Sharing our current Shepard Challenge from our server — feel free to join in!
🌌 Across the Stars: The Power of Emotion 🌌
Explore the deep emotions of Mass Effect characters — take as much time as you need!
Prompt:
The Mass Effect universe is filled with powerful emotions: duty, loss, love, hope, and more.
Choose one emotion and dive deep into how it shapes a character's actions, decisions, and relationships. This can be any character from the galaxy, not just Shepard. Let their emotional journey take center stage.
Emotion Focus: Love, grief, anger, joy — anything that moves your character. No Word Limit: Take your time and let the emotion unfold.
Character: Feel free to explore any Mass Effect character.
Tone: Use internal monologues, dialogue, or reflections to express the emotion.
Length: No limit — just make sure the emotion is given the space it deserves.
✨Let the emotional depth of the galaxy shine! ✨

Tumblr Tuesday: Huevember
Hues, colors, shades. From pink to red to orange to yellow to green to blue to purple. You know what has those? Huevember. This Huevember, like other Huevembers before it, is demonstrating the delightful and very broad spectrum of fandom here on Tumblr (we've snuck a couple OCs in here, too, because they were too good to leave out). You have a few more days to get involved in one of the many challenges, or you could just sit back and enjoy these hues 🌈

Lunchbreak 🐈
Tumblr media
yep i really spent 18 hours drawing….a lunch table…. tried to hide a lot of little details zoom in for a fun little game of eye spy. don’t know how many eyes are here but you can try counting. haven’t really drawn many backgrounds before but I think my passion for Magnus archives must mean something if I’m spending hours drawing paperwork

i geniuenly cannot understand the hate behind fanfic writers or the idea that they aren't "real writers". they are writers sure they're not some modern day shakespeare but that does not discredit the fact that these people clearly put thought and effort into their original work, even if it's based on a fandom or some sort of media.
just because their work is not "real literature" or some "literary masterpiece" does not mean it's not valid. because not every piece of writing or every author has to written a ground shattering new york's best seller to be considered a "writer".
i call this propaganda bullshit made up by jealous and tone deaf people. because fanfic writers clearly have the skill, to write characters, build worlds, create emotions and they do it for their passion no paycheck nothing, just pure love for the fandom and writing.
like maybe you're the one who's cringe for thinking every other thing is "lame" or "cringe" because why do you feel the need to be hating on everything. like let's not bring that hate into 2025 and let people express their interests and passions in form they want, let's not police creativity.
