a small pout formed onto your lips, ohone in hand screen frozen on the f1wag page. a part of you wanted to be in disbelief of what you saw. charles had told you that he something important to do and bestie name had said she was busy as well. the dots were slowly connecting as if it was a game of squares.

the thought of your boyfriend of almost two and a half years cheating on you with your best friend was not a pleasing thought, scowling at the idea of it. you were sitting down on the couch knees tucked into you, your head resting on them staring down at the phone screen. dozens of thoughts flooded your brain.

is he cheating on me? how long? does arthur know he is being cheated on? are they for sure cheating on me? they’re childhood friends i don’t think he is cheating on me! bestie name doesn’t even like charles like that! am i being played? the thoughts had flooded your brain you had completely forgotten to get ready. the vibration of your phone had broken you out of your dazed state. looking at the caller id it was him. it was charles, the words in bold “lover boy<3” had popped up with a cute picture of him. pressing the accept button you put it on speaker,

“well..fuck i cant say it but its a surpise. you weren’t supposed to see those photos seriously, im not cheating on you when i went to the mall with her earlier. we went to go get some gifts for arthur you can even ask him mon amor!” he watched as her shoulders that were tensed up became relaxed. “oh. i’m sorry that i jumped to conclusions so fast it wa—”

charles chuckled letting go of her hand, “it’s okay mon ange. its those stupid fan accounts fault for making you think that.” he said getting out of the car to go open the door for you.

he had taken you to a nice small cafe, it wasn’t very popular but it was one of your favorites. the honey outside atmosphere was definitely to die for, the way green plants coated everywhere. the two of you sat at what was a four person table. pointing at the two empty seats charles just smiled, “two people will be joining us but they’re running a little late..”

“i didnt get to say this but you look beautiful my love” charles who grabbed your hand the table fiddling with it. “am i never beautiful to you?” you scoffed playfully—charles was taken aback from that comment “no no you’re always beautiful you just look extra beautiful!” charles justified or well he believed. “so you don’t think i’m extra beautiful whenever?” you pouted playfully. charles who was lost for words “no you are just so—you know what i mean mon amour!!” he sighed frustratedly causing you to giggle at his frustration.

“you’re so mean mon chérie~” he scrunched up his face to make it look like he was upset, “i’m not mean you are just easy to pick at!” you justified, “mean.” “no” “mean” “no” “charlie we sound like children..” “well you started it” he smirked making you roll your eyes at him. a comfortable silence fell between the two, you started to believe the other two were just not going to come at all.

“you have pretty eyes charlie” you blurted out without a care, a blush crept onto his face. he didn’t know if it was the compliment or if it was the fact you were staring at him as if he was the only thing that mattered in the world, maybe it was both. “you think so chérie?” he felt the grip of his hand that had been interlocked with yours tighten. “i don’t think so i know so” she had such loving stares it made charles weak to his knees. the stares she gives him make his heart flutter like a teenage boy seeing his school crush, he was always lost for words, he was little butter melting in your touch and stares.

the truth is, he was upset with himself finding out that you had these thoughts, these thoughts that he was cheating on you with your best friend. he wanted to get you a gift and he didn’t want to fuck it up; he believed bringing someone who you held dear to your heart and who knew you best would’ve been the right choice—he didn’t think once you would take it as him cheating on you with her bestie. it hurt him inside.

he had always wanted to show you how appreciative he was of you, he never had the time but now he does. you do so much for him and he wants to thank you for that, the states you give him; they were loving and warmly. the way you love him throughout his career taking time to visit his races it did something to him. from how you looked at him, touched him, smiled and laughed at his jokes, how you talk about him so much to family, how you make playlist about him, and even made sure he felt like he was the priority in everything—it did something for him. since the first day he met you he knew you were the one for him.

the way you made sure you’re there for him after the races and that you were okay made his heart skip beats. he had always felt like the knight in shining armor in previous relationships but with you he felt like the princess and you were the knight. he loved everything about that; it was something new to him something he never would’ve thought he would love. the small cartier box warmed in his pockets. you are always doing stuff for him he just wants to do one simple thing for you, is that too much for him to ask for? he knew he had to wait for arthur and bestie name to get here but he seriously couldn’t.

he thought any longer he waited he would spill the beans about everything, “chérie you know how much i love you right?” his lips parted as his hand slowly made his way to his pocket grabbing the small cartier box. “always know, you tell me like every hour even on the race track” you had teased a smile evident on your lips. “tu sais à quel point je t'aime mais sais-tu à quel point je t'aime ? it was a small rectangular box with gold like lettering saying “cartier”. charles had placed it into your hands, “you do so much for me so the least i could do is buy a promise ring.” his voice turned soft, it was silky soft. the box on the other hand was in your grasp you were staring at it, a prominent smile rushed to your face, “charlie..” you had opened the box to see a singular gold band with jewels graves into it, “its a promise ring, a promise that i will love you endlessly.” charles held up his hand showing how he was already wearing his.

“its beautiful…charlie. i love it” you took the ring out of the box putting it on a one your right index finger, “and i promise to love you endlessly.” a blush creeped onto your cheeks, “thank you 아기. 사랑해요 baby. i love you” charles wasnt fluent i.n korean that’s for sure but he knows how to say he loves you, “i love you too mon ange.” he grabbed your hand with the ring on it placing a soft kiss, smiling to himself.

“CHARLES I TOLD YOU WAIT TILL WE GOT HERE.” you heard your bestie name’s voice boom near you, it startled you but it made you giggle. “well you two were taking too long and i got impatient…hurry up next time” he scoffed, your bestie name didn’t let that slide and she started to punch him lightly. “i hope you didn’t fuck it up. be glad i went with you to get the proper ring size!” your bestie grabbed his ear and the two started to fight.

Manifest appearance change. (Weight loss/gain)

❏First and foremost, Yeah, I know you shouldn't let go of your manifestation. Like detaching from your manifestation bla bla..

However, I have noticed that actively affirming appearance change is difficult for me because I love looking at my reflection in the mirror all the time. And I've to constantly remind myself to affirm. Every time I affirm, one of my inner voices started stating the opposite.

I weighed 47kg (I'm 5'3; I know it's the ideal weight, but I wanted to gain a little more). It was difficult for me to eat more. I believe it was about April 14 or 15. I decided to quit trying to eat more. I started to joke that I was gaining weight without eating,"are u kidding me? I'm eating nothing and also skipping dinner these days, so how tf am I gaining weight?" Some of my friends even laughed at me.🙂

Then, out of nowhere, my sister began complaining that I had gained weight, then few days ago I went to the doctor for a checkup, and they also measured my weight, it's 51KG now. Mind you, I skipped a lot of meals and wasn't eating at all. It was during the Mercury retrograde. I was quite depressed and saddened also someone so close to me died. But it took me like 10 days to gain 4kg. If that's not shocking idk what is.

So, this is what I did (•_•)

Reminder : "If you could make yourself believe that you have the exact appearance you desire, it would change"

Every time I ate, I told myself, "I should be dieting." And look at what I'M doing. I should start working out before it's too late. And that is all. Then I didn't even affirm anything during the day, ( I believe that if you make your brain believe that you're prettiest little creature on the planet and your existence is a service to the humanity then that's how it would be. And my toxic trait is that I believe my presence is a blessing to the humanity.😂

every time I looked in the mirror, I said, "Wtf? I'm gaining weight . "Shit, I need to diet." And trust me when I tell you at that exact moment your brain is going send you a thought "Stop lying; you're still skinny bitch"

But don't forget that you get to select what happens in your reality. If your mind wants to offer you lemons, make lemonade.😂

I said, "Yes, that's correct. If I want to lose my weight I need to affirm I'm still skinny" and I kept on saying "I need to lose weight or I'll gain more weight" just tricked my brain into thinking that I'm chubby and attempting to manifest becoming skinny. And I didn't focused on the end goal; I wasn't obsessed with it; I didn't give a damn about it, but whenever I noticed a little change, I freaked out as if something terrible had happened. And believe me when I say I freaked out it was Oscar worthy😂

I Remember, the first thing I noticed was that my arm was looking a bit chubby. I was screaming and even fake crying, 😭 "Damn this is embarrassing, I need to work out, I'm gaining weight." I then searched and downloaded weight loss workouts online.

Trust me I was living the moment 😂. literally living in the end. It was easy at the time because my brain was literally blank. I had no feelings or emotions, so I fed my brain whatever I wanted, and it ate every thought I gave it. I'm happy with my weight now.

I'm now 51kg this is just a photo I saved from Pinterest but this is my Desired type-

Here are some tips:

Your appearance is constantly changing with your affirmations and beliefs. So don't doubt whether this is going to work or not. 

Your manifestation will take time, depending on you and your beliefs.

And about mental health, I would post about it later, but it's important.

The more you visualize, the faster it will become a reality.Visualise everything; literally, everything you want, VISUALIZE 🙌 stay in your head

The amount of things I changed and manifested in my life is crazy; it's different for each person. But it took me a year to fully understand manifestation. So give yourself time. Spend time with yourself; the better you know yourself, the better you'll get in manifestation. Best advice: talk to yourself (in your head, of course, or others would think you're crazy, lol 😹.)  gossip with yourself; if you want to be tall tell yourself that you're tall and stick to it refuse to let go. ✊🏻

The night was ending like many of your others. Embry in the driver's seat, you in the passenger. Leaving another dinner at the Black's. A warm meal surrounded by people you considered family was something you would never grow tired of.

Finally making it back to your apartment, you were greeted with warmth and shelter from the pelting rain.

"I think this storm's gonna be a bad one, babe. Looks like we made it home just in time." you heard Embry call out, making his way to you guy's bedroom.

"Maybe Sam will take pity on you and let you off of patrols tomorrow morning. Then, I can have you all to myself." you replied, pulling off you coat and following him into the bedroom.

In true Embry fashion, his shirt was already forgotten, thrown in some corner of our already cluttered room.

Now, this was also something you'd never grow tired of.

Embry was beautiful. Copper skin, long hair that made it nearly halfway down his back, his tribal tattoo, and a few other tattoos he had collected in the past few years scattered all over his lean physique. Muscles that required no maintenance from him. The sweatpants that hung dangerously low on his hips.

"Now, come on. Let's finish this movie we started the other day. I wanna see this plot twist you've been going on about." he said, pulling the covers back in invitation.

Now, Embry always got a little too engrossed in whatever was playing on the TV. So engrossed that he didn't even notice when your fingers began to trace over one of his numerous tattoos.

But you know what he did notice? When you slightly readjusted to where your ass was flush against the impressive bulge concealed under his sweats.

A guttural moan and his arm tightening around your middle was his response.

"Still not warm enough, Ms. Y/L/N?" he teased, skimming his lips up your shoulder and right below your ear, grabbing the remote to pause the movie.

Eddie Munson had a temper, that was always easy to see. But he'd never harm a fly. Just small outbursts of words.

Y/N was a little nervous when she first began dating Eddie. His temper scared her just a little bit. She got out of an abusive relationship over a year ago and moved as far away from that asshole as she could.

She spent months running and somehow ran right into Eddie's arms. He caught her easily and their relationship began. He doesn't know about her past and she didn't want him to know. She didn't want his pity. She just wanted to be loved without him being cautious around her.

They sat on his couch, watching a movie as they shared popcorn. Hands bump into each other and laugh every time.

Her eyes were locked on the movie but his eyes were locked on her. Moving the bowl out of her lap, grabbing her hips and bringing her on his lap.

"what are you doing?" She giggled

He smiled softly, moving his hand fast to cup her cheek

She flinched instantly and backed her body away

Eddie watched with confused eyes as she crawled off his lap in seconds, hurling herself in the corner of the couch

"what was that?" Eddie questioned, looking over at her

"nothing. Sorry!" She squeaked. Shaking her head at herself. He wasn't going to do anything to her. He was just going to touch her cheek. Why did she have to overreact like that?

"nothing? I went to touch you and you flew across the fucking room" he scoffed.

He had a feeling he knew what it was about. He's known as the town freak, temper tantrums, and trailer trash. Everyone knew his dad was in jail for landing his hands on Eddie's mom. Did she believe he was like that?

"it's just...it's nothing. Look it's fine" she said weakly, moving herself back on his lap

He pushed her off, standing up. Ears hot as his temper rose.

"it's not fine. You agree with them don't you?" He snapped, staring down at her with a heated glare

"what? No Eddie look it's just..."

"JUST WHAT? I'M TRAILER TRASH?"

She flinched as he screamed

"what! No that's not what I was going to say!" She argued

"it's what you are thinking. You are just like the rest of the assholes in school. Think you are so much better than me"

"Eddie if I thought I was better than you why would I date you? I don't care if you live in a trailer" she scoffed.

"then why are you scared for me to touch you? You've done it before. You never let me get close to you or touch you. You think I'm like my dad or something? Don't want to be touched by a freak like me?"

"absolutely not! Eddie just stop and listen to me"

"no just forget it. I don't need this" he scoffed, slamming his bedroom door and locking it behind him

She wasn't sure what she should do. Eddie has been avoiding her for days. She felt horrible. She didn't mean for him to think she thought so low of him. She was trying to get used to being touched in a gentle way.

Every time she tried to walk up to him he'd roll his eyes and walk away.

"why are you avoiding your girlfriend?" Steve asked, his hands tapping on the counter as Eddie sat next to him

"she's not my girlfriend anymore" Eddie snapped. Throwing a ball in the air, catching it repeatedly

"what why?" Steve didn't expect that. Those two were smitten with each other.

"she thinks I'm a freak, trailer trash. Doesn't want to be touched by a loser like me whose dad beat women" Eddie said harshly. Squeezing the ball in his hands

"hold on, she said that?" Steve was shocked. That didn't sound like her at all. Steve knew her for years. He remembered when she moved to New York, when she came running back home because her ex abused her.

"well no, but she didn't need to. I'm not fucking stupid. She flinches whenever I touch her. Refused to even be close to me. I was stupid and thought she was different "

"Eddie shit man. You got it all wrong" Steve sighed, rubbing his hands over his face

"do I?" Eddie laughed with no humour

"look I shouldn't be the one telling you this, but she was in an abusive relationship before she came back here. She's still learning to allow herself to be touched. She flinches with everyone. She's learning Eddie" Steve broke down to him gently

Eddie felt every part of anger leave him. Replaced with sadness, guilt and regret

"she what?' he choked out. Already feeling his throat close up

"give her time to talk to you. Stop avoiding her Munson"

Eddie felt like an asshole. He felt horrible, absolutely horrible. He lost his temper on his girlfriend, didn't let her explain herself and shut her out.

The flowers in his hands were getting crushed by how harsh he was holding them

Knocking on her door softly

He felt his eyes get wet when she opened the door. Looking at her beautiful and soft face. How could anyone ever lay a hand on her?

"oh Eddie? Come on in" she said quietly, opening the door

"these are for you" Eddie said quietly, handing her the flowers

"um why? Aren't you...like mad at me?" She squeaked out. Nervously chewing on her lip as she grabbed the flowers

"no. I never should have gotten mad in the first place. I didn't let you explain. And I think I should" Eddie didn't want her to know that he knew. Let her tell him on her own time

"I'm sorry" she choked out. Tears in her eyes, "I didn't want you to think I thought of you that way. I never thought of you like that"

Eddie choked back his own tears. Watching as she cried, hands clenching the flowers.

"you have no reason to be sorry. You did nothing wrong" Eddie reassured her. Feeling more like a dick that she felt like it was her fault

"can I....can I just hug you?" He asked, puppy eyes looking at her softly

She took a deep breath and a small nod. Eddie slowly walked towards her, he wrapped his arms around her. Feeling her body go stiff but allowing her time to accept it.

She slowly wrapped her arms around him. Nuzzling her face in his neck

"that's good" he said softly, holding her close. Heart warming as she melted into him

"I'm not good at being touched. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings" she whispered in his neck. He could feel her tears running down her cheeks.

"shh. I hurt my own feelings by making shit up. Want to talk about it?" He asked, pulling away and looking down at her

She set down the flowers walking over to her couch. Eddie followed silently behind her. Sitting close but not touching her

"before I came back here, I lived in New York. I fell in love with a boy. He was sweet and amazing. He made me feel things I didn't know existed. Then I found him cheating on me" Eddie's stomach dropped as she cried harder. How could anyone cheat on her?

"so I confronted him. And he...he hit me. He apologized for it so we moved on from it. But then he kept cheating, and the hitting became a daily occurrence. I was scared to leave. I was scared to move a muscle. But I finally made it out. And I met you. And those feelings I had for him in the beginning were coming back, but for you. I never once believed and I still don't believe you'd ever hurt me. But my body sometimes acts on its own"

Eddie listened closely, nodding along as his heart broke more and more.

He reached out his hand, softly grabbing hers. She flinched but he didn't care. Holding her hand tightly as she allowed herself to get used to it.

"look at that. You did it" he praised, kissing her hand softly. Proud of her for not pulling away

"I'm sorry for being an idiot. I'm sorry for everything. I should have given you time and been more understanding. I would love to still be together but I completely understand if you want to break up"

She shook her head instantly, "no. I want to be with you" she said desperately. Moving her hands to touch his face softly

"we'll go slow. We'll work on this together. Just me and you" he said, moving in closer

She smiled, locking their lips together as they shared a small but tender kiss

"thank you" he whispered, kissing her cheek as he held her hand closer to his body.

Both came from pasts they wanted to erase

But a future they couldn't wait to create
