it’s that season again… and i just wanted to shed light on some dark areas.

i have been struggling with mental illness since my first year of middle school, and i’m now in my last year of high school. there are times where i feel confident that i can overcome that overwhelming feeling of sadness and anxiety, but it just comes right back.

since i’m in my last month of high school, i have been overwhelmed with a lot of things… especially since i will be starting college in the fall. it’s not easy, but that’s why it’s necessary to take time for myself.

if you’re a simmer in this community and you struggle with your mental health, don’t be afraid to ask for help or take time for yourself. your page and your true friends will always be here for you to come back to. i’ve seen so many supportive souls in this community who will always be willing to help.

though i am still on my journey to a healthier mindset and lifestyle, i am also willing to support and share advice to those who are struggling. you are not alone in your struggles 💕.

It’s not even about the people they leave behind when someone takes their life. It’s more about the unknown for those who have to carry on. The unknown, knowing someone they love ended their life because life was so painful, the pain they were in to take that step. We will never know their last thoughts.

To those who have lost their battle, you were fallen angels, that want to go home. And for the living, we must learn not to live without them but to live with the love they left behind. Let the love run through your body and give you strength on days you truly need it 💕🕊️

i don’t think I can speak any words better than what has already been posted but i wanted to say that i will be praying for moonbin’s family and friends and any people he has touched within his lifetime for the next few days and then some. it’s so hard to find words when something like this happens but please know that whatever you’re feeling right now is valid and it’s okay to be upset, this is a heavy and hard matter and that’s okay. you can cry, you can celebrate his life, you can do anything you feel is necessary for you and if you need someone to talk/rant/vent/etc to, i am always here for you. remember you are loved and cherished.
