The day of my birth, my death began its walk, too. It is walking toward me, patient, unhurried.
If nothing else, this perspective alone keeps me aware of my blessings and centered on gratitude...

The persistent color theming in your latest animation is absolutely amazing. I love how Venus changes from green to yellow over time as a visual representation of her valence changing (with even perhaps a moment of doubt before she discards it), and then the evolution into an Umbreon at the end just seals the deal.
It might be very obvious and in your face thematically, but it's also really good.
Thank you so muchh!!
I'm going to be completely honest, the color teeming was somewhat accidental at first. I was editing the first thirty seconds or so together when I realized I accidentally used Dusknoir's colors on Venus in one frame. I was originally going to keep her dark green throughout the animation to contrast with Nova and Grovyle being the lighter green on the 'good' side and her actions making her stray morally from that.
But then I realized how cool it was to show through her colors how she was becoming more and more like Dusknoir (and how it sometimes went back and forth between the greener colors and the more grey tones depending on how much she was doubting what she was being told to do) so I decided to run with it. I'm really glad I did because I loved the symbolism it had.

Morgan O. Smith’s meditation EEG revealed something rare even among the world’s most advanced practitioners:
Delta brainwaves — usually dominant only during deep sleep — made up 85% of his total EEG power while he remained fully awake and meditating.
In global studies of seasoned meditators (Vipassana, Zen, Tibetan, TM), meditation typically increases alpha and theta rhythms — not delta.
Most expert meditators show moderate alpha-theta dominance, reflecting relaxed but alert awareness.
Morgan’s brain, however, bypassed alpha and theta, entering a profoundly quiet state resembling conscious deep sleep — a phenomenon called “waking delta.”
This suggests he reached a state far deeper than ordinary meditative absorption — closer to transcendental silence where external sensory input is almost fully shut down, yet a core awareness remains.
Few studies document this level of delta dominance in meditation, highlighting the extraordinary depth of Morgan’s 22 years of practice.
His case expands the scientific understanding of what human consciousness can achieve through long-term meditation.
Footnotes
¹ In standard meditation EEG studies, alpha (8–13 Hz) and theta (4–8 Hz) typically rise during eyes-closed meditation, while delta remains low unless drowsiness or sleep occurs [Lutz et al., 2004; Cahn & Polich, 2006].
² Delta dominance (~85% power) during wakefulness is extremely rare and suggests profound internal absorption, matching theoretical descriptions of “witnessing deep sleep” or “nirvikalpa samadhi” [Travis & Pearson, 2000; Josipovic, 2014].
³ Traditional mindfulness, Zen, and Vipassana practitioners show higher frontal theta and parietal alpha, but delta generally stays minimal during focused, aware meditation [Cahn et al., 2010].
⁴ Conscious delta states (high delta with maintained wakefulness) have been proposed as a unique neurological signature of the deepest transcendent meditation experiences [Wallace, 1999; Travis et al., 2009].

I’ve heard the word “Draco” whispered in spiritual spaces for years, often coated in fear. Reptilian beings. Cold hierarchies. Dark agendas. In religious spaces, too, the serpent is cast as the deceiver. The downfall. The thing we must resist. And for a while, I believed that. When I heard the word “reptilian,” it echoed like something evil, something to cast out. But as I studied deeper, I realized: what we’re told to fear is often what we’re meant to understand.
Draco is Latin for dragon or serpent. It’s also the name of a constellation that coils around the north celestial pole. It is an ancient symbol, not of evil, but of guardianship, power, and unfolding intelligence. To the ancients, the dragon was a sentinel. It didn’t block the path, it tested the one who dared to walk it.
The word draconian later became associated with harsh laws, discipline without compassion, another reflection of the serpent archetype when it’s unintegrated. Power without heart becomes control.
But Draco isn’t just in myth or the stars. It’s in the body. The “reptilian brain” or basal ganglia is the oldest part of our nervous system. It governs instinct, survival, repetition, and dominance. It is not demonic. It is primal intelligence. The first fire. And in spiritual anatomy, it mirrors the kundalini, the coiled serpent at the base of the spine, waiting to rise. In mystery schools, serpent energy is sacred, but only after it’s been feared, demonized, misunderstood. Because the truth is: the serpent doesn’t tempt you. It initiates you.
So when people speak of the Draco lineage, I don’t perceive it through fear-based agendas, but rather as an energetic inheritance. Not everyone holds it the same way. Some wield it as control. Others refine it into clarity. Some use it to hoard. Others rise to guard what’s sacred. What I’ve come to understand is this: the serpent is not the enemy. It is the threshold. You don’t conquer it. You integrate it. You don’t fear the power. You learn to hold it without becoming consumed by it.

On today’s edition of “There’s no way that could possibly be true, I don’t believe that”. It’s good to be skeptical, but sometimes things are said, even if you don’t believe them, for good reason.

I will reiterate for another time, surfaces & objects covered in spikes can be used to effectively kill viruses. The most effective version of this material is also much better than a lot of antivirals available to medicine at this time.

Have you yet tried developing something that destroys or makes the injection spikes brittle yet? If they become weakened or too brittle then they just crumble when attempting to infect/inject.

Time is all in the Mind
Given a Universe where energy is a constant, Hamiltonian mechanics (at any scale) does not depend on time in order to describe the Universe’s state. Instead the fundamental attributes are position and inertia. (Inertia is being used to distinguish it from the classical definition of momentum). Time and distance, therefore, become useful conceptions, relatives to respective baselines. Is it any wonder that the apparent absoluteness of these quantities break-down at the edges of our perception in relatively and quantum mechanics where the subjectivity of the observer plays a much more involved role in shaping our understanding?
It seems only fair then to question the reality of objective distance-time as the fundamental description of reality and accept that a timeless position-inertia frame as more appropriate. Unfortunately however, like Kant’s neumona, reality is inaccessible to our perception; without the time based concept of memory there is no observable change - a sort of frozen presentation at best. This is not to say there isn’t change, inertia by definition is the resistance of a physical object to change, but to experience change it is necessary to fabricate scalar time.
Time is inherent to perception or even existence of our subjective experience. The human nervous system must mould the position-inertia reference frame into the more useful space-time perspective as change is fundamental to driving our behaviour. Is it any wonder that subjective time is far from linear in comparison to objective time? Surely, with subjective time, it is more useful to perceive time in a way that is most effective to our current purpose or undertaking?
Our perception of the world is one that is the most useful, one that accommodates memorising gradients of change that maximises our capacity for influence. The march of time is inherent in our pysche, but it is far from an accurate experience of true reality.

"I realized that my circumstances, while causing me despair and heartbreak, also held great possibility, if only I could see it. I knew that I was learning one of the most important lessons of my life: that instead of waiting for the perfect opportunity, I should work toward a realization that every opportunity is perfect. Each moment is perfect and heaven-sent, in that each moment holds the seeds for growth. Difficulty creates the opportunity for self-reflection and compassion."

Evolution of Human Beings
So i was just thinking and researching about evolution throughout the history and i realized that we could evolve into a different species because when we look at previous human evolution periods (not talking about the recorded period of history) . It has happened over million of years and we r now properly recording history only since the last 6000 years. Also the evolution is both mentally and physically but we have no way of knowing because we dont have all the data from the past. We will be dead long before we see anything because it is just too too slow to notice in a lifespan of a normal human being. ( This happens only if we dont destroy ourselves in mass extinction events influenced by war or any natural events).

Navigating the Labyrinth
The Dual Pathways of Spiritual Awakening In the quest for spiritual awakening, the journey we undertake is more akin to navigating a complex labyrinth rather than traversing a straightforward path. This journey is underpinned by a profound process of behaviour modulation, where both the light of blissful experiences and the shadows of existential trials serve as our guides, pushing us toward the…
