My head-cannons for how the game would go like this:

Damian would get WAY too into it. (I'm talking overly competitive while wearing a TON of jewlery.)

Jason has somehow kept the tiara for almost the entire game and is being braggy about it because it makes Dick jealous.

Tim is sitting there with his clip-on earrings and some energy drink looking like he's about to pass out at any moment.

Cass is having an earth-shattering realization that she likes jewlery.

Steph looks like she's regretting her life choices because somehow she has not gotten a single piece of jewlery.

Stiles for sure hogs all of the blankets. (Yes, that includes the one derek grabbed off of the back of the couch at 3 am, because he was cold.)

They both go grocery shopping. But Stiles does all of the actual shopping, Derek is just there for company (and $$).

Derek proposes to Stiles. Except Stiles swears that he would have if Derek hadn't beaten him to it. (When, in actuality, he secretly wanted to be proposed to instead of doing the proposing, and Derek knows that.)

Either Stiles got tired of waiting for Derek to ask and finally just asked Derek himself, Derek had to forcibly show Stiles he cared (because he just was not getting it on his own) and very aggressively asked, or they had been doing the equivalent of dating for years before they realized what they we're doing before finally slapped a label on it.

They're different types of clingy. Stiles is your traditional clingy; being touchy, planning things for the two of them, or requiring a regular date night. While Derek is more of the follow Stiles around everywhere and just needing to be within the general vicinity of Stiles at all times, kind of clingy.
