SO here we go! (I didn't watch the full series. This is just random, so mha veterans please don't boil me alive I beg)

Basically, the LOV gets their hands on a device that can just make people (Don't ask, and @dumbassqueen lovingly called it the Mpreg machine...) So Hawks & Mirko (Who I headcannon to occasionally vibe with the LOV because of Dabi and Mirko cuz of hawks again, please don't boil me) decide to fuck around with it, putting their DNA in there and seeing what horrid and deformed creature comes out. So my girl (Okami maybe?) Pops out of there, and this was a bit back before the UA entry exam thingy happened. They decided to use her, kinda sneaking her into UA as a third year (Just go with it).

She obviously has the personality of hawks, and she has blue eyes like Dabi. (It's just my art style, but that's their color) She also got her black hair from him!! Her quirk is pretty swagger. She can control her feathers and make them explode into a fairly large blast of blue flame!
