IT`S FUCKING ENDEAVOR, HE DOESN`T WAIT FOR NO ONE, WE LITERALLY SAW THAT ON THE MAIN SERIES, YOU GUYS JUST CHASE AFTER HIM AND CLEAN THE REMAINING MESS

DON`T TELL ME THAT THIS IS WHAT YOU`RE DOING FURUHASHI”- That is what he’s doing, and furthermore having Endeavour commit an act of destructive ‘heroism’ that would have been 10 times more than what was needed to sink Gentle’s fledgling hero career. 2) “I must be tripping. This definitely feels like I`m tripping. That or I`m reading fanfiction.”-You or Furuhashi may have been on the drugs when going through this, but only one of you drew it. 3) “Well, whatever, he`s at least getting ready to kick-ass, let`s see if at least this part we get right, right Furuhashi? Don`t want any more kneecaps to be turned into powder, do we?”-  Kick ass, or render everything around it extra-crispy? Either way, I don’t think he succeeded. 4) “Huh- endeavor? You are not getting ready to hit her from this distance, right? I mean, you probably could, but you as the number two hero wouldn`t make a Kamehameha-like attack that could damage buildings around when simply flying there and burning her would do the trick, right? “- In fairness, this method does suck in all the flying bombs and detonate them in mid-air, as well as prevent Pop from jumping away, but it also suck in any debries and glass windows as well, making things more destructive and chaotic overall 5) “jesus fucking christ man”- Professionalism! 6) “Hey, remember when heroes tried to minimize the damage to their surroundings whenever possible? I sure don`t, and I can already tell that furuhashi also is unaware of this well-established rule.”- Endeavour’s reputation as a pro-hero seems to create some sort of perception filter for the people around him, that they overlook what he’s actually doing and the destruction caused. Granted, Horikoshi was much better about making it more ambiguous for them/understandable given the circumstances, but Furuhashi seems to be pushing that a tad much. 7) “THAT`S NOT HOW HIS QUIRK WORKS GODDAMMIT. HE CAN MAKE IT BIGGER OR SMALLER ONLY WHEN IT`S BEING EMITTED FROM HIM, WE SAW THAT PRETTY MUCH ALL FIRE-USERS FOLLOW THIS RULE. OH MY GOD FURUHASHI WHY”- I don’t think it’s ever really been established to what degree Endeavour has control over the fire he creates. At times it seems like he can manipulate it fire-bender style, and a few anime additions like the fight against the Hosu Nomu have him creating weapons out of it as needed, but it would make a degree of sense of he could precisely control the fires to avoid damage with such a destructive Quirk, otherwise it’d be hard for him to become a pro hero if he was always starting fires he couldn’t control. This instance is what happens when he doesn’t control himself, but it seems to be written as if he had the option to. 8) “Yeah, and when she jumps out of the way smartass? That`s her quirk, and she`s fairly mobile with it, that firenado only travels in a straight line, why not just move closer and punch her goddammit”- Well, Pop’s Quirk needs her to jump off of something in order to move, and in mid-air, she can’t get away- plus the tornado’s airflow is sucking her towards it like a magnet, so it’s actually quite hard for her to evade said attack even with her mobility, precisely because she’s so light on her feet. 9) “Now you tell me that Endeavor, why aren`t you up there checking on it? Also, you don`t have ~authority~ to just order another hero to stand away. You can ask it, sure, but you can`t stop another pro of trying to do something.”- It’s bad on his record if he intentionally attacks another pro hero when he has the opportunity to avoid damaging them. Sure, the onus is on them for jumping in recklessly, but Endeavour also has the skills to control his fire well enough to avoid hurting them, so as a professional hero, he hits the brakes. That is no longer the case after he hears Koichi’s a vigilante though. 10) “AND THERE HE COMES

I BET THE FIRENADO SERVED AS A BEACON TO GUIDE YOU HERE “- That, and the explosions, loud music….this rave wasn’t exactly very subtle on where it was being held. 11) “Oh, thank you, at least you recognize that Koichi is technically a villain before the law.

But I swear to god endeavor, if you stop focusing on Pop to go after Koichi I`m going to snap every bone on your body”- No need, now he can just firebomb the area without holding back again, because Koichi’s not protected by the law. No need to be precise when dealing with two villains, right?

12) “Like, I hate endeavor as a person, but I can`t deny he is absurdly efficient in his job. He doesn`t give villains a chance, he doesn`t show off, he goes in up-and-personal and puts them down, and then he moves to the next one. This… This was not endeavor. He was still a douche, that part Furuhashi got correctly, but everything else was so… off .”-Certainly seems like he was taking notes on Endeavour’s surface-level appearance before the main story revealed the deeper layers involved. @thelreads

All of the negative reviews for LiS True Colors are just like...

"Too much drama!"

Very very few negative reviews I've been able to find had anything to do with any actual metric of game design - the pacing, the acting, the gameplay, the graphics - and the ones that are are just... completely unfounded. So many of these fucking negative reviews are from people who either didn't play the game, knew they didn't like this kind of game and played it anyway, or secretly DID enjoy it but didn't want to admit that the woke sjw liberal deep state devil worshipper propaganda [AN ACTUAL REVIEW I FOUND] made them cry.

If you think this is just going to be me complaining about confederates and nazis and conservatives and discrimination in general, keep reading.

Games like this give me hope. I mean, indie games are still far ahead of AAA games in terms of progressive messages, characters, and plotlines, but for a AAA game to have a story with a bisexual asian-american woman with ASD and anxiety coming out of the american foster care system is... kind of nuts, don'tcha think???

In spite of all of those padded negative reviews, this game STILL had over four stars in total. That's a big win, in my opinion. Hate is centered in weakness, and actions driven by love and joy and passion will always prevail over them. This game was one driven by love and joy and passion, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

That is, if you're not afraid of the woke sjw devil worshipper propaganda. 😈

This was actually pre-robin. Bruce had him do a solo-trial run to see his skill before he made him Robin and this was the result. Compare that to Tom Taylor's scene and the result is humiliating. For Taylor.

One of the worst things in Taylor's run is how Blockbuster went down. It suddenly reminded me of Selina's stupid ideology which is why I think I got so ticked off.

Blockbusters' thugs loyalty to him isn't a make it or break it deal. He's one of strongest criminal organisations and the knowledge that he owns one of the worst prisons that he could easily put his underlings into would've instilled fear into his thugs, not freedom. Furthermore Blockbuster takes good care of his people that don't piss him off. He teamed up with Nightwing in the scarecrow era in Nightwing (2016) because someone was messing with his people. He's extremely intelligent and superstrong, and he's not just going to be brought down by the knowledge that he owns a prison. It's Bludhaven. If he didn't, then there would be something suspicious given that he runs the city. It's the way Taylor dumbs down Bludhaven's villains that gets to me. Imagine him writing Batman (2016). It's like saying, "yeah the Joker was just a little misguided but he found the right way again after a stern talking to by Batman."

Nightwing is a big name.

When Dick first came to Bludhaven, one of the police officers was like we don't want your crazy here or something. Also Bludhaven loves Nightwing. They want him.

So why is everyone pretending like they don't know who he is?

The police, the citizens, the villains-all of them. Dick fought Brutale and beat the crap out of him way back in 1996 comic. He's a Bludhaven regular. Just because Dick forgot who he was doesn't mean anyone else forgot him. Amnesia doesn't work that way.

okay what the heck did the 212th get up to during the rako hardeen arc tho. their most senior commanding officer was murdered but not really but it was a covert operation so. they would not have been told that he was not, in fact, dead. but the council knew obi wan was alive, so it’s not like they would have been reassigned which presumably would have happened if it were a real death. So did they just spend like. 3-5 business days in limbo being like. ‘go on leave until further notice’. they probably all DEMOLISHED 79’s during the time they thought obi wan was dead. imagine rex trying to deal w/ that. Anakin and Ahsoka have run off on some vigilante council-disapproving quest like usual, meanwhile the 212th and half the 501st are drunk off their ass drinking to General Kenobi’s memory. He tries to comm Cody to get him to help whip the men into shape but Cody is also drunk in 79’s

The mercenary digs his fingers into the vigilante’s jaw, enough so that he has to surpress a pained hiss on his bloodied tongue. Behind the mask, the mercenary’s voice is cold, and venomous.

“Been looking for you, boy,” he drawls under his breath, and the vigilante’s feet stagger when he’s pushed back, hitting the wall with a groan. He still managed to straighten up, breathing through the aching pain in his ribs.

Stephanie has a youtube channel (she 100% gives it a name like gotham_after_dark or bat_interpreter) where she follows Batman and mocks him, she definitely also makes content on tiktok and instagram

She’s recording fights with rogues and him interrogating questioning people and doing voice overs in a goofiest growl she can for batman but she also does voices for everyone else (it gets to the point where penguin puts a hit out and is actively trying to expose the youtubers identity bc steph does this terrible whiny british accent when she’s imitating penguin)

She starts her channel right after Bruce fires her from Robin and still does it to this day

Bc if she’s gonna get shit for not being Tim might as well go all the way right?? She’s just doing the opposite of what Tim’s doing or outright copying him depending on which would annoy them the most

Stephanie records batman dangling some guy off a roof for the 37th time this week while going “You said the cheese on the nachos at your restaurant was imported directly from Italy but I saw you…THIS CHEESE IS FROM A GROCERY STORE…in GOTHAM… do you know what batman does to liars??”

There’s short clips of cass suddenly disappearing or appearing out of nowhere before and after dismantling someone with the michael myers theme playing in the background (Cass does dramatic flips and landings every time steph records her)

When Bruce complains about the threat to their identities and compromising ongoing missions/investigations, Stephanie (who is purposely trying to piss him off) just looks him dead in eye and goes “Well, you’re not the boss of me sooo” so Tim gives a presentation and shuts down every single argument Bruce makes just to be contrary bc he’s a fucking asshole

Tim only has a problem with it when Stephanie and Damian start working together bc Damian  does concerningly accurate impressions and Damian keeps making Tim sound like a fucking idiot and it’s worse bc he can mimic his speech patterns (“I can’t do this anymore… I’m sad and pasty… Call the fifth robin, you know…the only competent robin…”) 

Like Damian’s repeating one of Tim’s caffeine concoction induced rants about bagels in Tim’s voice while Steph is growling at him to focus in her batman impression

When Tim brings his complaints to Bruce about Stephanie’s youtube account, Bruce cites Tim’s own argument back to him so Tim takes over editing and recording to be an asshole

Man, a vigilantes chapter that has the potential to be something amazing, I haven`t seen one of those in a long time.”-And it wasamazing!...Amazingly disappointing with how it handled Endeavour’s character as a ‘professional’ hero. 2) “Oh ho ho, this is going to be really fun regardless….”- With how Vigilantes’ version of Endeavour seems to be a full-on fire bender, perhaps he’s creating that shadow puppet of Bee pop through precisely manipulating the flames in his hands… 3) “Koichi please why are you jumping around the cars, there`s a whole ass lane right there, if a bike can go through it so can you, don`t do those people dirty by ruining their car.”- Maybe him doing ‘jumps’ is less taxing that when he’s doing a ‘sprint’? I gotta assuming his stamina issues play into this somehow 4) “What is it Puto? You have noticed the flying onomatopoeia flying over your head as well? I wonder what it is about, it wasn`t there when we left the Bastard-cave. “- Manga’s presence continues to haunt this comic like a ghost in the pages… 5) “huh? Are the martians or the reapers invading or something? Or is it some other hero that has a sound based quirk? Good lord, is Present mic warning of his arrival?”- More like Endeavour’s sidekicks ‘clearing the runway’ so to speak, so he’s free to land his maximum firepower 6) “BAKUGIRL IS HERE! But why the fuck is she sounding a siren? Her quirk is fire based, not sound based. And you two, why do you know something we don`t? what the fuck is this siren thing about?”- The setup for the worst possible means of ‘damage control’ you could think of. 7) “Huh, so my magnificent and perfect brain did figure out correctly, that the guy with a compass for a motif and which was named “compass kid” did have a localization-based quirk”-  Since it’s pointing him to the location of people or objects he’s unaware of, based on generic searching criteria like ‘those who haven’t evacuated the area’, it’s actually a super-useful Quirk, in the same vein as Ragdoll’s search, if with more wind-up. Being able to find what he’s looking for even if the person doesn’t know he’s looking for them means he’s extremely useful as a tracker, just not a fighter. 8) “…

Deathstroke #15 - this tells the story of slade meeting lillian worth, rose's mom, and then shows rose for the first time <3 honestly this one doesnt do much for rose other than saying that she exists but it still matters

Deathstroke #45-46 - before this, rose is kidnapped and escapes but i didnt include that in the list because shes not doing much until these issues. but she has things to do in these and has great moments of lili trying to protect her. dont bother reading any of the actual deathstroke stuff because i do not care what hes up to

Deathstroke #48 - rose meets slade for the first time!!! it does not go well

Deathstroke annual #4 - shes not in this til the last few pages but i get the content of rose mourning her mother where i can bc it does not get brought up for like 20 years after this. also rose being a badass is always welcome to me

Deathstroke #51 - this one is almost entirely rose's pov!!! granted shes not exactly the center of the story but still! it also starts showing her meta abilities and precognition which is so slay of her

New Titans #126 - this is the first time she gets like. an actual personality. and its great. i lov her dynamics with the other titans and i love kyle and donna kind of trying to parent her. and also shows a little bit more of how she feels about her mom hehe. in the issue before this she puts a gun to someones head which i think is also worth reading that moment of her however. its a one page scene and it never gets brought up again so i didnt bother including it

Titans #27, #33, #37 - honestly i think that roses entire time nannying lian is worth reading but she doesnt do a Lot in each issue so i felt bad including the whole thing sdjafhadsf but she has scattered appearances from #25-39 and theyre all FANTASTIC. one of my favorite eras of rose for sure

Teen Titans #0.5  - this is her joining her father :( terrible hate kill but its a very important part of her story. also she has a random family here which ??? i mean sure i guess. love that everyone was playing hot potato with rose for like 10 years though

Teen Titans #8 - calls herself ravager for the first time so its kind of important. honestly though i wasnt even gonna include this at first but decided that it was important enough to throw in. shes only on the last page of this though

Teen Titans #12 - this is where she loses her eye (see: takes her own knife and stabs it out) so its pretty significant. also bart reaching out to her and trying to help her is sweet :) i dont really care about brother blood at all though so i didnt include the rest of this arc but it starts at #9 if youre really interested

Batgirl v1 #64 - this one is extremely biased im gonna be real. i just love batgirl 2000 and this issue was really good for both of them honestly, its the two of them fighting and does a good job showing rose's relationship with her dad during this time and showing her skills 

Nightwing #112-115 - this one was just so much fun. i wouldnt call it 100% in character but theres a lot of good stuff about rose wanting a family and its rly sweet :( its also hilarious to me and its so fun to read it

Nightwing #117  - leaving her father!!! she really only shows up on a couple pages here but you know. its pretty significant. 

GENERAL WARNING FOR TEEN TITANS: a lot of teen titans was written by geoff johns and. i dont know how to put it other than that hes VERY geoff johns about it. there are bits of misogyny and racism in pretty much every issue. even after johns stops writing it still has some extremely iffy parts. so just be warned :(

Teen Titans #34 - her intro to the team!! talks a little about how she got there and what shes doing etc. also wlw hostility with cassie

Teen Titans #35 - this one originally wasnt even on the list because it comes with HEAVY disclaimers. this issue includes rose trying to rape tim, which i consider to be the worst moment in that entire book, and probably the most out of character thing rose has ever done. thank you geoff johns. HOWEVER this issue also has a lot of really nice moments with rose and eddie that i really enjoyed :( so just. disregard the first few pages if you read this

Teen Titans #40-41 - you will quickly find out that i am a sucker for rose and joey being siblings. in all honesty i know very little about joey but i DO know that he and rose have rly sweet moments in a lot of these

Teen Titans #43-46 - a lot of deathstroke stuff. mostly boring but rose does get to fight her dad here :) and also some more rose & joey moments. though do be warned as a cassandra cain fan these issues did send me flying into a blind rage because she is so out of character

Teen Titans #57 & #60 - precognition!!! rose being a badass!!! my love!!!!!! this is a good issue. it does go back on a lot of what its already gone over by saying "ooo rose is so murderous and dangerous!!" but. whatever. i like it when shes murderous. these are all part of an arc that goes from #56-60 if you want the full story but these two are the ones that rose has the most to do in. then #60 leads into Terror Titans which. um. was not good. very out of character for rose and just not an interesting story at all. but i mean if you want to read it she is in it

Teen Titans #71  - rose-centric issues my beloved hehe :) this issue is pretty good and sets off her story in the second feature starting in #72

Teen Titans #88 - rose rejoining the team!!!!! which i have mixed feelings on because it was clearly a "the writer wanted her there but didnt want to do the work to put her back so they just threw her in" situation which is fine i guess. it ignores a lot of whats already happened though :/ but!!!! lillian worth mention!!! woo!!!!

Teen Titans #90-91 - damian and rose's dynamic is so fucking funny and i love it. they are iconic together its amazing

Teen Titans #98-100 - final teen titans arc!! rose isnt specifically doing a lot but she does have some really good moments here. also she has an interaction with mia for like 2 panels so i need to cut those 2 panels out and frame them <3 but be warned. the writer was clearly going in the rose/conner direction for some reason which. um. hm.

Batgirl v2 #2-4 - ICONIC. i have issues with cass's characterization in this but rose is wonderful. she can be patricidal as a treat <3 shes planning ahead and shes a good fighter and shes murderous. what more do you need.

Teen Titans #70, Titans #13, Vigilante #6 - these are all part of a bigger crossover, Titans #12 and Vigilante #5 come before these but rose doesnt have anything to do there and i did not read them because i dont really care about the story of this one. but oh my god. this has some FANTASTIC rose & joey content. all of their interactions in this killed me esp the last part :(

Teen Titans #77-78 - oughghggogugughggh this one was so sad fr. i love it when rose tries to kill her dad but there were so many parts in this where i was full of pain. but also joey and rose moment hiiii !! but most importantly lili is revealed to be alive here!!! yippee!!!!

Faces of Evil: Deathstroke #1 - hiiiii im actually adding this one to the list nearly a year after i originally made it lol <3 but i love this issue so much and i cant believe i never added it. most of the reason i like it is because i like it when she commits patricide and like half of this comic is dedicated to her kicking his ass then getting her ass kicked. god i love her

Teen Titans #72-76 & #79-82 - FRESH HELL MY BELOVED <3 greatest rose story of all time <333 the writer is clearly weird about rose but who am i to judge. lots of good moments of her struggling with morality and finding out who she is and its a pretty good story and im pretty sure there was one part that made me cry

I kinda maybe put a lot of my OC plot tag lines on a Wheel and gave it a spin so outta 79 options, it landed on "Cellphone Justice" which is... these two.

Matthew "Skittles" Mouse and Daisy Eddington

Partners in justice (of sorts). They're basically vigilantes and their orders are simply text messages. They don't really know who their bosses are but they do as they are told.

Skittles is a very mediocre guy. Doesn't stand out. The most color he has in his wardrobe is blue jeans. He's amazingly asexual and has zero interest in romance regardless of intimacy and yet he gets partnered with Daisy. The gayest lady he has ever met. Great start. She enjoys calling him fun little nicknames but seeing as they're monitored closely (via cell phones/technology) she is scolded and told to pick a single one. So she does. She dubs him Skittles.
