@gothamcenzine gotham: the centennial issue is a gotham based fashion zine that i'm in and it's currently open for pre-orders until december 15th! here is a preview of my piece featuring the gotham city sirens in some iconic alexander mcqueen dresses.

Review:

A super cute magazine zine inspired by the Batfamily and villains of Gotham! Filled with stunning artwork, fun quizzes, and interviews! I absolutely adored this magazine. It had gorgeous artwork and it is the perfect read for fans of Batman! From quizzes about which batfamily member you are to interviews with the Gotham City Sirens. It had a ton of fun ads but with Batman redesigns!

Artist Applications for my zine are now open from 8/20-9/10!

A little information:

This is a zine featuring a blend of my ‘best’ bat family fanfictions, and brand new fanfiction (all are in the second person ‘x reader’ format and will be PoC inclusive and GN)

Artists will be required to make companion art for these fanfictions (there is a lot of creative liberty but they need to tie in)

This is a for-profit zine, and a portion of the profit will be divided amongst all contributors if the zine breaks even. A digital zine will be provided to all contributors regardless of whether the zine breaks even or not.

This is a physical zine anticipated to be about 70+ pages.

You will need to provide three sample pieces of art, Batman pieces are not required but highly encouraged!

An ideal candidate will have a strong style - (spot art can be a simple black and white sketch)

Please be passionate about my work and this zine! I understand some people just want to be in a zine and don’t care about the topic, but because this is basically a book of my work from the last six years I’d really like to include people who are passionate about my work.

Schedule:

Artist Apps - August 20th - September 10th

Decision - September 17th

Assignments- September 24th

First check in - October 8th

Second check in - October 22nd

Final submission - November 5th

Tentative publication - November/December
