"Baby, aren't you ready yet?" Chan spoke as he entered the room and looked at you doing your makeup in front of the mirror, you looked at him in the mirror and spoke "No, I'm sorry this is taking so long." Chan walked over to you and leaned over the mirror, fixed his hair "Wow, today I'm declaring myself the ugliest man in the world." You put down your makeup without reacting to his 'joke' and turned to him, saw that he's smiling at you "How many times do we have to talk about not saying things like that?" He looked at your furrowed eyebrows and chuckled, kissed your cheek "Oh, don't take it seriously honey. It was just a joke. I mean… when I look at myself, well… I'm just exaggerating a bit."
You rolled your eyes and talked more to yourself as you did your makeup "It pisses me off that you don't realize how good you really look. I can't understand all your insecurities." he folded his arms and continued to listen to you as the smile on his face grew "I wonder how you dare to call yourself ugly when your handsome face and amazing body drive me crazy. I could even sit on your face and praise you for hours just to prove how beautiful you are, stupid." He raised his eyebrows questioningly and let out a chuckle, then you realized what you said and turned your head to him and made him laugh.
"Okay I didn't expect this much, to be honest. But I can't say I didn't like it." he leaned towards you and spoke against your lips "Should we cancel today's plans? So you can sit on my face and I won't joke about my looks again." You licked your dry lips, the thought of it making you clench your legs together. "Promise?" He smiled and held out his hand. "I promise." You took his hand and stood up, watching Chan take off his shirt and lie down on the bed. You now realized you were holding your breath and let out a deep breath. Chan, who was looking down at you, bit his lower lip excitedly and patted his lap. "Take off your clothes and come here," he didn't even have to repeat.
Your panties were on the floor in a short while and you were now on his lap, he gripped your hips tightly and let out a deep groan as he pressed you against him. "You look so beautiful." You smiled at the compliment you received. "You should see yourself. God...I have the most beautiful boyfriend." He gave a shy smile and pressed you back against him. "Let me taste you, I can tell how wet you are even through my clothes, fuck." You lifted your hips and moved forward a little more, stopping when you got to his face, Chan placed his hands on your legs and gave your clit a small lick first. When this unexpected move made your hips move away from his face, Chan tightened his grip and made you sit down completely.
His tongue started licking your hole, as you felt his big nose, made you let out a loud moan at the same time. "C-chris..Y-yes- you're so good.." The compliment he received excited Chan instantly and he continued his tongue strokes. Your moans showed that he was doing a good job, and with the confidence that came from it, he took care of your entire pussy. You ran a hand through his hair, begging for more. “Ride my face baby, I know you want it. Make your boyfriend happy by giving him what he wants.” You started to move your hips slowly, Chan’s face was almost completely covered with your juices, you moaned in pleasure as he sent a muffled moan into your pussy. “Please- you’re so good yes keep going- f-fuck I’m so close.” Chan didn’t care if he was out of breath at that moment, he didn’t stop or slow down his movements, what mattered right now was for you to cum on his beautiful face and he wanted it right now. Your moans were now like tears, your hips roamed over his face, Chan’s tongue was enough to destroy your hole. First he licked it all over and then he guided it to your hole and pushed it inside, while he helped you ride his nose where it was right next to your clit. Your hips were still moving to your face, you let your clenched body relax as you finally came. The cum that was dripping from Chan’s chin started to run down his neck. He didn't let you get up, he wanted to clean up every bit of liquid himself.
When he finally loosened his grip on your legs you shifted to the side and looked at him, swallowed as you looked at his face that was still full of your juices. “Fuck, you’re beautiful even when you’re this messed up.” He laughed at your hypnotic tone and looked away from you for a moment. “Thank you baby. Ah..if that’s what I’m going to have to go through every time I’m insecure, I’m okay with that.” You laughed and punched him lightly in the chest. “No, you promised.” He caught the spot you hit and a laugh echoed through the room. Chan leaned in and kissed your head. “I know, I’ll keep my promise…If you sat on my face every time I wanted?” You nodded, he smiled at that. “Good. Come back now, I’m not done with you.”

thank you for the request!!! 🫶🏻🫂 i think rafe's always had a soft spot for wheezie so i did this one for her cause i personally can see their dynamic being really cute.
 we're both older now - r.c

Sitting in the passenger seat of Rafe’s truck, you couldn’t help but sneak glances at him. His hands were on the wheel, jaw clenched just enough for you to notice, but not enough to freak out.
It’s been months since rehab, and you swear, you’ve never seen him like this before—so focused, so... responsible. It’s kinda hot.
But that’s not what you’re here for. Not right now.
You’re headed to Wheezie’s school because, apparently, she’s been struggling with math. She didn’t want to tell Rafe because Ward’s rarely at home these days and she didn’t want to bother him. When you found out, you could’ve smacked her. You get it—Rafe’s been under a lot of pressure lately—but you don’t think she realizes how much he cares about her. That’s why you two are heading to a parent-teacher meeting like it’s the most normal thing in the world. It’s not.
“I should’ve known something was off,” Rafe mutters, breaking the silence.
You look over at him. “You couldn’t have. Wheezie’s good at keeping stuff to herself.”
He shakes his head, his grip tightening on the wheel just a little. “I’m her brother. I should’ve noticed.”
You reach over, resting your hand on his arm. “You’re doing your best, baby. That matters.”
He lets out a breath, his tension easing under your touch. God, sometimes it’s hard to believe he’s the same guy who used to pick fights at every chance he got just a few years ago. It’s been almost a year since his last relapse, but every day you see him fighting to be better—for himself, for you, for his sisters. And honestly? It does something to you, seeing him like this.
You pull into the school parking lot, and he parks the truck, turning off the engine. For a second, he just sits there, staring straight ahead. You know what he’s thinking. He’s wondering if he’s good enough to handle this, to handle all of it.
“You got this,” You say softly.
Together, you walk into the school, and after a quick conversation with the receptionist, you’re led to Wheezie’s teacher’s classroom. The room smells like dry-erase markers and stress, the kind you remember from my own high school days.
Except, this is a private school, completely different from what you were used to, and back then, you loved school. You were good at it too—really good, actually. Straight A’s, honors, full ride to a decent college…but life had other plans.
You look at Rafe as you wait for the teacher to start the meeting. He’s sitting up straight, listening intently, and your chest tightens a little.
The same guy who used to blow off any responsibility now sitting here, laser-focused, ready to step up for his little sister. The teacher starts talking about Wheezie’s grades, how she’s been falling behind in math, and you can see the guilt in his face. You squeeze his knee under the table, trying to ground him, but honestly? This was hitting a little too close to home for you, too.
“I can help her,” You hear yourself say before you’ve even really thought about it. Rafe turns to look at you, surprised, and you shrug like it’s no big deal.
The teacher blinks, probably not expecting the girlfriend to jump in with a solution. “What did you score on your final exams?”
You move in your seat, not expecting the question but not exactly shy about your answer either. "I got a 1600 on my SATs," You said, trying to sound casual about it, even though you could see Rafe’s eyebrows shoot up next to you.
The teacher’s eyes widen slightly. "That’s impressive," she says, "You must’ve had a lot of options for college."
You shrug again feeling that familiar feeling of bittersweet regret. "Yeah, I had a full ride to a few places.”
“And you didn’t go?”
The way she says says it—like she can’t imagine why you wouldn’t go—hurts a little.
"Yeah, well... life happened." You try to brush it off like it doesn’t bother you.
Rafe’s hand slides over to yours under the table, interlocking your fingers and giving you a gentle squeeze. It’s subtle, but it’s enough for you. To remind you that you made the right choices, even if they weren’t easy ones.
The meeting wraps up pretty quickly after that.
The teacher gives Rafe some advice on how to help Wheezie stay on track, and you both thank her before heading out of the classroom. As you walk down the hallway, he stays quiet for a bit, and you can’t really read what’s going through his head.
By the time you get back to the truck, he turns to you, his brow furrowed slightly, like he’s still processing everything. "You got a perfect score on your SATs?"
Three years into the relationship and he’s still learning things about you every day.
You let out a small laugh, brushing some hair behind your ear. "Yeah. It’s not a big deal."
"That’s kinda insane," he says, looking at you like he’s seeing a whole new side of you. “Why didn’t you ever tell me that?”
You shrug for the millionth time today, suddenly feeling a little shy. “I don’t know. It just never came up. It’s not like it matters now, anyway.”
"It does matter." His voice is firm, and when you glance over, you can see how serious he looks. "You gave up a lot to help your sister. That’s not nothing."
Your throat tightens, and you have to swallow down the emotion rising inside you. The way Rafe says it, like he actually gets it, means more than he probably knows. "I just did what I had to do."
He nods slowly, like he understands that feeling all too well. "You didn’t have to offer to help Wheezie today. But you did.”
You don’t want to make a big deal out of it. "I want to help her. She deserves it."
Rafe doesn’t say anything, just looks at you with this soft, almost disbelieving expression. Like he can’t wrap his head around the fact that you’re still here, beside him, helping his family without a second thought.
"You’re amzing, y’know that?" he murmurs, his voice low and warm in that way that makes your stomach flip.
You feel your cheeks heat up, a shy smile tugging at your lips. "Stop."
"I mean it." He reaches over, cupping your face gently with his hand, thumb brushing lightly across your cheek. His eyes soften as they meet yours, filled with so much adoration it makes you want to hide. "I don’t know what I did to deserve you, but I’m really fucking grateful."
You bite your lip, glancing down at his other hand on your knee before looking back up at him.
"You’ve been working hard. For yourself, for us. I see that."
His jaw tightens just slightly, and he looks down, almost like he’s not sure how to take the compliment. But when his eyes meet yours again,
"I’m trying," he says quietly. "I’m trying to be better."
"And you are," you whisper. "Every day."
The months of hard work, the late nights when you’ve held him through his doubts, the mornings when he’s shown up for his family even when it was hard. It’s all there, between you, unspoken but understood.
Rafe leans in, pressing his forehead to yours, his breath warm against your skin. "Thank you," he whispers. "For everything."
You close your eyes, letting the moment settle around you. "I’ll always be here," you whisper back. "We’ve got this."
“I don’t think I would’ve made it this far without you.”
You swallow hard, trying not to let it hit you too deep. But it does. Because for all the mess you’ve been through—his ups and downs, his relapse, his constant fight to be better—it always comes back to you. To this.
“I’ll always have your back,” You remind him quietly. “You know that, right?”
He nods, like there’s absolutely no doubt in his mind. “I know. You’re really good with her," he says after a beat. "With Wheezie. And with Milo."
You smile, leaning back in your seat. "Yeah, well, someone’s gotta look after the kids, right? Might as well be me."
Rafe’s lips twitch into another smile as he leans over, pressing a soft kiss to your temple, "Thank you, baby.”
“For what?”
“For sticking around,” he says, pulling back slightly to look at you. “Even when I didn’t make it easy.”
“You make it worth it, Rafe. You always have.”
Because seeing him like this—happy, strong, responsible, and healthy—it’s more than just him trying. It’s him becoming the person you always believed he could be, from day one on that stupid country club. And that? That’s something you’d stick around for any day.
When you and Rafe pull up to Tannyhill, the sun’s already setting. You grab your bag from the backseat, and he takes a deep breath, his hand hovering near yours like he needs to hold onto you just for a second longer. When you step into the house, you’re greeted by the usual stillness that fills the place. It’s huge, but it always feels too quiet.
Wheezie’s sitting at the kitchen island, hunched over her phone, clearly trying to distract herself. Her leg’s bouncing nervously under the stool, and you don’t even have to say anything to know that she’s been dreading this moment.
As soon as she sees the two of you, she freezes, eyes wide, "Hey," she greets, her voice shaky.
Rafe glances at you, and you give him a small nod. You know he’s trying to figure out how to handle this—he’s never really had to play the role of ‘responsible older brother’ before. But he’s doing it. He’s trying. And that’s what matters.
"Wheeze," Rafe starts, as he walks over to her, and you can see the panic rising in her eyes as she sits up straighter like she’s preparing for the worst. "Why didn’t you tell me?"
She bites her lip, glancing between the two of you. "I-I didn’t want to bother you," she mumbles, her voice small. "You’ve been dealing with a lot, and I thought— I don’t know. I thought I could handle it on my own."
He sighs, running a hand through his hair. He’s quiet for a second, and you can feel Wheezie’s anxiety practically buzzing out of her. She’s probably expecting him to yell, to go off on her, but instead, he takes a step forward and pulls her into a hug.
"You ever keep something like that from me again," he mutters into her hair, his tone firm but warm, "and you’re grounded."
Wheezie’s eyes go wide in shock, like she wasn’t expecting that at all. Her arms wrap around him a little awkwardly, but you can tell she’s relieved. She pulls back after a second, staring up at him with those big brown eyes of hers. "You’re not mad?"
Rafe shakes his head, but his expression is serious. "I’m not mad. I’m worried, Wheeze. I’m here, okay? I got you."
"I’m sorry," she whispers.
He sighs again, rubbing a hand over his face before looking at her. "Don’t be sorry. Just don’t do it again."
She nods quickly, and you step closer, offering her a small smile. "You’re not in trouble, Wheezie. I’m gonna help you with the math stuff, okay? I promise."
Wheezie looks over at you, clearly surprised, and then back at Rafe. "You’re… really not mad?"
Rafe rolls his eyes but in that big-brother way that’s full of affection.
"No, Wheeze, I’m not mad. But next time you’re struggling with something, tell me. That’s what I’m here for."
She nods, relief washing over her features. "Okay. I will."
Rafe reaches out and ruffles her hair, something so casual and brotherly it makes your heart swell.
"Good. Now go do whatever you do, and remember—grounded if you pull that shit again."
You slap his arm, “Will stop cursing in front of her?”
He shoots you a half-smirk, looking completely unbothered. "Please baby, she’s sixteen. You think she doesn’t curse?"
Wheezie lets out a small laugh, covering her mouth as if she’s trying to keep it together, but you can tell she’s relieved.
"Yeah, but maybe not in front of her big brother," you tease, raising an eyebrow at him.
Rafe shrugs, looking like he couldn’t care less. "If she’s smart enough to hide it from me, more power to her."
Wheezie giggles again, and you can’t help but smile. "Yeah, yeah," you sigh, rolling your eyes at him playfully. "You’re a great role model, Rafe Cameron."
He groans, “Please don’t use the full name.” The corners of his mouth tug up in a grin that makes your heart skip. “Alright, no more big brother lectures tonight. We’re good, yeah, Wheeze?”
Wheezie nods, still smiling. “Yeah, we’re good.”

I sat at the dimly lit bar, nursing a glass of wine, absently watching the room filled with chatter and laughter. It had been a long week, and I needed a quiet moment to myself. At least that was the plan. But life had a funny way of messing up those plans.
Because across the room, sitting at a table with a group of familiar faces, was Jensen Ackles. My heart dropped into my stomach.
Jensen.
The memories hit me like a wave—late-night drives, stolen kisses under the stars, the reckless thrill of being young and in love. We were high school sweethearts once upon a time. Back when things were simple, before his acting career took off and our lives spun in completely different directions.
I thought I’d gotten over him. After all, it had been a lifetime. But there he was, laughing with his friends—Jared, Gen, and his wife, Danneel. All smiles, completely unaware that I was sitting there watching from a distance, fighting the urge to bolt out of the bar.
Just as I was about to slip out quietly, he turned, his eyes catching mine. His laughter stilled, replaced by a look of pure shock. Then, something softened in his expression—recognition, nostalgia, maybe even regret. Before I knew it, he was standing up and walking toward me.
“Y/N?”
His voice was the same as I remembered—deep, with that familiar Texas drawl that used to make my heart skip a beat.
“Hey, Jensen.” I tried to keep my voice steady, but seeing him up close after all these years made my chest tighten.
“Wow, it’s really you,” he said, running a hand through his hair. “It’s been forever.”
I nodded. “Yeah, it has.”
He glanced back at his table, where Danneel was eyeing us curiously, and then turned back to me. “Listen, we’ve got some room at our table. You should come join us. Catch up a bit?”
I hesitated. Sitting down with Jensen and his friends wasn’t exactly the way I envisioned spending my evening, but something about the look in his eyes made it impossible to say no.
“Sure,” I said, offering a small smile.
As we walked over, Danneel’s eyes flickered between us, but she smiled politely when I sat down. Jared gave me a big grin, and Gen waved. They were all friendly, but I could feel the tension in the air.
--
“So, Y/N, how do you know Jensen?” Jared asked, breaking the ice.
Jensen chuckled, glancing at me. “We went to high school together. We eh... Dated for a while, actually.”
There was a brief pause before Jared’s eyes widened. “No way. You’re that Y/N?”
I laughed softly. “Yeah, I guess I am.” looking at Danneel, who didn't seemed pleased with me being there.
--
Jensen and I were thrown back into the past. We started talking about the memories we had buried for years—the late-night drives, the reckless things we used to do when we were teenagers, and how Jensen once stole his dad’s car just so we could drive around town at 2 a.m.
“You were terrified we’d get caught,” Jensen teased, nudging me with his elbow. “But you still climbed in anyway.”
“I didn’t want to miss out on the fun,” I shot back. “Plus, you were always the smooth talker. I figured if we got pulled over, you’d charm your way out of it.”
Jared laughed. “Oh man, I can picture that. Jensen with that cheesy grin, trying to sweet-talk the cops.”
Gen leaned in, smiling. “And you stayed out all night?”
“Not all night,” I said, laughing. “But we drove around for a while, talking about everything and nothing.”
“Yeah, and you made me park by the lake...” Jensen added, his voice softening. My breath caught at that, the intensity of his gaze bringing back memories I thought I’d buried.
There was a time when he knew everything about me and I never miss one of his games, no matter the sport, how he’d always catch my eye from the field or the court and flash that smile, just for me.
Sitting there with Jensen, surrounded by his friends, I couldn’t help but feel like I was being transported back in time. The weight of years between us was starting to slip away with every memory that bubbled up between us.
Jensen leaned forward, his eyes locked on mine as if we were the only two people in the room. “Do you remember when you used to just sit in your room, lost in one of those books, and I’d be trying to get your attention?”
I couldn’t help but laugh, the memory as clear as day. “Oh God, you mean when you’d literally cling to my legs like some sort of needy puppy?”
He grinned sheepishly. “Hey, I wasn’t that bad.”
I shot him a teasing look. “Jensen, you would lie on the bed, wrap your arms around my knees, and just hold on while I tried to read. I couldn’t even walk, and all you’d do was look up at me, waiting for me to give in.”
Jared snorted into his drink, clearly amused by the image of a younger Jensen desperately vying for attention.
“I had to fight for your attention,” Jensen said, a twinkle in his eyes. “But honestly? I secretly loved it when you’d ignore me and just keep reading. You always looked so peaceful, completely lost in whatever world you were in.”
My smile softened, a warmth blooming in my chest. Those quiet moments, when it was just the two of us, had been some of my favorites. No words, no pressure—just the comfort of being with each other.
“Then there were the not-so-quiet moments,” I said, raising an eyebrow. “Like that time during one of your soccer games, when you got hurt…”
“Oh man,” Jensen groaned, already knowing where I was headed.
Gen leaned forward, clearly invested in the story. “What happened?”
“He got tackled pretty hard during a game,” I said, recalling the scene like it was yesterday. “The ref didn’t call anything, and I lost it. I yelled at him from the bleachers so loudly, everyone turned to look.”
Jensen laughed, shaking his head. “You were fuming. I swear, I’ve never seen you that angry before.”
“I was ready to throw hands with that referee,” I said, my voice lighter than I felt as the memory surged. “No one was going to hurt you on my watch.”
Danneel, who had been quietly sipping her drink, quirked a brow at that, her smile tightening ever so slightly. I ignored the tension radiating from her side of the table, trying to focus on the flood of old memories that were coming back faster than I could process. Maybe it was time to stop this trip down memory lane, but Jensen thought different.
“And then there was that trip to my family’s lake house,” Jensen said suddenly, his voice dipping into a playful tone. His eyes glinted with mischief, and I knew exactly what story he was about to bring up. “Remember how my dad almost caught us?”
“Oh God,” I groaned, covering my face with my hands. “How could I forget? You made me jump out of a window, Jensen.”
Jared nearly choked on his drink. “Wait, what?”
Jensen was grinning like an idiot now, clearly relishing in the memory. “After a school year of dating each other, my family invited her along for the summer."
I added: "We were supposed to be in separate rooms, you know—strict family rules. That was my moms only rule."
"But I snuck Y/N into my room late that night. We were just talking, hanging out. Nothing crazy.”
I rolled my eyes. “Yeah, just talking—until we heard your dad walking down the hall. You panicked and threw me out of the window.”
Jensen burst out laughing. “You didn’t even hesitate! I told you to jump, and you were out of there in seconds.”
“You gave me no choice! Your dad knocked on the door, and I thought for sure we were caught,” I said, laughing at the absurdity of it now. “I ended up hiding under the deck in my pajamas, freezing, while you played it cool upstairs like nothing happened.”
“I’m impressed,” Gen said, grinning. “That’s some serious stealth.”
“I wasn’t feeling too stealthy at the time,” I admitted, still laughing. “But we made it out alive, somehow.”
Jensen shook his head, the smile lingering on his lips. “That weekend was one of the best I’ve ever had, though. We stayed up late, talked about everything—your dreams, my acting, what the future might look like. You made me feel like I could do anything.”
I felt a lump form in my throat at his words. I remembered those nights vividly, especially one night, the night I lost my virginity to Jensen. He made sure it was perfect. And I was pretty sure that night was on his mind right now, while he was smirking looking at his hands on the table.
Besides a romantic he was also full of ambition back then, and I was convinced he’d make it big. I had always believed in him, even when the world seemed like it was asking for too much.
There was a moment where it felt like everything around us had faded, like the rest of the table didn’t exist. Just me and Jensen, sitting in the memories of a time when we were so young and so sure of each other.
But then, just as quickly, the weight of the present came crashing back in.
Danneel shifted beside him, her eyes on me, her smile no longer reaching her eyes. “So, why did it end?” she asked, her voice soft but carrying an edge. “If everything was so perfect back then?”
The question hung in the air, cutting through the laughter like a knife.
I swallowed hard, suddenly feeling like I couldn’t breathe. The reality of it all—the years apart, the heartbreak, the different lives we’d built—crashed down on me.
Jensen was looking at me, his expression unreadable. But I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t relive that part of the story. The part where we broke up, where his career took him away, where I was left behind to figure out how to move on without him.
I swallowed hard, looking down at my glass. “Sometimes life just takes you in different directions,” I said quietly, not daring to meet her eyes. “Jensen’s acting career was taking off, and I… I had my own path to follow. We couldn’t make it work with the distance.”
It was a truth that still stung, even after all this time. I’d always been proud of him, but it didn’t make it any easier when our worlds no longer fit together.
Jensen looked like he wanted to say something, but I couldn’t stay. Not with Danneel’s question lingering in the air, not with the way my heart was pounding in my chest.
I stood up abruptly, the chair scraping against the floor. “I should really get going,” I said, forcing a smile, my voice tight. “It’s getting late.”
Jensen reached out as if he wanted to stop me, but he hesitated. “Y/N…”
“I’m glad we got to catch up,” I said quickly, trying to keep my voice steady. “It was nice seeing you, Jensen. All of you.”
Before anyone could say anything else, I turned and walked out, my heart pounding in my chest. The cool night air hit me as I stepped outside, but it did nothing to ease the storm swirling inside of me.
Some memories were just too heavy to carry, even when they were wrapped in laughter.
Without waiting for a response, I turned and walked out of the bar, the cool night air hitting my face as I stepped outside. My chest felt tight, and I didn’t stop walking until I was far enough away that I could breathe again.
Some things were better left in the past. Even if the heart had a way of clinging to them.
As I stepped out into the cool night air, my heart raced. I thought I could escape the weight of the past, but as I made my way down the sidewalk, I heard the familiar sound of footsteps rushing after me.
“Y/N!” Jensen called, his voice full of urgency. I paused, glancing over my shoulder to see him closing the distance between us, concern etched on his face. He caught up to me, gently grabbing my arm to stop me.
“Hey, wait,” he said, his breath coming a bit heavier. The warmth of his hand on my arm sent a shiver through me.
I turned to face him, my chest tightening as I looked into his deep green eyes. “What is it, Jensen?”
"Don't leave like that please." I shuffled nervously.
His brow furrowed slightly as he studied my face. “You really haven’t changed, have you?” I couldn’t help but smile at that, he was trying to stall. “Neither have you.”
He tilted his head, an amused grin forming on his lips. “Have you ever even cut your hair differently?” I asked.
Instinctively, my hand moved to his hair, brushing my fingers through the familiar softness. The moment hung in the air between us, electric and charged with memories. But as I realized what I had done, my breath caught in my throat.
“I’m sorry,” I said quickly, pulling my hand back, embarrassment flooding my cheeks.
But he held my hand in place, bringing it back to his side, fingers intertwined. “You clearly missed 15 years of my career,” he joked, trying to lighten the mood.
I smiled, shaking my head. “Oh no, I really liked Supernatural.”
He raised an eyebrow, clearly surprised. “You watched?”
I looked down, a shy smile creeping onto my face. “I promised you I’d support you. Always.”
His thumb brushed over my cheek, the gentle touch sending a spark through me. His eyes locked on my lips. “It would be wrong if I want to kiss you, right?” he asked, his voice low, almost hesitant.
I swallowed hard, my heart racing at the thought. “Yeah, right…”
But deep down, my heart was screaming the opposite. It wanted to feel his perfect lips against mine again, to bridge the gap that had formed between us over the years. All the memories of stolen kisses, laughter, and the way he used to look at me flooded back, overwhelming me.
“I shouldn’t have let you go all those years ago,” he said suddenly, the weight of his words heavy in the cool night air breaking the chain of thoughts. “I thought I could handle it, but I never realized how much I’d miss you.”
My breath caught at the honesty in his eyes, the raw vulnerability that made my heart ache. “Jensen…”
“I know... and I don’t want to put you on the spot,” he said, his voice dropping to a whisper. “But seeing you tonight brought back... rverything, and I can’t pretend it doesn’t matter.”
I felt tears prick at the corners of my eyes, a mix of happiness and longing. “You matter, Jensen. You always have.”
He stepped closer, his breath mingling with the cool night air. “Then why did we let it slip away?” His voice was thick with emotion, and I could see the conflict in his eyes.
“Because life happened,” I replied softly, my voice shaking. “We both got caught up in our dreams and forgot how to hold on to each other.”
“But we’re here now,” he said, a glimmer of hope in his gaze. “Can’t we just…?”
The warmth of his hand still holding mine, the softness of his touch—it felt so right. Everything in me wanted to say yes, to lean in and kiss him and pretend that nothing had ever changed. But reality loomed like a shadow, reminding me of all that had passed between us.
“I don’t know,” I whispered, my heart torn between what I wanted and what I thought was right.
He stepped even closer, tilting my chin up with his fingers, forcing me to meet his gaze. “ I don’t want to lose you again. I can’t.”
The sincerity in his eyes made my heart swell, but the fear of what that meant for us, after all this time, pulled me back. I could feel the tension between us thickening, the unspoken words hanging heavy in the air.
And for a brief moment, I let myself imagine what it would be like to kiss him again. To feel his lips against mine, to reclaim that spark that had never truly gone away.
But then I remembered Danneel’s earlier words, the weight of their relationship looming like a cloud over us. It felt wrong, messy, and yet—
“Maybe you’re just drunk,” I joked, trying to lighten the mood, hoping it would ease the tension hanging between us.
“No,” he said, shaking his head, his gaze never leaving mine. “I’ve never been more sober in my life.”
The seriousness in his voice sent a rush of warmth through me, and before I knew it, he moved in closer, his intentions clear. There was an unspoken understanding in the air—he was giving me a chance to back out. But I didn’t want to back out. I couldn’t.
As he leaned in, I saw the same teenage boy I had fallen for all those years ago. The one who had clung to my legs while I read, the one who had made me laugh until my sides hurt, the one who had kissed me beneath the stars and took my breath away. That sweet, sweet young man who had always made me feel like I was his whole world.
His freckles were lighter now, but his eyes still shone with that same vibrant light that had captivated me back then. It was like he had somehow retained every part of himself that I had loved. And suddenly, the chaos of our lives faded into the background. All that mattered was the two of us standing there in the night, the world around us falling silent.
When his lips brushed over mine, I closed my eyes, surrendering to the moment. The warmth of his touch ignited something deep within me, pulling me back to that summer by the lake, when everything felt perfect and right. I could almost hear the sound of the water lapping at the shore, feel the gentle breeze on my skin.
It was there, in that sacred space between us, that I remembered the first time he said, “I love you.” It was shy, a whisper barely carried by the wind, but it was everything I had ever wanted to hear. That moment was etched in my heart, and now, with his lips on mine again, it felt like we were reclaiming it.
The kiss deepened, slow and tentative at first, as if we were both afraid of breaking the spell we were under. I felt my heart racing, every inch of my skin alive with sensation. He tasted like the memories of my youth—sweet, familiar, and filled with promise.
As we pulled away slightly, our foreheads resting against each other, I could see the questions dancing in his eyes, the uncertainty mingling with hope.
As we stood there, the worries of our past and the complexities of our present became distant echoes.
And all I could think of was maybe, just maybe, we could find our way back to each other again.
Jared walked outside, his voice made me almost jump, but Jensen still held me. "Jensen, we're leaving, man."
Jensen turned his face but kept looking at me.
"I'll be right there."
I let go of him, both our eyes filled with tears either of joy that we found each other again, or out of spite we had to let go again.
"Bye." I whispered.
"Bye."

loved the blurb it was amazing!!! you should do something about how reader convinces nico to get john to the devs! only if you want to ofc😘
Nico is in the back office of Sötis, renewing and updating his business registration and licenses when you come in.
Jesper usually handles these types of things but he had a baker call out sick this morning and was currently in the kitchen filling in, so Nico offered to cover for him.
Payroll and paperwork can be a bitch, and they take up most of the day, so it was better to just get it out of the way rather than push it to next week. And he gets to enjoy the smell of coffee and sweets in the oven.
“Ya know,” you say thoughtfully, “if Jesp really wanted to drive business in, he’d put the pretty things up front, not in the back office.”
Nico looks up from the computer, finds you leaning in the doorway. You’re dressed in a pair of loose jeans and Uggs, one of his already oversized hoodies swallowing your torso and bunching up on the curve of your hips.
You so look so fucking cute. Hands hiding behind your back and a sweet little smile on your glossy lips.
“Well if it isn’t my favorite little distraction,” he teases, leaning back in the rolling chair and shutting the laptop. You push off the doorway, slowly trailing towards the desk. Your hands stay hidden behind you and he raises a curious eyebrow.
“Distraction?” You round the desk, Nico swiveling the chair to follow you. “Is that all I am?”
Parting his thighs, you effortlessly slip into his lap, Nico’s hands finding your hips. He notices the careful way you move, turning just slightly to keep whatever you’re hiding from his line of sight.
“Amongst other things.”
Nico leans in, chest aching impatiently as you meet him halfway and press those beautiful lips to his. You cup the back of his neck, fingertips threading through his hair and pull him in even closer. Ironically, he’s so distracted by you that he doesn’t even notice the laminated book you’ve placed on the desk until he’s having to part from you.
“Are you busy?”
He shakes his head softly. “For you? Never.”
“Have you eaten today?”
Nico pecks a chaste kiss to your jaw. “Was actually gonna call and see if you wanted to meet me for lunch. Timo too if he’s with you.”
You laugh. “Oh he’s already behind the counter stealing croissants.”
“Just you and me then, huh?” He smirks, and your mirror it, nodding slowly.
“Can I talk to you about something first?”
Nico blinks, taken aback by the little bit of nerves in your tone. You’re never nervous with him, he doesn’t want you to be nervous with him.
“Of course baby,” he assures, rubbing soothing circles into your lower back. “What’s up?”
You press a sweet kiss to his cheek, reaching onto the desk to slide the surprise you brought with you to him. Nico looks over your shoulder, surprised to see what looks like an official business deal, the cover reading “The Steel Deal” in big black letters.
“What is this?” He asks, fingers itching to grab the book and flip through it. But this is your thing and you seem really anxious to show it to him, so he’s gonna let you take a second.
“My first ever project as a Dev,” you say, a bit shy but when he looks over you’re smiling down at it proudly. “Or I guess deal, not project.”
Nico laughs, tries to ignore how much he wants to just say yes already. He wonders if you know, probably not judging by the fact that you went through the hassle to present a deal to him. But he’d say yes to you no matter what. He doesn’t need whatever plan and outcomes you’ve mocked up.
Whatever you want, he’d make happen.
“Alright,” he says instead. “Sell it to me.”
You flip open the first page and he almost dies at the FaceTime screenshot image of none other than John fucking Marino staring back at him.
“This is Johnny,” you introduce, like he doesn’t already know. For months now all he’s heard about is Johnny. “He’s a Peng, but I think he’d be much more suited as a Dev.”
Oh, Nico wasn’t expecting that one. He thought maybe it was some idea you had about wanting to go see him in Pittsburgh, some kind of trip you were planning and wanted Timo to escort you on.
No this is a Devils contract deal. You want him to join the family. Nico internally cringes, already hearing Crosby’s bitching and moaning if he were to ask for this deal to go through.
God how is Nico gonna make this one work out?
You flip to the middle of the booklet, an amazingly designed chart and noteworthy points decorating the pages. Nico looks closer, realizes that you’ve managed to get your hands on every single job Johnny has done with the Penguins. You’ve analyzed it all; the statistics of which jobs have better outcomes for him, which ones he excels at, the dirty work Sid and Geno have him do, everything.
Intrigued and impressed, Nico flips to scan the next four pages. You’ve got even more stats on him, even going back to the classes and sports he did at Harvard.
A hockey player, Nico thinks, just like the rest of them.
“He does a shit ton of work for Sid, probably even stuff he’s over qualified for,” you explain, “but it’s all outside of what he’s best at. Medical, surveillance, and rat work. He can get into almost any building undetected. And he gets everyone else in too.”
Nico hums. You’re right, Johnny is the best at the grunt work. Grunt work that isn’t suited for the type of city Pittsburgh is.
“They don’t need him like that there, though.” You continue, and Nico can feel you looking at him carefully, gauging his reaction. “The Devs do. He’s our best shot at keeping up with Lee and Trouba, he’s too quick and sneaky for either of them.”
He leans back in the chair, not needing to see anymore. You’ve convinced him. Hell you convinced him as soon as you asked.
But the real problem is convincing Sid, and figuring out if the kid is worth everything Sid is gonna ask for. Nico will try everything he can to make this happen for you, but he can’t guarantee it won’t come without a great loss. For all they know, Sid could ask for Timo or Alex in return, both men he knows you’re not willing to give up.
“I can get you Johnny,” Nico agrees tentatively, and you lean into his chest, eyes wide and eager. “But I don’t know if you’ll like what Sid is gonna ask for him.”
“He won’t-“
“Baby,” Nico says gently. “These deals are rougher than you think. This isn’t goods or product, this is manpower. And loyalty. What is Sid asks for Timo?”
You shake your head, grabbing the book and laying it out over your thighs.
“I talked to Sid and Johnny, I have the deal Nico. Look…”
You’ve surprised him a lot today. But not as great as this. The back of the book has an information page on a man Nico hasn’t laid his eyes on in years. A member of the Devs but not in practice.
Ty Smith.
“Timo told me about him, and then I asked Jack and yeah.” You explain. “Sid would be willing to swap Johnny for Ty Smith, and then he’s gonna turn Ty for some young guy in Carolina.
“Jack said Ty would be willing to be bought out in Carolina, get out of the business entirely. Maybe he’d do behind the scenes stuff there but he’s tired of the city.”
Nico looks over at you, chest swelling with pride. You’re a natural. Sure it seems Timo and Jack helped, but those two are awful at deals not negotiated by Nico before hand. Meaning this plan was all you, and it’s doable. Completely doable.
It’s probably even for the best. Ty had been asking Nico to let him buy him out, but the price he’d have to set would be too high for the poor guy. So he’s just been hiding out in Jersey City for years, waiting until the Devs were big enough to drop him.
“You talked to Sid?” He asks, biting his cheek to keep from smiling. He’s at least gotta pretend this took a little effort for him to give into.
“Yeah,” you assure. “And Johnny. He wants to come here Nico, said it feels more like his home than Pittsburgh does.”
“And you want him here?”
Your gaze flickers, something heavy settling in them like you’re caught up in a memory. Nico would guess it’s something from Philly, but he can’t be sure when it comes to Johnny. You like the kid because he reminds you of your family. Because you get to speak your familial language and reconnect with your past when you talk to Johnny.
That’s always been the one thing Nico couldn’t give you.
And now he can.
“Yeah I do,” you murmur, meeting his gaze again, eyes glossy. “He’s-he’s family to me.”
Nico takes the book from you and closes it, placing it back on the desk. He brushes your hair behind your ear, cupping your cheek.
“Ok,” he agrees, easily. “I’ll talk to Sid tomorrow. Tell him we’re good on the deal, and then I’ll let Ty know.”
“Really?”
Nico laughs. “You really think I’d tell you no?”
Blush creeps up onto your cheeks. “Well no but I thought I’d have to grovel more. Or you’d be mad I did this without talking to you first.”
He squishes your cheek and nudges your nose with him. “Aw my little mafiosa, m’not mad. Impressed actually.”
Nico can almost feel the way you buzz under his praise. “I did a good job?”
“Good?” He scoffs. “You did better than half the putz’s here do. I don’t know how you found all this information or how to put it together but I’m so fucking proud of you.”
You giggle bashfully, eyes scrunching and he kisses you again. And again. And maybe for a couple more moments too.
And then you pull away, hand on his chest and fingering at his pendant. “I stole your work files,” you say innocently, batting your eyelashes at him.
Nico frowns, tries to think of the last time he saw those files in his office at the house. He hasn’t gone looking for them in a while. He can’t even tell you where the key to that drawer is.
Well now he can, he thinks. It’s with you.
“You’re good at this minx,” he chuckles. “Sure you don’t want be boss?”
“No,” you say certainly. “I just want Johnny.”

Tim Drake as a Rogue "Ursula"
Ursula is known as the sea witch who grants wishes to mers who is desperate enough to ask her to grant their wishes. Ursula is often portray as a mean and bitter octopus who hold grudge to her dearest brother.
And who is more fit to become the Ursula of Gotham City than the Mad Bat himself, Tim Drake.
(CW: Cursing, Disney Plot)
Tim doesn't want to come back as a vigilante. He rather be a dropped out high school that found a 9-5 job as he was subbing for Bruce as he recuperate on his travels in time.
He finished his job. He is not Robin anymore and he will never go back at being Robin, so that he could be tossed out once he was no longer needed.
He doesn't even want to be associated with the bats and it's colleagues but he can never ignore the pleads of the people of Gotham. Especially, the one who is "desperates", that people who have nobody that believes in them.
So, therefore, he weave a new persona. The one who everyone avoids until they used up all of their choices. The one that is supposed to be left alone, or else you are risking yourself to the cruel contracts.
He became Ursula of Gotham. With his already pale skin, he can easily stain his skin with a sheen shade of blue and he acquired a white human hair wig that he tied in an elaborate ponytail. And of course, you cannot forgot the blood red lips. And knowing some ancient curses is handy and one of the advantages he had for having archaeologists.
Tim is having fun being Ursula. Seeing the vulnerable souls come to him and he gave them adequate contracts while those who tried to manipulate him, let's just say that they got what is equivalent of turning into a sea foam.
Ursula, the wicked witch— what the others dubbed him, has a permanent residence in the Tricorner Island. Many will tell him that he is being an idiot as it was the island that also residence the Gotham City Police Department, but you know what they said, the most dangerous place is where the safety exactly is .
As months pass by, he was establishing himself as the largest shareholder of Wayne Enterprise and putting the fear of him among the WE board. It was a hard feat as some old fossils tried to question his credibility but he quickly shut those down. He understand them as he was just nothing but a dropout highschool student and was employed through nepotism. But with his knowledge on how to fuck with Lex Luthor payed off as he can very much see the fear on those old cunts every time he bring up their bullshit plans for the Wayne Enterprise.
And also in the works of establishing the wicked witch of Tricorner Island, but even with the GCPD in his tail, he was doing nothing illegal, except for some murders here and there — not like the bats will care, he is a rogue not a vigilante, he was now one of the established not to fucked with together with Black Mask, Maroni and Falcone.
Of course he is not going unnoticed by the big bad bat himself. He was doing his own deals when suddenly his door got blown up by the Batman the Second and Robin with swords. He was in the middle of keeping the poor lady on signing her contract.
"I am sorry, young Aisha. It seems like the big old bat has something to say to me, come back tomorrow." Tim, or rather Ursula, said as his piercing blue eyes gazed to the pair. He can see the Batman shivered a little bit in his glare.
As the young lady, was now out of the premises, he looks at the pair with degrading look like how Ursula looks at everyone else.
"Well, pray tell, big bat and brat, how could this poor thing could help you." he rolled his eyes.
"What is your deal?"
Ursula gasped, "I am just trying to help some poor unfortunate souls. I am doing a great charity, I believe."
"Cut the flowery words, Ursula. We don't believe in every single words you've said."
"Well, have I done anything wrong? I am just helping."
"Helping but most of your clients disappear, like a sea foam."
Ursula chuckled, "Now, you are coining a little bit too much to Disney. I am nothing but a human, not even a meta."
"Then how— Robin!" Batman was supposed to further the interrogation but the Robin beside him suddenly shank Ursula, clearly his patience run out.
Ursula grabbed the nearest thing and coincidentally, it was a broom. But still, a wooden broom has nothing compare to the steel swords of the brat. So Ursula, did as any regular people would do and grabbed the kid's hood and spray him with pepper spray that he grabbed somewhere.
He released the kid after knowing that brat inhale too much as he start to coughed so bad. He sighed heavily, "This is why Gotham has so much desperate souls, the knight that was supposed to be protecting us was accompanied by a violent demon. The previous one was more tolerable than any of you." he said and aimed the pepper spray towards Batman, "Leave."
"We are not done, Ursula." Batman said as he carried the coughing Robin out of his residence.
Ursula smirked, "It seems like Batman doesn't recognise who Ursula is."

Leverage: the trampoline job
(Sometimes the titles of these jobs is literal, and sometimes it’s a metaphor… this is the latter. AU of the Big Bang Job!) “There’s just one problem,” Moreau said, the tip of his polished shoe pressed against Hardison’s chair. “I don’t believe you.”
He kicked, sending the chair backwards into the pool with a splash. Eliot kept his face blank, a grift to make even Sophie proud.
“Eliot, you really think I’m that stupid? That I didn’t look for you after you ran?” Moreau chided. “In Serbia two years ago, at that orphanage…Moscow last fall. So I may not know exactly the game you’re playing, but I know you’re no middleman.”
Eliot’s throat tightened. This was why he’d brought Hardison, not Sophie. His plans burned, one after another till he got to L.
“That’s Alec Hardison,” he said. “And if you’ve ever believed anything I’ve told you, believe that you want him alive.”
He jumped into the water, hoping the intrigue would be enough to stay Chapman’s trigger finger and still expecting a bullet in his back.
Hardison was sputtering when he got him above water, choking on the chlorine. Eliot dragged him to the side of the pool, using the ladder for leverage to boost Hardison and the chair both out before clambering up himself, keeping in front of his friend.
"I'm listening," Moreau said. "walk me through why, exactly, I shouldn't let my man here kill you both."
"Eliot," Hardison warned.  Eliot ignored him.
"If you know what I've been up to, you know who he is." He kept his voice even. An act, but one he'd perfected.
"A hacker," Moreau dismissed. "But one you'd die for."
"Not just a hacker," Eliot said, ignoring the back half of the statement and hating how easily Moreau read it. "The best."
He could feel Hardison behind him, pride and confusion at war. He pressed on.
"Vector's out, and he was never much of a player. Keller's gone.  They can't hide your money, can't move it either. Hardison can move it like a kid moves checkers on a board. Not a chance anyone catches on, if he's working for you.  You won't have to pay out in bribes, either.  You want him."
"And He came here looking for a job?" Moreau asked. "I find that hard to believe, too."
"He'll do it." Eliot said. The bitter sharpness in his voice isn't all for show. "He's a geek. Half of what he cares about is proving he can do it. The other half is staying alive. He's not stupid. He knows what you can do."
"Yeah, I'm learning all kinds of new things today, traitor," Hardison spit.
Eliot took the barb like the blow it was.
"Well. Color me intrigued, then." Moreau's smile curdled Eliot's blood, but there wasn't anything for it.  This was why he brought Hardison.
There was always a chance things broke down, and Hardison was the one he could keep alive. Chapman grabbed the back of the chair, dragging it and Hardison through the door the models went through. “Let’s chat logistics,” Moreau said. Eliot eased his heart rate, trying not to picture the look on Hardison’s face. Fury and… god. Heartbreak. There wasn’t another word for it. “Let’s,” he agreed, like it was the easiest thing in the world to say, and not poison in his mouth.
The team always recovered, bounced back, like Parker on a trampoline. They figured out a new plan, a new trick, something last-ditch and crazy. They'll manage it. Hardison's the one they can get back.

Okay but also Sophia meeting grandmas. Its Juno’s first mortal grandchild but also wolf
Sofía meeting Lupa is A Whole Big Thing that we’ll get to (I do wonder if they’ve ever met before then, but I feel like with her being a descendant of a Roman demigod Jason and Leo probably realized her meeting Lupa wasn’t necessarily going to be a good thing since the plan was to keep her away from Camp Jupiter) but this kid also has a Hunter for an aunt. She’s been around wolves since she was pretty little. Thalia had her sitting on a wolf when she was, like, four. She’s also definitely aware of Lupa existing before they ever meet and is very determined to impress her when they do meet (I’ve talked about this before but Sofía definitely assumed Lupa was Jason’s actual mom for the first several years of her life)
Things between Juno and Jason weren’t always easy but she did really care for him and was devastated when he died so she made sure to watch over him and Leo after Leo pulled his little resurrection stunt. She actually likes her son-in-law, though Leo wouldn’t always claim the feeling is mutual, lmao. He’ll give her some credit based on the fact that she was the biggest advocate in favor of him getting a shot at resurrecting Jason, though. Leo and Jason had the smoothest wedding out of any of their friends (Percy and Annabeth cannot relate).
This is all to say: Juno loves this kid. Sofía is the only demigod allowed to actually sleep in the Hera cabin when she visits CHB. Everyone else is baffled and/or extremely concerned she’d even try but it’s the cabin she feels most comfortable in and Hera is completely chill with it actually (pleased about it, even). Also Leo was very firm on setting hard boundaries re: Hera gifting his kid any snakes like she did for him. (Hera did gift her a snake plushie and thought it was immensely funny. Leo disagreed. Unfortunately Sofía loves that stupid snake and drags it with her everywhere and he doesn’t have the heart to take it away from her so Hera wins that argument.)

Chapter 2 : Laying Low
This was bad, very bad. For some... Reason. The Fenton's figured out who Phantom is and they think Phantom is overshadowing Danny.
Danny was panicking and packing the rest of his belongings fast as Vlad tries to stop Maddie and Jack from busting in to get to Danny. Dan was helping him whilst trying to calm Danny down.
"I'm scared... I'm so scared." Danny just slowly stated as tears rolled down his cheeks trying to catch up on his breathe.
"Shh, shh. It's gonna be alright kid. Look. We'll get out of here right now. I got our passports. Our- everything we need basically." Dante carried his duffle bag and the spare suitcase that carried Dante's items. "Now let's go!" Dante Yelled and carried Danny like a kitten before running out the backdoor.
They could hear Maddie yelling and Vlad Clapping back hesitantly but effectively, his paren— no.... Maddie and Jack was trying to reason with Vlad saying Danny was possesed and they needed to kill the Phantom within him.
Danny just covered his ears trying to shut out the noise as Dante put on his helmet and Making Danny wear one as well, Dante puts Danny Infront of him in the bike and Drove off with their Things.
Dante was obviously breaking the law with how Fast he's going but he couldn't bring himself to slow down. Not when the GIW might chase after them any moment they find out Danny is with Dante.
"It's gonna be okay twerp.... It's gonna be fine." Dante tries to reassure Danny, Danny just.. cried and covered his face trying to muffle his ugly sobbing. "I'm scared... I'm so scared..." Danny cries out and just kept very still in his seat.
Soon later they arrived at the airport and Danny has stopped crying as Dante has reassured him, they rushed inside and was quickly escorted by the staff to the so called "private jet" Vlad has prepared for them in advance.
"Are you ready? Are you okay?" Dante kneeled Infront of Danny to match his height, oddly enough he had this very rare worried face.
Danny merely nods and held Dan's Hand, they entered the plane and Dante made sure that Danny was settled in safely.
'It still feels so sudden... It's as if I haven't been planning to do this for ... Weeks.' Danny thought to himself as he stared out the window of his seat.
'Jazz would've wanted me to... Be free .. Right... She would have wanted this.' He whispered to himself as the plane slowly rose and started to fly to their headed direction.
— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — —
As they landed to their destination, Dante woke Danny up.
"Danny. we're here." Danny slowly fluttered his eyes open. "Oh?.... Oh okay..." Danny meekly said with a yawn. Dan just carried him like a cat once again whilst getting their bags.
"You can go back to sleep." Dante reassured him as Danny fell back asleep in his arms. Danny felt safe, warm... And comforting. It made his core purr in happiness.... He likes it..
Dante called them a lift as they moved in to a decent sized apartment near Crime Alley. The place already had furniture as Vlad promised. Dante tucks Danny in bed and heads off into the living room to unpack their things.
Dante started dialing Vlad's number.
"Fruit loops."
"Yes ... Big Badger?" Vlad sighs tiredly
"We arrived safely, Danny is off to sleep. He's tired. Do I need to find a job? How did dealing with those 2 crazy fuckers go?"
"Slow down... Yes you need to find a job so no one would get suspicious, Maddie and Jack I managed to stir off of my property finally. Ellie says she'll visit soon when the GIW stops looking for phantom... Sort of." Vlad reassures Dante.
Dante sighed, Annoyed, Stressed and totally Irritated.
"I'm gonna go find some criminals to beat up." Dante started before hanging up on Vlad who was about to complain about what he was about to do but Dante can't care at all about what the old Fruitloops has to say. He had to blow off his steam somehow and heads out of the apartment leaving Danny alone.
Danny had Ghost Blobs Covering him, vibrating to keep him warm like bees and Snuggled beside him to keep him asleep and rested.
— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — —
Red Hood suddenly felt odd, not in an odd bad way but in an odd easing way.
He looked around his turf continuing his patrol before he heard Grunting. Not a good type... Ugh.
It was someone getting beat up, he doesn't usually meddle with this type of stuff but something within his chest... The pits was being pulled in.
Jason ran. More like bolted to whatever was pulling him in. Because whatever it is, it silenced the Pits, it made the pits quiver in fear.
— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — —
"Heh, Serves you right Mother fucker."
Dante laughed as he finished beating up a guy who tried to Assault a Worker. He dusted his hands and he is so glad he brought his mask and Cap with him because he wasn't prepared for Red Hood of all people to find him.
Dan just tried to keep composes as the Worker he saved ran off safely.
"Who are you." Red Hood Asks Sternly hand in his waist ready to pull out his gun, Dan tries to keep himself away from this situation.
He really Oughtta keep himself out of trouble, his luck is just far too unlucky for this to happen.
"Name's Dante... Just beat up this fucker for trying to kidnap a woman is all..." Dante chuckled to himself, very mentally uncomfortable but physically trying to stay calm.
"You're not from here aren't ya. Don't you know where you are?" Red Hood's tone didn't lose it's Stern but it softened a bit.
Odd, Dante was sure it was said that he can be very violent to his trespassers, he guesses Red Hood is just having a good day.
"No Sir Red Hood, I apologize if I entered your Hau- I mean.. Territory by accident." Dante apologizes, not sincerely but he made sure he sounded like it.
Oh. Now that Dante is looking at Red Hood much clearly and focused, He feels weird... His core is unfinished... Sort of.. there's this weird thing inside of him, Corrupted Ectoplasm? Ew.
Dante made a Disgusted look under his face mask, lucky enough that red Hood doesn't noticed because of Dante covering half his face except his eyes. But now that Dante observes more.
This guy isn't a Halfa. Sort of a Halfa but not all. What does Frostbite say it is?... He tries to remember the Term for it. Ah yes...
Red Hood is-
"A Revenant?" Dante blurts out by accident, his eyes flashing green with red gradient for a moment making Red Hood Stand Stunned.
"Pardo-" Red Hood tries to talk but Dante just Bowed his head and interrotuped him.
"I apologize again Sir Red Hood for entering your Haunt, but I really need to go, I won't do it again. I can't promise much because there are a lot of dick heads around here but do excuse me. I have better things to do." Dante said quickly but also sarcastically as he turned and bolted.
"WAIT!" Red Hood tries to chase after him but Dante Went Invisible as he turned to a corner.
"What the-" Red Hood was confused. Where did he go?
It made Dante chuckle mentally as he floated away and headed back to their new apartment.
— — — — — — — — — — — — — — — —
'What the fuck just happened.' Jason thought to himself confused, very confused infact as the strange and oddly Hot mysterious man just disappeared out of thin air... Like a ghost.
He needed to find that man again. Possibly ask him on a date- who KNOWS. But he needed to find him again.
The pits acting incredibly terrified and tame Infront of him was enough to get Jason Curious and... Oddly Calm.
"Maybe I should ask Timbers for help. I didn't catch his name... And what is a revenant?" He asked himself and scratched the back of his nape in frustration.
Hopefully he can still meet that Guy again... His eyes though.
They looked like the Lazarus Pits and that wasn't good. It didn't sit right with Jason and it honestly never will.
KMS. AAAA MY HANDS. Anyways I'll be writing chapter 3 later <33 cuz I'm insane like that.
Hope you like this chapter.

I got involved in Roger's egoistical cursed research.
Ellis: Huh? Why is Jude me?
Jude: That's my line. Why’re ya me?
I was asked to watch over Jude and Ellis, who had switched places.
(As a fairytale keeper, I wanted to watch over them until the end.)
(......But I want to watch over them anymore.)
Jude: ………
(Jude in the form of Ellis is in an even worse mood than usual!)
Child Passing By: Mum, there’s a demon.
Mother Passing By: Hey. It’s dangerous so don’t go near him……
(Ellis' face is so handsome, but when he’s irritated, it's very powerful.)
(Ugh, I miss the usual gentle Ellis.)
Kate: Kate, this gelato I just bought is delicious.
Kate: Ah, yes. It has a rich flavor, yet it's not too sweet.
Jude: Lickin’ ’n lickin’ while workin’. Are ya dogs.
Ellis: Dogs don't eat gelato, right?
Jude: So, ya eat sweets in another’s body.
Jude takes a cigarette out of his pocket and puts it in his mouth with a natural gesture.
Kate: Oh, Jude, you can't smoke. That’s Ellis' body!
Kate: Besides, if you smoke it, you'll end up choking again.
Jude: ….Tch.
The reason we’re on the platform at Paddington Station, is because we’re on an important mission for Crown.
Actually, the two of them were planning to work at Jude's company as usual.
[Screen shows a pic of Jude in Ellis’ body.]
Jude: Yer in breach of the contract ya piece of shit…….I’ll show ya hell.
[Show a pic of in Ellis’ body.]
Ellis: Are you okay? Shall I make you happy?
(They stopped so that the people at the company who knew the two well wouldn't get confused.)
The two are now on Crown duty, while Victor and Harrison are at Jude's company posing as friends.
(I have to keep an eye on the two of them and keep up with my assignment!)
Kate: …..Still, the target doesn’t seem to have shown up.
Today's target is the capture and decimation of members of a corrupt business association who are committing theft in the country.
A man believed to be the main suspect was recently arrested by police but escaped from jail.
The Crown received word that he was planning to flee the country.
(The main culprit has a bad leg and limps. I have to make sure I don't miss him.)
Ellis: Kate, I'll give you my berry flavor, too. Okay, ahhh.
Kate: Ahhh.
Kate: Mmm….it’s delicious.
Ellis: Right? We don't know when the target will appear, so let’s just take it easy.
Kate: ……Thank you.
(…….When Jude treats me kindly, the gap is shocking.)
Jude: Oi, Ellis. Don’t do gross things with other people’s faces.
Jude: What’re ya up to?
Kate: I’m not up to anything.
Kate: It's just... it's refreshing and nice to be treated kindly……by you Jude.
Jude: Ha, don’t lie.
Jude’ lips in Ellis’ form twisted cruelly as I was grabbed by my chin.
Jude: Yer a masochistic pervert who needs to be tormented to get excited.
Kate: That, that’s not true……Please don’t treat me like a pervert!
Jude: Doubt that.
(I can never say I’m excited.)
While I was secretly excited, Ellis lifted himself off the bench.
Kate: Are you going somewhere, Ellis?
Ellis: I thought I'd get you something warm to drink.
Ellis: You must have gotten cold from eating gelato, Kate.
Ellis: Ah.
Jude: ……Didja see the target?
Ellis: No. When I stood up, I was just a little surprised that my gaze was lower than usual.
Ellis: Jude, you’re so short.
Jude: ….Ha?
Kate: ….He-hehee.
Jude: It's not that I'm short, it's just that yer a big guy.
Jude: Why’re ya laughin’, too? I'll knock yer head ‘round ‘n make ya shorter!
Kate: I’m sorry. It’s just sometimes you can learn something new when you change things up.
Jude: That’s damned useless information.
Ellis: I'm enjoying being Jude, though.
Jude: Shuddup.
Jude: Yer fluffy conversations are drivin’ me crazy.
At that moment, Jude’s gaze, which was clad in Ellis’ twilight color, were filled with sharpness.
Jude: ……..
Kate: Jude? No way….
Jude: There he is, that guy with the limp.
Jude: It'll be troublesome if he leaves the country. Follow him.
Kate: Ha, …..on it!
We board the train and pursue our target, weaving through the passengers.
Just as I stepped into the last row of the empty cargo area.
Main Culprit: Thanks for following along.........You guys, surround them.
As if on cue, several men jump out from the shadows of the seats and surround us.
(…….we’re surrounded.)
(I had no idea his friends were on board too.)
Jude: Yer very gracious to welcome us. Thanks.
Main Culprit: I knew the coppers were after us. I let you come, so I could get revenge.
(They think we’re the police.)
(Whatever it is, it means they were reading our moves.)
As we stare at each other, our feet shake and the train begins to move.
Main Culprit: We can throw your bodies out of the train and into the river, and there won't be a single piece of evidence left behind.
Main Culprit: It would be the perfect place to die. Go ahead, kill them.
Ellis: …..Kate, stay here so you don’t get hurt.
Kate: Yes….
Ellis tried to jump up as easily as usual, but wasn’t able to do so.
Ellis: Oh, whoa.
Ellis, who’s still in Jude’s form, lost his balance and fell on the spot.
Isla: Huh, Ellis….?
Ellis: Surprising. That’s right, I’m Jude.
(Oh, because his body is different than usual!)
Jude: What’re ya waitin’ for?
Jude:….Damn, what’re these uselessly long legs. They’re difficult......
Main Culprit: I thought you were an elite group, but you’re just a bunch of small fry.
Main Culprit: Take care of them kindly in “moderation”.
Ellis: ....... Hmmm, Jude has strong legs.
Ellis: I'm starting to get the hang of it.
Ellis: ……..Like this.
Ellis’ raised leg strikes into the jaw of the main culprit’s subordinates.
Subordinate: Gah……
(Wow, that's amazing...)
Kate: Oh, Jude, behind you!
Jude: I can see ‘em without ya tellin’ me.
Jude, using Ellis’ body, flew through the air and touched their heads one after another.
Subordinate: Whoa our hands are stuck together! They won’t separate. What is this……
All the men knelt on the spot in a prayer pose..
Jude: I can barely breathe in this body….I hate it.
Ellis: I wanted to use Jude's ability to put them to sleep.
Jude: Ya can't torture ‘em if they’re asleep.
Main Culprit: Hic…..
Jude: …..Let’s make a deal.
Jude: Right to left, James Spencer, Simon Harris, Oscar Perry.
Main Culprit: ……How did you know our names?
Ellis: The names of business partners, family members….he says it's basic to know everything.
Jude: Didntcha guys anonymously transfer the money ya stole to orphanages all over the UK?
(What…..?)
Jude: I did some research ‘n found out that ya ‘n all the other members of the vice society came from the same orphanage.
Jude: Yer all in on it, stealing money from the crooks ‘n usin’ it to give to poor children.
Main Culprit: ……yes.
(You mean he was committing evil and helping people?)
Jude: How admirable, tear jerkin’, think I’d overlook it.
Jude: —What can I say idiot. Yer tears ain’t an excuse.
Whatever the motive, evil is evil.
The fact that once you have been involved in evil, it will never go away.
Jude: I'll letcha choose. Either you’ll be sold abroad, or you’ll be forced to work in a coal mine until your last breath?
Jude: Do you wanna stay alive, be my slave ‘n work for the rest of yerr life?……..Whaddya choose?
Main Culprit: I thought you guys were the coppers……
Ellis: Is that relevant now? He’s asking if you want to die or live.
Main Culprit: ……
Main Culprit: Please just save my life. Please......!
Jude: The slave contract is complete. Congratulations on yer lifetime employment.
Jude: Remember, a promise is a promise…..If ya break it, I'll give ya hell, so much so, that you’d wish ya were dead.
We boarded the turnaround and made it back to Paddington Station without incident.
Kate: ……that was still surprising.
Kate: Jude you wanted them as part of your company's workforce from the start, and Ellis understood that.
Jude: What’s with those eyes? Ya act like I helped somebody.
Jude: I was forced to do a mission that wasn't planned, ‘n I got something out of it.
Ellis: I think it's okay as long as Jude and Kate are happy.
Kate: I….will work even harder as a fairytale keeper!
Jude: Fuwaha, that useless guts argument. That's all ya do.
Ellis: You’re a hard worker Kate, I like that.
(Oh, that’s.......?)
Ellis: What's wrong, Kate?
Kate: Um...even though you look different, for a moment both looked like you usually do.
Jude & Ellis: ……….
Kate: Jude is still Jude and Ellis is still Ellis, no matter what you both look like.
Kate: But ...…..I kind of want to see the two of you as usual.
Jude: I knew ya were a pervert who wanted to be tortured.
Kate: What, that’s not true!
Ellis: Shall I tease you? I've never done it before, but maybe I can?
Kate: ……Please stop teasing me Ellis.
Ellis: Hehe, sorry.
Jude: Let’s switch back quickly. It's about time that quack finished the medicine.
When we returned to the castle, Roger had successfully completed the antidote.
After drinking it, Jude and Ellis safely return to their normal forms and the matter settled.
Or, it should’ve been -
Kate: I am so glad you’re back to being whole!
Kate: Hey, Ellis. What's with the wine and book in your hand?
Ellis: Victor and Harry went to work for us. Thanks for that.
Ellis: So, I picked the wine, and Jude picked the book.
Jude: It’s just a matter of amassin’ debt.
Kate: Hehe, that's right. Because “nothing is more expensive than free”.
Jude: What's with that grin on your face? It’s stupid.
Ellis: Should l I call Victor and Harry?
Victor: That’s not necessary, for Victor has come even before he was called!
Kate: Harrison……?
Kate:  .......What's going on? You sound like Victor.
Jude: Have ya finally gone nuts after bein’ smeared in all those filthy lies.
Ellis: Harry is kind, so I wonder if he forced himself...
Victor: ?? What are you talking about?
Victor: No matter how you look at it, it's your dearly loved Queen's aide Victor, isn't it?
Ellis: …….Harry.
Jude: Imitatin’ someone you hate is unpleasant, condolences.
Kate: Very......, -you need to get yourself to the hospital as soon as possible!
Harrison: ……I finally found you.
Kate: …..Victor?
Victor grabbed Harrison's chest with a look of anger on his face that he had never seen before.
Kate & Ellis: !
Victor: Oh.….I'm right in front of me. Why?
Harrison: ……Haven’t you noticed? Look at your reflection in the window.
Victor: Wow, I became you Harrison?
Victor: C-CUUUTE~~! Your hair is so smooth! And the tear mole is cute! 😭 LMFAO
Harrison: Don't touch my body!
Kate: Um, wait a minute.
(Harrison is Victor and Victor is Harrison.)
Kate: Does that mean ...…..the two of you swapped places!
Harrison: Aaah.
Harrison: Victor .……You're the one who got us into this mess, aren't you?
Victor: It wasn’t me! If I were the culprit, I'd probably notice the switch right away, right?
Harrison: …..That’s right.
Ellis: Oh.…on there’s needle marks on Victor’s and Harry’s arms.
Harrison: Someone drugged us with a syringe while we slept.
Victor: Judging from the brilliant puncture work, I'd say there's only one suspect.
Harrison: Roger! That egoistical bastard.….He used us as test subjects for an experiment, didn’t he?
Victor: Wow, Roger’s so passionate about research.
Victor: Ah, Kate. Would you mind telling me a little lie?
Kate: What? Well, I hate you Victor.
Victor: Yes, it's a lie! Wow, I can see them like this, that's amazing.
Harrison: Don't get excited, old man!
Ellis: ...Hehe, it looks like fun.
Ellis: Hey, Jude. Shall we switch places again?
Jude: Ain’t happenin’, I’ll never do that again.
…..To be continued?

Hi, Hey wanted to talk about that other post about rise leo being a good leader, and my opinion I think that's a total lie. I barely finished the show and through all of it I haven't see him as a leader but as a total amateur. He isn't the leader in this version, only in the movie, not even there he did any good desicion, he only threw himself in the flames. I more of 2012 version, and you can totally compare him. 2012 leo learn from his mistakes and knows how to work with his team, he worries about his brothers; while the rise leo doesn't care if he puts them in danger, never works in team, and rather worries in having fun.
But all said, I want to hear more from you, your opinion, and to know who you think is best. I noticed that you have way more knowledge about the TMNT.
Stay hydrated ❤
Hi! Your opinion is totally valid, since everyone interprets things in their own way. I mostly disagree, tho.
First of all, like you said - Leo wasn’t the leader in the Rise show, nor was he the oldest. So of course it didn’t feel like it, that’s totally fair. ALTHOUGH: Once he did become the leader, I do agree he wasn’t the best at it… but then that’s kind of the whole point! It’s to show he’s not really ready and has A LOT to learn. Don’t know about you, but I love that idea. It brings depth to the whole „leader” plot. I think a lot of it is caused by the fact that he’s the only Leonardo who isn’t the oldest. The show lets him be more carefree and not really understand some morbid things, that oldest siblings keep in mind. Other Leos are the oldest and keep in mind the team’s safety, which sometimes makes them seen as „boring” by their siblings. Rise Leo is the complete opposite of „boring”. That’s Raph’s job in rise. On top of that other Leos were leaders for much longer and gathered experience. So I think comparing Rise Leo to other shows is a little unfair anyway, because their situations are way different.
Although apart from all that - Leo is VERY good at planning and his personality lets him be sneaky and manipulative, which also helps in a lot of circumstances. When the gang needs to get information, they send Leo. When they need some encouragement, Leo steps in. When they lost Raph in the sewers? Leo was the only one taking it seriously. When they got upset at losing the paper thieves? Leo did a nice speech, at least trying to keep the team in high spirits (which also showed how observant he is, as he knew what to say to each brother). When his brothers blindly believed Big Mama? He saved the day, knowing better from the start. (He was the only one being cautious, thinking of their safety).
You can see the little hints of potential in a lot of episodes. Personally I believe he’s a natural leader, he just needs to sort his priorities and learn about responsibility (which already happened in the movie, bro learned the hard way lmao).
I think that if the show didn’t end so soon, it would have been a lot more fleshed out and showed better. It’s pretty obvious it was their plan from the start to turn him into a leader at some point. Although like I said, opinions are just opinions.
You too stay hydrated! Take care, love 😚

It’s almost golden hour, and the parking lot of the grocery store is lit in that perfect, warm light that makes everything look prettier than it is. You’re pushing the cart while Monica’s next to you, holding onto Milo’s hand as he bounces with energy he clearly stole from the depths of kid’s chaos. It’s like he never stops.
You can’t remember the last time this kid sat still.
“Why did we even bring him?” You laugh, watching as Milo keeps trying to wriggle out of her grasp. "It's like he's allergic to being still."
Monica sighs, throwing you a half-hearted grin. “I know, right? Kid’s got more energy than I did in college.”
Milo makes a break for it, slipping out of her hold and darting towards the cart. He’s got this wild grin on his face like it’s the most fun game in the world. And to be fair, it kinda is. His growing legs are sprinting towards the cart before Monica can even react.
“Come on, Milo!” she calls after him, rolling her eyes but not too mad about it. She’s used to this routine by now.
You scoop him up, plopping him back into the shopping cart with a laugh, wheezing in the process because wow he’s grown now. “I got him,” You say, but he’s already jumping, trying to climb out like some mini escape artist. His hands grip the edge, feet kicking out as he tries to launch himself toward freedom.
“You know who’s better at wrangling this kid?” Monica says with a smirk, like she’s got the perfect plan up her sleeve.
“Don’t say it,” You warn, knowing exactly where this is going.
“Go hang with Uncle Rafe,” she sing-songs, like it’s the solution to every kid problem in the world.
And, of course, the second the words leave her mouth, Milo’s entire face lights up. He lets out this high-pitched squeal, the kind that only a soon to be six-year-old can make without bursting their vocal cords, and he’s off. He shimmies out of the cart like a squirrel, landing on the pavement with all the grace of a tiny athlete.
“Milo, wait!” You laugh, but honestly, you don’t even try to stop him. The kid’s determined, and you all know where he’s headed.
Rafe’s leaning against the hood of his truck, looking way too cool for a grocery store run. He’s on his phone, completely oblivious to the tornado zooming his way.
Milo barrels into his legs with full toddler force, grabbing onto his jeans like his life depends on it. “Unca Rafe!” he shouts, voice so full of excitement it makes your heart flip.
Rafe looks down, caught off guard, but then his face softens into this smile that’s...it’s so unfair how cute he is. How does he manage to go from looking like the most intimidating guy in the world to this softie in two seconds flat? It’s criminal, really.
“Well, hey, little man,” He says, tucking his phone into his pocket and crouching down to Milo’s level. “What’s up? You causin' trouble already?”
Milo giggles, throwing his arms around Rafe’s neck in the clumsiest, cutest hug. Rafe lifts him up with ease, like he weights nothing, holding him against his chest like he’s done it a thousand times before — which, honestly, he kinda has.
You lean against the cart, watching the whole scene unfold, and you can’t help but smile. It’s such a simple thing, but the way Rafe is with Milo always gets you. Like, he’s got this side to him that not a lot of people see, this soft, caring, protective side that only comes out when he’s with the people he loves. And watching him with your nephew? Yeah, it makes you feel things. Big, mushy, embarrassing things.
“He’s obsessed with you, you know,” You say as you walk up to them, folding your arms over your chest and raising an eyebrow.
Your boyfriend gives you this cocky grin, holding Milo with one arm like it’s nothing. “Can you blame him?” he teases, winking. “He’s just like his auntie.”
Even though you roll your eyes at his teasing, there’s no denying that he’s right. Milo is kind of like you—especially in the way he seems totally infatuated with Rafe.
You can’t blame him.
“I don’t know who you think you’re flattering right now,” you reply, smirking as you grab a few of the grocery bags from the cart. “But fine, I’ll give you that. Kid’s got good taste.”
Rafe chuckles, the sound low and warm, while Milo tugs at the collar of his t-shirt, trying to get his attention again. “Unca Rafe, can I go in the truck?” Milo asks, bouncing with the same boundless energy that’s been following him all day. You really miss the days he called him Rafey.
He raises an eyebrow, glancing at you for approval like the responsible uncle he pretends to be sometimes. “What do you think? You wanna let him play around inside?”
You shrug, already giving in because, let’s be real, there’s no stopping Milo when he’s this excited. “As long as he doesn’t drive off, I’m good.”
“No promises, baby."
Before you can say anything, Rafe’s already tossing Milo into the air, earning a high-pitched squeal that echoes through the parking lot. You can’t help but watch, feeling that familiar tug of affection as he catches him effortlessly, setting him down in the open passenger door of his truck.
Milo immediately starts pressing all the buttons, making the truck beep and flash like he’s setting off a mini-light show, but Rafe doesn’t seem fazed in the slightest. He’s leaning back against the side of the truck, crossing his arms as he watches Milo with the prettiest smile on his face.
Monica finishes loading the last of the bags into her car, and she glances over at the scene unfolding in front of you with a smirk. “He’s a natural, huh?” she says quietly, nudging you with her elbow.
You try to play it cool, even though your heart’s swelling in your chest. “Yeah, he’s alright,” you joke, but the truth is written all over your face. You’re totally, hopelessly in love with the guy standing there, pretending not to care that Milo’s probably activating every feature his truck has to offer.
Your sister gives you a knowing look, like she can see straight through your attempt to be nonchalant. “Milo’s lucky. He’s got you both wrapped around his little finger.”
You laugh because, yeah, that’s probably true. Milo’s got this charm that no one in your family can resist, and Rafe’s just as guilty of it as you are.
As if on cue, Milo pops his head out of the truck window, eyes wide with excitement. “Unca Rafe, can I honk the horn?”
Rafe shoots you a glance, “Should I let him?”
You sigh dramatically, but there’s a smile tugging at your lips. “Go ahead. Just don’t blame me if he thinks he can do this every time.”
Rafe laughs, reaching over to ruffle Milo’s hair. “Alright, little man. One honk. Make it count.”
Milo slams his tiny hand down on the horn, the loud sound blaring across the parking lot, and you wince even though you knew it was coming. Rafe’s laughing, Milo’s giggling like he’s just pulled off the prank of the century, and you—well, you’re just standing there, taking it all in, wondering how you got so lucky.
It’s moments like this that make you realize how different things are now. Two and a half years ago, if someone had told you that Rafe Cameron—golden boy, Kook prince, with a reputation for being that guy—would be standing here, playing the perfect role of doting uncle to your nephew, you probably would’ve laughed in their face.
But here he is.
And here you are, watching the two most important boys in your life bond over something as simple as honking a horn. Rafe catches your eye again, his grin softening as Milo scrambles back into the truck, happily babbling to himself about how loud it was.
“Think he’s ready to drive it for real?” Rafe jokes, stepping closer to you.
“Absolutely not,” you laugh, shaking your head. “But thanks for getting him all wound up right before we’re supposed to head home.”
Rafe shrugs, leaning down to press a kiss to your forehead. “What can I say? He’s fun to mess with.”
You roll your eyes but lean into him, enjoying the warmth of his touch. “Yeah, well, you’re the one who’s gonna have to deal with him next time he demands a honk.”
Rafe chuckles, wrapping an arm around your shoulders as you both watch Milo crawl back over to the driver’s seat, completely mesmerized by the truck’s dashboard, “You know I love it.”
You glance up at him, and for a second, you feel this overwhelming sense of gratitude—like you’ve somehow stumbled into the best version of your life without even realizing it. This is the guy who has seen you at your worst, dealt with your stubborn streak, and still chooses to stick around. And not just stick around—he’s fully here, present, loving your nephew like he’s been part of your family all along.
You can’t believe he only left rehab a month ago.
“Okay, but seriously,” Monica says, glancing between you and Rafe, “How am I ever going to survive without seeing you being in love every day? It’s sickening.”
You can’t help but snort, nudging Rafe with your shoulder. “Sickening, huh?”
“Pleases,” she rolls her eyes but is smiling. “I can’t believe you’re moving together.”
“Moving in?” Milo suddenly chimes in, his head popping out of the truck window like a jack-in-the-box. “Are you gonna live with Uncle Rafe forever?”
You share a look with Rafe, and he raises his brows in mock surprise. “What? You don’t wanna share her?”
Milo’s eyes widen, contemplating this monumental decision as if it were the biggest thing he’s ever had to think about. “Will I get to come visit?”
“Every day if you want,” Rafe assures him, still grinning as he crouches to Milo’s level again. “You can help us cook and make all the noise you want. We’ll even have a trampoline in the backyard. Sound good?”
Milo claps his hands, clearly sold on the idea. “Yes! And can we have pizza every Friday?”
You chuckle, glancing at Rafe. “I think we can manage that.”

Newsies thoughts part 3
so I just finished watching Newsies 1992 for the fourth time, and noted down a bunch of things I noticed or thoughts I had. I didn't do this the third time I watched bc that one was with my brother and I wanted to focus on the movie and talking and joking with him lol.
anyway, I noted down a lot of things, so prepare for a long post. (these are in order of when I thought of them, and I'm typing them from my notes app so enjoy my train of thought/how my brain thinks)
1- shoutout to Mr Kloppman for taking care of the boys
2- what's the story behind the lady that comes in singing about her son in "Carrying the Banner"? she fucking slays, but I'm very confused about it
3- they're literally just a bunch of teenage boys who've been dealt an awful hand in life but try their best to keep everyone's morale up and stay positive (me realizing how sad the reality of the newsboys is)
4- all the older newsies taking care of and helping the little ones I love them so bad
5- you can tell how close the newsies are with each other I love it. family for real
6- why does Les carry a wooden sword almost the whole movie?
7- "this is my brother David. he's older" "oh, no kiddin'"
8- love love love how all the newsies just adopt David and Les into the group immediately
9- Pulitzer needs a magnifying glass to read the big-ass headline lmao
10- Seitz lowkey seems to kinda be on the newsies' side
11- why does the crowd boo when the old guy is holding up the "round 58" sign? (during the scene where there's a boxing match going on)
12- Les and Davey immediately follow Jack in running from Snyder even though they've never been in trouble with the law
13- Davey stops Les from putting his head in the horse mask thing (?) (when they're in Medda's theatre)
14- Jack just staring at Davey while Medda coos over Les
15- genuinely Jack did not need to pull Davey by his tie. he could've grabbed his shoulder, but no. had to pick the gayest option
16- Davey inviting Jack to his house after just meeting him literally like not even 12 hours ago. and then inviting him to stay the night?? down bad behavior for real. and he seems so nervous to introduce him to his parents too ??
17- Sarah Jacobs please give me a chance please please please
18- ngl the scenes with Jack and Sarah are a little bit like,,,cringe?? idk they just don't feel right idk if they have enough chemistry for Sarah to realistically be Jack's love interest

40- i hate Snyder's face. it makes me uncomfy
41- Sarah Jacobs, how is your hair perfect right after waking up tell me your secrets
42- if they wanted the Jack and Sarah love interest story to actually work better, they should've fit more scenes of them talking
43- nah cuz actually wdym Jack's "real" name is Francis?? he doesn't look like a Francis at all (this is just me being baffled that he could be named Francis, of all things)
44- who is letting Kid Blink hang off the fucking balcony bro he is nawt gonna land on his feet

49- Denton trying to get to Jack when he's captured by the police
50- Race trying to gamble with the judge, he's so unserious
51- the look Jack gives Davey when Snyder starts telling the truth about Jack (his real name, his dad not being out West)

60- Denton hanging out with Les while Davey gets his papes
61- Race cheering when Jack kisses Sarah. "Jackie boy!"
whew oh dear lord I am so so so sorry for this being so fucking long. I didn't even realize I had noted down so many things I feel bad for making folks have to read this whole thing if they want to see all my thoughts. maybe I should split this in half and have two posts instead of this long one?? idk let me know what you think. also, if I got the names wrong for any newsies, please let me know I'm still learning lol.
uh yeah, this post is over now. stay hydrated, get some rest, and stay cool

A/N: Finally got out the next piece of my Radioapple series! I have big plans for this now, by the way, with lots more coming! Title for this one comes from Old School Love by Lupe Fiasco!
Tumblr media
Lucifer watches patiently as he waits for Alastor to wake up. He’s already been up himself for about an hour now, and he’d be lying if he said the only reason he was even able to get any sleep at all last night wasn’t because Alastor was there, curling up into Lucifer’s wings and playing jazz through the radio, occasionally even indulging him in a bit of pillow talk. Something about falling into what’s become their usual rhythm for ending the day actually had helped him wind down, despite what he knew was coming in the morning.
As he waits for Alastor to wake up, Lucifer finds his mind whirling through a million possibilities for how this conversation could go. What if he gets upset? What if he shuts off completely? What if I’ve been misreading every sign I think I’ve been seeing? What if he goes back to hating me?
The only thing that manages to pull him from his thoughts is Alastor finally waking. The steady ebb and flow of radio static slowly quieting completely, the little ear twitch that shows he’s alert if nothing else does, one glowing red eye just barely cracking open to see if he can get away with pretending to be asleep for a while. He’s adorable.
Lucifer smiles softly. “Good morning.”
Alastor hides his face in Lucifer’s feathers, grumbling a bit. “What time is it?”
“You don’t have to be up yet if you don’t want to.”
“Good.”
“Uh, if you are gonna be awake, though, there’s… something I wanted to talk to you about.”
One of Alastor’s ears flicks, but he doesn’t say anything back. Lucifer rests a hand next to one of Alastor’s. It’s close enough, he’s sure they’d be touching if one of them so much as breathed too sharply, but still not actually touching. Yet.
Lucifer generally tries his best to let Alastor take the lead on things. He doesn’t ever want to push too far and screw everything up, but sometimes all the waiting feels more like hell than, well, actually being in Hell. If things were fully in Alastor’s hands, Lucifer’s pretty sure they wouldn’t even have made it this far. As is, they still hadn’t progressed to dropping the “hands off” rule, but they’d definitely made progress, seeing as Alastor has recently stopped pulling away when Lucifer does try to get a little more in his space.
Even now, Alastor is looking at Lucifer curiously, ears cocked like a somewhat perplexed animal. But he hasn’t pulled his hand away. Progress.
“What is it? You look like you’re going to ask me something I won’t want to answer.”
“Um, well—” Lucifer’s face flushes golden and he looks away, suddenly feeling too much like he put himself on the spot. Somehow, avoiding eye contact still doesn’t stop him stumbling over his words. “I, uh— It’s just that— I think— Well, I think we’ve gotten fairly, um, close over the past few months and, uh, I just— I wanted to see if maybe you’d um—” his voice lowers, as if saying it more quietly will somehow make this less daunting— “wanna go out with me sometime?”

I was really in the mood to do some masquerade fanart, but I didn’t feel like coming up with anything original, so here’s some of my favorite (...slightly paraphrased) bits from the first part. I don’t know where it’s going, but it’s pretty fun so far!
also one that isn’t canon except in my heart:
