you can work with them/make necessary changes etc. Your chart is NOT set in stone. Human behaviour is far too complex to be narrowed down to a birth chart. It shows your INCLINATIONS, which means that if you're self aware, you can make necessary adjustments to work on unhealthy habits/tendencies.

Astrology is not "this is who you are, you suck",, it's a tool for self-growth.

If you have difficult placements, you need to pay more attention to them and work on those areas. Why on earth would you just accept that everything is fcked and its game over for you bc of what the stars said??? Sorry to be rude but that's dumb af?? You were not put on this earth to be miserable until the day you die, EVERYBODY has difficult placements, if you remain ignorant of it/avoid it, you will continue to live in ignorance and suffer from the same things you always have and not know why.

Every single religion is made up. God never said only brown people from the Indian subcontinent can worship me. But that said, do your research and actually be invested in it. I feel like some people approach this in a Buzzfeed-y "Which Disney Princess Am I?😍" type of way which is 🤦🏻‍♀️but religion isn't something to be sampled, if ykwim?

You don't have to attain Guru levels of religious insight/expertise either. Most practicing Hindus probably know very little about their religion and truth be told, Hinduism is soooo vast, expansive, varied and eclectic that people practice it in thousands of different ways across the country with their own unique rituals/customs, so everybody who practices the religion makes it their own, in some ways?

Build an altar if you can, dedicate a certain time of the day and space of your room/house to just prayer. By making something sacred, we feel its divinity permeate our lives. Rituals are a major part of every religion because acting with intention helps us feel like our lives have meaning.

Always chant after you've showered, sit facing east, look at a picture of your deity or visualise them and chant quietly. Most people use prayer beads but you can also just count them on your fingers. Its often said that when you chant, others should not be able to hear you. If you use prayer beads, keep them covered in a box after use. You've energetically charged them with your chanting and its not good to leave them exposed because they'll pick up on other vibrations from the surroundings. Do not chant after you've just eaten!!

Picking a deity is all about intuition. If you don't feel called to anybody, just chill out and keep studying their mythology. You can always chant 'Om'.

I used to chant Buddhist mantras like 'Om mani padme hum' and 'nam myoho renge kyo' and they're not directed to any deity so if you're worried about that, you can always chant non-deity mantras as well.

The purpose of chanting mantras is to keep your mind calm and still. Even if you repeat a certain affirmation in English several hundred times, it has the same effect.

Batman Issue #137 is fantastic

It's written so well it feels like a literary masterpiece, and I'm truly in awe of how well it's done. The parallelism, the character development and deterioration, the logic, the emotion, the art-all of it is spectacularly written. Like the people who wrote this issue must be some kind of geniuses to condens nearly a century of dc comic writing to come up with this. I highly, highly suggest everyone go read it because this is the most accurate representation of the members to date.

I know what I said is a contentious opinion but I think we need to step back from the issue and evaluate it from a "who is batman" perspective.

Batman at his core is a selfish human being. He created the identity because he wanted vengeance for the murder of his family, not because he particularly wanted to save the world. It's this desire that led him into a world of crime fighting because he refused to be the same as the person holding the gun.

Batman 137 is the peak depiction of Batman as an uncontrollable force of nature and what I love about this comic is they nailed him to a T. The batfamily's perception of Bruce are so accurate.

Dick and Barbara are exactly on the dot. He is out of control but also he's doing this to be in control.

Canonically, Bruce has a god complex.

And I know I shouldn't quote wiki but I like the way they worded their response:

"A god complex is an unshakable belief characterized by consistently inflated feelings of personal ability, privilege, or infallibility. The person is also highly dogmatic in their views, meaning the person speaks of their personal opinions as though they were unquestionably correct."

That is the core of who Bruce is.

Every action Bruce takes, he believes it is the best action. He is confident in his ability and he ensures his successes through planning and training. I believe in Dick and Barbara's points combined-Bruce is going out of control in order to be in control. He feels what he has done is not enough and thus is doing everything he can to correct that issue. To him, his personal opinions are unquestionably correct because he has analyzed every possible route to proceed in and has come to the one he believes is best.

This man was never meant to be a lovely family man which is precisely why Robin is so important to batman. Him hugging his kids, saying he's sorry, praising them-that's him on his very best days where everything is going his way. It's him on days where he's reaching into the past. It's him on days where he's tired and broken done. But that's not who he is at his worst.

And this issue is the downward cascade of his mental state.

At his worst, Bruce is the type of person who beats his kids for not following his rules:

Where Jason sees leniency, Bruce sees fault.

That's what makes their relationship so amazing. Bruce and Jason will never see eye to eye because their fundamental beliefs are different. It's a teetering relationship because they love each other but they can never accept each other and that delicate balance makes them so exciting (yeah sorry I love fcked up relationships).

Before I can explain Tim's interaction, I need to drop Dick's, Cass's, Stephanie's and Duke's too

Okay back to Tim. Notice the extent of Bruce's reaction to each of the batfamily's views. Jason's view is the farthest from Bruce's and as a result he received the harshest punishment. Tim's view is grey and in response, Bruce's answer was grey too - a warning but not a damnation. Dick, Cass, Stephanie, and Duke's view on the issue was silence. They express no stand on the Selina vs Bruce's debate of criminals and as a result they receive an answer fitting of that.

The writers characterized each member of the family so, so, SO well. Everyone's perspective and character was on point and it didn't degrade any of their abilities, strengths, emotions, beliefs, or anything.

Furthermore, the family stands as one.

Dick checks in on Jason's mental health and makes sure he's feeling okay. Tim stops Bruce from killing Jason or hurting him too badly. The rest of the family shows up in time to protect the both of them and each other. Jason and Dick work together to bring Bruce down. When all of them talk on the batfamily channel, everyone gets an equal chance to speak including Steph. Which is a rarity.

The family dynamic is accurate.

Tim would look to Dick as the defacto leader for answers when Bruce is gone just like he did in every single other comic.

Damian would 100000% punch Jason in the face. He electrocuted him before, tried to kick him out, and attacked him before- he's not suddenly going to have reservations now.

Jason and Selina would absolutely work together the most and best because of their shared values and understanding of Gotham.

No one in this issue is irrational or out of character. Everything is so exact about this comic I'm over the moon by it! Sure it's not a "let's hug it out, guys!" issue but when has that ever made it bad? It's exciting, fun, meaningful, and logical and I love Bruce Wayne so incredibly much for it. I love the way he thinks, the way he acts, and what he believes.

If I were to characterize in a nutshell, I'd say issues 136 and 137 are all you need. The authors who created this - so much praise to them. They've capture each character as well as the family dynamic perfectly.

I can't speak much of Damian's intentions and behavior as of now because he's just entered the scene but I'm excitedly looking forward to the next issue.

My first semester is finally over. It's been a terrific four months at KIIT-DU, Bhubaneswar. I've enjoyed every bit of my newfound college life. Not saying I didn't have my lonely sad-sad days but the happy days probably outweigh them.

I'm 18 now, the first birthday I spent without my parents. This is probably the longest I've been away from my family. I've been through so many new experiences and probably developed as a person too. My social skills have improved. I mean, I can finally go buy a lassi for myself at the foodcourt :) and not forget to take the change back :))) Although UPI helps. Oh yes, I finally know how to use UPI! HEHEHE

I also, finally FINALLY have a stable romantic relationship. Almost five months with my present girlfriend and I want her for lifeeee. My previous romantic ventures weren't so successful as you guys know. I have also been able to move on from my last crush, all thanks to SJ.

I also made some wonderful friends here at KIIT. Funny thing is, I don't know half my own classmates but the class knows me. People I've never talked to are like, "Hey Agni, iska answer bata na" (Hey Agni, what's the answer for this?). And this sudden rise in popularity (I was a fcking loner back in school) is probably because that maths professor made me recite poems in front of the class.

As far as my academics go... Well, I fcked up my exams. But I HOPEEEE I'll get 70% up?! Pray for me guys ;_;

I mean, I never wanted to join an engineering college in the first place. Yes, I enjoy coding but not the other shit they're teaching here. The new education policy makes us study physics, chemistry, evs, yoga and stuff we'll never require in our professional lives.

Anyways, the campus is being lit up for the Karnival and freshers and it looks beauuuutiful! I mean, it's private college. They needed to use the money extorted from the students somewhere or the other.

I also visited lots of cool places around here. Sure, Bhubaneswar ain't Kolkata or Mumbai but it sure has some places to see. Like, Shanti Stupa, Nandankanan zoo, Lingaraj, etc etc I've never been outdoors so much 💀

Honestly, the botanical garden ain't much to look at. It might have some endangered species but these people haven't put up name tags for me to recognise. And the Koraput coffee place is overrated and overpriced. Go for it if you're coffee crazy tho... I'll stick to my cheap college cappuccinos, thank you very much.

Anyways, it's already become a second home to me. I do miss Nagaland a lot and Assam too... Brooooo I need to go see the tea gardens againnnn I'm STARVED to see the tea gardens ;;;

Old Scars Heal Slowly

Healing from wounds takes a long time, especially once that you cannot see. Sadly I'm someone who carries many scars and many times they like to open up again.

Alright I'll drop the vagueness, I hate calling what I've went through 'traumatic experiences' but I also can't deny that many things in my life have been really messed up and that they left panaoid thoughts that ... sometimes are right.

You're free to read the whole vent below, but I'll summarize it here if you're still interested but too lazy to read through paragraphs or le tragic backstory~

It's funny that I have another character that was very well liked, but pretty much used as an object for someone else to injet their fanatasies into, and when I mentioned how uncomfortable it was for me, people lashed out. I don't know why strangers on the internet think it's totally cool to take someone else's character and jerk off to them. Maybe they're all kids who don't know any better? But that does not excuse that they're legit hurting the original artist ... me. I was hurt. I got paranoid to the gills, have a fcked up relationship with intamacy and am super defensive when it comes to other people wanitng to do something to/with my characters. Consent is still a very new concept I have the feeling ... and I'm so tired of fighting over other people about what I can or cannot do with MY characters ... *le sigh :'33

Okay, so now for a more indepth vent, yay!!

Kokuri started out as a Sonic creepypasta. I liked the concept of a powerful, stalking, creepy Sonic character, so I made him into an OC! His power made him into a god, his creepiness gave him a cool creepy horror form and his stalking ... yeah I made him into a perv and I loved him to bits X'D

I never had a perverted character and since I was a teen I could kinda explore my sexuality and stuff with him in a fun way- wait why are my followers really into him??

Yeah for some reason Kokuri was REALLY popular, so much so that many of my friends and followers started shipping him with their characters?? Luckily my friends understood that I was uncomfy, but some were not so nice. I remember getting a note where someone told me they 'omni-shipped' Kokuri and while I admit I was an emotional teen that had english as their second language, I still was uncomfy and tried to tell them to please not. Later a friend of theirs argued with me that I cannot control others, especially when I become big ... I hope yall know that it does not matter how big someone gets, people shouldn't just ... deny the original creator their wishes for THEIR OWN CHARACTERS. I know I cano't control them, but they can at least be nice enough to respect my wishes mmmmrgh.

Another example was that I had a back then recent friendship tarnished when the person drew their self insert with Kokuri and I told them nicely that Kokuri had a boyfriend ... and they started to be very upset and rude towards me. Or, ya know, that one time a very clingy, RP-happy 'friend' who was always venting to me about their mental health and family and always wanted Kokuri to be their self insert's boyfriend- wait I feel a deja-vu. But there's more! Bby me tried and tried to talk it out how much they tired me out, even RPing it out with Kokuri telling them off, but nothing worked. So, public journal canceling our friendship- ah shit they made a counter journal pretending to be their sister and how I made them attepting to end game. Yaayyyy~ Yall can imagine how it fucking traumatized little ol me :'333

SO! After I kinda drifted off from Sonic to FNAF it was peacefuly quiet, but I had a hard rule that my characters are not allowed to be shipped without my consent after all that bs.

Fast forward to 2023, I get a chat message on DA and someone was really interested with my FNAF boiz. I was ecstatic and rambled about my squad, since it's really rare to get new people on board on loving my bbys. Soon we pivoted over to Discord and ... they mentioned how they liked Rick n Keith, like REALLY really liked them. So far as to call them 'boyfriend material' and how they wished Rick actually existed and how he would be the perfect boyfriend cuz they wouldn't judge them. And I was like 'plz dun take this too seriously okay?? :'3' cuz I was uncomfy with them drooling over my boiz, but also not wanting to take away their joy. Cuz surprise surprise, they also had a bad life. I didn't wanna take away that potentially could help them cope with it all, but also, ya know, don't be creepy.

Aaaaand they asked me for a romance RP with Rick and their FNAF character. I declined, cuz remance RPs are uncomfy, no shit, but they continued being weird, always wanting my attention and being weirdly talkative about how X character was hot or smth, wanitng me to get into the stuff they like, being dismissive about things I liked, being very non-chalant on visiting them IRL (we barely knew each other for half a year too), not taking a no for an answer, etc etc etc

One of my biggest mistakes was giving into the romance RP some time later. The person managed to talk me into merging two of my AUs, FNOK my NSFW AU and my base FNAF AU. I dleted any murder from FNOK cuz I didn't like the implications of murder and naughties ... but now it was back in it! :D

Also remember their OC? Yeah, they didn't even have a design or name up until now- ah wait they are oddly similar to my RP partner and also they share a name? A fucking self insert?? Yeah, yeah it was a self insert and I'm 1000% sure about it. Also they wanted to have at least 5 sentence replies, without dialogue. Broskies, I was so mentally exhausted by it all ya don't even know.

Worst part? They also pivoted to having the hots for SpringTrap, asing how much animal to animatronic they are, how *ahem* rough SpringTrap would be in bed. You can imagine how little old me was very creeped and weirded out. Nothing against kinkiness, but if ya wanna get violated by a big ass rabbit monster, don't do it here thxx

Or some minor things were that the person was sharing their ideas for some FAR future plots or ideas for the RP. Like when Rick and their OC would live together ... bro, they just met in RP, chill your balls plzzz qWq

All came to a head when I got a very uncomfy nightmare and confronted them to all my issues ... aaaand they lashed out BIG TIME. To keep the next scene short, we had a falling out, I tried desperately to talk things out, but they refused, even though they previously told me to be direct with them, even before my confrontation. I remember very well that they demanded that I NEVER bring drama with them or tell anybody about our arguement.

Over time I realized I was fighting a battle I cannot win. One last time, being so calm I scared myself, but no, they called me a a parasite (for demanding space? That's the opposite of what a parasote wants bruh) and I blockd them everywhere.

Freedom at last ... but at what cost?

I got new scars, because of someone who couldn't understand limits or keep their bloody hands of other's characters just to satisfy themselves.

I just recently saw the parallels with Rick and Kokuri and it really makes me upset to see that I let someone just ... use them and me like that.

Hey , I'm back. So yeah I do want to know about your Revice ships. Because Revice is the first show where I'm unable to show anyone. Literally, everyone turns about to be a backstabber or a traitor. If I lived in Revice world, I wouldn't even trust my shadow lol

Ahhh Valentines-Anon <33. Welcome back,,,

Revice is complicated because of how everything relates to eachother. Like the healthiest ship in the entire show was probably Hiromi x Ikki. (Two halves of one whole those two)

And man *THAT* was fking obliterated,,,,, LMAOOO.

If I lived in Revice I'd either be one of three people:

Oltecca, Daiji, or George

Right, so I'm gonna answer my ships below the cut

So, I'll explain each of the ships, and I'll give a ranking out of 10 (10 being best ship, and 1 being, ehhhhh according to how I vibe with them)

Ikki x George

Rank: 11/10 (very compelling)

So, at first I was just vibing along, but George......hmm. Once we got to episode 18 this ship really solidified for me, and now just even more so.

Ikki is.....so alone. George is the first person to actually give him *power*. For the first time Ikki was the one being gifted things, and not vice-versa.

Their interactions in the beginning were mostly very sparse,,,,because well,,,Ikki never really went to Fenix unless he had to. My guy really avoided that place because it had nothing to do with his family. But then, Ikki helped George in episode 13 and that was a major turning point in their relationship.

Even more so in episode 17 when Ikki becomes George's labrat.

During that time, George watched as Ikki went through mental / physical torture all so that he could save the 3 enemies that have been trying to kill him.

Now, if that isn't the perfect definition of a Kamen Rider, then Idk what is.

Being alone with Ikki during this time allowed George time to actually 'experience' what the other is like. In such close proximity, the other literally at his full mercy, 100% trust in him, well.... he couldn't help but grow soft.

This is literally George's dream come true. Ikki is his perfect Kamen Rider. He continually surpasses George's expectations, and that surprises George. My guy likes to lord over his knowledge of other people. And yet, for as predictable as Ikki can be, he ALWAYS manages to somehow impress and / or go beyond what George thought was going to happen.

Which is why in ep 18, George is so remorseful and guilty. It's not because 'his favorite toy got broken' but because the object of his dreams/desires almost died because of something he made,,,,,

Yet Ikki STILL manages to come out on top and surprise George.

But of course, the great Hiromi-Demons scandal came to light and now their relationship has changed. Before, Ikki put his blind faith in George, but now......now he's understandably doubtful of what George gives him, or makes for him.

George understands it. But it irritates him.

It irritates him because George knows he would never do something like that to *Ikki*. Either way, his response is super toxic

During the Daiji + Ikki HQ confrontation, he takes Ikki's grip/anger and puts enough pressure on it to put *HIMSELF* in control. Which....is a very interesting thing George does whenever he's being attacked (emotionally or otherwise)

He becomes meaner, in order to throw the other person off balance so he can take control of the situation. We see this behavior again at the beginning of ep 22, when Ikki asks if "this is just another experiment".

Already things between the two of them are tense because of Hiromi going MIA. AND on the day of his father's death anniversary? When he's giving Ikki a gift?

(Also Notice here, George sought to 'cleanse' himself at their bath house. There are so many places George could go to take a bath. This 'cleanse' thing really sounds like nonsense. But if this is George seeking out comfort from the (1) source he actually feels a connection to? Damn. That's......

And then if you see the stamp as an extra peace offering? Of George hoping to make amends / apologize, in his own way? Just, wow.

Of course, since Ikki questions him, his tune changes. And there is what I find really interesting about their dynamic,,,,

George reminds Ikki that the one who has all the power in their relationship,,,,is infact George. George is the one who gave Ikki the things he can use to fight, he's the one that made and designed them. Basically, Ikki's "freedom" so to say, is in the palm of his hands.

Even more interesting are Ikki's microexpressions. I already said this in my liveblog, but I'll say it again. Ikki feels GUILT for questioning George. Both because his father scolded him (yes) but ALSO because Ikki only has George now that Hiromi's gone.

And losing that scares him. Being betrayed by his only "living" non-familial connection is something he's so so soooo deeply afraid of. Ikki doesn't like feeling used.....but he would much rather be used and hurt then to lose the only source of comfort he has left from the stresses and pressures of his family life. It's why even tho he has doubts about the Rolling Stamp,,,, Ikki still decides to use it.

(That, and Vice needing help.)

It's because Ikki WANTS to trust George. If Ikki loses George then he has to go back to handling EVERYTHING on his own. (Yeah his family helps, but again, Ikki doesn't CONFIDE in any of them. Or really let them support him/lighten the burdens from his shoulders)

This creates a really toxic co-dependency between George and Ikki.

Ikki wants George's comfort, not his ire. (Hence him touching George's hand unnecessarily while taking the stamp. Whether this is a subconscious choice or not, Ikki wants George to comfort him. If George had like idk, hugged Ikki here, or something, Ikki probably would've broken down into tears and never questioned a thing George said ever again 🤪🤪🤪🤪 )

But George pulls back. He *KNOWS* that Ikki is feeling both remorseful and shame. He recognizes that Ikki most likely wants some form of comfort. But George wanted to punish Ikki for questioning him to begin with.

It's why he pulls back so quick and leaves. It's like he's saying: *I* don't need yOU, YOU need ME.

Now, is that manipulative and fcked up? Hell yeah.

But it's the fact that Ikki ALSO has power over George that really gets me. Ikki is everything George has ever wanted for his "ideal" kamen rider. AND Ikki is also HIS creation (Kamen-Rider, wise.) Ikki has more of an effect on George's emotions than he realizes.

(I mean it doesn't help that the Igarashi fam doesn't have a single braincell in any of their genes 🤪 lmao)

Anyways, I just find their dynamic *SO* interesting. And 1001% ship it.

Ikki x Hiromi

Ahhh the other-halves. I was mostly joking when I made ship-y comments of these two earlier on. But wow, episode 20 REALLY gives. As I said before, these two really like the only non-toxic ship in this show LOL!!!

They support and understand each other. Unfortunately. Hiromi is a lil too much like Ikki.

Either way, I do ship them, and there's a lot there <33.

I've already started writing a gen-ISH fic for revice, and there are SO many thing for these two??

Basically, basically, basically.

Julio was the oNLY PERSON Oltecca was actually connected to. That was his closest and most positive relationship, perhaps in his life. Oltecca is very obv someone who experienced severe neglect growing up. His lack of solid attachments, and rather sheltered more upper-class upbringing made him prime rib (metaphorically speaking) for that Davy Jones Mfer to whisk him off the streets and into the Deadmans cult.

After researching Cults, it only made me really appreciate the complex relationship these two had. Oltecca knew Aguilera was going to be sacrificed, but Julio? Julio and him were on the same playing field. They were equal. And since they were ALWAYS with each other ----because cults like to isolate cult members from most other cult members,,,,, that led to them basically living together. Being together 24/7.

If y'all think Aguilera choking Julio is fked, just know that sh*t more than likely happened to Oltecca as well. He has also been through intense psychological, emotional, and physical abuse.

(Maybe worse....which I'd rather not consider.)

Of course Julio put Aguilera first. Which probably irked Oltecca, who knew she was just a fake stand-in. But what was he going to do? Tell that to Julio? Nawwwww. Oltecca probably doesn't even KNO how much Julio knows.

(Cults are secretive afterall, because if members get talking they won't be as isolated;;; which means it'll be easier for them to start to form doubts. )

Anyways.

I feel like you can write some really compelling sh*t between the two of them. Is this ship toxic asf? Helllllls yeah.

Is it a ship we should be shipping? 👀.....no 👻. Probably not. But there's a lot of unearthed history there, as well as intense emotions. So idk?

I guess for me,,,, when it comes to shipping I really like reading things that make for an interesting narrative. Like yeah 'wholesome' ships are cute, but I like drama and angst LOL.

Kagerou / Daiji x Oltecca

Like, Oltecca WANTS to corrupt Daiji. It's like he's looked into a really sh*tty mirror of himself, and now he's obsessed with getting Daiji to break like he did.

(Idk ppl really do be obsessed with being 'understood' and Oltecca on some level, believes that Daiji is someone that COULD understand him. Which is why he's always so interested in Kagerou. Very Hannibal-Will Graham-esque kind of thing )

I would not be surprised if George has slept with their director, the commander (pre-death), the fake-chameleon-commander, or any older DILF guy, or just more powerful man working in the same vicinity as him.

He just appreciates having that power over others lmaOOOO.

So then his new mission is to help Hiromi. Hiromi ALSO ain't the easiest to help tho. Which fuels Daiji's obsessive hovering. He wants to do for Hiromi what he wasn't able to do for his brother. (Is Hiromi closer to Ikki? Helllllsssss yeah. Not the point tho)

Anyways, this makes for a really interesting ship.

I just read bet and I loved it but I’m left with so many questions! Why did they feel no remorse for something that they should be sensitive to, especially when the same thing happened to them? Why did jay hate her when he knew she was just as much of a victim as him? Why is everyone ok with Reiko playing them and that her and jay were still together? Why do they care so much about friends who would do shit like that to someone? What reason do they have not to do it to you? But the main one is, why they could justify doing those things to someone unprompted? I’m super curious to know the back stories because I want a reason to hate why they are such shitty people, when they have shown that they are capable of not being shitty. I just can’t understand their motives or why they enjoy this. Pls tag me if you do continue this story cause now I’m very invested in each person’s thoughts. Am honestly so tired of crying/stressing over Landon honestly, in the show they treat Landon like shit !!! And am gonna blame the writers, Landon as soo much potential to be a great character (he already is don't get me wrong) but look at how aria played malivore badass malivore so why can't we get a badass Landon too + his phoniex side??.. There is Soo many more instresting plotlines and storylines Landon could get and one that doesn't involve him dieing every second, using him as a meat suit or wrapped up in realtionships all the time ( I love handon Soo much don't get me wrong) but Landon as soo much potential outside of it all...

Nobody cares about Landon both the writers and other characters (expect for hope & raf) and it shows alot through them, if the writers don't like how they write Landon's character or even like Landon at all why not just re adjust his Character (not saying they should change his personality on how he cares about others even if they don't care about him or how he would risk his life for others) but at least write him a little better they fcked up his character from the very beginning and it's even worst in season three they didn't even show what Landon went through in the prison world and he was gone a whole season🤦 but the writers lazy enough to even care🤦..

My heart hurts Soo much where Landon is concerned and I honestly can't take it, he's gonna be in season 4 he's in 4x06 he anit gonna die for good, Dani said handon is gonna be on a pause and there's gonna be a readjustment period where they might have to find there self out of the relationship but it won't. Be forever. so during that pause I want them to actually grow is character explore him a little bit more give him some storylines etc then both hope and Landon can come back stronger than ever.. Brett said this season is gonna be darker so they need to drop the childish mentally when it comes to Landon because all they doing with is character is Soo fcking childish, it's time for maturity now you understand??.. in 4x06 he's gonna get a supprise visitor only people I can think of from the top of my head is his mom, Clarke or raf whoever it is Landon needs time for himself...

They even doing more for Cleo's character than they did for Landon's the whole show and see they even showing what Cleo is going through in the darkness which we didn't even get to see with Landon and it's sad, it's all obvious there tired of Landon's character so why not just write him off then ( tho that shit would hurt my soul even more ) but am just tired!!.. they bring new characters in like finch and Ethan and when they get them for what they need is like they don't remember there in the show there's no storyline or plotlines there just there🤦.

Landon gets hate outside of the show for stupid reason sometimes it's all because he's in the way of there ship.. So I try my best to stay on the handon side of the nation where there's majority of them some under quit but there's alot of handon's and you all love Landon so you get less negativity there when it comes to Landon...

I only watch the show for both hope and Landon as a couple and as individuals and if they keep treating him like this I don't think am gonna be able to continue watching cause my heart honestly can't take it 😭...

Me too, and seriously, the way they treat Landon is sick. And yeah, I already think Landon is a great character, I don’t need him to be a badass (though I’m not opposed to it), and I would love to see him with his phoenix side again. They really have completely wasted so many opportunities for Landon. And the thing is that they had these incredibly interesting storylines for him all set up that would’ve been amazing to see and they did nothing with them. Landon was in Malivore, which we could’ve seen more of, but they only chose to show him dealing with the Necromancer (which was better than nothing, but still). Then they show him having to do something he’d never do and beating up the Necromancer in order to escape. Then he’s trapped in the prison world and gives this whole speech about how he’s gonna get himself home no matter what it takes. And then they show NONE of it! It was the perfect storyline for Landon for s3, where they could’ve shown him learning how to fight and survive on his own, and who knows what he had to do to escape and how it changed him or affected him mentally and emotionally. There was just SO much, it’s still insane to me that they threw it out the window. And then the fact that he escaped but also somehow got possessed, which we still don’t know exactly how or when that happened. And then he was possessed for weeks, Malivore was hiding doing who knows what, and they don’t go into any of it? And they could’ve been showing Landon inside his mind this whole time too. Why are they not letting Landon participate in the fight against Malivore when he could be fighting him mentally? It’s just... it’s crazy. And they could also be focusing on his trauma as well, which could be another really interesting and important storyline for him and something they definitely need to do once he’s free, but you know they still won’t even address that after all of this. And then of course his phoenix side is a whole other thing they could explore too, actually explaining the details of what he is and what it all means, but once again, they do nothing. You’d think as writers they’d want to explore all these things, but no. So they actually have had amazing storylines for Landon, the issue is the fact that they didn’t actually show any of them. So it’s basically for nothing, at least in regards to Landon himself and his own growth and character arc. He literally had the most interesting and significant storyline in s3 that he might end up having in the entire show but it’s like the writers did everything they could to avoid showing any of it on screen. Because they clearly don’t care about him and have made the characters not care about him as well. And who knows if it’s even about them not liking how they write him, I mean, they’re the ones in control. So it’s their own fault if they don’t like him, it’s their responsibility, but they’ve done this all on purpose and who has a clue why? It feels like they’re just trying to appease all the haters, honestly. I’ve never seen anything like this before in any show, with them treating the male lead this way. But I think Landon as a character is written well, I don’t think they’ve screwed his character up. I think it’s the fact that they’ve neglected him almost entirely, his whole s3 storyline, his trauma, his growth (which we know he surely must have had), everything basically. So, to me, it’s not so much that they have to write Landon as character better, they just need to actually SHOW the story they have written for him and how that’s impacted him as a character.

So yeah, I feel you, I really can’t take all that they’ve done to Landon either. It’s definitely painful to see. And yeah, he’s in 4x06, but we also know he’s in 4x05 as well. So we know he won’t be gone for good, but yes, Handon will have a pause for whatever reason. And I agree, I hope they’ll do something to actually focus on Landon during the pause. I think he’s already grown and he’s already had more storylines but again, we just didn’t see any of it. If they were gonna do it right, they’d somehow go back and explore what happened in s3, in flashbacks or something. I think it’s so crucial for Landon’s character and to know what happened to him and what he went through. And then also focus on his mental health and his healing and recovery, while also hopefully exploring his phoenix side eventually as well. But I feel like we’ll be lucky to get any of that tbh. I’m not expecting anything at this point. Maybe his phoenix powers, if anything, but I feel like they’re gonna continue to pretend like nothing happened to him in s3. And it really is childish mentality, they don’t wanna address or explore anything that’s actually important regarding Landon. I seriously wanna know what goes on in that writer’s room... And yes, I guess Landon will get a surprise visitor. I just wanna know where on earth Landon is even gonna be after 4x04? Will be dead again and come back? If not, why would he be away from Hope? But yeah, I think it would make the most sense for the visitor to be Raf or Clarke or Seylah. But this is Legacies, it could be Santa Claus for all we know. 🙄 But I do hope that they’ll give Landon time to heal after all he’s been through, and that they’ll actually acknowledge that he’s been through something.

And ikr? They’ve done more for Cleo in this short period of time than they’ve done for Landon in 3 seasons. And yep, they’re actually showing Cleo in Malivore while completely ignoring Landon, who is literally possessed by Malivore and has been for how many weeks? Not that they’ll acknowledge his suffering at all. I just— it’s truly infuriating. But NO, I would not be able to handle them writing off Landon’s character. I’m tired too, believe me, but that would just make it all tons worse. Then it would just be done and over with no chance of anything good ever happening for Landon. And I get what you mean about other characters they add to the show as well, they just don’t explore other characters well at all and it is as if they’re just there? It feels like the writers don’t know what to do with the characters so much of the time, it’s very odd.

And yes, there’s been so much hate for Landon in the fandom for so long, and for the dumbest reasons, mostly just because of ships. I try and just stay on the Handon side of the fandom as well to avoid the Landon negativity, so that does help.

But same, I only watch the show for Hope and Landon as well. So it just makes it worse when they treat Landon how they do. That, plus where things have been going with Handon, it definitely makes me feel like I can’t watch anymore because it’s so disappointing. But I also feel like I’m always gonna want to at least see Landon, but it might be even more painful, idk. I guess we’ll see how it goes, but I understand where you’re coming from!

Am honestly so tired of crying/stressing over Landon honestly, in the show they treat Landon like shit ! And am gonna blame the writers, Landon as so much potential to be a great character (he already is don't get me wrong) but look at how aria played malivoire badass malivoire so why can't we get a badass Landon too + his phoenix side??. There is soo many more interesting plotlines and storylines Landon could get and one that doesn't involve him dying every second, using him as a meat suit or wrapped up in relationships all the time ( i love handon So much don't get me wrong) but Landon as soo much potential outside of it all.

Nobody cares about Landon both the writers and other characters (expect for hope & raf) and it shows a lot through them, if the writers don't like how they write Landon's character or even like Landon at all why not just re adjust his Character (not saying they should change his personality on how he cares about others even if they don't care about him or how he would risk his life for others) but at least write him a little better they fcked up his character from the very beginning and it's even worst in season three they didn't even show what Landon went through in the prison world and he was gone a whole season but the writers are lazy enough to even care🤦.

My heart hurts So much where Landon is concerned and honestly can't take it, he's gonna be in season 4 he's in 4x06 he ain't gonna die for good, Dani said handon is gonna be on a pause and there's gonna be a readjustment period where they might have to find there self out of the relationship but it won't Be forever. so during that pause I want them to actually grow is character explore him a little bit more give him some storylines etc then both hope and Landon can come back stronger than ever. Brett said this season is gonna be darker so they need to drop the childish mentally when it comes to Landon because all they doing with is character is Soo fcking childish, it's time for maturity now you understand??. in 4x06 he's gonna get a supprise visitor only people I can think of from the top of my head is his mom, Clarke or raf whoever it is Landon needs time for himself..

They even doing more for Cleo's character than they did for Landon's the whole show and see they even showing what Cleo is going through in the darkness which we didnt even get to see with Landon and it's sad, it's all obvious there tired of Landon's character so why not just write him off then ( tho that shit would hurt my soul even more ) but am just tired!. they bring new characters in like finch and Ethan and when they getthem for what they need is like they don't remember there in the show there's no storyline or plotlines there just there .

Landon gets hate outside of the show for stupid reason sometimes it's all because he's in the way of their ship. So l try my best to stay on the handon side of the nation where there's majority of them some under quit but there's a lot of handon's and you all love Landon so you get less negativity there when it comes to Landon..

I only watch the show for both hope and Landon as a couple and as individuals and if they keep treating him like this I don't think am gonna be able to continue watching cause my heart seriously can't take it😭 ...

I worked a wedding this summer (because some people don’t want to adhere to guidelines and need their 50+ person wedding and they expect dinner. I was masked and gloved the whole time and everyone looked at me like I had 6 heads) where the moms spent 80% of the time in the kitchen arguing because the groom’s mom kept trying to change the order of how things were going to go and she kept saying “I just thought it would be easier if we did it this way instead of the way (bride/groom) has it” and bride’s mom was just getting madder and madder like “they want it the way they want it”. Eventually it got to the point where one of the family kept coming in to play mediator and bride’s mom was ignoring groom’s mom altogether and groom’s mom just kept saying “I’m just trying to help, let me help”. At one point she asked ME to back her up and I was like “....I’m just here with the catering?” but she already fcked with the buffet line placement before we got there and nobody got through the line smoothly so tbh I would’ve sided with bride’s mom but I’ve never been paid enough to voice my opinions so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So I guess my point is a word of caution to anyone getting married, sometimes relatives are going to do what they’re going to do, even if they told you to your face that they’re on board with your ideas, because in the end they think their way is the smart/best/logical way, and the best you can do is get someone (or many people) familiar with how you want things done and they can run interference if they start noticing the day isn’t going according to the plans you set.

I don’t know if the bride and groom ever noticed the arguing but it was a nightmare trying to maneuver around a small galley style kitchen and clean utensils etc when two grown ass women in evening gowns are arguing with each other in every spot that you need to get to next

I’m very confused by people who behave like this tbh. I know weddings are a big moment but it’s like at the end of the day, none of the logistics are worth getting worked up over. It’s a party to celebrate someone’s relationship and commitment and not a pageant. I think anyone who gets overly invested in the details is missing the point and getting involved for the wrong reasons.

5.  jiang cheng’s “保重” (take care)

aka the scene after guanyin temple when jc recalls how he let himself get caught by the wen guards to save wwx and he says “ 保重 / take care” again while looking wistfully into the distance

jc & wwx’s fcked up sibling relationship is honestly so fascinating and layered and I could watch cOUNTLESS HOURS more of it?? but this scene was when it really turned everything upside down for me, cos you spend most of the show thinking that wwx has made this big sacrifice for jc, then it turns out jc had done the SAME THING for wwx. and the sacrifice he made to save wwx is the only reason why he lost his golden core and therefore why wwx had to give up his golden core and it just makes their relationship so much more intertwined. plus jc never gets to tell wwx?? the show just ended it there???? HELLO I NEED MORE PLEASEEEE

4. lan zhan’s final “魏婴” (wei ying)

I mean. duh. those last few scenes of wangxian standing around looking all dramatic in this beautiful scenery, then them saying bye, then wwx playing chenqing all longingly...... and i’m alr sobbing at this bittersweet goodbye....

then WHAM you hear lan zhan’s voice and wwx turns around and then the SERIES OF EXPRESSIONS ON HIS FACE??? from surprise, to happiness, to “you didn’t” to “of course you did” to “I’m just so glad you’re here”.......... w o w I was in FLOODS OF TEARS (lowkey reminds me of the ending of monster inc tbh lmao)

3. jin ling crying on the pier while clutching his dad’s sword

I will protecc jin ling with my LIFE, end of story. this whole scene, as jl watches wen ning talk to sizhui, the build up where you’re like,,, oh god that’s his father’s killer, talking to one of his close friends, right there in front of him, and then when he finally explodes everyone yells at him??? and he’s just a young boy who’s suffered so much loss, who’s never really confronted any of that or been able to express it meaningfully, and he’s been expected to be so grown up but he’s so young..... and it’s the moment where he finally just cracks and breaks down sobbing from all the pressure and pent-up emotions. I straight up bawled w jl here, no shame

2. wen qing’s “对不起, 还有,谢谢你” (sorry, and also, thank you)

it is no secret that I love wen qing and I think she deserves so much better... but I especially love her bickering best friends dynamic with wwx during those days in the burial mounds. he saves her, her family, her beloved brother, and she is so grateful to him but there is nothing she can do to repay him. so she does the best that she can, taking care of him and keeping their little community going, until one day she is forced to confront the magnitude of everything he has sacrificed, and the fact that there is no happy ending for him if they continue this way. and good GOD the way she bids him farewell???? by saying sorry and thank you?????? the very words she couldn’t speak the whole time they were there before because she felt like she had no right to say them????? just END ME

1. wwx finds out who sizhui is

that scene in the woods when sizhui hugs him and goes “I’ve missed you” ????? BITCH WHEN I SAY I CRIED, I MEAN I CRIED. I bawled like an absolute baby,,,, by that time we kinda alr know who sizhui is, but that moment flips it from “oh god wwx must have missed a-yuan so much” to “JUST IMAGINE WHAT LIL BABBY A-YUAN HAD TO GO THROUGH” and I just. cannot. handle it. we won’t even TALK about sizhui bending down and hugging wwx’s leg. absolutely not. I’m in pieces already. goodbye.

Had he fallen for someone else, Yoongi would still be breathing, the MC would still be a woman who have had a healthy and happy life, never to go through so much, and that he would still be able to move his whole body completely. Overall, this was a story that made me go through a rollercoaster of emotions, sadness, agonized, nervous, amazed (at the MC's intelligence and choices, and how far Tae would go for his love towards the MC), thrilled. I hope that the MC succeeds in regaining the Min empire's glory, but I think that that's something we shouldn't ever be doubtful on as she has proven herself to be intelligent and determined she is to survive. I hope the MC and her children well in life. (5/6)
