what is the glitch theory!!

hii !! glitch theory my beloveddd, i talked about it in more depth on my main blog (link), but tldr it's a theory that phil's glitch hoodie merch from 2019 was actually supposed to be a bigger project! like a show or comic with scifi / interactive / choose-your-own-adventure vibes

especially since phil around 2019/2020 kept talking about how he has some creative ideas and how "with some luck" we might've been able to see it during 2020, but it never worked out ;-; i made a gifset of it here, but it's missing the moment from 'something we want to tell you', where he mentioned that he pitched a scifi show and he wrote like 50 pages of an interactive concept, but it never worked out! but i'll continue to never lose hope that any sort of phil project will happen one day 🤞🤞

The battle had been long. Long and destructive, power rolling from both combatants as they launched at each other and tore through armor and flesh alike. 

Islands fell from the skies with every clash, swaths of utter annihilation following as they fought long after their armies had finished. Wings swept great gales of wind that shadows raced to block, fire meeting fire and claws meeting blade as two beasts brawled. 

Finess was no longer a thing needed- this was all about who could last longer now. One who fought for itself, for its legacy of tyranny, and another who fought together, as one. 

The battle was long, no one quite sure how long but enough to be called as such. It could have been hours, it could have been days, it could have even been centuries in this mauling of what was and what could be.  

And finally, the One-That-Was-Many rose victorious over the king before it, dead once more at its talons, wings spread to usher in a new era for the realms. 

Or at least, that was how the tale went, according to Marvel. Even he wasn’t sure what parts of it were true or simply legend, but it was an interesting story all the same. It kept the kids entertained at least, and caught the others attention so there was that.

okay can we just talk about Jean being concerned about Cody's welfare for a second because my heart genuinely felt like a star going supernova in that moment like that was such a painful thing to read because he cares so so so much without even trying but no-one was ever there for him like that (I'm not counting Zane because fuck him I don't care) but I just ahhh jean you're gonna be the death of me that little scene meant so much

My beautiful baby dog absolutely crushed the field trials this weekend and pulled TWO third places over some really competitive and experienced puppies! I'm so so so proud of how she ran this weekend and I'm so happy the judges saw the same potential in her that I do 💛💛

1st wave of left hand speedrun art~

Started this to get back in the groove since way way behind my left hand art batches (started in July 2018), but thinking of doing more waves til my sketching level is closer to my dominant hand (with bonus line art training). Aim to keep it under 30 mins per doodle (forbidden to go over an hour) and do as often as able (minimum a wave per a month).

Also while doing this, reminded me a friend got me a T-shirt with Coran face on it as a gift, but forgot due to it not looking at it cause it was a lil unnerving in its lineless and noseless style. So finally tried to fix that with a sharpie ;P

The worst fake history myth about the Victorian era I ever came across was that the skirts were so wide to allow women to shit on the streets. (And apparently the undergarments opened for convenience).

I mean, the undergarments thing is true. drawers and, later, combinations (think a romper-style chemise/drawers mashup) had open crotch seams to allow ease of using facilities

using a PRIVY. or a CHAMBER POT. or a TOILET, from about the mid-1800s onwards. not THE FREAKING STREET

do you want to shit on the street, mythmaker? does that sound pleasant to you? would you like to walk around a shit-filled street? does this mean women in New Look evening gowns c. 1950s were also shitting in the street as they waited for their husbands or drivers to bring the car around? why are you less inclined to say that than to assign this idea to the Victorians?
