Everyone was still healthy and keep their lives from getting infections. Also, many of people always kept their diet when they were obese. However, with the new demon, it could force the victims to lift the heavy dumbbell as their punishment. Muscularus, a workout exercise demon.
A boy named Danny Hilltop who always ate the junk foods until he understood what caused if he ate too much of them. Later, he grew up and his muscles were fitted to get stronger. When anyone suspiciously told other that he had in diet since he was fat, they mocked at him as their jokes.
Many days ago, he joined the muscle competition during his decision. However, his bullies appeared to the contest and said that he formerly being fat and they uploaded the photos out of him. He couldn't take longer of them, so he decided to join it without being listening to them.
When the bullies were stuck onto the floor, they couldn't get entering to the contest. Apparently, Muscularus gave them a punishment for mocking anyone and posted the pictures of the victims into social media. With the heavier dumbbells, it forced them to do exercise strictly and sadistically. Until they couldn't lift them, they were severely crashed until the blood around the hall. The God couldn't protect them due to their mockery.
Sometimes, if we are bullied verbally, keep silent to prevent more aggressive. However, if you like to be on diet, make sure we will be helped how to be on diet. In that case, don't eating too much food and junk foods that are better than healthy foods.

Stand With Barbells Functional for The Sims 2

As requested I created a functional workout station for your sims (teen to elder) to exercise.
I used Lil Diva Weight Lifting Animations (you need to download the animations from her page) and the Barbell and Dumbbells from that post too but I edited them in order to be used with this object so if you want to use it but you have the old meshes in your download folder, you need to delete them and use these ones instead.
The stand is based on an accessories posebox; when the accessory spawn you need to wait a little for it to appear. Then sims will perform the actions and gain fun, body skill points, fitness enthusiasm and lose weight.
The original object is a 4to2 conversion from Severinka, low poly. Found in Hobby-Exercise

wednesday: 25 minute strong yoga
thursday: 30 minute mobility flow
friday: 30 minute full body strength + 10 minute stretch
saturday: 40 minute spiral fascia yoga
sunday: 1 hour full body deep stretch
* this is my first week of exercising since contracting pneumonia so i will be focusing on nourishing and therapeutic movement while incorporating a small amount of weight training to get some strength back

Do you have any beginner workout and yoga routines? I'm looking to kickstart my fitness journey and increase my productivity. My work hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, and I'm eager to make the most of my time and energy.
absolutely! here are some of my favorite beginner friendly workouts:
workouts:
15 minute no jumping cardio by bigsis (a great routine to do daily or to get you into cardio!)
30 minute beginner pilates by move with nicole (she has quite a few beginner pilates routines that are amazing)
20 minute full body workout by madfit (she also has a few beginner friendly workout routines!)
30 minute beginner dumbbell workout by growwithjo
yoga:
1 hour yoga for flexibility by yoga with kassandra (one of my favorite yoga practices of all time!
45 minute full body yoga by boho beautiful yoga
40 minute detox and reset by yoga with adriene
45 minute morning yoga by yoga with tim (can seem like a lot at some points, but modifications are given throughout that make it much easier for beginners!)
