rules for me and my ed ~
☆ 1-2 glasses of water in the morning, every morning preferably
☆ always try to drink before eating
☆ never have breakfast/lunch when you don’t need to
☆ leave the house at 7.40 to walk to/from school (120 minutes total walking)
☆ try to leave 1/2 hours at least in the evenings to walk
☆ eat as little as is acceptable at dinner + don’t add anything extra to meals
☆ always eat the least amount of food in whatever gathering you’re in
☆ macros count - waste cals on protein rich foods
☆ if you’re in a binge-y mood drink a bunch of water and try to eat low cal foods first like cucumber
☆ don’t let bad eating habits seep into relationships and friendships, it’s not as important as that i promise - don’t trigger your girlfriend
☆ weigh-ins bi-weekly on monday mornings and friday mornings
☆ if nobody is there, don’t eat
☆ sweetener slays, it’s okay to use it
☆ if you binge - try to walk till total cals is 3 digits at most
☆ no snacks - drink water, if it’s a must, have cucumber

Every time I start strong on a f@$t, after a while I get sucked in by the ~healthy lifestyle girlies~ on socials and I decide it's best to "eat intuitively" and it leads to a maintenance day, an overeat, or even a binge.
Why is everyone pretending like that's going to work for weight loss?! The formula is simple. More calories burned than ingested. This is why restr!ct!ng works. So why are we acting like "honoring our cravings" is a weight loss method?!
It's easy math and science, and that's what I need to remember.

~my ed tips thats I learned over 10 months~
-drink 1l of water atleast everyday
-drink water in between food bites
-massaging your organs makes your stomach flat ( do before you sleep)
-get smaller portions, makes you feel better about eating your fav high cal foods
-do atleast 40-80 situps/crunches everyday
-make a YouTube playlist for working out, so it doesn’t seem like a lot
-find new hobbies while you’re fasting!
-get an ed buddy!! (so many ed ppl on tumblr)
-workout naked, or with underwear on because it’s much less forgiving
-watch triggering content while your fasting for motivation
also kinda random but does anyone get the fear that if you are like trying something on in front of people, that it’s not gonna fit? or that you sit on something and it breaks? like I have a fear of that and it’s a everyday problem
