Sagittarius Rising: Just be honest with people bro. But do it nicely, that way you’re always going to maintain connections authentically. Please realize that you are the creator of your reality, the old story has no control over you , you have control over the old story. 🧼The dominant story manifests - if your old story is more dominant than the new story then your old story will continue to manifest and vice versa. If you aren't telling it to anyone but telling yourself about how you have it all and everything always works out for you. Know that you and only you can change this feeling and turn it to your desired feeling. According to me , affirmations work the best. Affirm . Even if you only repeat one basic affirmation - " I am chosen " , it will work. You need to make the " I am chosen " story dominant. The more you focus on it , the more dominant it will become and manifest in your reality .

whether it's the void state or just guided meditations ; it seems like meditating is a pretty helpful thing to learn when wanting to shift/meditate. for some, they shift instantly and for others it helps them sleep better but noone ever really explains how to meditate so here's my attempt at a beginner's guide as someone who uses meditation 24/7 !
in my eyes, meditation is not only helpful for manifestation or shifting but is also just a good way to unwind after a really long day - it can be a bit scary if you aren't used to it so don't worry if you're a bit intimidated ~
as a disclaimer, i will say that meditation is all based on what works for you and what you can personally handle ! for some, they meditate for hours and for others they do 5 minute sessions - figure out what works for you and stick with it !
1. clearing your mind
this isn't a needed step but it's something that helped me a lot when i was first starting meditating and that's clearing your mind a bit before you start. you can listen to music or even watch a show, just relax a bit beforehand and don't think about anything that would cause you stress. my way of doing this is i usually write down what i want to achieve during the meditation first (am i shifting? am i just meditating to relax? am i planning on meditating and then sleeping afterwards?) and then listen to music to relax and address any thoughts or things that i feel like would distract me whilst meditating (ie : overdue assignments).
11. choosing ur method
do you like listening to music peacefully, can you focus well with it? — make a playlist of songs that you can meditate to. are you better at following instructions and can focus better on that? — find a guided meditation (personal tip ; go with a shorter one first that is just for the sake of meditation so you can get used to it). you can choose ambience, white noise or even just listen to nothing ! it's all based on what works for you ; if you don't know what works for you, test out different methods.
111. focus !!!
something that seems to be the hardest for most people is focusing, having to sit down or lay down in a position and focus can be a bit hard BUT one way of making it easier is some basic breathing exercises & i'm not talking about the ones where you hold your breathe for 20 seconds - i'm talking about the ones where you simply take deep breaths. spend as long as you wish, allowing yourself to relax until you feel like you're calm enough and then jump into what you're meditating for. for example , lets say you're meditating to manifest a day off school :
if you dont feel calm, take a few deep breaths until you feel a bit emptyheaded & allow yourself to get comfortable in that space (comfort is key !!!)
focus on wanting your day off & live in the end in whatever way you prefer (visualisation, affirmations etc) for as long as you wish !
you can drift away from your thoughts here and there and that's okay ! just don't panic and go back to focusing as you wish
remember that there's not one way of focusing , go with what vibes with you !
1111. don't think of time
now that you're focusing on what you're manifesting for, you may be thinking "how long has it been? am i on track?" — rather than worrying about the time, don't even think that time exists. allow yourself to live in a timeless space, it doesn't matter if it's been 5 minutes or 5 hours — time doesn't exist.
v. enjoy it
for whatever reason you're manifesting for, enjoy it. don't turn it into a stressful task, don't worry if you're doing it the "wrong" way — enjoy yourself & allow yourself to meditate. you cannot meditate wrong, so don't worry about that possibility and unwind.
EXTRA TIPS :
♡ if you're worrying about being disrupted during the meditation, meditate early in the morning/late at night
☆ scared of getting muscle cramps from lying down a certain way? do some stretches beforehand !
♡ struggle to be still for a set amount of time ? choose a repetitive motion and use that to replace being still (i personally rock side to side a lot, it won't make it harder for you to meditate)

🍡In this post , we will compare and contrast between law of attraction and law of assumption. This post will explain both the laws.
🍧LAW OF ATTRACTION. The belief that if we think positive thoughts , we will get positive results . On the other hand , if we think negative thoughts , we will get negative thoughts. It works on the principle like attracts like. As you think a thought , you are also attracting like thoughts to you .
🍡Nothing can come into your experience unless you summon it through persistent thoughts. Thoughts determine our frequency and your feelings tell you immediately what frequency you are on . When you feel bad , you are on the frequency of drawing more bad things . When you feel good , you are on the frequency of attracting more good things .
🍧Law of attraction has three simple steps -
Step 1 : Ask the universe
Step 2 : Believe that it's already yours
Step 3: Receive
🍡Law of attractions asks one to feel good now. It says that we shouldn't question " how " . You just believe that it's already yours and the universe will bring it to you.
🍧Law of attraction gives importance to gratitude and visualization. In the book , the secret , it was mentioned that gratitude can change our life around as it shifts our energy and our thinking whereas visualization is the process of creating pictures in your mind of yourself enjoying what you want .

🍡LAW OF ASSUMPTION. It states that once you assume and persist in a thought , it will become reality . Whatever you assume to be your reality will be your reality. You are the ultimate CREATOR of your reality.
🍧To manifest according to law of assumption , you need to follow three simple steps
Step 1 : Decide what you want
Step 2 : Assume that you have it
Step 3 : Persist in your desired assumption
🍡WHICH LAW IS BETTER ?
If law of attraction works for you then it's better than law of assumption. If law of assumption works for you , then it's better than law of attraction. Whichever law works for you , go for that and manifest your dream life. YOU DO YOU ! If law of attraction seems simple for you then follow law of attraction, if law of assumption seems more simple than law of attraction then use law of assumption.
🍧SIMILARITIES
Both laws shows us that OUR THOUGHTS CREATE ! Our mind is powerful .
Both laws ask us to feel good about ourselves . Law of attraction says that we should love ourself first in order to receive love . Law of assumption focuses on self concept . However , self concept isn't important to manifest but it's very HELPFUL.
Both laws do not support victim mentality.
Both laws use affirmations !!
Both laws say that we don't need to question the " how "
Both laws mention that we should focus on what we want and not on what we don't want . In law of assumption, we follow mental diet , in which we entertain productive thoughts ( thoughts that align with our desires ) and ignore unproductive thoughts ( thoughts that contradict our thoughts ).
🍡DIFFERENCE
The law of attraction has conditions . You need to " believe " or " be in a high vibration " to manifest . In the law of assumption, you don't need to believe , have high vibrations , be in a state of gratitude to manifest . There are no conditions in law of attraction.
You don't need to ask the universe. You assume you have your desire and persist in your desired assumption . As a result , it ( your desired assumption ) will become your reality.
🍧TECHNIQUES
This is my personal opinion
As someone who has read the secret and the secret to teen power. In the book , no technique like 55×5 method was mentioned . I feel people use these techniques to gain views on youtube . You don't need techniques to manifest. However it's okay if you want to use a technique to manifest. Techniques can make manifesting fun but they are optional.

Manifestations and triggers of the ego and old identity.

Do you ever feel like whenever you try to better yourself that somehow your life just throws some drama at you? If so I’m going to tell you exactly why this happens and what you need to be doing.
When you try to manifest your new life you start to work on your self concept aka your identity. You start to asses what habits and beliefs you have currently that have lead to your current circumstances and life. You might identify which behaviors and beliefs no longer serve you and you start acting differently. The thing that happens is that as soon as you have this form of awakening and you start behaving differently from your current patterns your ego aka current identity starts to freak out.
I also want to note that I do not use the word ego in a negative or positive way it’s just a word to explain your current identity.
So our ego freaks out and tries to stop us from changing our thought patterns and behaviors cause if we change, that effectively means that we are killing the current ego. So in an act of self preservation the ego will attack you with doubts and fears as to why we shouldn’t change.
Let’s say you decide to change your self concept to someone that is in a loving and loyal relationship with a romantic partner. What your ego will do is that it will bombard you with every instance and painful memory in your life where the opposite was true in order to keep you from changing your beliefs.
Your ego will tell you that you can’t date or find the love of your life cause look at your friends, look at this person or that person.
You can’t find love cause the divorce rate is 50%. Romance is dead, dating apps have ruined romance and so on and so forth. The ego will keep feeding you as many negative thoughts and beliefs until you are so consumed by it that you forgot that you were trying to change your self concept.
Our self concept and identity aka our ego creates our reality. So when we try to change our self concept our current identity will fight tooth and nail for us not to kill it. And thus we have to wake up every day and fight ourselves. fight to break the habit of being ourselves (shoutout to Joe Dispenza for that phrase)
So when you start changing your patterns your ego is going to create situations and circumstances where the opposite of what you want is going to present itself and all you have to do is not react.
If we continue with the example of manifesting love. You might find yourself meeting men that are the opposite of what you want or you might hear horrible dating stories from your friends. What you’re not gonna do is internalizing those experiences . That’s not your reality. For every dating horror story there’s a success story as well, you just haven’t heard it yet. And either way you only need to find ONE good man so it doesn’t matter that there’s a hundred shitty men out there. That has nothing to do with you.
You’re gonna ignore anything that doesn’t serve you. The more you ignore the less these attacks happen. The more you focus on the new identity you want the old one will slowly starve itself.
So remember this. When you start to change your beliefs your old beliefs will come up to the surface. You might experience events and meet people that reflect your old beliefs. What you’re gonna do is that you’re not going to react to that. You’re just going to observe it and stay focused on the new reality you are creating. It takes time for the new reality to show up so you have to have faith and patience in the meantime.

HEALTHY GURL TIPS
Tip 1: Be uncomfortable with being comfortable
Think of the big WHY you are trying or wanting to grow and evolve. Reflect on the current routine you have, does it lack alignment? does it make you feel fulfilled? if not its time to sit down and check out what you feel will make you grow, hence why it is important to try not to stick always to the same old until you find out what makes you shine. Don't be afraid of trying new things to get you of your stagnant and comfortable state. Try a new workout, try a new recipe, try a new hobby, try a different routine, wake up earlier even though you've never done that before try it for a week and push the time earlier day by day 7:30 one day the next 6:30,6:00am and so on.
Tip 2: Stop throwing your day away
This can mean different ways to different people, but this is mostly to say that even though perhaps you didn't start the day as productive as you'd like it to be doesn't mean the rest of the day has to be that way. Forgive yourself and try again, regardless if you woke up at 6am and scrolled till 12 or if you didn't do anything until 1pm, you can restart your day anytime, 1 small error shouldn't count for the rest of the day
Tip 3 : Balanceeeee!!!
I cannot stress this enough, trying to be strict all the time with yourself will only make things worse in the long run, take rest days, have cheat days, have that fast food a couple times a week. Not every single goal of yours will seamlessly align with your life. Balance is everything in your journey.
Tip 4 : Start Walking
So so important to not only get fresh air and sun but also for your health to get your body moving. Start super slow you will eventually get better at it, get some headphones, put some music on and get going, i personally aim for 10k steps a day but even 7-8k is good! Even better if you listen to a good podcast, to learn and get endorphins for the day.
Tip 5 : Be grateful for yourself & life
Be grateful for the little things. Even if at times you might not feel you are where you want to be I promise once you take note of all the things you already have then and only then will you realise how fortune you are. BE HAPPY YOU ARE ALIVE. The more grateful you are the more blessings you will receive. You should be so proud of yourself and really give yourself a pat on the back more often.
