Chenya will sneak into Trey and Riddle's rooms for fun sometimes just to fuck with them. He'll do stuff like move all of the furniture a quarter of an inch to the left or take everything Riddle organized and put everything in the opposite order ((like if things were color coordinated red-orange-yellow chenya would switch it to be yellow-orange-red)).

Trey thinks its funny and will sometimes leave out tarts where he switched the sugar to salt, only to come back and find a single bite taken out of it. Riddle looses his shit every time

Che'nya: When He's Sick

Che’nya, my baby girl! Of course I had fun writing Che’nya, it’s always a blast when I write something for him. Also the scenario was just too funny to pass up in my head, so here we go. Hope you enjoy this little headcanon list of Che’nya being sick.

Che’nya: When He’s Sick

When Che’nya gets sick, everyone is going to know. He’s not subtle about it, and he’ll be telling everyone he knows that he’s dying and to prepare for his funeral. He’s dramatic at times, but does find it hilarious when Riddle actually gets concerned thinking that he was being serious about it. Once it’s discovered that he just got a cold from staying out too late in the rain, he gets less concerned, which is no fun for Che’nya. Wanna know who is fun though and will probably take pity on a poor cat? The Ramshackle Prefect…aka you.

You’re gonna wander in from class to find a sick Che’nya on your couch, telling you how unfair life is and how you should take pity on him. In truth, he does look like shit. His shirt is barely hanging on and he has a thin sheen of sweat on him and a flushed face. Not to mention the red nose and tissues scattered around him. Poor boy is dealing with a horrible cold and probably does need someone to take care of him or else he’ll just rot away. He’s not going to mention how he can totally take care of himself.

He doesn’t like medicine, period. Sadly he chose you to go to in his time of need, so he’s having to take some or else he’s getting booted back to his own damn school. He’s going to be muttering about it as he downs the gross liquid and gagging at the taste. Why did they feel the need to make something like NyQuil so vile in the first place? Thankfully the sleepy feeling takes him over soon enough and he’s passed out on the couch so you can begin patting him dry with a towel and placing a chill one on his forehead to help alleviate the fever.

He only wakes up because of his stomach grumbling and notices he’s somehow been transported to one of the spare bedrooms you have. Whether you carried him there or got one of your friends is a mystery, but at least the mattress and blankets are more comfortable than the couch was. He’ll be dragging himself onto wobbly feet to your kitchen to see if he can snag something, only to be greeted by some soup and a note to say to eat it slowly while you’re away at class. Oh you’re just the sweetest, he made the best decision to crash here while he recovered, even if his campus is probably in a panic about where one of their students went.

Once he’s better he’ll be ditching to head back to Royal Sword Academy, but not before leaving you a small note as thanks. Expect him to visit a few times throughout the week to surprise you with thank you gifts. They’ll be the most random things he can find as well, but it sends a very clear message that he’s thankful you took the time to take care of him. Next time though, he’ll make sure to tell someone on campus that he’s going to be gone for the day so they don’t send out a search party. Honestly that in itself was a nightmare to explain when he got back, and of course you had some explaining to do of your own. Mainly because your own little cat made a comment about someone crashing on your couch.

Soooooo....kind of a stupid question, BUT-

We know that mermaids based on different species of aquatic animals exist. As do beastmen, right? So, would it be weird to make a character based on a frog? (For context, I'm making a character based on the frog footmen from Alice in Wonderland).

Are beastmen just exclusively mammals? We know from the Sunset Savanna event that a character based on Zazu from The Lion King exists, but is he an actual bird beastman?

Are freshwater mermaids a thing? I doubt it, but frogs are freshwater, and I have no idea how to incorporate a frog-themed character otherwise.

Should I just give him weird eyes that make him look like a frog?

Would he be a fae then, since Malleus, as a dragon fae, is technically a reptile?

...I'm at my breaking point. Please help 🙏

Jay: Cool, um, but...uh...what's with his disappearing act? Yuu: That's because he doesn't go here :) Jay:...I, what? Yuu: He goes to Royal Sword Academy and when ever a RSA student comes in the general vicinity to a NRC student on campus, it tends to be on sight for some reason. Yuu: Last time, there was a whole stampede of students chasing him around. Jay: Oh...so why- Yuu: He's child hood friend's with Riddle and Trey. Jay: Oh!

The Burning Revelation

I actually like the fact that they are here. Makes this feel like a genuine school event to have other students besides us attend this. On the flip side, Idia, don't tell Pina about that! (Though, he's got a soft spot for my Persephone OC)

Pfft, it is not the worst thing that has happened to me in terms of adventures and games. I do love how traumatized the man is. The look of fear is wonderful.

This is exactly what I am hoping for in the next book. Idia's the smartest person in that room right now. He's trying to think and solve the problem. He knows what's going on and tries to tell the others what to do. Yes, that's my boy!

Ok, so he did go with his guards, but still. Actually, ok, again, KH fan first, but lore-wise, Silver could purge the darkness, so he's pretty powerful. Sebek is trained and also a fae. They did their job of protecting their king. That being said, who told Lilia this happened. Bat Dad must've had a heart attack. Death really is trying to take him, huh?

Azul and Idia are going to drive Rollo insane. That being said, I love both their lines so much!

Hey man, I'm mortal and even I didn't use magical flowers to kill other mages for their magic. I am pretty sure you're the villain here. Which is definitely saying something since we have Azul.

Idia's definitely believes that he's in some RPG right now. He's trying to cope, Azul. Let him. But also, I laughed.

NRC Boys: Oh? We don't have magic? That's fine. We will just beat the living crap out of you!

To be honest, I didn't expect that to be their go-to option, but then again, these are mostly the same cast who wanted to fight a literal ghost bride and her ghost knights.

Side note, I like to imagine Idia carrying about an invasive species of plants is a reference to Hades and Persephone.

I almost forgot to write Che’nya for this! I actually don’t have him in the dorm template, so if I ever forget him, just let me know and I’ll quickly write up his headcanons.

Che’nya: When You’re Sick

The worst thing to ever happen to you while attending Night Raven College had to be, hands down, getting sick. You were alone in the dorm with only ghosts and Grim to keep you company, and as much as you loved them, they couldn’t take care of you when you became sick. This meant you had to make do and hope that everything was alright. Normally if you were under the weather, you’d just suck it up and go to class so as to not worry anyone. This time however, that wasn’t an option.

You woke up with every muscle in your body feeling sore and aching with even the slightest movement. Your stomach churned something fearsome and you had a runny nose and cough to boot. You had no idea what illness you had fallen to. Having so many symptoms…you could only assume it was the flu or something akin to that.

Still, there was no way you were making it to class like this. So begrudgingly you told Grim you weren’t feeling good and needed to rest, and to go to class and get your homework so you could do it later. The demon cat was grumpy about not having his henchman, but eventually gave in, leaving you alone to rest in your room and hope that whatever you had would go away.

The only way he’s going to know if you’re sick is if he gets a message from you, or it's the day he’s decided to visit the school and notices it. If you’re the one who messages him first to let him know, he’s going to be coming over right away. He’s skipping classes, jumping out through a window, and rushing over to your dorm. He’ll make sure to stop by his own school nurse and get some medication though. He’s worried, especially since you contacted him about it.

Shockingly, he’s not half bad at taking care of others. While he doesn’t have to do it often, he does care for his friends and knows the basics. Not to mention it is taught at his school to make sure students know how to take care of themselves. One of the perks of going to the hero school. Still, it will probably be a shock to you when he shows up to your dorm with medication and looks like he’s ready to go full on nurse mode.

He’s pretty gentle and the usual mischievousness about him is kept to a minimum. He’s checking your temperature, asking how you’re feeling, bringing you food and water, and making sure you’re taking your medications he brought. He might even message Riddle to come over and check to make sure you’re really okay. At some point he’ll grow bored while you’re asleep though so he’s either going to go snoop around the dorm, torment poor Grim, or curl up next to you on the bed to join you. Who knows what he’s going to do, you surely don’t.

When you’re better he’s going to be teasing you about how he practically had to revive you from the dead. He’s relieved to see you’re doing better though, but he has to leave as soon as possible. The school is probably suspicious as to where he’s been this entire time, and he’d rather not get into serious trouble with them. So he’s probably just going to give you a quick kiss on the forehead and tell you to feel better and ruffle your hair. All in good fun, he promises.
