I have decided I do actually want to share the tattoo I got! I was worried about it being identifiable but, honestly, it's covered by clothes most of the time and I've already posted photos of my crutches which are pretty damn identifiable lol so here you go!
Tumblr media
The base of the feather needs touching up a little since it blew out over some keloid scarring I have there but overall I'm really happy with how it came out. I'm also not too disappointed that the base probably needs darkening to hide the blowout. I think it will match the rest of the feather.
Also if anyone else with hEDS, fibro, or POTS or who is keloid-prone wants to ask me about how it healed/is healing or how the experience was, I'm happy to talk about it!!! I know I was super worried about how things like that would affect it.

It’s so good to have finally therapy! 😭🩷
I had my second session today and the doctor (it’s a team with a therapist and a doctor, psychosomatics and stuff) did the first skill with me, to help me to be more calm by eating something and don’t get nauseous after eating (and make something dysfunctional because of that 🫣).
I feel really be seen finally and have finally the feeling, to get FINALLY help 😭🩷

You have to stop ruining things for yourself preemptively because you believe they’ll fail anyway. Give yourself a chance to succeed.

I relapsed hard this time. I think I have finally dug myself into a hole I can't get out of on my own. I'm getting surgery in 5-18 weeks and I don't want to bother fixing anything before then because I don't really have a choice but to accept opioids or pain (I will not be choosing pain if I'm getting surgery during finals) but this shit's untenable...

🍰 A bit about myself 🍓
To be honest with you all i was 220lbs back in 2019 and lost all of it by ⭐️ing myself all day (sometimes multiple days) and my lowest weight was 145 but im back up to 160 ever since i got into a relationship :( im trying to be back to at least 145 but my ultimate goal is 135 without gaining it back and hoping to maybe even try to go back to eating normally and healthy (slowly ofc so i dont gain it again 😶) after i lose it. I like to go to the gym and have also been trying to tone myself up a bit. When I’m not at the gym I’m usually watching tv, reading, sleeping, playing video games, or playing with my recent gsd puppy ❤️. Im looking to slim down some excess fat a little bit everywhere and hopefully maintain at least some of the muscle ive gotten over the past few months. It finally hit me how much weight I’ve gained back since my Lw once i hit 160 and decided i need to change. Doing it the right way never worked for me because no matter what i did i wouldn’t lose the weight quick enough and it was nearly impossible due to my past with 4na. Im hoping to be back to about 145 by the end of the year.
Stats:
Cw:160lb
Hw:220lb
Lw:145lb
Ugw:135lb
Ht:5’8
I hope to look into other peoples thoughts here, get inspiration, and possibly get some mutuals :) ❤️
