seriously? just like that? thinking about food again you disgusting fuck? obviously because that's what you'll always look to for comfort. you need to quit that shit, you can feel the fat on your bones so why try and think that a fucking sandwich will help??
i don't care what you have to do to be skinny, starve yourself for real. you know you love that empty feeling in your stomach and the feel for control so why waste it? just smoke a cigarette or puff your vape or something to keep that shit down. you will amount to nothing. less than nothing if you keep eating like you do. go drink some warm water. it will feel just the same, yeah? so then stop fucking eating.
you know how others make you feel about your weight, and they are right. you are nothing but a blubbery looking whale/pig inbred monster. look at your thighs! look at your stomach🤮🤮🤮 obviously you should put down that donut or whatever you piggies like to eat and drink some green tea or something. fücking try because by the looks of it you haven't changed at all. you want to become skinny? WORK FOR IT. you want a thigh gap? WORK FOR IT. you want a flat stomach? FUCKING. WORK. FOR. IT. if you seriously can't work out, which won't surprise me speaking of how flabby and lard-like you are, do some yoga or something. rock back in forth in your seat for all i care. keep yourself fücking moving or you'll become jabba the hut in like a month.
i hope you can look in the mirror and realize how fucking worthless you are will all the weight on you. you'll never amount to anything looking like that and you know it. nobody will want to talk to you, nobody will love you because of the shit and piss you call "lovehandles" its disgusting and putrid to look at.
so keep on eating if that's what you want. you'll just be everyone's fatspö in the end. they will all make fun of u, hopefully even bully you to the point where you actually WANT to change in the end. because that's what you'll be. nothing but a tub of mucus, fat, and lard.
but if you want to change, WORK FOR IT. it's not as hard as everyone says. don't go near the kitchen and if you do, be strong and have willpower to not eat a fucking sandwich. drink some water or some green tea. like seriously fatty.

ive never really used tumblr before so i dont know if this will reach anyone or if ana tumblr is even still active.. anyway, here are my requirements: - current stats are 160cm, 57.9kg. my goal is 50, ultimate goal <40 though, preferably want to be under 50kg by july!! - i dont use tumblr much, so would be best if you have telegram. - i wont send bodychecks until im <50kg & i wont send nudes either (because im only 14, 15 soon.) - please be strict with calorie limits & stuff like that, i usually eat <200 kcal & i would like to either keep it that way or go even lower (like 100 kcal max) - i dont work out I HATE WORKING OUT so please dont make me do workouts!!!!! i do like going on walks though - im german so it would be cool if you speak german, not required though everything else not mentioned in this post is fine for me like purging & stuff like that, if interested dm me pls & i will give you my telegram!!

Please eat.
I just almost passed out in the grocery store in front of my mom. This was the first time I almost passed out. My mom said that I was white as hell, it rlly felt like I was gonna puke even though I hadn't eaten anything to even throw up. Once we got out of checking out I had to grab my mom's shoulder and I was stumbling around trying to keep my footing and had to sit on the floor in front of all the checkouts and rip a water out of a huge thing of water we bought just to feel normal. I looked at my mom and I realized I couldn't even hear anything I asked her if she could talk, and I could barely even hear myself talk.
Please if you're considering recovery, please you can lose weight in way better ways then this. If you are just starting your eating disorder stop, please. Just eat healthy and go to the gym/do home workouts. I've never been so embarrassed in my whole entire fucking life sitting on the floor of a grocery store in front of everyone white as paper seeing stars in front of my mom. ITS NOT FUCKING WORTH IT. IT RLLY ISNT. @na is romanticized so hard you almost never hear the bad side like this. Don't fucking do this to yourself.

how to avoid binging/food 101
1. out of sight, out of mind
keeping food out of your sight is a very important tip. if its not there, theres nothing to binge🎀
2. being calm is key
if you have a very stressful, emotional, or hectic life you’re naturally more likely to binge or overeat. if you can learn how to be more calm and handle stress, you will be able to manage your eating habits🍵 meditating, reading, breathing exercises, & hot baths are things i do to stay calm.
3. hobbies and interests!!!
this is probably my number one tip: keeping yourself distracted with things you like(thats not food!). you have to find out what you’re interested in, and keep yourself distracted with it everyday🩰
examples: sports, music,movies,topics,instruments,fashion,art,books, being creative, (lmk if you guys want a list of hobbies/interests/things to do)
pro tip: having a pet! having a pet is a lot of work and its perfect for keeping yourself busy and active
4. sleep
if your sleeping habits are out of balance, so are your eating habits. make sure to get 8-10+ hours of sleep everyday. if you struggle with sleeping id recommend magnesium before bed!!, melatonin, meditating, & reading before sleeping💤
5. don’t isolate yourself
i know you might think staying home will help you stay away from food but, it won't.
by allowing yourself to stay home and isolate yourself, you’re actually trapping yourself in a house with easy access to food. food that you dont even have to pay for. but when you’re out, you have to pay to get access to food. therefore, harder to access.🎀
examples: you could go for a walk or run, read in a park, go to an activity, a museum/art gallery, go shopping, hangout with friends, go to a cinema, volunteer, go to an event.
remember there are many things you can do with your friends/family that doesn't involve food. 🧸
6. stay hydrated
make sure you’re drinking enough water throughout the day 🎀
