Prompt: Reader falls asleep at their work desk and Idia decides to check up on them

Warnings: possibly ooc Idia and him overthinking the whole situation

Idia was worried. It wasn't anything too serious, really. Except you didn't answer his messages for the last few hours or answer his calls. Too bad your boyfriend was an overthinker. Were you purposely ignoring him? Do you not love him anymore? What if something happened to you? No, that couldn't be it. You were probably just busy with your commissions. You've been getting a lot of them lately, after all. You were probably just working hard, slouched at your desk, drawing away. You did tell him you were going to be busy. Still, he couldn't shake off the feeling something was wrong.

He was lying down on his bed, phone in his hand, staring at the last message he sent you. No answer whatsoever. You didn't even leave him on read, how cruel is that!?

At that moment, his worry got the best of him. He got up, put on his jacket, hood over his head, phone in his pocket. It wasn't a big deal, he just wanted to check up on you. A quick trip to your room just to see if you're okay. Nothing else.

He had to mentally prepare himself for this. Cracking the door open slightly, he peeked out to see no one in the hallway. That was when he made his move and quickly walked through the Ighnihyde hallways, to the mirror chamber and finally, your dorm room.

Idia stood there silently, looking around and checking if anyone saw him. He knocked on your door. No answer. He knocked again. Still no answer. What could you be doing that you didn't answer the door? It's not like it was late at night or early in the morning. That just made him worry even more. What if you were actually ignoring him? What if something actually did happen to you?

Then, he gathered up his courage, taking a deep breath and slowly opening the door to your room. And there you were, sound asleep on your work desk at your drawing tablet, the pen still in your hand with the drawing program opened, showing your unfinished work.

Relief washed over Idia when he saw you were perfectly fine, just seemingly exhausted from all the work you had. He let out the breath he forgot he was holding, took off his hood and quietly shut the door to your room, walking over to you and taking the pen away from your hand.

Putting the pen on the desk, he turned off the tablet and picked you up bridal style, placing you on the bed and covering you with a blanket. What he didn't expect, however, was for you to wake up and call out his name. He let out a panicked squeak and jumped slightly, looking at you.

"Uhm... Y-Yeah?"

"What are you doing..?"

"Nothing! Nothing... I'll just leave--"

"Wait, no..."

"Huh?"

Idia turned to you as you tugged his sleeve, trying to pull him on the bed with you. Shakily, he sat down at the edge of your bed, looking away from you and blushing, tips of his hair glowing pink. He let out another squeak when you pulled him down with you on the bed and wrapped your arms around his waist, cuddling into his chest and slowly falling asleep again.

He did not expect that. Stiff as a board, he slowly wrapped his arms around you and placed his head on top of yours. After a few minutes, which to him felt like hours, he fell asleep too, all the worry leaving him as he relaxed with you in his arms.

I was talking with some people a while back on Discord and it got mentioned the BSD abilities are similar to Unique Magic so here's what came from it. I'm only doing ADA members today, but I might do the other factions later on but idk. Spoilers warning for some details about characters and references to back stories for BSD characters, nothing major, but still there.

Osamu Dazai - Scarabia

Dazai, even though he has a carefree personality, has a lot going on in his head and is making plans for every possible outcome when it comes to missions. These plans take account of everything from the people involved motives, abilities, and personalities to on the fly environment changes. Making me believe he fits the Scarabia motto of meticulous planning. When in Scarabia I doubt Jamil would let him anywhere near Kalim with how scheming he is.

Doppo Kunikida - Heartslabuyl

Let's be honest, Kunikida is strict and holds his values in upmost importance. Sure his uprightness cause some gags here and there, being uptight is probably the only thing keeping him sane working with who he does. *cough* Dazai. His severity helps keep the ADA from burning down, and that is desperately needed at NRC. Also, he would probably be the only person to learn and follow all the Queen of Hearts rules other than Riddle.

Atsushi Nakajima - Ighnihyde

Alright, I know what you're thinking, but hear me out. Ighnihyde's thing is perseverance, right? What has Atsushi done but preserve? At every turn, life knocks him down, and yet he gets back up. He's been abused, lied to, betrayed and had to fight things way bigger than he ever could imagine, and it has not stopped him from fighting. If that's not him persevering, I don't know what is. Idia would probably be afraid of him the first time he sees the Beast Beneath the Moonlight, but other than that, I fell like they could get along.

Akiko Yosano - Diasomnia

Let's be real, Yosano fits elegance to a tee. She carries herself professionally and has alot of dignity. She has been through alot, so she could probably handle whatever training they threw her way with her insane resilience and pain tolerance. Maybe Lilia would use her ability (now UM) to train Silver and Sebek even harder since they have an on site medic.

Kenji Miyazawa - Octavinelle

Kenji is one of the nicest characters in Bungo Stray Dogs, always doing acts of service, treat everyone (even villains) with kindness and of course being generous. You could say his kindness is a sign of naivety like with Kalim, but he isn't fully unaware, the just gives too much benefit of the doubt. He would probably be a good asset to Monstro Lounge as well with his killer strength.

Jun'ichiro Tanizaki - Savvanaclaw

Jun'ichiro is rather relaxed compared to his co-workers, but he is quite stubborn when it comes to his goal of protecting Naomi. He can be beat, stabbed, and almost crushed to death, yet no matter what he gets up and continues to fight in her name. The Savvanaclaw members might think he is a pushover at first, but if they push him too far, they'll have a big surprise waiting for them.

Yukikchi Fukuzawa - Pommefiore

Fukuzawa, the dedicated founder of the ADA, who through his efforts managed to make a faction in the ability world that would help those in need. I feel like Fukuzawa would fit Pommefiore well, sure he isn't as vain as some Pommefiore mob characters, he still puts effort into how everything around him looks and is kept. He even tries to hold a stern boss persona when in the presence of his employees. He could probably work as a middle ground for Epel with Vil if he was de-aged. Fukuzawa could also be a past student now teacher at NRC probably specializing in combat magic or support magic.

Ranpo Edogawa - Ramshackle

For this crossover, I've been translating abilities to UM magics and overall skill with magic. However, Ranpo doesn't have an ability and is just a skilled detective. Since he had no ability and is normal, I feel like he wouldn't be able to be sorted by the Mirror. If I was going to give him a dorm, it would probably be Octavinelle since he gives out his deduction with little in return, but he's probably just going to end up with being Yuu's roommate.

Kyoka Izumi - Heartslabuyl

Kyoka though her stone facade is a skilled fighter whose energy and personality shines in fighting where she puts her entire being into the fight. Her severity is usually saved for important moments, but when it is shown it stands out. She would probably follow the rules of the dorm, since she is used to taking all types of orders. The Heartslabuyl gang would probably see her as cold and doll-like.

Prompt: Ace dares you to jump at the first person to come around the corner to see if they'll catch you.

Vil ;; Yeah, you’re outta luck, do you think he is gonna ruin his make up and wrinkle his outfit to catch you?? hell no, be prepared to collide with the floor (but he will offer to clean/fix you up later)

You're already sighing in defeat the moment you lay eyes on him. But oh well, you have nothing else to lose, so why not do it to see if he loses his composure?

You start walking slowly towards him, and as you close the distance, start speed walking, then jogging and finally fully sprint at him.

He looks seemingly surprised for a second, before pulling his chin up, his perfectly painted lips frowned in an expression that could be classified as distaste. Either towards you or your actions, which one? You don't know.

The moment you are close enough to touch him if you extend one of your fingers towards him, he side-steps, not even bothering to look worried.

You meet your demise early, rolling on the dirt in a way that makes grass and leaves stick to your messed up uniform and body. Patches of brown and green covered you almost from head to toe when you pulled yourself up on your knees. You had some scratches on the patches of skin visible, but nothing deadly.

Vil grabbed your chin, forcing you to look at him, the situation was almost comical, him- the perfect queen, and… you, a mess. Almost like a rom-com!

“You look absolutely disgusting, my dear.” He didn’t hide the way his nose scrunched slightly at your sight. You’d be lying if you said it didn’t hurt you. “And you wanted me to fall prey to your… antics, which would have been devastating for my image.” He frowned, very slightly. His eyes roamed around your dirty uniform, one of his hands caught a leaf, throwing it away without looking where it felt, while the other tried to smooth out a big crease, but failed to do so, he wouldn’t want to dirty his hands with the dust that covered you.

“Now, get up.” Before you could ask why, he was already standing straight. “I’m gonna fix the mess you have caused…” He smiled, a hand to the side of his face. His expression sent cold sweat down your spine. “And make you shine like never before, you’re lucky, anyone would kill to be in your position. Now come on!”

Oh seven, Epel had told you about this. You’re doomed.

Epel ;; ANOTHER ONE THAT REALLY TRIES, he stumbles (quite a lot) and mighy actually fall with you but do tell him how awesome it was that he caught you!!! he’ll be over the clouds!!!

You feel kind of bad about what you're about to do, but hey, what happens happens. You call out to him, starting to walk in slow steps towards him.

“Oh, hey Prefect!” He waves, and at that exact moment you start running at him. He’s frozen in place, completely horrified, but let’s be honest, who wouldn’t? You’re the Prefect of NRC. He’s looking around wildly, trying to find any way to escape from you, but it’s too late, even if he has the stamina to outrun you, you’re already way too close.

You jump on him before he can even turn around. Luckily, he had a quick reaction time, grabbing you with a pretty strong grip, how did he do it? you didn’t know. Sadly, even if he technically manages to catch you… he doesn’t manage to stay up, falling with you still with him. But hey! He works well as to cushion your fall!

“What was that for?! Yer crazy!” His accent slipped, perhaps because he was quite dizzy after the collision. He opened his eyes, a grimace in his face, as he looked down, his face paled, and you decided to get off of him. “Oh no, oh nonono, Vil is goin’ to kill me! Look at ‘tis mess! Oh seven please help me.” Well, he did look like a mess, leaves coated his hair, and his uniform was dirty, brown and green spots all around his clothes. “Yer fixin this! I’m not gonna die today, and its yer fault, so c’mon!” He grabbed onto your arm, and you helped him to get on his feet. You told him that even if it didn’t quite end well, you were very impressed at how strong he was, you think that with some practice he would be able to lift you up with no practice, go farm boy, go!

The moment those words left your mouth, he truly looked like an apple, his face had a reddish tint, and his lips were sealed tight, he tried looking everywhere but at you while you led him towards Ramshackle dorm.

“Shut yer trap, Prefect.”

Rook ;; i feel he would be listening to you both talk and walk around the corner purposefully, like, he WILL be the one running at you

“What are you two petits espiègles planning here, hm?” Ace flinched, while you froze in your place. As you two turned around, you saw the blonde man right behind you. How did he get there? And more importantly, when?

“Oh, hey Rook, didn‘t see you there.” Ace seemed to try and play it coy, but Rook’s intense stare made him break in a cold sweat.

“Ahh, you break my heart,” He grabbed his hat and held it in front of his chest as theatrically as he could, which was not difficult. “you don’t trust me?”

“No, I mean, yes-? Well not really but not like that-“ While Ace tried to explain himself, Rook swatted a hand in the air to make him stop.

“It’s okay, I understand.” He was almost pouting now. “You don’t have to explain anything to pauvres moi.”

And with that, he went away. Wait, what just happened? Ace shared a look with you, neither of you really understood what Rook you did. You watched him round the corner, his blonde head disappearing… And come right back, now speeding at you.

“C’mon! Were you just big talk?!” He opened his arms while running, his lips quirking upwards in a teasing smile. Truly the sight before you was quite frightening, to say the least. “Come to papa!” WAIT WHAT.

Ace laughed really loudly behind you, and you wanted to punch him, but if you didn’t do what Rook told you, you were sure he would just ram into you. He didn’t seem to have any desire to stop.

You, with shivering legs because, to be honest, you were quite confused and terrified, started running at Rook. Which looked like a bad idea, you two could collide and send you flying back from the force, but you didn’t have any other option at the time.

When you were close enough, you decided that closing your eyes would help to mitigate the pain you were about to experience. And surprisingly, the hit never came.

You were now being held like a baby by Rook, looking around for some seconds as you tried to process what just happened. Holding onto his shoulders to put yourself upright, you felt how jacked this dude was under the uniform. What the hell?!? He felt like a rock! A comfortable one, but a rock nonetheless! His only response at your bewildered expression was chuckling and you would have hit his shoulder if you hadn’t thought it would hurt to do so.

“Surprised?”

Idia ;; at the very least least he can cushion your fall… right? i just have one word for you; why.

Hey, you do feel bad about what you’re about to do, don’t get me wrong, but it’s a life or death situation, for you to live, and for him to die. Jokes aside, why does Ace have to force you to this the day Ortho finally managed to get Idia to get outside. Truly, he was not the Seven’s favourite.

You don’t really trust him to catch you, just, look at him! He can only catch the latest content leak of his favourite SSR character, in no way, shape or form, an IRL person!

You call out to him, forcing a small shriek out of him, damn it, he wanted to pass this quest as quick as possible, what could you— a normie—possibly want??

“Eh-ehk! Puh-prefect! What do you want?!” His mind is overrun the moment he sees you start to speed at him. While his feet are firmly planted on the floor and seemingly do not want to move in any direction as he wished them to, his hands are frantically moving around, covering his face, clutching at the fabric on his chest, just, wavin’ ‘em around crazy!

As you run at him he wonders what went wrong in his life, questions each and every option that made him enter this rare event that would surely end in a bad end.

He still doesn’t understand what is going on, and the moment you’re so, so close, close enough to feel the soft heat his hair emits, a blue hue tinting your face, you… jump?!

He completely blue screens. Brain short-circuits. He’s AFK, the lag was too strong.

You both collide— quite harshly I must add— with the floor, but at least he kind of cushioned your fall, not too much though, dude’s skin and bones.

You sit on his stomach, worried when you see him completely out of it. You tried to shake him around to get him to come back to the living world, but no chance. Even pinching his nose closed with your fingers doesn’t seem to work. Until you remember, Moirai of the Edge! His favourite idol group!. As you call out to him and gasp, your face right on top of his, saying that you couldn’t believe that Moirai came to NRC to give a tour, he finally reacts. And you wish he didn’t.

He immediately bumps his head with yours, and that isn’t the only pain he feels, he really needs a life elixir right now. And oh, oh, oh dear seven. You’re on top of him?! What is going on?!

You can hear a “pop” similar to popcorn well, popping, as his hair combusts in bright pink. Yeah, you think he really is dead now. Better start writing your apology letter for Ortho. This really wasn’t the best of endings.

Ortho ;; hE CAN CATCH YOU AND IT WILL LOOK SO WEIRD CUS HES A TINY LITTLE DUDE BUT???? MACHINE???? METAL?¿?¿?¿ STRONG?¿?¿?¿?

As you run towards him, he turns in your direction after making a tiny buzzing sound, apparently his movement sensors were not a joke and actually work. He waves at you, his eyes crinkling at the corners simulating what seemed like a smile.

He is quite confused when you don’t stop, instead, you scream a greeting at him and jump up in the air. What are you doing?

The moment he sees that you’re not going to land that fall correctly he’s extremely worried, you’re gonna get hurt! Luckily, his body’s new functions that his brother added prior in this week came in handy in this situation! New springs that helped support his joints and a stronger motor were good for lifting heavier objects up in the air!

Honestly, for you, even if you were grateful that Ortho intercepted you from your fall, his metal body was not the most comfortable. But you were very surprised to see that he did catch you! But he’s also not exactly human, which gave him an advantage? You truly did not know what to think.

Ace was wheezing in the background, phone in hand and pointing at the robo-child, and you in his arms, the size difference very visible, the image was way too comical to leave it unrecorded.

Malleus ;; ace would be terrified and malleus would be very confused, is this some kind of… human ritual to welcome someone, child of man??

You groan, why does Ace have to do this to you? He probably cheated! Now you’re gonna have to ridicule yourself and possibly hurt yourself, great.

But, the moment you see his horns peek around the corner, you light up. It’s Tsunotarou! Surely he is capable! 

You yell his nickname loudly, swinging your arm as a greeting. Ace’s face pales, almost as white as the ghosts at Ramshackle. He tries to hold your arm to keep you back, away from Malleus, but he’s so skittish from fear that his grip does nothing at stopping you. He is merely able to call out to you, telling you that he’s sorry and that you don’t need to do it. But you ignore him.

“Hm? What is it, child of man? Is something troubling you?” He slightly beams as he lays eyes on you, corresponding to your wave. You take that opportunity and speed in his direction. His only physical reaction was the way his eyes widened, but it was so unnoticeable that if you weren’t intently looking at him like you are, you wouldn’t have seen it. But, behind his cool facade, he felt on edge. What is going on with you? Are you… perhaps mad at him? What could he have possibly done to deserve your wrath?

He was ready to accept anything that you’d do, as long as you’d forgive him for whatever he had done. But the way you beamed as you lounged at him, with open arms, dissolved the whole scenario he had created in his mind.

His lips quivered as he tried to restrain a smile. He put his arms around your body the moment you two collided against each other, and he didn’t even sway backwards.

“Is this… Some kind of human ritual, child of man?” You lie to him, telling you that you just wanted some attention, he smiles fondly at you. “You could have just asked.”

Lilia ;; another one that probably heard you and ace, deffo capable of catching you without trouble, but may do some flips in the air with you, so if you get motion sickness you’re screwed

You don’t know if you’re truly lucky or the Seven are giving you the stink eye. On one part, he seems strong enough to be able to pull it off. But on the other… you want to keep your head on your shoulders.

Ace doesn’t let you keep thinking how to curry the Seven’s favour any longer, as he pushes you in Lilia’s direction.

Sighing, you jog in his direction, calling out to him to make him see you, which, was in fact, not necessary, he knew where you were and what you were trying to do, silly!

He had a smug smile plastered on his face. He looked at you as how a pup looks at a new, shiny toy to play with, and you were definitely not content with that.

As you started to quicken your pace, he chuckled, chuckled! 

Oh, you were going to try to drag him down.

But all your plans were defeated the moment you came in contact with him. He lifted you both in the air, his grip on you surprisingly tight. Which you mentally thanked him for, you were not looking to fall down from such a height.

But the moment he started swaying you both, you regretted it immediately.

Safe to say your throat hurts after a couple of spins and wheels in the air.

Silver ;; he was feeling sluggish and decided to lay down, and then you go and crash into him, poor little guy 

Lately, Silver had been feeling slightly tired, his movements becoming sluggish with each passing moment, so he decided to find a quiet place to rest, he didn’t want to fall asleep in the middle of something important, so even if he didn’t exactly want to sleep at the moment, it was the best choice.

But oh, how wrong he was. There, on the perfect spot, the one on which he supposedly should never be annoyed by a random passerby, you two, Ace and the Prefect of the Ramshackle dorm were quietly talking together.

He hadn’t noticed you two though, and so he unknowingly became your designated target.

He yawned, putting a hand in front of his mouth to stifle it, and the first sight he caught when he opened his eyes was enough to give him nightmares. There you were, running straight at him at full speed. For a moment he was about to grab for his sword, but he would never point one at you, and he also left it behind.

He called out to you, perhaps trying to negotiate you out of whatever you had set your mind to, but you did not respond, so he quickly gave up.

You, however, did not, jumping at him when you were close enough. His arms reacted quickly, enclosing you in his embrace, however, his legs were weak at that moment, giving out under him, forcing you both to the floor. If he hadn’t felt so exhausted he could have held you without any trouble, but it was not the case.

You sat on his stomach, a little bit dizzy from the fall, but it was nowhere the same as what Silver would have felt, since he cushioned your fall. You shook him by his shoulders to ask him if he was okay, but when he didn’t respond your blood froze. Did you just kill this dude?!

Oh, he’s breathing, he probably just fell asleep. Now, you scoot him over to a tree stump so that he is a little bit more comfortable and quietly leave with Ace and a promise for a lot of tuna cans.

Sebek ;; yeah he is jacked and can catch you… but will he? youre a “HuMaN!1!!”

He noticed you before Ace even said anything, calling out to you with his classic “HUMAN!”, you could see Ace playfully roll his eyes at you and push you in his direction, an evil little smirk present on his face.

You honestly don’t trust that Sebek will catch you, on one hand he is strong and capable of lifting you up, he is Malleus bodyguard afterall, but on the other, he is Malleus bodyguard, and is fully and only devoted to him, if you are not his revered “waka-sama” you doubt he will even look in your direction. But oh well, might as well run for it.

He sees you running at him, but doesn’t think anything about it, after all, he did call your attention. But what he was not expecting was your feet leaving the soil as you jumped towards him, arms open as if you wanted a hug. His instincts took over, and he acted before he could even think about what was happening, his arms now around your body in a protective manner.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING HUMAN?!” He, behind his words, was worried about you. “IF YOU HAD JUMPED AT MALLEUS YOU COULD HAVE CREATED A HUGE PROBLEM!!” You ignore him, instead complimenting him, he is pretty strong but you did not expect him to catch you!! The moment those words leave your mouth he lets you down as if your touch burns him, and you can almost see the blush that covers his ears as he turns around.

“Oh! Oh, of course I am strong… I am Malleus’ bodyguard after all!” He forgot why he had called you before.

Azul ;; seven help him, he's still not completely used to his land body, even less legs! He'll be falling flat on the floor

Great, now you're about to murder this guy just because Ace told you to. Look at him! He's just trying to read his (evil little) book! And here you come, ready to jump at him, and even if it makes you end in jail, you can't chicken out of it now.

The moment he hears you running at him as if he was a bucket of chum makes him freak out. He's looking around wildly trying to figure out what is happening, his weird, fleshy legs aren't responding to him. like his tentacles would, and he stays frozen in fear.

When you jump at him, he lets the book fall at his feet, lifting his arms. Was that a weak attempt to hold you or was he only trying to protect his face? After all, glasses are very expensive. Perhaps both, perhaps none.

His body crashes against the floor quite harshly, you must admit, and you even fear that you actually ended his life, but his groaning states that no, even if his usually perfect dorm uniform was quite… ragged and disheveled to be nice, he was still breathing and alive. Good! Now Grim doesn't have to worry about you getting him tuna from jail!

Now, you help him up, asking for forgiveness. He's still quite dizzy, so please help him get to his dorm, and maybe treat him to something nice.

Jade ;; ah… you would be better off falling down a cliff. He will surely grab you, even if he has to drop something… but it will have a price for you.

You looked at Ace, begging him with your eyes to back let you back off of the dare. You did NOT want to die yet. The only response you got was a shitty smirk and a push from Ace.

You noted mentally that you would make his life terrible for making you do this.

You took a strong breath before bolting in his direction, at which he quickly reacted, looking at you with a surprised face, but only for a second, before the corner of his lips lifted slightly, a sardonic smile on his face that showed his sharp and dangerous teeth.

“Oya?” He dropped the stacks of papers and notebooks he was holding, probably for class or for the lounge. It didn't matter either way, as they laid forgotten at his feet while his arms were now occupied with your body, his hands under your legs to support your weight. “What are you doing, Prefect?” His smile sent shivers down your spine, and you tried to get as physically far as possible, but his hold on you didn’t allow much distance.

“Hmm, don’t you think you could have gotten quite… hurt?” You believe he was the danger. As he saw you struggle, he tightened his grasp on you for a second, before actually letting you down. You could feel the way those teeth that showed behind his smile could sink in your flesh and tear it apart, and you did not want to experience it any time soon, so you sank further away from him.

“Where do you think you’re going?” Your body froze as he stared at you, his arm pointing down at the mess you had created. “Don’t think you’re getting away without paying for causing this chaos, it’s your fault, after all.”

Yeah, Ace was mentally preparing what outfit he was going to wear at your funeral.

Floyd ;; depends on his mood, either he grabs you and slings you over his shoulder like a potato sack and runs away, turns around and leaves without acknowledging you or (in the worst possible scenario) slams you against the floor for annoying him, lets hope its the most peaceful option.

Your eyes widen, you don't even know how to react. Sure, he could catch you (and squeeze you in the process) but if he was in a bad mood, you could also end in the hospital easily, and you did not want to put your life on a dice roll. Idia was the RNG god, not you.

But apparently, today you were the Seven’s favourite, since Floyd, the moment he laid eyes on you, smiled and enthusiastically waved his hand high in the air.

“Lil’ Shrimpy!!” He started speed walking at you, and you used that to your opportunity, starting to sprint in his direction.

His smile widened, showing off his sharp teeth. He stopped moving, opting instead to spread his legs to get a better footing and opening his arms, ready to catch you.

You both were smiling as you crashed into each other. He quickly held onto you, spinning you both around for a couple of seconds.

“Shrimpy!!!! That was so fun! Let’s do it again!!” His arms around you are tightening, not enough to crush you or break a rib…yet, but enough so that you could not squirm against his hold. “Ohh, but if I’m late, Azul will punish me by making me do the dishes…” His smile faltered, but it quickly was replaced by one of his toothy grins. “I know! I know! I’ll bring you with me!”

And then, he slung you on his shoulder, putting a hand at the back of your knee for support. You tried hitting his back but he didn’t care, only laughing and even shaking you around as revenge. 

You got very strange looks as you both walked through the corridors towards the mirror chamber.

Kalim ;; HE TRIES, he is capable of lifting you up, but he might get startled and fall with you.

Uh oh, you’re gonna make Jamil’s headache even worse.

Kalim smiles as he sees you. If he was the sun, he looked at you as if you were his sky. He smiled bright enough to blind you, but that didn't stop you coming at full speed at him.

The moment you did not stop, he looked confused, almost scared. Did you turn on him? Absolutely not, he told himself, you were way too nice to sell yourself to one of those noble families that wanted him gone, he trusted you.

Therefore, he was not that startled when you opened your arms and jumped at him, his smile widened even more, which would torment you until your death if you actually made him topple over and hurt even a single ONE of the hairs in his head.

Jamil, even at Scarabia Dorm, could sense that some trouble was happening.

He actually managed to grab you on time! He held you tight to his body, spinning on his heels a couple of times, twirling you both. His laugh crackled through the air, and damn the Seven, it was so contagious. You could not manage to not laugh with him.

He lets you softly on the floor, but still holds onto you, his arms around yours.

He gently swayed you both around, going around some flower pots in the garden.

As he hugged you tight, his foot got caught on a stray root, and as his hold on you was pretty strong, dragged you down with him.

You were worried that you hurt him, but he only laughed, his eyes closed and wrinkling at the edges.

"Woops." Was the only thing he said before you joined in his giggling.

But let's not forget Jamil, who was now running around in search of Kalim.

Jamil ;;  poor jamil, he will most definitely catch you, but may scold you afterwards, please dont stress him out even more, if you say you trusted him to catch you, he’ll be a blushing mess

He had been sent to retrieve the notes Kalim had accidentally left at Crewel's class when he spotted you and Ace. And the way he whispered to you didn’t give him any good feelings.

He tried to spin on his heels and speed-walk away from you two as fast as he could, but as quick as that might have been, it wouldn’t surpass the speed at which you were already running at him.

Even as he tried to zig zag to get you off of his trail, you did not give up, so, the only thing he could do now was accept his fate. He spun around again. For the seven, he only wanted to finish his chores quickly and go back to Scarabia!

“What do you want prefe-EHK.” The moment he was facing you he had you already jumping at him, and the only response he could muster was dropping Kalim’s notes to pass his arms around you so you both wouldn’t fall and get hurt. He was, to say the least, shocked, what were you trying to do? Why would you do that? How could you do that? Why him!? It’s not as if you were sure he would have caught you, you could have fallen to the floor! He could have just ignored you, and continued walking away!

He tried asking you, but as you told him that you did it because you were sure he wouldn't have done that, he hid his face in your shoulder, unable to look you in the eye.

The moment he left you on the floor, he tried to clean the mess you had caused as quickly as possible, and refused you (multiple times) when you offered to help him. When he was done, he left as if he had never been there, well, except for a forgotten piece of paper with messily scribbled words on it.

“Thank you.” It said.

Prompt: Ace dares you to jump at the first person to come around the corner to see if they'll catch you.

Riddle ;; even if he tries, hes going down with you

Riddle was carrying a box full of delicate and clean alchemy supplies, and, well… they wouldn’t last for too long.

As you ran at him full speed, he knew what was coming. Although he stayed frozen in place, his mind raced while determining if you were breaking any of the Queen’s rules. And even if you weren’t quite breaking any of them, you would be getting an earful after this.

He had determined that it would be safer if he left the box on the floor, since he didn’t have enough time to run away from you. The supplies clattered as the box collided with the floor the moment you tackle-jumped him, not even giving him time to get up from his slouched position.

Scattered supplies laid behind you, both you and Riddle on the floor, your fall had been cushioned by him, but he hadn’t been as lucky.

“Prefect! What was that for?!” He pushed you up, holding your arms, his face was completely red, perhaps in anger or worry, or... “You could have gotten seriously hurt!” He huffed, trying to calm himself down. “Do not try to pull anything like that again. Ever. Or it will be off with your head immediately, understood?”

Nevertheless, he helped you up, forcing— well, urging you to help him finish his errands.

Trey ;; most definetly will drop everything the moment he sees you running at him

Ah, the nice smell of fresh baked goods, too bad that thanks to Ace, no one would be able to taste them.

As you started running at you, he understood your intentions, and with a small smile threw the forgotten tray to the side and held his arms out. His arms were tightly around your body the moment you two collided, and even as he staggered back, his hold on you didn’t falter.

He didn’t let go immediately, as when he let you on the floor, his arms lagged behind.

“What was that about, Prefect?” He was used to this, being the oldest brother, his younger siblings would usually jump at him to hug him. His warmth was welcoming while he held you. Then, he remembered the discarded tray, and grimaced. “Are you free? I might need help to remake them.” And you, feeling at fault, obviously helped him. Those were sweets for Riddle, and you most definetly didn’t want to be collared.

Cater ;; will drop the things he has to catch you, but if its his phone, he'll still catch you, but while complaining the whole time

Here he comes, rounding up the corner… staring at the phone in his hand.

You called his name to make him notice you, and the way he smiled brightly and yelled your name back almost made you stop running at him… almost.

He was quite confused with the way you were acting, but the moment he realized you weren’t about to stop, he connected the dots and strengthened his grip on his phone, barely steading himself the moment you crashed against him. He twirled you around before setting you down, a pout on his face.

“Prefeect, I was holding my phone!” He slightly shook you by your shoulders. “I could have dropped it! And Cay-Cay cannot have a cracked phone, it would be SO not cool!” His pout turned upwards, while one of his arms snaked around your shoulder, he readied his phone to take a selfie. “But now that you’re here, lets take a photo! It’s been a while since you’ve appeared on my Magicam and my followers miss you!”.

Ace ;; probably will catch you (unwillingly), but most likely he’ll get out of the way if he knows you won't get badly hurt

What is he doing? Why is he walking away? Wasn‘t he the one who dared you to embarrass yourself? Oh wait, he’s coming back… hold on, now he is the first one to come around the corner, this little…

He laughed at the look of pure betrayal you had on your face, how dare he?

To spite him, you ran as fast as you could to jump at him and make him fall, if you were going down, you would drag him down to hell with you.

You wanted to wipe that smug shit-eating grin he had, his arms raised in a mocking welcoming way. You lowered your center of gravity, and directly plunged for his midriff to tackle him, for a second, he looked surprised and… and he sidestepped at the last second, fuck.

You fell flat on top of the grass, well, at least it was not concrete, but your hands stung. You refused to move, his loud obnoxious laugh filled your ears, taunting words thrown your way. However, he became concerned when you didn't respond to any, instead laying there, instead of your usual bickering back.

He shook your shoulder, and you looked up at him, a scowl on your face. He apologized to you, and you showed him he scratches on your hands, he truly looked sorry for a second.

“Sorry, c’mere, let me patch you up.” You most definitely ordered him around for a while as revenge.

Deuce ;; inmediatly drops everything, but if its eggs, you'll have to console him later

Deuce was completely unaware of Ace’s evil little plan, so when he called him and asked him to come quickly, he did, but he was not expecting to see you running at him full speed, yelling an apology in his direction.

He looked around him, to see if he was in danger— nothing.

He looked behind you, to see if you were in danger— nope, there only was Ace laughing his ass off. Hold on. Ace!

The moment he caught on the fact that it was all Ace's plan he decided that he would get revenge, perhaps he would…

Oh crap he forgot about you, but thankfully your body colliding with his reminded him.

He hastily put his arms around you, stumbling for a couple of seconds. He tightened his hold on you, looking at you to make sure that you were okay.

He dismissed your apology, telling you that it wasn’t your fault.

After you explained what Ace did, he left you on the floor, cracking his knuckles.

“Now, are you with me to get back at him?”

Leona ;; his body might act on itself and catch you (on accident) but probably wont do anything, like, he wont even get out of the way

Oh, crap. How… lucky, just the person you’d want to see in this case, right?

He was walking, so, so slow. Drowsiness still visible on his face, his tail swinging lazily behind him. Is it good or bad that he still hasn’t noticed you running straight at him?

I mean, he knew you were there… he just didn’t care, making him ignorant of the immediate accident that was bound to happen any second now.

As you pounce at him, you try to acknowledge what is going to happen, you’re going to fall, perhaps scratch a knee or two, and you’ll have to run for your life with a very annoyed lion whom will be trying to murder you.

You had closed your eyes before the impact, and sadly missed the way his eyes shot wide open, his arms hastily thrown around you. He stumbled back for a second, but made a swift recovery.

“Wh- Herbivore?!” His hold on you quickly slid away, forcing you to fall, well, you had anticipated that the moment you laid eyes on him and Ace snickered.

“If you tell anyone about this, I will eat you.” He didn’t even stop to check on you, before rapidly walking away, his tail swung wildly behind him. He left you quite literally on the dirt.

Ruggie ;; hes instantly getting out of the way or uses laugh with me to get you to stop

There he comes, way too many bags in his hands, probably full of food.

He was munching on a donut, and you felt bad for what was about to happen. However, Ace didn’t let you chicken out, pushing you in his direction, with an empty promise of buying Grim food for the next couple of days.

Listen, Crowley had your funds on a chokehold, and cutting some of Grim’s food expenses could really help you. So, make sure to tell Ruggie you’re really sorry, okay?

You ran at him, determined to get those tuna cans. He heard you before he saw you, and for a moment you saw him panic, his tail swishing around. He looked around, did someone send you because they finally caught him stealing small bits of food off of the cafeteria? Surely not! He had already made a couple of escape plans, but when he saw Ace smirking behind you, they all went through the window.

“Laugh with me!” He forced you to stop on your tracks, as he stopped using his unique magic on you and your legs gave out under you, he let a huff out. He was worried you were going to crush his hard earned groceries. Some were even for Leona!

“Shyehehehehe, what were you trying to do?” He crouched down to be at the same height of you, sitting on the floor. As you explained how Ace coerced you to his plan, he chuckled lightly. “Here,” He held out a doughnut. “for you.” You gladly took it, Ruggie giving food was rare, and you weren’t going to pass this oportunity of a lifetime! Even if it wasn’t close to cover for Grim’s tuna money.

“Now you owe me!”

Jack ;; oh boy, this man will drop anything if you jump at him, will probably say that that it was on instinct and absolubtely was NOT worried you were gonna get hurt

Thanks to the Seven it was him! If you had to choose someone to keep you from dying, it would definitely be him.

Your eyes quickly drifted to Ace, and he looked quite defeated. He tried saying you cheated and that it was not fair, but you ignored him, opting to rub it in his face by winning the dare.

You called Jack’s name loudly, and for a split second you saw his tail wag before he spun around, facing you.

"Huh? Prefect? What are you do-UGH." You jumped on him without even letting him finish his question, and, as you predicted, he was quick to take a hold of you. His muscular arms tightened around your body, and even if he staggered back slightly when you collided with him, he didn't seem to have any problem carrying you.

That is, until he realized that he was holding you, long after he had stabilized his footing, and normally anyone else would have already let you down. Then, he let you down, crossing his arms over his chest as he looked to the side.

"That is dangerous." Oh Seven, he's going to lecture you. "If my instincts weren't so sharp you could have gotten really hurt." Sure, "instincts", let's call them that. "I was worried– worried that it would affect Ramshackle dorm's reputation." Damn it, he was about to say he was worried! And stop lying, it's not like it has any (good) reputation anyway.

Nevertheless, he accompanied you the rest of the day, and sent really dirty looks at Ace the moment he learned that it had been all part of his schemes.
