“When’ll he be here?” Pandora asked, half-heartedly filing her nails.

“Tomorrow.” Regulus told her, before settling down so they could watch Gilmore Girls for the fiftieth time.

This was not what any of them had expected. Regulus had been thinking maybe a middle-aged-dad kind of guy with a tool belt. Pandora had been thinking along similar lines, maybe even older. Barty had been expecting an Italian. Evan hadn’t really cared.

But now, all the attention was very much on this expectation-breaking man. Because he was gorgeous.

Strong, bulging biceps and veiny forearms, sun-kissed skin with scattered freckles, silver glasses resting on a straight nose, and a mop of wild, gorgeous brown curls. He looked like a fucking dream. chaotic bcj headcanons bc i have brainrot about this man OFTEN

italian, greek (mum), british, and spanish (dad)

grew up in italy, it's his first language (he was invited to hogwarts bc his dad works for the ministry)

can learn a language in about 2 seconds

speaks italian, english, greek, and spanish (only learned it to spite his dad who can't speak spanish)

almost sorted into ravenclaw, he was nearly a hatstall

likes to spend his time pointing out all the reasons why english sucks (he is probably the best english speaker of all his friends and he wasn't fluent till he was 11 (they've been speaking english their entire lives))

Ohhh, I've been waiting to talk about that, so here are my headcanons:

Barty

For me, he's north Italian (Milano, maybe?), a little under 180cm/6ft, dark brown hair that's almost black, maybe he dyed some of it green, grown-out haircut that's rather messy, green brownish eyes, angular and sharp facial features, patchwork tattoos all over his body (including a 'bite here' on his neck and a 'fuck me' or 'harder' below his belly button), multiple piercings (eyebrow, tongue, dick), rather skinny, has a bit of muscle but isn't defined, wears a lot of black/dark colours (maybe green, matching to his hair), many shirts have holes in them, ripped off fingernails, untied shoes

Evan

I see him as biracial (half black), blond dyed locks that fall over his eyes, light green eyes, taller than Barty, but not by much, snake bites, nose and eyebrow piercing (wears silver hoops in them), some small tattoos, quite well defined muscles (man boobies omg), soft lips and eye features, strong jawline, Evan has the skater style: baggy light blue jeans, oversized shirts with stripes or brand names, vans or jordans shoes, lots of blue, white, red, and green, and BIG hands.

Barty is Italian or at least of Italian descent. He's 3/4 Italian from an Italian mother and a half Italian father. Evan is French. His family moved to Britain yet still visited france every so often. Evan also brings things from France for his friends cause I said so. They also called each other pet names in their native language. They both thought the other was insulting them for a while. Regulus who's fluent in both languages just hides his smile till he got tired of their flirting and exposed them.

Sirius Black and Regulus Black

Both French, they moved to London when Sirius was 11 and Regulus was 10 so they could attend Hogwarts, and so their parents could see the rest of their family who had moved a couple years prior (the black family is french but they were British about a thousand years ago, and it is tradition for all the children of the family to attend Hogwarts and not Beauxbatons)

Both of their first languages are french, and Sirius especially had a strong French accent when he started Hogwarts (doesn't really have it now)

James potter

Half Indian, half Guatemalan. They're one of the only poc pureblood families in the UK, and they are also considered blood traitors by majority of the families (in the same way the Weasley's are) unlike the Weasley's they are incredibly rich

This is based on a post about how Evan finds out that Barty's name is actually Bartolomeo at their wedding, but I tweaked it to be when they sign their first lease cause why not.

They had made it away from their families, away from the craziness. They were seconds away from having the flat they’d dreamed about, in muggle London. Their own little slice of magic. But looking down at the lease, Evan frowned.

“Actually, Evan, it is.”

what are your fancasts?

tbh i don't have fancasts. in my mind their race and their looks always changes in diff scenarios.

for example for rosier twins sometimes they're black sometimes they're chinese and sometimes they're white and other times they're french black and half chinese hahahshshs.

in my mind james is always poc. he is sometimes brazilian, sometimes mexican sometimes desi sometimes he is a mix but never a white man? like i love aaron james-taylor but i hardly imagine him while i'm writing or reading.

for barty he is italian to me and he has a tanned skin and he has amber eyes usually. he has beaty marks on his body and it's looks like someone mapped the sky on his body and those are his stars.
