I was drawing my illustration for Azul's birthday and I suddenly felt the urge to draw a laid-back Azul because I just wanted him to feel totally secure and peaceful in his environment. Behind this all evil controlling mafia boss, there must be a soft Azul well hidden 🥺

I just imagine Azul sitting on a couch and crossing his legs in a very relaxed way because I noticed he usually crosses them in a "formal" way. Of course he cannot resist reading one of his last contracts and he's holding his favorite coin. I assumed these are items that make him feel in his comfort zone. Ok the open shirt and the loose straps I added them for the pleasure of the eyes. Evil Azul as well...

As he seems to control every aspect of his life in order to look impeccable mostly in front of people around him, I just assume this must be an exhausting lifestyle to keep up on long term.

Through this illustration, I just wanted to express that performing and being at the top all the time is mentally exhausting (and yes I might be referring a bit to myself as well…) and enjoying life just the way it is without planning or controlling everything is also important for your mental health. Anyway, I am going very deep in the meaning of this drawing but as weird as it might sound, it made me feel better drawing Azul with all this in mind. These are quite the things I’ve been dealing with lately and I needed to share it.

Another version of Azul with a different gradient map I like and a small animation I created with Azul feeling a bit alone after an exhausting week:

Through this animation, I assume Azul might have his moments where he can relax a bit more but would do it hidden from the others even the twins. So what’s better than your own Tsum appearing and giving you the love you deserve. Yes Azul, you’re enough as you are without performing all the time you precious baby boy.

the tsums are so cute omg (ᗒᗨᗕ) all of the tsums seem to be more reckless than their human counterparts which makes me think that when jade’s tsum sees yuu afar from a distance he just zooms to them! forget the indifferent and sly facade jade tries to put on because his tsum is just cuddling up and begging for attention

or azul’s tsum sees yuu at the lounge and uses its cuteness to yuu to hold them and azul comes out his office because his angelfish is here but is shocked to see his tsum looking at him all evil-like while yuu keeps holding on to them tight, ignorant of the staring contest happening

and we know how protective sebek is towards people he cares about so while yuu and him are in different classes sebek’s tsum is with yuu guarding them like a loyal knight! Sebek is having mixed emotions because of course his tsum is a prime example of chivalry but the one protecting yuu should be him!

omg and the guys just screaming at how adorable yuu’s tsum is (＾▽＾) and look how their tsum and yuu’s tsum are acting all lovey dovey perhaps they should follow in their tsum’s footsteps (or plush legs?).

Sebek? The ultimate tsundere? Tsum Sebek doesn't know the definition of tsundere, it's simply fulfilling its role as an excellent knight and suitor!

All of them have competition now. And against a plushie bean version of them of all things! Oh well, at least they have this cute little Tsum version of you! It's so cute and sweet, nuzzling his leg! At least, it's cute until their tsum comes and knocks him back, angrily taking its spot next to your tsum.

Now the two of you are awkwardly standing to the side as the tsums cuddle and kiss. (Or you think. They're pressing their faces against each other, sooo you think so.) Perhaps they should take your blushing face as a sign and follow suit…

So I was playing Tsum Tsum JP, and in this event I saw the disney villain tsums doing a band. As soon as I saw it my brain went "I MUST DRAW THIS IN TWST NOW"

So here is the result. Malleus, Azul, Idia, Jamil, and Vil in a band, doing a concert

Personally I imagine them performing this song, since Maleficent was in the center and this was the one rock song I know
