Körde ett kortare, intensivt pass idag. Det var så otroligt skönt och armarna riktigt darrade efteråt. Sedan jag började träna regelbundet har värkarna i kroppen blivit mildare. Det känns som att mycket är på väg bort. Är jag stel en dag har jag oftast inte stretchat eller värmt upp tillräckligt. Förstår helheten bättre nu. Bra utrustning kan också vara viktigt att förstå nyttan av, framförallt ett par bra skor. Det har gjort stor skillnad för mig. Värken i höger tå (sedan vi rensade glas i sluttande terräng) känns inte längre. Det här med hälsa och att ta om sig själv är så jävla intressant. Tidigare har jag inte brytt mig om det, och nu är det världens mest intressanta “projekt”. Att varje dag välja dom beslut efter den människa som man vill vara. Det känns gott, hela vägen in.
