Pons: Coordinates movement (Danny’s fights)
Medulla: Controls heartbeat and breathing (Not sure if it actually functions because he is partially dead)
Thalamus: Receives signals from all senses but smell. (added ghost sense)
Limbic system: Regulate and process emotions and memory. (Processing Emotions during fights)
Cerebellum: Helps with nonverbal learning and memory, as well as purposeful coordination. (Danny learning how to fight his enemies.)
Amygdala: Controls aggression and fear (Aggression during fighting and the fear he feels about certain villains.)
Hippocampus: Major role in learning, long term memory, and spatial memory. (memorizing specific ways of defeating villains.)
Hypothalamus: Control center responsible for keeping homeostasis. (Ghost cores and their preferred environments.)
Frontal lobes: Controls speaking, muscle movements and the ability to plan and make judgments. (Danny’s ability to judge how to fight specific villains)
Prefrontal Cortex: Regulates thoughts, actions, and emotions. (His lack of ability to regulate any of this when mind controlled)
Motor Cortex: Generates signals to direct movements of the body. (His body automatically going intangible when in danger)
Broca’s area: Helps us to speak. (Danny’s puns during battle)
Wernicke’s area: helps us understand what is spoken. (The ghost writer episode where he is forced to speak rhymes till he eventually found a word that has no rhyme “orange”)
Parietal lobes: Receives body’s sensations of touch and body position. (Danny trying to map out the ghost zone, and despite barely knowing his way around he always knows how to get home.)
Somatosensory Cortex: Controls sensations of being touched. (Allows him to notice when an invisible ghost is touching him)
Occipital lobes: Receives information about what we see from the opposite eye. (Him being able to see Young Blood when no one else can)
Temporal lobes: Receives information about what we hear from the opposite ear (Super hearing)

This, this twisted sense of the old Latin saying is what I loved about this book, this has and will happen a many times where I found myself covering my mouth with my hands in shock because of the intensity of the text I just read!!!!!

serious question: can someone tell me why i am drawn to media that makes me cry? And then every time without fail i seek fan made works that have a greater emotional impact.
how am i getting a dopamine boost from sad things?
is it actually a dopamine boost from the satisfaction of identifying the themes and symbols present within the media and what those sad things represent and convey?
did i just answer my own question?

The Energy Is Givingggggg: NEW BISH WHO DIS?
Heeyy Girl heeeyyy. Or hey boy heeyyy.
So Its only been one day since the whole thing happened and I can honestly say... I'm feeling it Mr.Crabs. I think for me knowing the moon eclipsing the sun spoke a lot to the hidden illusions willingly being brought to the light. Like everything that people would've wanted to keep hidden were just exposed beyond the control of the person trying to hide it. Allowing nature to takes its course so to speak. A lot of life times of having to live in what people would consider to be hell. Just to find out heaven may have been a sense of what the mind could create when it comes to the idea of perfection. I see it on people to! A sense of acceptance for the darkness and not feeling the need to hide it. Understanding that life is a series of things moments etc... like let that shit fly.
Respectfully of course.
A of of LIBRA VIRGO energy to me. Maybe Im bias cause I have both placements placed highly in my chart... but I'm feeling the love. I noticed how closed off my energy was and how open its become by having so many positive experiences. Thats not to say that everything is just beautiful all the time but you learn to take everything as it comes.
I see a lot of people dying their hair. Wanting a new look updating your wardrobe. Getting new car gear for the summer. Lmao someone preparing for camping! Thinking of getting a bigger tent? YOU SHOULD. More space when it rains makes things a lot easier to dry. I see a lot of you adopting animals as well. Thinking of breeding because you love dealing with smaller animals and you have a lot of knowledge on them. New courses starting? Taking more time in the summer to dedicate to getting more credits for an earlier graduation. Its something pink fuzzy and dramatic but I'm feeling whatever this new piece of room decor is lmao. Thinking of modeling or finally taking it seriously? GO FOR IT.
Its a win win forecast for the collective.

The Third Man Factor is a psychological phenomenon observed in individuals facing life-threatening situations. In such extreme circumstances, people report sensing the presence of an unseen companion, often referred to as the “third man.” This phenomenon gained prominence through historical accounts, with Sir Ernest Shackleton describing it during his Antarctic expedition when stranded with his crew after the ship Endurance became trapped in ice.
Experiences of the Third Man Factor can vary. Some individuals report feeling a distinct presence, while others may describe hearing a voice or sensing guidance. The nature of the “third man” can also vary, ranging from a religious or spiritual figure to a representation of a deceased loved one.
The phenomenon tends to occur in contexts of extreme isolation, danger, or stress. Here are a few notable instances:
Tumblr media
Ernest Shackleton’s Antarctic Expedition (1914-1916): Sir Ernest Shackleton and his crew faced a harrowing ordeal when their ship, the Endurance, became trapped in Antarctic ice. Shackleton later wrote about the presence of an unseen companion that seemed to accompany him and other members of the expedition during critical moments. The third man” presence provided a source of strength and guidance.
Joe Simpson’s Mountaineering Ordeal (1985): Joe Simpson, a mountaineer and author, experienced the Third Man Factor during a perilous descent of Siula Grande in the Peruvian Andes. After a severe fall and being left for dead by his climbing partner, Simon Yates, Simpson reported the presence of a phantom companion who encouraged and guided him back to safety.
Aron Ralston’s Canyon Survival (2003): Aron Ralston, the subject of the film “127 Hours,” faced a life-threatening situation when his arm became trapped under a boulder while hiking in a remote Utah canyon. During his ordeal, Ralston reported a hallucination of a young boy appearing to him, offering comfort and companionship. This presence helped him endure the physical and emotional challenges until his eventual rescue.
Tumblr media
Apollo 12 Moon Mission (1969): During the Apollo 12 mission to the moon, astronaut Charles “Pete” Conrad reported a strange experience. He felt the presence of an unseen entity during a moonwalk, which he later likened to the Third Man Factor. Conrad described a feeling of guidance and support during a crucial moment of the mission.
Psychologists and researchers have proposed that the Third Man Factor may be a psychological coping mechanism. Under intense stress, the brain may create a supportive figure to provide comfort and guidance. This phenomenon has had a notable impact on literature, influencing stories of survival and exploration.
