Alien (1979, Ridley Scott)
16/03/2024
Alien is a 1979 film directed by Ridley Scott.
The progenitor of a successful series of films, as well as books, comics and video games, it is considered one of director Ridley Scott's best films as well as among the masterpieces in the history of science fiction cinema. The events revolve around an alien species which in the story is identified with the generic definition xenomorphic, made up ferocious predators endowed with intelligence but incapable of feeling emotions, who reproduce like parasitoids by nesting in the bodies of other living beings causing their death.
Alien had three sequels, all with Sigourney Weaver as the protagonist: Aliens, Alien 3 and Alien: Resurrection. Two crossover films connected with another film series, Predator, were also produced, called respectively, Alien vs. Predator and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem. Prometheus, a prequel more relevant to the Alien universe, was released in 2012, followed in 2017 by Alien: Covenant, while a direct sequel, Alien: Romulus, will be released in theaters on August 16, 2024.
In 2002 it was chosen for preservation in the National Film Registry of the United States Library of Congress.

More Jewel Man/Mr. Lytton/'Curator'
Looking forward to more of him in season 3~ Haven't decided if he keeps his 'Curator' platinum white hair or goes back to the mousy brown (trivial cosmetic details lol)

Are you technically Mexican? Is it also called "Mexico" in your universe?
Let me get this straight: I’m from ANOTHER UNIVERSE... and you’re asking if I’m
‘technically Mexican’?
I mean, I’m not from what you’re calling Mexico so no I’m not “technically” Mexican... but does it really even matter anyways?

I think so many people are so deeply alienated from themselves that they have no clue how to exercise their free will and autonomy. For some, this alienation runs so deep that they are afraid of their own autonomy and humanity. It is completely understandable why one would have those feelings, but it can be worrisome.
I want to help others who feel this way, so here are small things I have done to exercise my free will:
Add "guilty pleasure" songs to playlists and actually listen to them (I have a ton of late 1990s-early 2000s music I listen to now proudly that I never listened to in the past out of shame)
Getting the décor item, bath set, bed spread, ect. in the patterns you like, even if it's "childish" (I got a dinosaur-themed wastebasket from the kids' décor section and I adore it)
Taking a new route to get to a place you go to often
Eat dessert first
Celebrate well, and often
Collect things that are "odd" or don't seem like an "acceptable" thing to collect (somebody on my "for you" page collects dandelion crayola crayons and it was so cool!!!!!!)
Incorporate one new piece in an outfit you wear frequently (e.g., a new chain, a necklace, ribbons, bracelets, ect.). Challenge yourself to add onto the outfits if you feel up for it.
Sing along to songs without worrying that you sound "good" or your intonation is completely accurate
Read a book from a genre you weren't allowed to read as a kid (comics, thrillers, mysteries, anything!)
Walk without having a specific destination or goal
Pick up a new craft without expecting yourself to master it or to ever be "good" enough. Get your hands messy.
I don't want to shame anybody for not feeling as though they have free will or that they are exempt from exercising it. However, I wanted to give ideas so that you might read this list and find your own ways to express your intrinsic autonomy and will. You deserve to be a person, to feel alive, not just living. That is what our lives are for.

Iron Man (1968) #9
#I haven’t read this issue- which came out in 1968- before#because the Hulk in it turned out to be an imposter robot it wasn’t included in the list of Hulk appearances that I’m following#though I kind of wish I had read it back when I was in 1968 in my Hulk readings for the context of his standing within the Marvel universe#I was surprised to see that civilian lady immediately argue that#‘you were Bruce Banner- a gentle dedicated man- some of that goodness must still be inside you- it must!’#I don’t think that’s something I’m all that likely to see at the point in the Hulk’s comics that I’m at#because they’ve moved away from that approach and largely essentially frame Bruce and the Hulk as seperate beings#whereas the idea of Bruce’s good heart within the Hulk used to be the actual approach to the character#and I think that that has bled into how other characters think of the Hulk even if there isn’t an in-universe reason for that#I also don’t think I’ve seen a character without any connection to the Hulk#say that they felt sympathy for him just from his depiction in the news#but what really interests me here is how Tony thinks of the Hulk#I did not know that Tony strongly felt that the Hulk was misunderstood#or that his opinion was not so negative so that he would think that either the Hulk’s being controlled#or was ‘changed for the worse’ from ‘years of alienation’ rather than thinking bad behavior is characteristic to how he’s always been#and I appreciate that Tony offers to help the Hulk and then tries to save him at the end#and then feels bad that he failed to help the Hulk before learns that it wasn’t actually the Hulk that died there but just a robot imposter#marvel#tony stark#bruce banner#my posts#comic panels

[Image description below]. It feels good to spread my wings! Are you surprised I’m actually an alien? Growing up neurodivergent, I felt a lot like an alien much of the time. Many in the LGBTQ community do as well, as human ideas of gender & relationships don’t always fit us.
Neurodivergent people are much more likely to be trans, and vice versa. We experience the world differently—gender is just one (big) aspect of that. And that’s okay. In fact, it’s wonderful! It’s good to unmask where and when we can 🩵
[Begin image description:
Caroussel of five slides, including a four-panel comic and a list of supporters.
The title of the comic is “Alien Enby”
Slide 1: a non-binary trans woman named Riri with orange hair and a light blue dress stands in a sassy pose. Riri says “since I started making these comics, people have asked me: “why is it called Alienby comics? That’s because…”
Slide 2: Riri says “I’m an alien.” Riri is standing in a similar pose but has now transformed into a retro space alien, with light blue skin, antennae, and a pink space suit.
Slide 3: Riri is seen in a flashback as a masculine presenting preteen, in alien form with light blue skin wearing a t-shirt, nervously covering their antennae and looking over their shoulder. There are silhouettes of other children behind them. The voice over continues: “I spent years trying to look and talk like a normal human, but the antennae became too hard to hide.”
Slide 4: Riri is seen as their future alien self, with thick electrical cables coiled around them. With an expression of determination they try to plug these cables into each other. Riri’s voice over: “My brain seems to be hardwired differently.” Riri is also shown in another image flaunting a pair of sparkly fairy-like wings. Voice over: “And body metamorphosis is part of my life cycle… but my differences are beautiful.”
Slide 5: a list of supporters on Patreon and Kofi. Thank you to my supporters!

Is Fox Mulder the most comically-brutalized protagonist in television history? Not only is he shot and beaten up on a regular basis, but the list of extreme and exotic injuries he accrues over the course of the series has got to be some kind of TV cop record. The man is mind-wiped by the military in only the second episode. For any other TV cop, that would be a career-defining event, but it’s just a day in the life of Agent Spooky.
Bro was cocooned by carnivorous insects, thrown out of a nuclear submarine into the Alaskan tundra by an alien bounty hunter, beaten up by an invisible gorilla. He was experimented on in a Siberian gulag, drowned in the Bermuda Triangle, tortured by Neo-Nazis. I wonder what getting Freaky Friday-ed by a malfunctioning UFO cloaking device does to your gonads. How much radiation has he been exposed to? Someone test this man’s hair follicles. How many mysterious bodily fluids has he dipped his finger in and tasted at crime scenes? Dear God, someone test him for HIV. Imagine being the FBI doctor who administers his physicals.
Remember when the Shadow Government was putting LSD in Mulder’s water tank? Our boy got blown up in an underground train car and resurrected in a Navajo healing ceremony, and that’s not even the last train car he would get blown up in. One time, his lungs were filled with mutated tobacco beetles. Hoss let a quack doctor give him ketamine and drill a hole in his goddamn skull. In an unrelated incident, he had a chunk of his brain stolen. He was locked in a padded cell, trapped inside of a video game, and— of course —abducted by aliens. Fox Mulder was fully dead, and then came back to life after being exhumed, and nobody even seemed that surprised when he rolled up at the J. Edgar Hoover building like nothing had happened.
Am I missing anything? How is this man still alive? His body must be like a pillowcase full of broken lightbulbs. Every time he moves, you just hear crunching.

on the one hand I do understand where people are coming from when they respond to The White American Desire For Authentic Culture by going "you already have a culture" and pointing out that this desire often has reactionary undertones
that being said, I think it's largely sidestepping the actual issue, which is that American culture fucking blows chunks. American culture is strip malls and military worship and the elevation of mass-market pablum to Bold Artistic Statements.
and subculture is only partially an escape from this, because most subcultures exist within the same constraints of American culture as a whole; they are captured and redefined by capital on such a frequent basis that it often feels impossible to hold onto them in any meaningful way.
moreover, even the parts of American culture that aren't complete garbage are more or less inextricable from the colonial, imperialist, and racially-stratified history of the country. like, I think of that post that went around a while ago talking about "America sucks but has some good parts," and one of the things it listed was national parks, and people (rightfully!) pointed out that the national park system is fundamentally flawed and tends to shit on indigenous nations by design.
the only thing I can think of that's even sort of an exception is pop culture - jazz and rock music, superhero comics, Hollywood. and all of those are, again, captured and defined by capital, and in one way or another have historically been built on screwing over the artist.
so we come to a position, one way or another, where a lot of people say something like: "I'm alienated. I'm surrounded by traditions and institutions I think are shit; I have no way to meaningfully undermine them, and I can't escape them without effectively destroying my life. the culture I was born into is a gravestone on top of another gravestone, lifeless and miserable, and people are constantly shouting that I should be grateful because it's The Greatest Country In The World."
at that point, one seeks an escape, and I think there are three major routes here.
one is to become a weird lib obsessed with the Real Soul Of America. America is really about the good parts, not the bad parts which outnumber them and which they are built upon.
another is to fixate on the Exotic, for lack of a better word. cultures which you do not have an obvious "connection" to, but which fascinate you or appeal to you. obviously this can be pretty fucking fraught, though I would argue that taking an interest in other cultures is a good thing if you aren't shitty about it. (That's its own conversation.)
the third is to fixate on the culture(s) you feel you "ought to have" had, that which was sacrificed on the altar of whiteness by grandparents or great-grandparents who, frankly, had different concerns. to look at a culture that may still be defined in many ways by cruelty and stratification - the way I would argue most human civilization has been - but that seems to have had something else going on, at least. a culture that may not have been recognizable 500 years ago, but at least it existed.
again, none of these impulses is beyond criticism, and I think it would be naive to say that the last one can't have reactionary undertones. I also doubt these impulses are unique to the USA! alienation is extremely common in today's world, and it's not as though the USA is the only settler state in existence.
what I am saying is more that I think the conditions that lead to these fixations are worth paying attention to, and that dismissing them with "you already have a culture" kind of misses the point in favor of getting in a zinger. people wouldn't want a different culture if they were happy with the one they had. like so many other things, people want one that Doesn't Completely Suck. failing that, they'd probably like to not be defined by any culture at all - but that, tragically, is just as impossible.

Hi! Could I be ✨Anon? (Im not sure whats been taken already) I've been on a big Batfam kick these past few days and have a v indulgent request if it interests you.
Could I request something for a (gn) civilian reader who is friends w/ the Batfam, but recently got superpowers that are magical girl-esque? Neither of the parties knowing of the others Alter Egos. Here are some of my thought, but write the post however you'd like.
Reader was accidentally caught up in some commotion that involved stealing specialty cargo. One of them being an alien artifact, and reader uses it in desperation to save themselves. But now they have these sparkely, pretty, and showy powers that they never asked for. (And maybe a magical animal companion that insist they bring light and justice to Gotham)
Reader is reluctant to be a vigilante, but keeps finding themselves in situations to help people anyways.(Maybe its a side effect of being a magical girl) They end up fighting alongside the Batfam at some point, but they feel embarrassed to interact w/ them. Reader feels completely out of place with their colorful and over-the-top powers when next to the cool and brooding batfam.
Sorry if this idea is a bit out there, but ty for letting me be indulgent in your ask box 💕!!
NO CAUSE I FEEL THIS DYNAMIC SO MUCH.
I either have the friendliest vibe or the bitchiest vibe and no in between. Meaning that people either come to me for everything or think I’m a snob/will bite-
and sure non! i don’t really keep track of my anons nowadays so people can be whatever as long as it’s not listed in my pinned
BAT X MAGIC ✨
IN ANY CASE
I’m gonna mix Sailor Moon, Miraculous Ladybug and Onimai for my inspo with this ask if you don’t mind
Magical Girl/Boy/Person! Reader is really close friends with Tim and Damian. If there was one thing all three could agree on it’s that they loved superheroes in manga/comics.
And Reader? Boy did they adore the Batfam. There was just something about their dark, brooding aesthetic that they couldn’t get enough of.
So it was a tad bit ironic that they stumbled upon the most “girly”and “bright” power ever known to Gotham.
It didn’t help that your abilities had to be activated with cutely yelling things like “Sparkle Blast!” or “Smile Hurricane!”
I like to headcannon that you have a familiar or Kwami like creature that in exchange of keeping your identity magically hidden, absolutely bullies you by making the one above a requirement.
I headcannon that Damian has the PHATTEST crush on you. Like even moreso than the stalker, otaku Tim. Like he is just head over heels. You’re strong, you’re capable, you’re adorable?? But that mostly extends to just your magic persona rather than your real self. He’s super obvious about it to anyone but you too (similar to the og miraculous ladybug w/ felix instead of chat).
Tim is more interested on who tf you were. Like yes!!! Magical Person Hero!!! You were basically his childhood crushes incarnate!! But his inquisitive mind really needed to know who you were in order to calm himself down.
Jason is honestly a bit overwhelmed by your whole getup, but grows to love you the most in terms of how kind you are and how you help them even in the most dire of situations (not knowing that you were basically forced to)
He’s very much Tuxedo Mask type wherein he’d be very annoying to you when the disguises are off but an absolute Casanova with em on.
You and Dick are the most close when it comes to patrols and fighting. I feel like you, being the big fan you were, would make him look even more flashy and handsome during battle with sparkles and whatnot. I have a feeling he’d be the first to ask you out or fully romance you, as well as be the first to befriend you/contact you as a vigilante.
Bruce is definitely perplexed by how you always evade him in terms of your secret identity. It frustrates him to no end that whenever he gets close to finding out something either gets in his way or his mind just goes blank.
Once you explain how your magical persona works tho he’s pretty quick on the bandwagon, especially since he sees that his boys love you.
Also cause you look way too adorable to really be heinous.
…Right?
Once you break one of your familiar’s rules though, they do share your identity with the bats and well…
All hell breaks loose.

Distracted
tenth doctor x GN!reader
Summary: in which the Doctor can be very distracting
Tumblr media
The Doctor was going on and on about something that you didn’t fully understand, and to be honest, you weren’t really listening. He could be talking about his grocery list for all you cared. Truthfully, you loved when he talked like this. His voice was riddled with childish enthusiasm, but he spoke with the confidence of someone who knew just about everything.
His glasses were perched on his nose as he squinted at the screen in front of him. He talked with his hands, waving them about as he rambled on.
It was hard not to admire him, even if you did so frequently.
The TARDIS light emphasized his freckles, a messy map of constellations laid out across his face. You wanted to kiss every single one of them. You supposed at some time you likely had.
Sometimes, he would rake his fingers through his hair, pulling on the strands. You loved his hair, the spiky strands of sandy and caramel brown. It was almost constantly a mess, sticking out in all directions. Perhaps it was from all of the manhandling, or perhaps that was just how his hair was.
He smiled as he talked. You loved his smile - they were almost always lopsided, one end of his mouth quirking up a bit more than the other. When he got excited like this, he hardly had any control over his smile. It took over his whole face, his eyes sharing in the joy.
His eyes were always so expressive. After being with him for a while, you began to pick up on this. Even if he didn’t say out loud how he was feeling, his eyes did.
As you watched him it was impossible to not smile yourself, the corners of your mouth tugging upwards.
You suddenly became overcome with the urge to kiss him. This wasn’t an unusual occurrence, the Doctor was so kissable after all.
You made your way over to the Doctor, stopping right in front of him.
“Hello, love,” He grinned at you. Looking into his dark brown eyes, you could see all of the love that he held for you.
Without warning, you gripped his face and kissed him passionately. You were overflowing with love for the strange alien, and you had to let it out somehow.
It took him a moment to register what was happening, but once he did he relaxed almost instantaneously. His eyes closed and his arms wrapped themselves around you securely.
You held onto him with unnecessary desperation, almost as if you were scared of losing him. Your hands clutched his face securely, pulling him closer and closer to you. You couldn’t get enough of him, frantically taking in as much as you could.
When you finally had to pull away to breathe, your breaths came out in short pants. You rested your forehead against the Doctor’s, closing your eyes as you attempted to regain your breath.
He gently brought his lips to your temple, planting a soft kiss there. His lips ghosted across your skin, barely making contact. Occasionally, he would apply pressure, planting soft kisses across your face. Your cheeks, nose, jaw, under your eyes. You giggled lightly, a soft smile ghosting across your lips.
“Were you listening to a single thing I said?”
You shook your head, hiding your face in his neck in hopes he wouldn’t notice the blush creeping across your face. You didn’t like to admit that you had been spacing out during his ramblings.
“Did I bore you that much?” He laughed, finding the situation more comical than hurtful. He knew his ramblings could get a bit convoluted at times, so he didn’t really blame you for zoning out when he went down his rabbit holes.
You pulled your head back out from its hiding place, your eyes wide, as you shook your head.
“No, not at all,” you said hurriedly.
“Honestly,” you mumbled, “I was just admiring you.”
You cast your gaze downwards, not wanting to meet the Doctor’s eyes. You had been together for a while, but you still found it embarrassing to be caught ogling.
The Doctor, on the other hand, found it incredibly adorable and endearing. The simple admission brought a loving smile to his face.
Now it was the Doctor’s turn to overflow with excitement and adoration. He swooped you off of your feet, twirling you happily around the TARDIS control room. Your feet swung about, knocking a few things over in their wake, but neither of you cared much. You were both more than happy to love and be loved.
Eventually, he set you back down on the floor. He didn’t let go of you though, his slender arms snaked around your waist.
“I can’t blame you, I’m incredibly handsome.” The Doctor shrugged, a smirk forming on his face.

Hi! Just curious, what are your favorite comic runs? I've finished the comics on my current to-read list so I love hearing what other people like!
hello! as always i’m sure i’m forgetting plenty of stuff but these are some of my favs, both completed and ongoing series.
completed:
batman: the knight (2022)
Tumblr media
miniseries, 10 issues total, so it’s extremely readable and really satisfying in a short amount of time! i like zdarsky’s bruce a lot (i’ve also enjoyed his work on the current batman run) and carmine di giandomenico’s art is fantastic. also, it’s the ghost-maker origin story and bruce & khoa somehow get divorced at least twice before the story’s over. love that for them.
superman: american alien (2015)
Tumblr media
anthology collection about clark kent through the years, a really great read for superman—digging into clark’s character rather than focusing on external plot!—with some great cameos too (like young adult clark getting mistaken for some rich guy named bruce wayne at a yacht party, or reporter clark running into pre-robin dick grayson).
future state (2021) batman: dark detective
Tumblr media
i am not immune to dan mora’s bruce wayne, especially when he is skrunkly and beat up the whole time.
batman: urban legends (2021)
Tumblr media
an anthology so you can kind of pick up/put down as you like! these are a good read if you don’t want to be tracking huge overarching plotlines for a bit. the first few issues have a great jason series too.
ongoing series aka my current pulls at the comic shop:
spirit world (2023)
Tumblr media
this one is new and is SO fun and compelling; i love xanthe already, and the assorted cast (including constantine and cass!) and new side characters (bowen my beloved, i’d die for you if you weren’t already dead) are delightful. one of those comics where i’m genuinely interested in the plot too and not just reading for my favs. alyssa wong is doing some really cool things with this concept/cast and i hope they have a chance to do way more in this world.
batman/superman world’s finest (2022)
Tumblr media
again, i am not immune to dan mora, or the delightful superbat of it all. (and robin!dick! i love him.) i also started reading waid’s teen titans spin-off that takes place in this same era and there are only a few issues out so far but i’m having a great time.
city boy (2023)
Tumblr media
i am OBSESSED with this concept (sentient cities! sharp-edged/lonely character figuring out his connection to them!) and the writing is super fun so far. also the intro comic (free on kindle/elsewhere; also has a free spirit world issue) has a great nightwing run-in.
i’m also subscribed to nightwing, superboy: the man of tomorrow, action comics (anything with kon crumbs…), and dark knights of steel (listen…i am still holding out hope for more royal court spy!tim crumbs), and i don’t know much about shazam yet but i’m giving the new series a try too.

bc im tired of batfamily members leading always leading their respective teams in crossover comics (even when there are perfectly mature, non emotionally stunted superheroes present), I thought Id list each each member (acc to age) and write whether or not theyd be an actual good leader.
Bruce: No. He's the kind of person in a group project would do all the work but would leave the presentation to someone else. (what im trying to say is he has good planning but poor communication skills. unfortunately thats a necessary skill for a team leader)
Babs: no. she can be a good mentor and a cool guy in chair, but I cant see her leading a team.
Dick: YES. There are any instances in the comics that prove this. He is the kind of leader who could do both. He could be stern when issuing commands but could also take his team out to dinner after a mission done well. hes like the popular student council member that everyone actually likes.
Cass: no. lmao. (although dc hasnt made her lead a team yet tho. i think)
Jason: NOOOO. Jason shouldn't have been the 'leader' of the outlaws team (the first one). Roy and Kori were were much more experienced in the hero business. Jason is smarter than most people give him credit for but he is never leading a team. especially not one with the second oldest comic book sidekick ever and a literal warrior alien princess.
Steph: I'm not saying she'll be good at it, but I kinda do want to see her take charge. for funsies.
Tim: I have conflicted feelings about this. As long as everyone in the team is as weird as him *cough* yj *cough* I think he's good.
Duke: I mean he did lead a child gang, so... (I havent read any solo duke media so I dont think I am the judge of this)
Damian: surprisingly, yes. I know he is still a child but ive read and seen many futures with a slightly more well adjusted damian turning out to be a good leader, like in the justice league apocalypse war dark movie.
EDIT: angered Babs stans. read first paragraph.

Reasons Why I Think TFP Jack is Underrated:
Tumblr media
Welcome to my organized bullet list of why I think Jack is cool. I used to think he was boring too, but now I think he's the goat and here's why:
-He has Main Character Energy, but he's more snarky than most cliche main characters
In fact, he is a petty king:
-He doesn't wanna be on Team Prime at first, but eventually accepts it...
...He then proceeds to BURN Airachnid's ship to the GROUND with a stupid survival kit for babies
-HE DEFEATED THE ALIEN SPIDER QUEEN WITH NOTHING BUT A LIGHTER AND A POCKET KNIFE, BRO
-HE WAS DONE WITH HER BULLSHIT LOL
-Plus he tricked Silas by pretending to beg for mercy, when really, he was stealing his walkie talkie.
-Jack is boring, BUT the fact that Jack has nothing special about him IS his superpower; Miko has the Apex Armor and her brave personality, Raf has genius level computer smarts, and Jack has PURE SPITE. It's beautiful.
-He has zero skills, but he'll figure out how to defeat his enemies anyway, SOLEY because he's tired and doesn't get paid enough for this shit.
-For example, in one of the Titan Magazine comics, Jack literally kicks Silus in the balls

Tumblr media
Iconic✨
Apex armor? Cybertronian technology?
Screw that. How about I KICK you in the balls?l
-A true legend
-He's also a mess though, and I relate so hard
-He's so petty he talked two aliens into helping him cheat at street racing to piss off his classmate
-His romantic subplot is treated like a complete joke, and I love that. Normally, the Main Character✨ is awkward, but gets the girl in the end. Not Jack, though. Nope. He just constantly looks stupid in front of Sierra, nothing ever happens between them, and Arcee is just watching with popcorn as his life falls apart. It's hilarious.
Also, if I'm correct, isn't the last time we see Sierra when she sees Arcee's homoform, and thinks Jack has a girlfriend, and then Jack is like "She's my mom😅." And Sierra's all like: "Your mom looks good in leather😐...on your bike😐😐😐😐..." Maybe I'm wrong, but if that's the case, it's funny. Jack is a simp and it gets him nowhere.
-His sarcasm works perfectly with Arcee's sarcastic attitude.
-Also Tailgate is voiced by Josh Keaton (Jack's voice actor) in the flashbacks, so I headcanon that Jack reminds Arcee of Tailgate, and that's why she has such a soft spot for him.
Tailgate and Arcee's dialogue had the same vibe as her and Jack's
Also, it gives more context to why she was so scared to lose him when Airachnid showed up. It would've literally been like losing Tailgate all over again.
-Jack is Team Prime's designated Good Ideas Guy
It was Jack's idea to hijack the spacebridge to send him to Cybertron
It was also his idea to drain the dark energon out of The Nemesis when it came alive and froze everyone
-I'm probably just projecting, he has generalized anxiety disorder vibes
-I feel like he prefers a comfortable, predictable life because he gets nervous easily
-He's always the first to freak out, and overthink, and Arcee always has to calm him down
-And she's so patient with him it's so sweet😱
-I agree the writing behind his existence is meh, and a lot of the cool stuff about him is probably unintentional, but I don't care, so take that!
Anyway, the moral of the story is:
Jack is just an angry little harmonica boy. Leave him alone. He's trying his best😭
