ACTUALLY child abuse isn't sad and serious. i mean it's sad and serious but it's not JUST those things. it's also HILARIOUS. it's SILLY. it's illogical it makes no fucking sense! it can seem so surreal that it makes you laugh at how ridiculous it is. and child abuse belongs in happy stories, CSA belongs in silly stories too !! because CSA doesn't prevent you from being silly or having a good silly time and im. sooo normal about this. im not angry. i'm soooooo normal.

SO !!!!!! Red Valley is a British science mystery drama about an experimental cryonic science project, the limits of ethics, and legacy. At the start it follows Warren Godby, a guy with a troubled past trying to make things work at a new office job, and Gordon Porlock, a conspiracy theorist in the archives division of the office whos obsessed with the company's dark past. and thats. the most i can tell you without going into spoilers after season 1 LMAO. no idea how much youve seen from my postings but its one of those kinda shows where theres sooo much to it but i can only tell you a wee sliver.....but its so good (source: trust me dude)

My mom always used to tell me that I was so much more mature than the boys my age because "girls mature faster" and always told me to date older when I started dating.

The men in my family would tell me that the best way for me to succeed was to 1) get really thin 2) get really hot 3) marry an elderly man months from death 4) inherit his money after he died.

Constant discussions about how I shouldn't be dating teenage boys because teenage boys "only want one thing" and I should be waiting to date till my mid 20s when they've "calmed down".

But yeah it was totally my fault when a man in a position of power over me in his late 20s started dming me when I was 13 and I thought it was normal.

This is a little rant for littles & caregivers who struggle with hyper-sexuality, sexual flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, etc!

This is sfw, I do not personally understand/ participate in any nsfw/ age play, I am a minor.

The day that more of the Agere community is a bit more accepting to people whose regression isn’t completely and 100 percent “innocent” all the time without getting accused of having an age play kink or “sexualizing” age regression, is the day I rest.

As someone who experiences intrusive and impulsive thoughts that I cannot control, it sucks. I cannot just “stop thinking like that”, the more you try and repress those icky thoughts, the more they frequent. Repressing something is never good.

Also, as someone who’s been through some (brief) sexual experiences when I was little plus, was gifted unrestricted internet access—Sometimes when I happen to be regressed and I remember that or I’m experiencing/ reliving a bad moment—my body gets confused and reacts sometimes. And you know what? That’s okay.

Sometimes our brains can be mean. It sucks, I know. But it’s not your fault. It’s something that happens, it’s natural. You’re not gross for your mind getting confused sometimes and feeling things without wanting to. You’re not gross for reacting how you reacted to past trauma. You’re not gross for your body reacting to something involuntary. You’re not gross for your mind making up something you don’t agree with. You’re not gross if you think of adult things while regressed involuntarily/without wanting to.

Remember lovebug, your regression is yours.

It doesn’t have to fit a specific mold, and you’re not “icky” or “gross” for experiencing something you can’t control.

You still deserve to heal the way you choose to heal, regardless of what other people say.

The Sun: What is Rook passionate about? How do they fuel that passion?

Rowena is passionate about art, and people's wellness. When she was sold to the Crows as a child, Viago took the time to teach her how to read and write, and about artwork. She learned to draw, and now drawing and painting are her two biggest Hobbies behind contracts and reading. She often will paint and sell to Antivan aristocrats, donating the funds to the people of Treviso. She kills Venatori and saves slaves as often as she can - she remembers that life. She won't allow anybody else to experience it.

The Moon: How does Rooks past impact their values? Does their past come with any biases or blind spots they have to account for?

Rook was stolen as a child from Arlathan after her clan was killed and sold to a Magister in Tevinter. She spend the next six or so years as his slave, as his "favourite". The Magister had a specific inkling for...relations with children. After she had grown too old for his tastes, she was sold to the Crows. Her contract to become a fully fledged Crow was simply chosen - and easily done. Since then she has spent as much time as she could helping others in that situation - any slaves. Elf or not, doesn't matter. She will not let anyone - ANYONE feel the pain she felt.

This has got to be the worst birthday of my life and I've had plenty of shit birthdays.

Nothing like feeling totally abandoned by your family, getting sent a happy birthday message from the mom that sexually abused as child and then spent the rest entirety of childhood and life mentally, psychologically, and emotionally abusing you and neglecting you while manipulating you and then denying it all and ending the day by having your dad yell at you all while refusing to understand why you mental state is the way it is, then have him (again) tell you that everyone told him that he should have abandoned you and your siblings and not fought for custody of you and that he could have (because this is normal and healthy thing to say to your child) and of course again blaming you for abandoning him because you are traumatized abused confused manipulated and severely depressed 18 year old went to go live with your mom.

A decision that you regret with all your being.

And that choice led to your current hellish living situation, one that happened without your contest or knowledge because your mother moved you into where having been living for the past 4 years while you were in the hospital.

And that same dad also denies any role that he, his wife, and their children have played in your mental state and the abuse and neglect that happened in his home and how he abandoned you too even if he was physically present.

And so yeah welcome to 32 lets hope that this birthday is not an indication of what the year will be like.

Like I can a new family please? Can I get some loving supportive parents for my birthday? Can I have support system and safety net please as my gift.
