JEALOUS (Minho x fem!reader)

When you arrived in the glade being a girl, it was quite a surprise for everyone.

Most of the boys tried to be pretty accepting, and after a while, you managed to get along really well with everyone. But if you're being honest, it was all due to your rather, flirty, personality.

That, however, you can't really be blamed for. I mean, you couldn't help it, it was just the way that you were!

It did, however, prove to be a slight problem during your first few months in the glade. You can't blame the rest of the boys for taking your subtle flirty gestures the wrong way, if you were them, you'd probably take the things that you said the wrong way too. So by no means was it their fault for thinking you liked them. But unfortunately, you never reciprocated their feelings, which only confused them more.

Anyways, the first person to understand this was Newt. He was always okay with your overly friendly personality and never actually got the wrong idea from you. That's probably why he became your first friend in the glade, and why when he said you should become a track hoe, you accepted his offer immediately. He, along with the rest of the track hoes' were rather chill and you enjoyed spending time with all of them.

You would consider yourself the closest with them out of all the other people in the glade, so you often hung out with them during the bonfires and dinner. However, you were relatively close with just about every boy in the glade, given your personality, but regardless, you naturally gravitated towards everyone.

It took a couple months for everyone to come to terms with your behavior and rather flirtatious personality, so after about five months, everything was going pretty smoothly. Under the given circumstances and all. Being trapped in a maze was by no means easy, but you were making the most of it. You had developed a good daily routine, and you can only imagine without the structure you and the other gladers had built for themselves, you all would've gone mad by now.

Part of your routine was waking up early. Alby had made Gally and the other builders build you a hut for obvious reasons, and Gally was happy to do it if it meant getting on your good side. You enjoyed the privacy from the rest of the boys but since you had a hut, you had a bed. A bed that was impossible for you to force yourself out of in the morning. After a couple weeks though, you got into the right mindset and started waking up right when the sun started peaking over the maze walls.

You woke up early so you could get a head start with some of the work in the garden. This meant you just spent a bit of extra time plucking out weeds and getting extra fertilizer from the deadheads. You did this to lightly the load that you and the rest of the track hoes' had to do, and you also did it because you just enjoyed being productive.

But one of the secret advantages of waking up early to tend to the garden was seeing the runners leave right when the maze doors opened. You took the brief amount of time they had before leaving to talk to them because they were all very busy people, and getting any opportunity to have a quick chat with them mattered to you. Especially because it meant you got to talk to Minho.

You never admitted it to anyone, but Minho was one of the only boys in the glade that you actually felt attracted to. You couldn't quite understand why, but you always felt drawn to him.

Maybe it was because he was held so high by all the gladers, even though none of them were ever able to talk to him because of how busy his schedule was. He was in the maze all day and when he finally returned from a long day of working to find a way out of the maze for himself and everyone else in the glade, he would be in the maze room. He was working, constantly. Which is why you felt special whenever you had the chance to talk to him. Even if it was just for a couple seconds.

Or maybe you liked him because he still got flustered whenever you talked to him. You would always try to be as respectful towards him as possible, but your flirtatiousness always found a way to shine through. And he seemed to be the only boy who hadn't gotten over how flirty you were, even though every other boy knew that that was just the way you were.

Needless to say, you had a pretty big crush on him, one that you tried your hardest to deny. But you really couldn't help it, which is why you chose to become friends with him. You decided to settle with that because you were sure he wasn't interested in being anything more. Even though Newt often tended to think otherwise.

But you still couldn't help but think that it was just so cute how whenever you talked to him he would fumble over his words, or get as red as the tomatoes you were tending to whenever you even touched him.

However, whenever Minho acted all flustered like this, he would curse at himself relentlessly, wondering why he was as awkward as he was whenever he was near you.

The truth is, he had been down horrendously for you the second Alby pulled you out of the box. At first, he chalked it up to you just being the only girl and well, he couldn't exactly remember the last time he had seen one of those. But as the weeks went on, his feelings for you only deepened. He never saw a point in telling you because every boy who confessed his 'love' to you got rejected. Part of that made him feel glad though because he knew that just about none of the boys in the glade were good enough for you, and he felt happy knowing you would never like any of them. But the downside to that was Minho thinking that he would never have a chance with you.

That never stopped him from wanting to talk to you though. He would purposely make sure to stop by the garden to talk to you before he headed into the maze. Whenever you weren't in the garden, he would check the deadheads to see if you were there. Once he found you, he would make some excuse by saying he was just taking a walk in the woods to clear his head before going into the maze.

He really didn't know why talking to you mattered to him so much, but it just did. And today was no different.

You were nealing down next to garden beds that Gally and some of the others had just built. It was a relatively new addition to the garden and you had just finished filling them with soil and fertilizer yesterday. So you were eager to begin planting some of the last remaining seeds that were sent up from the box into the beds.

You could always tell when a month would pass by when you ran out. The box always sent up a certain amount of seedlings and by the time you ran out, a month would pass and the box would come back up, providing you with another month's worth. So as you planted the last seed in the pouch, you knew that in a few hours, a new greenie would appear from the box, symbolizing the start/ end of yet another month in the glade.

You stood up, dusting off your knees as you congratulated yourself on your wonderful planting skills. But your eyes wandered away from the garden and onto Minho, who was now walking your way. Your heartbeat quickened as you saw him. He arrived slightly earlier than normal because you noticed that you hadn't seen any of the other runners with him, but you also knew it would only be a few minutes until they came to join him.

Minho mentally prepared himself while he walked up to you, telling himself that he was going to be normal today, and he wasn't going to start stuttering like an idiot.

At least that's what he tried telling himself as he approached you, clearing his throat, "Hey (Y/N)," Minho said while resting his hands on that runner's vest he always wore on top of his signature blue shirt which complimented each of the defined muscles on his chest.

"Hi, Minho." You said with a smile on your face that couldn't help but make Minho blush. "What brings you out so early? The maze doors don't open for another five minutes don't they?" You questioned. You had gotten pretty good at telling time around the glade, even without a watch like Minho.

"Oh yeah, I just thought that maybe I'd get over here a little earlier," Minho said with an awkward chuckle as he tried to smile back at you.

"Ah, I see," you said before continuing, "Is it cause you wanted to spend a little extra time talking to me?" You said with a giggle, trying to make a little light-hearted joke as you stared up at Minho with puppy dog eyes.

Minho however, did not take this as a joke. He began blushing, hard. "Oh no that's not why- wait no that's not what I meant. Like I love talking to you but that's not why-" Before Minho could continue to embarrass himself further, you cut him off.

"Minho I was just joking." You said with a laugh, trying your best to reassure him because clearly, he was mentally freaking out. You couldn't get over how cute he was when he was like this. You were always so used to seeing him act serious and stoic in every other situation, but whenever it came to you, he was a mess.

"Yeah- right. Of course." Minho said awkwardly, trying his hardest to laugh off the situation. He felt his cheeks heat up as you continued to look at him for a moment while taking off your gardening gloves. He couldn't help but take the time to admire you and the features on your face while you did so.

You had your hair tied into a loose braid that was slung over your shoulder and onto your chest. His eyes glanced up and down your body to see that you were wearing a pair of low-rise jean shorts paired with a V-neck shirt that clung to your curves and exposed your chest slightly.

You noticed his eyes drift to your chest and laughed silently to yourself but didn't say anything else to him. You normally didn't mind having the boys in the glade stare at you because, at this point, it was to be expected. But you couldn't help but feel butterflies in your stomach as Minho looked at you, and you couldn't help but feel happy that you decided to wear this shirt today.

"If it makes you feel any better, I love talking to you too Minho." You joked, even though you definitely meant it. Your voice broke the slightly awkward silence that had filled the air while you put your hand on his bicep. No matter how many times you've made this gesture toward Minho, it never fails to surprise you with how firm his muscles are. It also never failed to make Minho physically stiffen and make his mind go completely blank.

You absentmindedly began softly rubbing Minho's bicep with your thumb. You were genuinely curious about how he had gotten this strong. Was it all the running he did? Did they have weights in the glade that you just didn't know about? You weren't quite too sure what it was but you were loving it.

You snapped out of your thoughts though as you saw the other runners approaching the garden. You looked back up at Minho with a soft smile as you took your hand off of him, "Well I hope you have a good run today Minho." You said while trying to snap him out of whatever trance you'd unknowingly put him in.

"Thanks," Minho said. At least he didn't stutter while getting that out, but then again, he only said one word. But it was a new record nonetheless.

You greeted the other runners with a smile and a wave while Minho's feet stayed planted in front of you, unable to move.

"We'll meet you at the doors Minho." Ben said as he and the others jogged past you and him, snickering at the whole situation.

You stared at him again for another moment, expecting him to move but something in him couldn't. "You should probably catch up with them right?" You ask him, hoping that you didn't just cause the glades best runner to short-circuit just because you touched his bicep.

"Right, yeah- yeah you're right," Minho said while letting out a soft chuckle.

"Be careful alright? I'll talk to you later." You told Minho as you patted him on the back while he began to walk past you.

"Okay yeah. Talk to you later." Minho said, still very flustered about what had just happened. He was still trying to process it all because even though you had been touchy with him before, it was never like this. There was something very different about it this time. He thought about it for the rest of the day while he was running in the maze, and even when he came back and ate dinner.

While Minho was showering before heading to the bonfire, he couldn't help but wonder if you also felt it, if you also felt the same energy in the air that he felt. Or if he was just overthinking an exchange between the both of you that hadn't even lasted more than five minutes.

The truth was that he wasn't the only one whose mind kept racing back to that moment.

You couldn't stop thinking about it either and it was distracting you this entire day. You didn't know what was so different about it this time, but you could feel something shift between you and Minho during that simple exchange. You brushed it off as much as you could and decided to turn your focus on showing the new greenie around.

He seemed to have taken quite a liking to you and was practically following you around 24/7, which you didn't mind too much. He seemed like a sweet kid who was around your age, behaving toward you the same way every other boy had toward you in the glade at one point or another.

As the day continued, the bonfire began and you found a seat with a group of about ten people, the greenie being one of them. He chose the seat right next to you and after a couple drinks, he had his arm around you. In your eyes, it really wasn't that big a deal. You thought it was sweet that he was opening up so soon, and you had to admit he was pretty funny. You couldn't help but laugh at a lot of his jokes.

But Minho wasn't too big a fan of how the new guy clung to you. While everyone gathered at the bonfire he couldn't help but notice how the very obviously drunk boy, had his arm around your shoulder and it was driving him crazy. He had been hearing whispers from the other gladers about how you were going to start dating him and the mere thought of it made Minho's blood boil. Even though all the comments that had been made about you and the greenie were jokes because everyone knew you well enough to know you were just being friendly, Minho didn't know that.

You were in the middle of a conversation with the new guy and the rest of the group when you spotted Minho walking in your direction. At first, you got excited, you had been waiting to talk to Minho this whole day. But then you looked at him and noticed the stern, almost angry expression he had on his face. Your confusion only grew as he stopped right in front of you, his build towering over you as you stared back up at him.

"Hey, can we talk for a second?" Minho said through gritted teeth. The amount of anger in his voice was prominent, and you couldn't lie, it was kind of hot. Minho was not a hot-headed person, so seeing him be anything other than stoic or flustered was new for you.

"Uh sure, is everything alright?" You ask with genuine concern. You didn't know what could've gotten Minho this angry so you were relatively worried.

"Yeah, it's fine. Just- can you come with me?" Minho said quickly, and it was obvious to you that it, whatever 'it' even was, was not fine. You took Minho's hand anyway as he helped you up from your seat.

Everyone in the group was staring at you, just as confused as you were while you told them you'd be back soon. You shot the greenie a wave and you could've sworn you saw Minho roll his eyes and scoff as you did so.

Minho led you to the edge of the deadheads and stopped by a nearby tree. There was silence between the both of you and you were waiting for Minho to say something. When he didn't, you spoke instead, "So what is this all about?"

Minho crossed his arms as he began to reply, you couldn't help but notice fury in his eyes as he spoke, "I should be asking you that."

"What?" You questioned, slightly dumbfounded and slightly confused by Minho's harsh tone. He'd never spoken to you in such a way, so now you were really racking your brain trying to figure out what you could've done to piss him off so much.

"Oh don't pull that oblivious klunk with me (Y/N)." Minho sneered.

"I'm not acting oblivious, I don't know what you're talking about, seriously." You said while putting your hands up in surrender, and it was the truth, you really didn't know what he was talking about.

"I'm talking about you and the greenie. How you guys were all over each other. Are you dating him or something?" Minho spits out, venom and jealousy lacing his words.

You couldn't help but laugh as he said this but you quickly realized he was being serious. "Wait you're kidding, right? Me and the greenie? No Minho he's just a friend." You said in an attempt to reassure him.

"Well, it didn't look like you were just friends. Not by the way he had his arm around you." Minho blurted out.

"Are you getting jealous Minho?" You asked with a grin on your face. Minho stayed silent for a moment after you asked, so you spoke again, "Why would you care anyway? It's not like you like me like that or anything." Annoyance in your voice this time. Who was he to act so pissed off about it if he didn't even like you?

"Who said I didn't?" Minho questioned while staring dead at you.

Now it was your turn to be silent.

"You like me?" You said as you just stared at Minho for a moment longer, wondering if you had really heard him correctly. A sliver of hope surged through you as you thought of the possibility.

Minho quickly realized what he had just said and just stared at you. Did he really just say that? Why did he just say that? His words got stuck in his throat and he stayed quiet.

"Minho answer my question."

"Yes, okay? Yes, I like you. So what if I do? Are you going to reject me the same way you reject every other boy?" Minho asked with genuine curiosity.

Before you or he could say anything else, you kissed him.

You hadn't even realized how long you had been waiting to kiss Minho ever since you laid your eyes on him. But as your lips merged into his perfectly, it all just felt right.

Minho melted into your touch as you wrapped both of your arms around his neck and he pulled you in as he placed both of his arms around your waist. The kiss you both shared was gentle yet passionate as you fell deeper and deeper into his warm embrace.

You pulled away for a moment to look Minho in the eyes, "I like you too Minho." You said with a warm smile that almost made him pass out. Minho's heart melted as he heard those words come out of your mouth. They were what he'd dreamed you you eventually say to him, and he couldn't think of anything else to do at that moment than to kiss you again.

The kiss between the both of you deepened and only became more sloppy and desperate as if the both of you couldn't get enough of each other. You allowed his tongue to enter your mouth and taste every bit of you. You could tell that he must've had some muscle memory from his life before the maze because he definitely knew what he was doing as his tongue wrestled against yours.

Minho pushed you onto a nearby tree and moved one of his hands from your waist and to your ass. You moaned softly into his mouth as he did so and you pushed yourself into him further, which only caused Minho to harden against you.

"Oh, there you guys are. I assumed you guys got everything settled?" Newt asked as he interrupted you and Minho. You both pulled away for the second time, breathlessly, and stared at him for a moment.

"Oh yeah- everythings um, settled. I guess." Minho said while turning around to face Newt. Newt gave you a look and you just gave a thumbs up and an awkward smile back to him.

"Alright well, I just wanted to let you know (Y/N) that the greenie was wondering where you were," Newt said with a smirk while scratching the back of his head.

"Oh, well- just tell him I'm busy or something." You replied hastily. You had waited long enough to let Minho know how you felt and you wanted nothing more than to turn all of your attention back to him now. Minho looked at you and grinned, obviously very pleased with your response.

"Will do," Newt said as he began to walk away and back up to the bonfire to join everyone else. You blushed as you put your hands up to your face and buried your head into Minho's chest.

"God that was so embarrassing." You said, your words muffled in the fabric of Minho's t-shirt.

"Oh come on there's nothing to be embarrassed about. If anything it's good that that shuckin' greenie'll get the message." Minho cooed as he wrapped one arm around your back and used his other hand to stroke your hair. He planted a kiss on your forehead as you took your hands away from your face and wrapped them around Minho's waist. You looked up at him again with a goofy grin on your face, which only made Minho grin at you back, "What, what is it?" He chuckled.

"You never struck me as the jealous type." You stated while tilting your head slightly before continuing, "Not like there's anything wrong with that though."

Minho only smiled back at you and brought his lips to yours once more, holding you in his arms as if he found the one thing that he wanted to hold onto for the rest of his life.

Sagittarius: sagittarius moons — out of all my close friends in my click, half are sagittarius moons, it’s literally mad. they’re such unique individuals all of them have different personalities even though they have the same moon. but one thing they all have in common is that they find the weirdest stupidest unfunniest jokes funny. it’s mad. I can pull out a photo of a cat on the ground holding a fish and they’d be cracking up like mad. they all really enjoy being around positive and responsible people, people who are like them. they always burst out laughing idk y they try to hold their laugh but they never laugh normally. okokok so i have my girl Dingo who is my main girly at the moment. Shes a Australian First Nation girl who somehow for some reason got on a boat to Britain when she was 6-7 ish. She nearly starves on the boat ride over + while in britain but manages to make it onto Ogre Street and while shes getting mugged she just passes out from dehydration, starvation, lack of shelter, mal de debarquement, stress, ect, ect. but luckily Speedwagon, professional mugger, has a heart of gold nurses her back to health and then she kinda just refuses to leave the only positive human interaction shes had in the past year.

Dingo doesn't make too much of an impact on the plot since she's like. 8 years old. she learns a minimal amount of hamon from Will Zeppeli but again. she is 8. not everyone is a natural like Jonathan is. Speedwagon tells Dingo to stay in ogre street while they go to the poison checker place but at this point shes got separation anxiety from Speedwagon so she follows despite the warnings. then the trio head to the mansion and confront dio. George dies. Dingo probably definitely gets injured here but i havent thought too much about this scene yet tbh.

Speedwagon breaking into the hospital to check on Jonathan except this time he's accompanied by an 8 year old with no social awareness and she just bursts in and starts asking "The Doctor Lady" questions before Jonathan wakes up.

Erina and Jonathan now also help Speedwagon with Dingo, they try and help with the separation anxiety but i still need to research SAD so i will figure out how they affect that later. Dingo does bond with them both and looks up to them though.

When Will rocks up for the first time, Dingo is with Speedwagon, so she doesn't have that initial first impression. but once Speedy and Dingo get caught up on the situation, Dingo starts trying to learn hamon. Speedy tries too but he sucks /affection. I think Erina should also try to learn it. i cannot remember why she didnt in the series. i will look for that later ig.

uhhhhhh training montage and also time skip to Poco. At first Dingo doesn't like poco bcos he tried to steal Speedwagons stuff but then after a while they start getting along. After watching Will get chopped in half they trauma bond </3

Dingo is understandably distraught when she finds out what happens and then she ends up with Speedwagon in America with his Oil business for a while until she decides she wants to start learning hamon for real so she can better protect Speedy [jonathans death kinda made her realise how fickle life is and such.] Except Speedwagon says something something youre too young to be having super powers, i'll let you live with aunty erina and little george though.

and uhhhh then i invent a fun lil jojo part 1.5 focusing on Dingo and her friendship with baby george and erina and then when she goes to Tibet to finally train her hamon, she meets lil lisa lisa and they become besties and after several more years, Dingo breaks a bone or something and gets *really* sick from it. but then like, she gets better for some mysterious reason! shock! horror!

Oh, he absolutely loves your hair! He has seen hair like yours before, but not often. golisopod puts on a tough act for like. a day at most. and then immediately crumbles and is actually just a big ol' softie so he warms up to juno pretty much immediately fdsjkl. ariados doesn't like juno very much just because juno's a little afraid of him dsgjkl but eventually the two of them come to some sort of mutual understanding where they get along in a vaguely strained manner (guzma never rly understands why the two of them don't get along well and tries to facilitate some bonding moments that go disastrously sideways somehow every time LMAO). scizor is kind of stand-offish and unsure about juno but once juno hangs around for a while and he sees more of them, then he accepts them as one of the squad! pinsir is a little mean (he's just mischievous tbh) and likes messing with juno but they eventually catch onto his pranks and antics, and turns it back on him one day and that earns his respect LMAO. masquerain is just happy that there's more people in the house and gets along really well with Greer to everyone's surprise, so he's a happy camper :] (at some point i want to create a proper team list for guz and maybe come up w names for them hehe)

Henry is a shy but proud lil guy and doesn't really trust Guz at first but trusts Juno's judgement so he warms up to the big boss man soon enough (plus Guz works hard to get on Henry's good side considering Henry never goes into a pokeball so he's around almost all the time LOL). Greer HATES Guz at first 😭 it takes her a long time to tolerate him - she finally starts turning around on her opinion of him when he helps Juno through a flashback/panic attack that she couldn't calm them down from on her own. Huey is super chill, so there's no issues there fdsjkl, I think he'd get along especially well with the grunts tbh LOL they'd probably try giving him a painkiller one day just to see what would happen and he'd be forever indebted to them (Juno finds out later and loses their mind because painkillers aren't made for pokemon and they have to rush him to a pokecenter to get him checked over JFDSKL). and Grimsby loves everyone, if you give him any bit of attention he'll love you forever, so Guzma gets on his good side pretty much right off the bat :3

ngl i love it for the most part, the chorus feels a bit lack luster, it didn't really keep up with the verses in terms of the chill kinda swag in my opinion (it starts good then loses itself a bit idk) but the rest of the song? especially the second verse?? YES. super sexy vocal kings bridge?? YES. kinda Punch vibes [which imo punch went underappreciated cos she had to follow up Kick It which was a) super catchy b) public friendly and c) super in your face hypeness] which super slay.

but that kinda laid back confidence as opposed to the in your face confidence of songs like 2 baddies and kick it is what i rly like hehe, tho idk if it has that Pow Pow feeling title tracks usually have? maybe after watching a performance i'll feel differently?

lastly this might be controversial but .... even though the mv is super pretty it seems a bit ... low budget ? maybe ? like it's pretty but feels like concept-wise a bit.... lost. the only thing that seemed pretty cool to me was the shot of Jaehyun in the tunnel that seemed like a 007 kinda homage, but nothing else felt super 'wow !' yk? though in general, I think 127 MV's haven't been as good since regular though, especially concept-wise... like compare how their MV's started off, firetruck had a clear direction other than just looking good; limitless had a super clear retro vibe; cherry bomb wasn't super theme oriented like firetruck but had incredibly clear styling and vibes; touch was cutesy and clearly meant to be pretty and lighthearted; regular portrayed the concept SO WELL; and then simon says, superhuman, and highway to heaven all felt a bit... empty... Kick It delivered a bit more but in terms of 'a concept' but really relied on the good styling and one or two good sets, and then other than favourite, everything else feels a bit wishy-washy... like 2 baddies had a concept but it still felt a bit like it could've been done better. idk .... SM mv's have been going downhill a bit for a few years in my opinion ....

Skyscraper - def prefer it to DJ, but didn't like jaehyun's flow in the first verse (it's very similar to his rap part in lemonade around the 30 second mark which i also don't like, it's just a preference thing cos i don't think it suits his voice or style, and it's just a flow i don't like lol) It did feel like the song could've been like a minute shorter? i don't think anything after about the 3 min mark added much to the overall sound [vocals are gorgeous don't get me wrong, it just felt a bit redundant....]

We had a nice day at the party thing. We had pulled pork sammiches, homemade potato salad, baked beans, tons of snickerdoodles 👀 watermelon. I brought my espresso machine and tea and some flavored syrups. I got to make a stranger a cup of coffee.

My friends didnt show, only Sissy's one friend with the 3 littles did. But 2 moms with kids on the spectrum showed up for nephew. The other mom my sister doesnt like. Shes nice but shes dumb and self centered and a bad mom. We know of her because PD posted a notice once about a lost toddler. It was hers. He IS a wanderer but... 👀💦

She took this kid in to go potty and promptly left the building. He was super tiny but i think he was 4?? 5? He came out with his pants around his ankles asking for help. 😭 So i helped him pull his pants up. Made sure he was cool with that first. Because bodily autonomy. 👌 Speaking of which

And this mom, before she left, she was like "go give loves" and he comes around to hug me. Sort of. He placed his body next to mine obediently without looking at me. I did wrap and arm around him and gave him pats and an "aww, thank you"

The fam played CAH and Yahzee. And then Sissy and I colored for a bit. It was nice. Felt like camping, but if we spent the day inside the air conditioned rent-a-building. Which is pretty much what we did. Kids played outside a lot. Weather said it was 80 but it felt really nice out. It was a bit overcast and had a breeze so it was beautiful.

We were there from like 10am to 10:30pm. Long-ass day. I was hurty and uncomfortable for half of it. Tylenol, muscle relaxants and lorazapam helped keep me from getting too miserable. Almost resorted to tramadol but didnt.. Right now im just a little fibro achey and I move like a turtle with the chills 😐 Very slow and scrunched up.

The niece couldn't be bothered to spend any time with us even though its because of her we blew $150 on a building for a day for nothing. Good thing her friends didnt show up. I think my sister gave them a heads up..

My hair was maybe midback. Its to my shoulders now. But the first thing i always do when i get it cut shorter is 1, make sure i can still put it in a ponytail, and 2, make myself 2 pigtails because it makes me feel cute. 😁

And i perpetually wear bandanas now so two pigtails sticking out from under the "ears" on the bandana are just a bonus. My sister really liked that. It probably doesn't help my image age-wise though. 😂

I think you'd have a lot of fun with Asmo. He's a very social demon, and he's constantly out and about. He'd offer to take you places with him, and he's introduce you to new people if you're interested. Asmo can also be pretty sarcastic and has a tendency to jokingly make fun of others, so he'd fit right in with you and your friends. On the flip side, he's also one of the calmer brothers if you get him alone, and he's great company one-on-one. He can be quiet if he needs to, and he'd be more than happy to stay in and chill if you aren't up for going out.

If you do ever start to overthink, Asmo is great at clearing those thoughts. He's best at distractions, so he'll do whatever it takes to get your mind off of those negative feelings and getting you to work on something more productive. This also works well if you're ever feeling particularly lazy, or if you've been procrastinating over a major project. He will drag you out with him, and he will get you to do something before the day is over. Amso is also a major talker, so you being a good listener matches well with him. He's good at carrying a conversation by himself, and he's great at detecting social cues, so he knows when you do and don't wanna talk. Similarly, Asmo is also good at detecting if/when you might be feeling down, and he will not hesitate to shower you in affection and love until you feel better. Like you, he can be a bit impulsive, so the two of you probably get yelled at by Lucifer a lot for doing things you shouldn't.

The second Asmo hears you like shopping for clothes, he is dragging you to ever store in the Devildom to try some on with him. It's an all day activity, and you two will be holding a fashion show for his brothers at the end. He's not super interested in video games, but for you, he'll try some out. Asmo would really just rather watch you play though. He's also the perfect date for going to see a performance. He gets very excited when it comes to live performances like theatre or dance, so he'd gladly go with you. Plus, it's an excuse for him to dress up all fancy, which he also likes. He's honestly so good at giving hugs, and he loves physical contact, so if you ever need a hug, he's your guy. And while rain isn't his favorite, he does find the thought of you two standing out in the rain together to be pretty romantic, so he'll do it for the cliches.

As for Epel, I also think the two of you would make a good match. Normally, he's very sarcastic, and he's constantly throwing shade at his friends, but it usually doesn't mean anything coming from him. Epel is loud, and he's pretty active since he has so much chaotic energy stored up. The two of y'all could go out and explore areas around the island, and he'd even take you home with him to meet his village. He's not always up for being social, and sometimes his battery can get rather drained, so he also doesn't mind staying in and chilling with you if you'd prefer. Epel talks a lot, especially when he's busy ranting about people he dislikes, or how overbearing Vil is, so it's good that you're a great listener.

Epel isn't the best at comforting people, and he admits that fairly often. If you're ever having a bad day, he tries his best to cheer you up, but it can sometimes come across as a bit awkward or forced. Epel really is trying, he's just not entirely sure what to do in these types of situations. However, he is very good at getting you up and moving if you're ever feeling lazy. He'll drag you to his club activities with him, or he'll ask you to come study with him, just something to get you moving.

He's not the best at video games, but Epel is very competitive, so he's totally challenge you to matches all the time. And because of being in Pomefiore, he's begrudgingly picked up fashion, so he wouldn't mind going clothes shopping with you. I could also see him being really into volleyball, and he'd be surprisingly good at it. Basically, anything that involves competition is perfect for Epel.

↠his favorite game is either crossy roads or the big bass wheel- he loves crossy roads because of how cute the style is, but also there is impending stress and levels of  d o o m  as you progress further. big bass wheel is basically just gambling, and i think he’s yumeko jabami.

↠he hacks games to make you win sometimes,, his quirk is bascially designed to do this. it’s like he was born just to take you out on this arcade date. he uses his quirk to short circuit the game and trick the computer into giving you hundreds of tickets

↠so anyways, by the end of the date, you’re basically being kicked out of the arcade, because, as kami puts it,

↠between the two of you, you’ve aquired tens of thousands of tickets??? the employees probably hate y’all, they had to count those beasts of ticket rolls you’ve accumulated during the 10 hours the arcade was open

↠exactly 62,069 tickets (69 go brrr- kaminari’s brain), and you can basically buy the arcade with that currency

↠but here’s the thing: he lets you spend all of it. you heard me, all. of. it. he just wants to see you happy, and the best way he can think of to get a final glorious memory of your smile is to let you spend the tickets as you see fit, this generosity just to see you glowing as you walk out of the building, arms chock full of amazing junk

↠but of course, you’d feel bad if you spent all of it, especially since he was the one who took you out, so you offered him the half of the tickets that were won

↠tamaki is very shy, very socially anxious. he’s the kind to wait for people to leave a section of a store before he goes there, purposely do his errands in the early morning to limit social interaction, and find any excuse to leave a situation. which, tbh, isn’t that all of us?

↠let’s be honest here, if it wasn’t y’alls first date, he’d probably not go anywhere. as long as he’s with you, he doesn’t really care for anything too fancy

↠but he’s convinced himself that he needs to do something reasonably big for your first date to make sure you don’t regret your decision to go out with him. so instead of deciding to stay in, he goes somewhere that’s only slightly anxious for him, but where he still feels comfortable

↠so he’s decided on a japanese tsukiyama garden! these places are beautiful by design, not cheap but not too expensive, and people are obligated by rules to be quiet and keep their hands to themselves

↠nobody goes to a garden to socialize, in fact, i’d argue most people go just to look around, rest, and clear their heads. there’s usually not any screaming children, no quirk usage, no villains, it’s a little safe haven.

↠ngl, it’s so fun to pretend to be fancy for a few hours at a tea room !! you acted as if you were a member of high society, using stereotypes to exaggerate your actions. it made some people only slightly irritated, but hey, it got a laugh out of a pretty girl, so who’s the real winner? 

↠yaomomo taught you some classy etiquette that you should definitely use, it makes her so happy to think that you’re learning about new things while still enjoying your time with her

↠she makes really good conversation!! her intellect seeps through everything she says, anyone who talks to her would be able to tell that she’s extremely well-spoken and mature. momo is modest, and deflects a lot of the compliments you try to give her, so if you try to display your admiration for her, you’d probably need to be very specific about it. she doesn’t have the best self-image when it comes to her heroism and field work. spoken affection sometimes doesn’t get through to her, but you know what does? physical affection!

Tim tells you not to worry about it, but whenever you were with Tim, you could sense Dick out of the corner of your eye, watching

However, as you spend more time around him, he sees that you’re really in love with tim and hes really in love with you

And you see that tim and dick have an amazing brotherly relationship, something you’ve never experienced yourself

One night, you tell dick that you wish that you had a brother as great as him

In that moment, he decided that he was gonna adopt you as one of his siblings and boom hes your big brother too now.

Duke

Duke being considered the newest person in the Wayne Manor, is basically your liaison, explaining all the dynamics and history of the Wayne Family/Manor

Super Charismatic, though hes clearly being observant of your every move, analyzing who you are as a person

But for the most part, he made you feel really comfortable at the manor

So the day you bought him a 1000 puzzle set was the day you basically won him over

You let him geek out about film and riddles, listening to every word he said, which was something that apparently didn’t happen often to him

Also duke straight up just third wheels you as often as he can

Jason

so basically

you were scared of jason

He was rarely at that manor, especially while you were there but when he was, he came in dragging blood or drinking alcohol

once while you were alone in one of the rooms by yourself, Jason came in, mask off, bandage on his right arm

he asked you, “so why are you dating replacement?”

“Why do you call him replacement?”

“Oh you know, because he replaced me when I died”

“oh. right.” Yeah you’re kinda stupid for that one

It takes a while for you to remember that jason is a vigilante who literally died and came back to life, and it takes him a while  to remember that you’re a teenager and not a crime fighting super hero

so yeah your relationship does improve a bit

Whenever you guys get to talk, he always asks you some really deep question that throws you off guard, but you guys end up having really meaningful discussions and you get closer with him that way

Cass

you were even more scared about Cass than Jason

She just silently stared at you sometimes: didn’t even try to hide it

Like duke, she analyzed you a lot during your first meeting with her, although she did it to a more extreme: just by looking at you, she could sense your breathing, heartrate, movements; she was basically reading you soul

From this, should was able to tell just how absolutely frightened you were to meet her, so she made sure to smile to calm you down

Whenever you were alone with her you couldn’t help but feel a bit awkward; not only was there a bit of a language barrier but she was not the most talkative person, at times you just sat in silence

So you would try to do things with her rather than talking: you showed her pictures from your phone, she showed you her fighting moves, and you made conversation through facial expressions and body movements

Steph

VERY AWKWARD SHE PROBABLY HATED YOU IMMEDIATELY THE FIRST TIME YOU MET

i mean whos gonna be happy about seeing their ex’s new s/o not her nope

She kept smiling and laughing but you could see the burning hatred behind her eyes

It took a solid month before she actually talked to you

and it took another month for you to pluck up the courage to ask if she actually hated you

She looked embarrassed and admitted that she did kinda hate you in the beginning but that was solely because you were dating her ex, but she saw how good of a person you were, so she doesn’t hate you anymore

She asked if you hated her, since she kind of ignored you in the beginning

You said no, since she was so cool and you could see why Tim dated someone like her

Yeah so now you’re besties

And you often talking about Tim and his dating antics, sometimes right in front of him lol

Sometimes she would joke about stealing you from him, making sure to give you extra long hugs, and give u a kiss on the cheek just to piss Tim off >:)

Barbara

definitely looked up all your information as soon as she found out you were dating tim

Immediately went to interview mode when she met you

Asked about your future plans with tim, your job, your future college choices, your darkest fears, your median income

Asides from that, shes pretty chill

you dont see her often, but she’s always down for a talk!

Would acted like my aunt from new jersey (in a good way)

Damian

You were super nervous about meeting him

Tim recalled events with him like he was recalling a war

So you were surprised to see a 12 year old kid being the one shooting daggers at you

“Drake brought home another guy/girl/person”

“damian shut the fuck up”

one day you catch him painting in his room

You ask him about his various paintings and he tells you his inspirations from each, going on a long rant for a solid hour

He realizes that hes been lecturing you for an hour and looked at you, blushing a bit

“Damian, you’re an amazing artist.” you say. smiling 

Now Damian always tells tim that you’re too good for him, and everytime you banters with tim damian always took your side

Except when he saw you two kissing/cuddling, he would call you guys “disgusting pigs” and bolt out of the room

Bruce

ah, bruce. the final boss

You couldn’t help but feel absolutely terrified. 

I mean not only is he a super mega rich business man and also like super famous but hes also BATMAN

you are also almost certain that he doesn’t know who you are despite being with tim for a few months by now

Everytime youre both in the same room he is often too busy to look up from whatever hes doing or rushing past you to go somewhere

Tim often confides in you about being the middle child in the family, meaning that sometimes people dont notice him and its really frustrating for him and for you to hear

One day u and tim are chilling in the batcave and bruce comes it and freezes when he sees the two of you

“who are y- what are you doing here-”

“oh um hello Mr. Wayne”

Bruce kinda just looked at you with a perplexed look, but that was when damian and cass walked by

“Father. Drake. Y/N” said damian, with Cassandra smilng and waving at you, to which you wave back.

“Hey Damian” you say nonchalantly. “I saw that you’re working on a new painting. youll have to tell me ALL about it later.”

“Of course. Im sure you’re aware of Georgia O’Keeffe” 

You smiled and nodded, to which he gave the tiniest of a smile back as he and cass headed for the training room

Bruce just stared at you even more perplexed than before, I mean, you just made damian smile

You glanced at Tim, who seemed just as uncomfortable as you

“Oh yeah Y/N, didn’t we have that movie we were gonna watch? yeah lets go like right now.” Tim said as he pulled your arm took you out of the batcave, giving bruce the well talk later look

After that instance he talk to some of his children about you, and they had nothing but good things to say. Even Jason, who literally kills people for a living, put in a good word about you.

The next time you visited the manor, you were greeted by bruce himself, dressed up in a business suit.

“Y/N, correct?” he pulled out his large calloused covered hand and held it towards you

After a brief moment you smiled and took it

“Yeah, thats me”

my horror holiday

idk even know why im writing this out in a fucking Tumblr post but I feel like I need to write this out so I will remember it. 

in very early October, my dad broached the topic of us going on holiday together and of course I was like yh sounds good. he talked about it in a way that suggested that we would kind of chill by ourselves and only really meet up for dinner or something at the end of the day. he seemed really excited about going and me and my dad aren’t close at all, so I guess maybe he thought it would be a way to bond? my mum mentioned that he was thinking that I could become his new “travel buddy” if the trip went well. so already I felt a bit of pressure to make sure it was fun for him.

as a extremely anxious person, the airport is not fun for me. the weeks leading up to the trip, I began to feel more and more nervous about going to the airport and even voiced this to some friends and also my mum in conversation. both times I brought it up with her, she kind of just dismissed the thought saying like “you’ll be fine”. on the day of our flight, we wake up extra early to get there and although im nervous everything goes very smoothly like customs and security and everything. when it comes to actually waiting until boarding opens up I begin to have to go to the toilet like once every couple of minutes to the point that I began to feel concerned. as soon as I feel like I am ill, it gets worse. I went to the pharmacy to get an immodium and in the line I begin to get so much more panicked by this super loud lady and just everything. I literally ran after buying it to the nearest bathroom because I thought I was going to be sick. luckily I wasn't, but it got to the point where I couldn't leave the toilets without thinking I was going to be sick - which I wasn't. eventually I called my mum and she called my dad and he texted me asking if I needed anything and I said yh a coke please. 

anyways, I start to calm down and he was actually quite reassuring surprisingly - reminding me to breathe and I was super impressed especially because my dad never deals with the fallout of my anxiety, it’s always my mum who does. we get through the flight and the first night there and everything is okay. 

the next day I was feeling still anxious from the airport and just general having to deal with being alive. at dinner, I was in a super crowded restaurant which was loud and we weren't even on the outskirts and I could tell I wasn't going to be able to eat. I was already having to go the toilet a couple of times because of me having to have anxiety shits lol. I voiced this to my dad when my meal come and I just couldn't eat it. we had an at length discussion about why and he seemed confused, almost appalled and at times even scolding. probably because he’s never seen me be anxious, even though he has he just didn't realise I was anxious at the time. anyway, we got a takeaway box and I got to eat my food in the hotel room. the whole time back at the hotel I could tell he was disappointed and kind of seething. I later got a text from my mum telling to “please try” to appease my dad by going out to eat, so I guess he was as annoyed as I thought he was.

the next afternoon, we had already went out for lunch (and I was okay ish!) and we were by the pool. I begin to head up to the toilet in our room, and he asks me to put his phone on charge and passes me his open phone. as I walk away I see his WhatsApp open and see the last message of his messages with my mum. I open the conversation to see him complaining about how many “fucking issues” I have to my mum and how I am on “a different spectrum to him” and how I should be in therapy - I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THERAPY FOR FOREVER.  when my mum tried to tell him that I would improve once I found my feet he told her that he “fucking doubts it”. my heart fucking sank.

yesss the girl of all time

first impression: loved her design right off the bat, but ngl i was a little worried that they'd be forcing a romance between her and raz a little too much and it would distract from the rest of the story. very happy when i found out that wasnt the case! impression now: LOVE her, shes the epitome of the 2003 weird girl. she has a great personality and the way she interacts with the other characters is a genuine treat. favorite moment: idk if this counts cause it technically isnt in the games, but on the campster website dogen talks about how lili is always super nice to him and (i think) helped him find his way back to camp when he got lost, and its such a cute moment to me. love those kids, love their friendship, they rule. idea for a story: tbh id love to see like, an exploration of lili's future with the psychonauts. she always talks about how disillusioned w/ the agency as a whole she is after spending her whole life there, and id love to see different takes on if she'd still want to become an agent herself of her own volition, or if she thinks she has to. id probably never write it myself bc my writing schedule is a nightmare, but its fun to think about! unpopular opinion: honestly i dont have a big one, but ig my main thought is that i feel like people tend to portray her as like, more chill and relaxed than she really is? like shes a spunky kid w/ a lot of passion, shes prone to outbursts, and i feel like seeing her always be like, this calm voice of reason for raz doesnt quite align with her personality for the most part. favorite relationship: lili and truman! they're so great, and even though we dont get a ton of time with them together on screen, you can really tell that they have a super close bond and put quite a bit of stock into how the other one sees them. its quite sweet and i wish we got to see more of it. favorite headcanon: i cant really think of one off the top of my head, so im making up my own: in her late teens/early adulthood w/ the psychonauts, lili definitely skips out on agent stuff to catch some rad punk shows. i also feel like shed be great in a band herself, i could totally see her being a drummer or a bass player.

no dot is cool, it’s a banger lol. i kinda wish it was a full group song, but i like how much sua is able to show off! we got rapping sua again! i bet the choreo for this is great, i saw that there is one, though i havent watched the performance she did at the showcase

entrancing is beautiful, i was expecting either something like this or like her legendary overdose cover for her solo, so this makes sense. kinda sounds like a movie or videogame soundtrack lol (but with singing on top of it)

winter is chill, i dont have much else to say. i like how it finishes off in chinese though, that’s sweet

for is nice, yoohyeon’s voice is great, she’s such a good singer. it’s more of a winter song than handong’s winter is haha, it’s practically a christmas song, which is weird cause it’s april right now. but thats okay lol

beauty full... okay i was not expecting dami to go like full pop punk or whatever lol. interesting. i think it fits her voice well

playground is playful, yeah it’s not bad. it’s probably the catchiest out of the solos? ive only listened to each of them once, but that’s my first impression

hmmm. yeah they’re not bad, but i don’t feel super excited about any of them tbh. if i had to choose a favorite, it’d be between sua’s and dami’s, but even with those i feel like i’m left wanting a bit more. most of the solos are pretty chill, even siyeon’s soundtracky ballad-ish one that i feel like could have been a lot grander and larger scale. i feel like No Dot could have gone harder, and Beauty Full could have been edgier and faster. i like Beauty Full’s commitment to a style of rock that hasnt been done by Dreamcatcher before, and i’m a big punk fan haha punk is my bread and butter, but then again this really isn’t the type of punk that i ever listened to all that much. if it even counts as punk, i suppose. but yeah tho it’s not bad, i think it’s the one i’m the most likely to listen to the most, out of all the bsides, not just the solos. but all in all, i feel like Dreamcatcher have lost a little bit of their edge and their punchiness with this album. that’s okay, cause this chiller approach is something consistent across the album and if that’s what you’re into then you would love it! it’s just not something i’m head over heels about. there’s no Sahara or Red Sun or Break the Wall or Wind Blows or Wake Up or Mayday on this album, but that’s okay. 

here’s my takeaway... I don’t love it. there isn’t really a song that i think i’m gonna be obsessed with, and tbh Maison is the title track that i’m not feeling from them the most in a really long time, maybe it’s the least i’ve been feeling one of their title tracks in the whole time that i’ve been a somnie. but.......... that’s okay. like... with plenty of other groups, feeling this way about a comeback would be really disappointing for me, but with Dreamcatcher i really don’t think it’s a big deal. they’re the kpop group i’ve listened to the most, almost double the amount that i’ve listened to any other kpop group. they’ve given me so much over the years haha, it’s okay if there’s one or two that i’m not as into. they’ve definitely earned the right to do whatever they want too, they don’t have to prove anything to me haha, everything has already been proven. another thing is that i dont feel like theyve sold out or anything lmao, this isnt a case where a comeback feels like a misstep or a mistake, no, because it still feels very Dreamcatcher. their identity shines through and i love that about the concept and theme and energy of this era. it’s plainly and simply just that i’m not feeling the songs especially hard, and that would be the case no matter what the songs were about and what the music video looked like and what the album title was and all of that stuff. i can like the concept of a song a lot, but not feel like the song itself is really hitting me. you know what i mean? and that’s okay

and like... the fact that i’m saying all of this... is a testament to how much this group means to me. i didnt say i hate any of the songs haha, cause i dont! trust me, you would know if i did. when i say im not really feeling Maison, that really just means that i’m kinda neutral on it. like... that just goes to show how good their discography is. if me feeling like a song is “decent, not bad, i’ll listen to it here and there” is the most negative i’ve been about a Dreamcatcher title track, then that just means their other title tracks must be absolutely insane haha. like, if that’s the lowest that the bar goes, that’s pretty good. 

i intended to just talk about the solos but i guess i had a lot more to say about Maison and stuff after listening to it more and processing my thoughts more haha. i’m not disappointed by it. i think i'm at the point where i’ll never be disappointed by a Dreamcatcher comeback no matter what, because they’re just in the Kpop Hall of Fame in my opinion lol, they can pretty much do no wrong. the only way i’d actually feel negatively about them at this point is if they did something that really felt like a betrayal, was really suberbly awful, something that tarnished everything they’d built over the years not just by being bad but also by flying in the face of everything they stand for, or something like that. like it couldnt just be a bad song, it would have to be morally bad too in order for me to even hate it lol. and Dreamcatcher are a group i can trust to never do that. there’s a 0% chance of that happening lol. the worst thing that will happen is that they might put out a couple more songs that i think are just kind of “okay” haha. like that’s it, that’s the worst case scenario. sooooo yeah. 

i’m just glad to be a fan of this group. whether i get obsessed with a comeback or not, i’ll always be an absolutely massive fan of them. i respect all 7 of them so much. i hope i’ve made that clear, and i’ve put my opinions about Maison in context, so you know that i’m not hating haha. i bet nobody actually read this far in this post though lol
