DC x DP Prompt:
As a result of being raised around (albeit corrupted) ectoplasm his entire life, coupled with his death and subsequent resurrection, Damian Wayne is quite more than a little liminal. Still, it wasn't quite enough to push him to halfa status. That is, until Batman decided that sending Jason Todd to a unknown 'ghost doctor' in an unfamiliar dimension with the alleged ghost king as a guide was too risky, leading to the majority of the Batfamily cramming into the Spectral Speeder to tag along.
As it turned out, the raw ectoplasm that made up the Zone was more than enough to push Damian into a full halfa status.
This mission just got a lot more complicated.

More ghost speak
Hmph. I wanna draw but don’t have any of my art supplies on me, so fuck it let’s do some worldbuilding instead. A while ago I made a post on Danny’s ghost speak, which I headcanon as sounding like a variety of sounds related to a the ghost in question’s death. Usually there’s two or three sounds either layered on top of each other or in sequence, and which specific sounds are used depends on what’s being said. Verbally it’s very much a Vibes kinda language, so not all the sounds are necessarily bad/scary.
So, with all that being said, let’s make this dpxdc and make an incomplete list of the sounds of Jason’s ghost speak!
-a child’s joyful laughter
-deranged, manic laughter
-broken, gasping sobs
-the sound of metal hitting flesh
-the crack of bones breaking
-the tick, tick, ticking of a bomb
-fire crackling
-a young voice begging, please make it stop
-wind rushing past your ears
-a low, rumbling voice, sounding of safety and pride
-that same voice, but sounding of disappointment-anger-you-should-know-better
-which-hurts-worse-a-or-b
-the muffled sound of an arguing father and older brother
-an uncertain voicemail, left for an older brother who isn’t there to hear
-a woman’s voice, desperate and betrayed
-the whistle of a birdarang sailing through the air
-agonized gasps and screams of pain
-a broken, breathless whisper crying out for dad
-a crowbar being scraped along a cement floor
-a childish voice, full of confidence and pride
-the swish of a cape flying through the air
-wet, rattling coughs
-the Robin Cackle(tm)*
-a muffled, desperate cry of ROBIN from the other side of a locked metal door
*if you don’t know what I’m talking about, the young justice show has a p good rendition. I firmly believe it’s something all Robins learn how to do as an intimidation tactic

Lab met au
Often seen posts where Danny escapes to Gotham from GIW and the batfam helps him. Often accompanied by an adoption. This au is not unlike those in that regard, Danny hides in Gotham, the family adopts him and begins to straighten out the GIW. Together they develop tactics to fight the GIW and save the ghosts. Bats helps take down GIW personnel and wipe data from their servers, while Danny uses his powers to bring the ghosts back to the Ghost Zone. One day, while conducting an operation to free the ghosts from a GIW lab, Danny discovers a human in one of the cells. His ghostly sense reacts to him, and Denny recognizes the face - it's Jason Todd, the dead Robin. Denny tries to hide his joy at meeting him, but immediately whisks Jason away for a medical checkup in the Ghost Zone. When Jason learns that Denny is the newest addition to the Batman family, he forbids Denny from talking about himself. Jason believes that no one missed him, and Bruce probably didn't want him back after his presumed death. A competition between Danny and Jason begins. Danny tries to prove that the family would be happy to see him again, while Jason, having been in the Ghost Zone for a couple of months to recover, criticizes any evidence Danny provides.

Tiny baby ghost
idea from Prompt for @silverblueglitter
part 2 and 3 are out Masterpost
The summoning circle glowed an eerie green, casting sharp shadows around the Justice League's meeting chamber. John Constantine, sleeves rolled up and cigarette dangling from his lips, muttered the last words of the incantation. The room held a tense silence, broken only by the faint hum of the magical energy.
When the green smoke cleared, instead of the imposing figure of the Ghost King they’d expected, a scrawny teenager in a black jumpsuit with white gloves and boots appeared, looking distinctly unimpressed.
“Seriously?!” Danny Phantom groaned, throwing up his hands. “It’s a school night!”
The room collectively blinked. Superman and Wonder Woman exchanged confused glances. Batman’s eyes narrowed behind his cowl, while the Batkids—perched around the room like chaotic gargoyles—leaned forward, intrigued.
“This… is the Ghost King?” Nightwing asked, his voice skeptical but amused.
“Ghost King?” Danny repeated, holding up a hand. “Nope. Wrong guy. Try again.”
“Clearly, this is a child,” Robin said flatly, stepping forward with his arms crossed. “Either the summoning ritual failed, or we’ve been deceived.”
“Who are you calling a child, mini-Nightmare?” Danny shot back, floating an inch off the ground to look taller. “I’m fifteen. How old are you, eight?”
“I am fourteen, you insufferable spirit,” Robin snapped, glaring daggers at him. “And you are woefully unqualified to speak to me in such a tone.”
Danny rolled his eyes. “Yeah, okay, Robin Junior. Let me know when you grow a sense of humor.”
Red Hood, perched casually on a table nearby, barked out a laugh. “I like this kid already.”
Robin scowled. “You would.”
Red Hood swung his legs off the table, standing to his full height. “Alright, Casper, if you’re not the Ghost King, why’d this ritual grab you instead?”
“That’s a great question! Wish I knew!” Danny said, throwing up his hands.
Constantine frowned, stepping closer. “You’re definitely ghostly, mate, and half-alive by the looks of you.” His sharp gaze softened just slightly. “You’re a bloody halfa.”
Danny froze, eyes darting to the swirling green barrier still holding him in the circle (not really). “I’m a ghost. And yeah, I’m alive. What’s it to you?”
Batman loomed closer, his deep voice cutting through the room. “If you’re not the Ghost King, why does this summoning work?”
“Great question! Wish I knew!” Danny threw up his arms again, his ectoplasm glowing faintly in frustration. “I don’t even know who you are, and you’ve already ruined my night! or Maybe the universe hates me. That’d explain a lot!”
“Who even made this circle?” Red Hood asked, pointing at Constantine. “Did you check it? It’s glowing green. That’s ghost vibes, man.”
“Thanks for the observation, Red Hood,” Constantine said dryly. “What gave it away, the ectoplasm or the ghost?”
“You are in no position to demand answers,” Batman growled.
“Oh my god, you’re worse than my parents,” Danny muttered.
Before Batman could respond, the air grew colder. A heavy, oppressive presence filled the room as green flames erupted in the middle of the chamber. From the flames stepped Pariah Dark, fully armored and radiating raw power, his glowing eyes zeroing in on Danny.
The League tensed, weapons at the ready, but Pariah didn’t even look at them. Instead, his expression softened in a way that could only be described as paternal as he reached out and plucked Danny out of the circle like a child grabbing a stuffed animal.
“Who dares summon my child?” Pariah rumbled, his deep voice shaking the room. He cradled Danny in one massive hand as though he were the most precious treasure in existence. Danny, for his part, just sighed and leaned against one of Pariah’s fingers.
“Dad, chill. They’re not trying to hurt me—” Danny shot a glare at Batman, “—yet.”
“‘Dad’?” Robin echoed, utterly baffled.
“They stressed him out,” Pariah continued as if Danny hadn’t spoken. “This is the third time in two weeks. Do you know how much sleep he’s lost? He has school!”
Pariah’s gaze darkened. “The third summoning this week,” he growled. “And for what? To disrupt his rest? His studies?”
“Studies?” Robin repeated incredulously. “This alleged ‘Ghost Prince’ is concerned with—”
“School,” Red Hood supplied helpfully, smirking. “That tracks. He’s just a kid.”
“I’M NOT JUST A KID!” Danny protested, his voice cracking slightly. Jason snorted.
Before anyone else could respond, Fright Knight materialized beside Pariah, his armor gleaming and his sword crackling with ghostly energy. He took one look at the summoning circle and grimaced.
“Shall I eliminate the offenders, my liege?” he asked Pariah, his grip tightening on his sword.
“No!” Danny yelped, waving his hands frantically. “No eliminating, no smiting! We talked about this, remember?”
Pariah sighed, his massive shoulders slumping. “They stressed you out,” he rumbled. “They should pay.”
“They’ll be fine,” Danny muttered. “Just… let me handle it, okay?”
“‘Fine,’ he says,” Red Hood muttered. “We’re seconds away from getting blasted into the afterlife.”
Robin's hand drifted toward his sword, his eyes darting between Pariah and Fright Knight. “This is absurd. We are the Justice League. Surely, we are not so easily—”
“Shut it, kid,” Consttantine interrupted. “Unless you want to test if we’re actually ‘fine.’”
Danny groaned. “Can we not do this right now?”
Wonder Woman stepped forward, her voice calm but firm. “We summoned you because we need the Ghost King’s aid to stop a catastrophic magical event threatening the world.”
“Then why not summon him?” Danny snapped. “I’m not the king!”
“Yet the ritual brought you,” Batman said, his voice a mix of curiosity and accusation.
Pariah’s gaze darkened. “The crown does not transfer unless challenged. And none shall dare challenge my son.”
Danny squirmed in his ghost-dad’s grip. “Okay, Dad, they get it. Can you not threaten to destroy the world for five minutes?”
Pariah huffed but gently set Danny down, though he remained close, a looming shadow of protective menace.
Constantine rubbed his temples, muttering something about “bloody teenagers” and “overprotective ghost tyrants.” Meanwhile, the Batkids exchanged glances, clearly plotting something.
Danny sighed. “Look, I’ll help you guys with your big, scary magical problem, but can we make it quick? I have a chem test tomorrow.”

Okay, so I just thought of this.
DPXDC
Weapon Expert Danny Todd?
Part 2? Jason's POV
So imagine Danny waking up after running away from Amity Park (reveal gone wrong AU) only to wake up in a different dimension with a different identity. Like he wakes up in a hospital bed with Jason Todd, the 6'4, 260, tank of a man, worriedly and frantically shooting off questions about how Danny feels and if he's sore.
Danny has no idea what's going on. Instead of answering the asked questions, he just asks a few of his own.
"Uh... Who are you and where am I?"
Cue to Jason having an absolute mental down because his husband doesn't remember who he is and that he was almost killed. Jason carefully explains to Danny who he is and what happened. Apparently, the Danny of this dimension is heavily sought after by Heroes and Villains because of weapons he's made in the past.
This led to him being attacked because of some rouge (not the Joker because Jason would've killed the Joker during the time of his coma), wanting a weapon made by him, and he refused. Since he refused, the rouge nearly killed him for his "sass," according to Jason. Jason had found him barely alive in their warehouse, and all the weapons he was "tinkering" with were gone too.
While all this information notices something off with his surroundings. He didn't notice it at first, but there was a low off rhythm hum that was slightly echoing the hospital room. When Danny finally focused back when he realized where the humming was coming from. His husband and his core didn't look right.
Looks like Danny had to do some research. Because there were some things that just didn't make sense. His so-called husband had a half made ghost-core, the only weapons he knew anything about had to deal with ectoplasm, and there was a weird man staring at them from the roof on the building by Danny's hospital window that looked like an emo furry.

Ghosts of Gotham: Tim Drake is a Halfa
Danny wasn’t exactly sure what he expected when he met Gotham’s infamous vigilantes, but “Red Hood smells like death and swamp water had a baby” definitely wasn’t on the list. The moment he stepped into the room, Danny gagged so hard he nearly fell out of the air.
“Holy Ancients,” he wheezed, covering his nose. “What in the name of all things unholy is that?”
Jason, already not thrilled about the random glowing stranger showing up, tilted his helmeted head. “What’s what?”
“That! You! You smell like—oh, man. I can’t even describe it.” Danny waved his hand in front of his face like it might help. “It’s like if ectoplasm went rancid and then you rolled in it for three days straight. Dude, do you know what’s going on with your ecto-situation?”
Jason took a threatening step forward. “You wanna say that again?”
Danny floated higher, clearly not intimidated. “Oh, I’ll say it again. You stink. And not just like regular stink. Like ghost stink. Like, ‘this is a health code violation, and the Ghost Zone is going to fine you’ stink. How are you even standing there right now? Anyone from Amity Park would be side-eyeing you so hard you’d feel it in your soul—what’s left of it, anyway.”
Jason stared, his body language radiating murderous intent. “You are two seconds away from eating pavement, Casper.”
Danny, unbothered, pointed at his own chest. “Excuse me, Phantom. Casper wishes he could pull this look off.”
“Phantom,” Dick interrupted, trying and failing not to laugh, “maybe we could focus on the introductions first?”
Danny gave Jason one last look of pity and floated down. “Fine, fine. But seriously, Big Red, we’re going to have to talk about that. I’ll fix it later. No need to thank me.”
Jason looked ready to commit murder, but Bruce’s glare cut him off before he could say anything.
Once the chaos settled, introductions were exchanged, and things calmed down—relatively speaking. Danny, as it turned out, was impossible to fully calm down. He buzzed around the room like he had endless energy, chatting and throwing out quips that seemed to simultaneously amuse and irritate everyone.
Then Danny’s gaze landed on Red Robin, and everything shifted.
Danny tilted his head, his glowing green eyes narrowing slightly. For a moment, his usual chaos quieted, curiosity taking over. “Huh,” he said softly, almost to himself.
Tim stiffened, his body going taut as though preparing for impact.
Danny floated closer, peering at him with an unnervingly intense expression. “You’re like me.”
Tim’s heart skipped a beat, and he immediately stepped back, his movements sharp and jerky. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“Yes, you do,” Danny said, and his tone was too soft for the others to hear the shift in it. “You’re like me. You’re—”
Tim’s hand twitched at his side, as though debating whether to reach for something or retreat entirely. “Don’t,” he said sharply, his voice low.
Danny blinked, then realization dawned on his face. “Wait… they don’t know, do they?”
“What don’t we know?” Bruce cut in, his voice sharp with suspicion.
Danny ignored him, his gaze locked on Tim. “Oh, man. I’m sorry. I didn’t—”
Tim’s eyes darted toward Danny, his frown deepening as uncertainty clouded his features. He shifted his weight, his fingers twitching at his sides as if fighting the urge to bolt.
He took a step back, then another, his movements slow and almost imperceptible. His breathing quickened, shallow and uneven, as though the air itself had grown heavier. The space around him seemed to shimmer faintly, a distortion that matched the anxiety rippling across his face.
Danny reached out, concern etched in his expression, but Tim flinched. His lips parted as if to say something, but no words came. Instead, the shimmering intensified, and with each passing second, Tim grew more translucent, his form fading like a mirage under the moon.
By the time Danny blinked, Tim was gone, leaving only a faint disturbance in the air where he had been.
The bats froze, their eyes darting around the room.
“What the hell just happened?” Jason demanded, reaching for his guns. “Where’d he go?”
“Did you do something?” Damian snapped at Danny, his hand already on his katana.
“Whoa, whoa, whoa!” Danny held up his hands, his eyes wide with excitement. “Not me! That was all him! Holy Ancients—he can turn invisible?!” A grin split his face as he practically vibrated in place. “This is awesome! Wait—does he shoot ecto-beams too? Or, oh, what if he’s got some crazy transformation I’ve never even seen before? This just keeps getting better!”
Bruce’s expression darkened. “You need to explain. Now.”
Danny sighed, his excitement fading as realization set in. “Okay, but first, I need to go find him. Because if he’s anything like me, he’s probably freaking out right now. So… bye!”
He phased through the floor before anyone could stop him.
———
Danny found Tim perched on the edge of Wayne Industries, staring out at the Gotham skyline. He floated over cautiously, his boots touching down softly on the rooftop.
“Hey,” Danny said, his voice quiet. “Mind if I sit?”
Tim didn’t respond, but he didn’t tell him to leave either, so Danny took that as permission. He sat down cross-legged, giving Tim some space.
They stayed like that for a while, the silence heavy but not unbearable.
Finally, Danny broke it. “Okay, so… not to ruin the moment, but can we talk about how you've had to endure Jason’s ecto-stench this entire time? Because seriously, that’s gotta be a health violation. I mean, I'm half-dead, and even I think it’s concerning. Someone needs to dunk him in a pool of purified ectoplasm or something. I’m gonna file a complaint with—”
Tim laughed. It was soft and brief, but it was real.
Danny grinned, leaning back on his hands. “There it is. I knew you had a laugh in there somewhere.”
Tim sighed, his shoulders loosening slightly. “You’re… a lot,” he admitted.
“I know,” Danny said proudly. “But I grow on people. Like mold. Or fungus.”
Tim huffed another laugh, shaking his head. For a moment, the tension eased, and Danny let the silence settle again before speaking more seriously.
“Look,” Danny said, his voice softer, “I’m sorry I outed you like that. I didn’t know. And if they give you crap about it, I’ll personally make their lives miserable. But… you’re not alone in this, okay? I mean, yeah, it sucks. A lot. But you’ve got me now, because there’s no way we’re not becoming best friends now, and I get it.”
Tim looked at him, his eyes glassy but steady. “Thanks,” he said quietly. He hesitated, his gaze dropping to the floor. “Do you really get it? I mean, you know what it’s like to…” His voice trailed off, thick with hesitation.
Danny tilted his head, his tone softer now. “Yeah. I know what it’s like.”
Tim let out a breath, shaky but determined. “I died.. a few months ago.”
Danny blinked but didn’t say anything, giving Tim space to continue.
“Harley—she caught me. Took me, actually. I was gone for weeks. They—she—handed me over to Joker. It was like a… gift. She thought it’d fix their relationship or something, I don’t know.” Tim’s voice faltered, his gaze flickering to the floor as if the memories were too much to hold. “I held out as long as I could. I kept fighting, kept trying to survive, but…”
He shook his head, his hands clenching into fists at his sides. “Weeks of it. Beatings. Electrocutions. I don’t even remember the exact moment my heart stopped. I just… wasn’t there anymore.”
Danny stayed quiet, his face a mix of empathy and understanding.
“Harley panicked,” Tim continued, his words tumbling out like a confession. “She thought she’d gone too far, that Joker would kill her next. So she tried shocking me back. Guess she half-suceeded? I only came back halfway.” He gestured at himself vaguely, his hands trembling. “I’m not the same. I’m not… whole.”
Danny nodded slowly. "You’re stuck between," he said, offering the words with quiet reassurance.
Tim nodded, biting his lip. “Yeah. Between.” He paused, looking up at Danny. “I haven’t told anyone because… how do you tell them something like that? How do you tell your family you’re not really alive? That their search was all in vain? That I still died, even though they looked so hard for me? I can’t make them think they failed.” His voice wavered. “They were so scared when they found me…”
Danny stayed with him in the silence, his presence a steady comfort.
Tim exhaled slowly, rubbing his face. “I thought I was weak. I thought if I told them what really happened, they’d think I was broken. And I didn’t want to be a burden.” He looked up at Danny. “I’m still not used to this. Not used to being… like this. I don’t even know how to control it—sometimes I phase through walls, other times I get stuck halfway. And the invisibility thing… I can’t even make it work without disappearing when I get too emotional.”
Danny’s gaze softened with understanding as he leaned in slightly, his voice steady but gentle. He hummed thoughtfully, “It’s a lot to handle all at once.”
Tim's shoulders slumped as he leaned closer to Danny, “I’ve been trying to figure out how to control it, but every time I get close, something goes wrong. And I didn’t want anyone to think I was weak or… freakish, so I kept pretending everything was fine. It was easier that way. Easier than explaining… all this.” He exhaled slowly, the exhaustion in his voice evident. “At least it was… until you showed up.”
Danny reached out, resting a hand on Tim’s arm in a quiet gesture of comfort. “I don’t think you’re a freak. You’re just different, like me. But that doesn’t make you broken. You’re still you.” He paused, meeting Tim’s gaze. “I know what it’s like.. to feel different, freakish, the whole nine yards. For what it’s worth? You're handling it a lot better than I did.”
Tim gave him a tight smile, the first real one in a while. “Thanks. It helps. More than you know.”
———
When they returned to the Batcave, Tim sat down with the others, Danny sticking close by his side. Tim took a deep breath and told them everything—about being captured by Harley, the weeks of torture at the Joker’s hands, the electrocutions that had stopped his heart. About how Harley had panicked and shocked him back to life, halfway. How he wasn’t entirely human anymore.
The family listened, their expressions ranging from horror to guilt to anger. Jason looked ready to kill someone, and Bruce’s usually stoic face betrayed a crack of regret. Tim hesitated as he explained why he hadn’t told them sooner, his voice faltering but honest.
Tim’s voice cracked slightly as he spoke, “I didn’t want you to think you failed… that you searched for me for nothing,"
Danny stayed quiet but stayed close, resting a hand on Tim’s shoulder. “For the record,” he said, glaring at the others, “if any of you give him crap about this, you’re gonna have to deal with me. And trust me, I will make your lives miserable.”
Tim gave him a small, grateful smile. For the first time, he didn’t feel quite so alone.

Started reading this fanfiction, not disappointed, very fun
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Finished him! Color looks a lot different in person. My phone and the lighting washed it out some.
This is some concept art for Ghost King Father!Jason todd as he eventually appears in my fic, Imprint.
Decided to slap the Red Hood bat on his chest like a breast plate and I really like the way it looks. Still tweaking colors and making final decisions on the face, but I think I'll stay with these horns. And the crown is still undecided but this is kind of what I ended up finally thinking of. I went with green jewels to go with his eyes and Lazlo (name pending? Let me know what you think. Might run a poll soon on the Pit tiger's name).
Anyway this was a much bigger undertaking than I thought it would be when I started, but it was one hell of a stretch to get back into making art again.
(Sorry about the state of my signature, lmfao. I'm in the middle of designing one and I'm playing with ideas)
Media is basically whatever I found in the kitchen sink and then some. Anyway, it's time for a nap.

Prompt 283
Now Jason would like it known that there was no mpreg situation going on. He isn’t even sure where people got that idea in the first place. Sure, he had taken a few Cores from the goons-in-white who had dared to set up in his turf.
And sure maybe the excess energy from the pit (no wonder he’d been so irritable) was what said baby halfas (Okay, so they’re half human? Alright) had used to reform. And maybe the oldest is visibly less than a year old.
But there Was No Mpreg Situation! He is this close to shooting someone! It was annoying (and slightly amusing) when it was just his goons, but now the Bats have seemingly got it in their heads! Dear Gotham it’s a good thing he’s not planning on like, ever revealing who he is because he would never be able to live this rumor down.
[Winged Ghosts Au too, that seems to be getting lost in reblogs when it's just in the tags lol]

Gotham was welcoming of Amity Parkers.
not as loving as with her own but she was way more patient with the people of her friend that any other outsiders.
so the people of Amity those Liminal and aware of her tried to pay her kindness back, to a reasonable degree of course but they could help and she let them stay so they did.
Paulina took it upon herself to make a nice place in the fashion district, she sold some charms to help with the curses as much as she could.
Sam being Sam opened a surprisingly Ivy Approved community garden and was very hard to convince not to join the Eco-terrorist but they managed to, thankfully.
the Fentons designed filters to help the 'Parkers but it was good for the city too if too little to do much.
Val hadn't moved here (yet) but she visited often enough and each visit volunteered somewhere.
Gotham grown to adore them almost as their own, she even hid them from the bats for a while to let them settle (and maybe help her more before her Knight inevitably got paranoid)
Gotham laughed when her King stumbled into her Red Knight, you could hear it in subtle ways the sounds of the night flowed just a little too much like a giggle.
Hood did deserve more good things she's proud of herself!

If someone ever writes this, they could call it "Two Halfas Make a Whole"
It does pose the question though, if that just happens when a Halfa is created, then what dead soul ended up with half of Vlad's life? Maybe a villain? And maybe the bleed-over is more intense in their case than just dreams and that's why Vlad is such a creep? I don't know enough DC to figure out who would suit that role though. Any suggestions?
Maybe there could be some thing where Halfa pairs get a power boost by being near each other??
Or conversely, Halfas are already too powerful, so whenever one is created, the other half forms someone meant to be their opposite as a form of debuff to maintain the balance. Kinda like a destined nemesis almost? But since Vlad and Danny never met their opposites, they ended up fighting each other instead.
I have to get this idea out there, sorry for the inconvenience.
The date when Danny hit the button that turned him into a Halfa was the exact same date when Jason Todd was resurrected, in fact the events happened at the exact same time and a link was formed as Danny wound up giving up half of his lifeforce to breath life into Jason. Since then Danny has had dreams of being a mask wearing vigilante or drams of lurking in shadows of a Gothic city, dreams that he chalked up to action movies and junk food. Meanwhile Jason has dreams of being a crime fighting ghost or dreams of being a semi-regular teenager but unlike Danny, Jason is a son of the Batman and does some digging on the sly into the dreams. One night, just before bed Danny looks at the mirror and is surprised to see the man from his dreams staring back at him instead of his reflection. The lights flicker and when they come back, he is the Phantom and the guy from his dreams is now wearing a read helmet-mask. When the lights flicker again it is revealed that only Danny's reflection stares back at him but while Danny brushes it off and goes to bed, Jason Todd is shocked by the trick of the mirror all the way in Gotham. After being welcomed back into the Batclan, Jason sets forth to find the kid from his dreams and to find out why he's been having dreams of him.
No inconvenience ~ Ooo That sounds like an interesting way to get them to find each other. Honestly reminds me of kingdom hearts :I in strange way LOL But yes~ Jason the one to search for him as Danny like ok this is a thing : I

Superboy Prime punched through the multiverse. This, of course, defeated the enemy he was fighting that was trying to destroy the world, but multidimensional punches dont just affect the mortal plane.
The ghost zone, the infinite realms, felt the punch like a nuclear blast. Haunts destroyed, ghosts displaced through time and space. It was chaos.
Whats worse? Danny's friend is missing.
Danny had met Robin in the GZ during one of his adventures, the two dead teen vigilantes took to each other like ducks to water. Danny helped Robin learn about being a ghost and Robin taught Danny life skills such as: throwing a punch, lockpicking, and how not to fall for obvious traps that villians set up.
Even Sam and Tucker had met Robin, although since Robin was such a new ghost he wasnt strong enough to leave the zone for long. Young ghosts (halfas aside) needed to spend the first decade or two in the zone before they were stable enough to go back to the mortal side. Danny had offered to fly to gotham with a message for batman, but robin had declined.
Batman and he had had a fight before he died, the guy probably didnt want to see or hear about the robin that failed after all.
Robin had forbidden Danny and the others from looking into Gotham.
Danny would not be in Gotham if his friend hadn't disappeared after the sonic attack that had rocked the ghost zone. He had no idea who Robin had been under the mask. Even in death, his friend had not shared his secret identity. But Danny needed to find his friend before he destabilized into ectoplasmic goop.
So now Danny has to find Batman, convince the guy that ghosts are real and that his adopted son Robin is a ghost. He manages to find the bat signal on top of the GCPD and hails the hero.
Who has a new robin with him.
It hadnt even been a year!!! Batman had replaced his friend with a younger model, this one was wearing pants instead of shorts!! What the hell!!!
Danny is so offended that if he didn't need Batman's help to save Robin, he would so punch the guy in the face. Multiple times.
Danny explains the problem to Batman and FAKE Robin all while keeping his cool.
"His ghost probably ended up near his grave. Just get me to the cemetery, if he's there, i can find him and save him before he fades forever."
Batman agrees.
Internally, Bruce is bluescreening. His mind is just thinking: Jason. Jason. Jason. Jason! Over and over again. He needed to get to his son. Right now.
Tim wasn't expecting his first mission as Robin to go like this, he had just finished his training, but nothing he had trained for prepared him for a ghost that told him that he met Jason while fighting a magic ghost dragon.
When all three get to the cemetary, they find Jason Todd's grave empty. A hole in the grass, just wide enough for a person to crawl through. The casket has a hole punched through it. Parts of the suit Jason was buried in were torn off and caught on splinters of the wood.
"I am gonna be honest. I did not know zombies were a thing." said the ghost.
With that, all hell breaks loose in Gotham.

(I woke from dead sleep to write this. Please enjoy. If you put this on TT I want credit:(. )
So we all know the fics where Danny is de-aged then thrown in the DC dimension to be found by the Batfam right?
This is that but reversed. Now who would be the best for this?
Jason it’s Jason. Reasons? For this idea I am going with either halfa Jason or reverent but I’m leaning towards the first option you’ll see why.
He gets hit with something while helping the bats with a new face in Gotham. That something de-ages him to the age his cores age. (Let’s say he’s like four to six years old) in front of the entire fam. Then the new face in Gotham yoinks the baby RH and dips through a green portal.
Of course Jason fights, he’s now a farel child half ghost who’s got way to many big feels for this.
He managed to get away only it’s to late and he’s sent falling helplessly through the Infinite Realms. It’s the last of his luck that a natural portal opens in his path that spits him out in-front of Our boy Danny Fenton.
Danny takes one look at the baby halfa with features so similar to his own, notices the messed up Ecto (maybe a damaged core?) and thinks that Vlad made another clone of him.
At least he seems stable and not in any immediate danger.
Danny takes home a screaming and struggling toddler he has now adopted mentally cause of ghost instincts.
What are the Batfam gonna do? Come for Jason? They litterally watched bro turn into a child and get kidnapped infront of them. I want the the ANGST over it while Jason is living it up with team phantom and getting clean Ecto to replace his rage juice.

First prompt???
So somehow, Danny lives in Gotham. It can be vivisection, running away, going to college, or reveal gone well and he needs to get out if amity park. He ends up in crime alley, and meets Hood. It can be Hood chasing him or anything. But Hood learns how to use his ecto and learns how to make his eyes flash green on command.
So Jason tries to intimidate this person by making his eyes shine green (the green shines from behind the mask (or domino if you’d prefer)) but fails because this random civilian isnt scared.
Danny on the other hand is already tired because of something and is like ‘exCUSE ME? You think your scary?? I can do that shit too.’ And flashes his eyes even brighter before he can think and sees the the RED HOOD is flabbergasted.
Im not creative enough to make a fic of this, but thought of danny getting defensive and one upping Jason is so funny to me.

Ok but imagine that while getting Jason to the far frozen Danny drops the bombs that one of the only halfas is his Clone/Daughter and how she was created.
Jason: Can I have the Name and address of this Plasmius? I want to shoot him, consider it a Christmas present. 😈
Danny: 😳 Best. Christmas. Ever!
Ouija Board At Bat Gas (Dead On Main)
Bat Gas was an unfortunate little, dingy, abandoned gas station situated just outside of Crime Alley in an area where it couldn't be said to be part of The Alley, but was close enough that anyone not from there would never dare to fill up their tanks there in fear of getting mugged and none of the residents of Crime Alley ever bothered filling their tanks, if the car they were using ran out, most just simply jumped at the opportunity to steal another. Safe to say, the gas station hadn't lasted long in the business world.
Thus, it sat there, vines overgrowing the concrete flooring and winding up the empty fuel pumps. Like all abandoned things in Gotham, stories of ghosts haunting and wails of grief filled any conversation about Bat Gas. Many of the street kids liked to make dares out of venturing into the den and going so far as to touch one of the pumps. Risks of rubber bound vipers striking out, possessed by a vengeful spirit, only seemed to fill them with determination to complete the dares of their friends.
Perhaps those stories were what brought Jason Todd out at bat gas on December 25th, a Ouija Board in hand. The original plans to spend the holidays at the Wayne Manor had been scrapped with the raging of pits and glow of green eyes leaving every other member of his family walking on tip toes around him. Normally that would mean ditching Jason Todd for the comfort of Red Hood, except there were no issues in Crime Alley for Hood to take care of. Every bastard seemed to have scampered into hiding in time for the New Year. So, he was left as he was, a lost Jason Todd just looking for some way to ignore the mess of his life on Christmas Day.
So. He was going to use a Ouija Board to see if Bat Gas was actually haunted. What could he lose? His dignity if anyone stumbled upon him? He forsook that years ago.
Walking onto the cracked concrete, it was like an icy wave of contentment washed over him. Any lingering Pit Rage simmered beneath the surface before mellowing out completely. The knots in his chest unwrapped themselves and all that seemed left within him was a feeling of light-weightiness. Like the feeling when he was grappling between buildings and he was falling falling falling until the hook's line tightened and he was flying back up. He wasn't sure he had felt this way since the day he awoke half alive half monster.
(There was definitely something dead here. It was just so familiar. He would never be able to explain the feeling, but it was as if he was bathing in less angry Lazarus Pits.)
Danny perked up as the presence of a halfa (liminal? halfa? he couldn't tell exactly, something seemed off with both descriptions, but halfa was definitely the closest between them) entered the neat little gas station he had decided to make his temporary haunt.
He had decided to haunt the abandoned Bat Gas he had heard others talking about during Christmas, not wanting to deal with questions on why he didn't celebrate. (Seriously, after all the arguments every year and that one time with the possessed candy cane, he had given up any sort of Christmas Spirit he may have had before.) After visiting Mars last year on Christmas Day, he family had given up all hope of trying to get in contact with him for the entire day. So, he knew he would be free to haunt the cool looking gas station with no one hunting him down and trying to stick him in front of a tree with too many blinking lights and gaudy paper wrapping unnecessary trinkets he'll lose between his ribs after like three days.
But! There was a halfa entering his new haunt! And they were maybe ill! He had to see what that was about!
Peeking over the roof he was situated on, he watched as someone continued walking, something weird and rectangular looking in their arms. Tilting his head to the side, he slowly floated down, staying invisible as he took a peak at the stranger.
His eyes narrowed in on the rectangle object in the halfas arms. They placed it on the concrete, giving Danny room to finally look and- ohmygodwasthataouijaboard?! HE WAS GETTING OUIJA BOARDED! HE WAS SO GOING TO SHOVE THIS IN SKULKER'S FACE THE NEXT TIME THEY FOUGHT! THIS WAS EONS WORTH OF BRAGGING RIGHTS! HE WAS GETTING OUIJA BOARDED!
Silently clearing his throat, he sat in front of the halfa, allowing him to get a good look and... fuck, he was hot. Like, thighs that could absolutely crush a watermelon hot. Hair wind swept back with a little white etched into the front hot. A boyish, smugish, hottish face that just screamed danger hot. Hot enough this man could probably melt his ghost ice hot. Did Danny mention he was hot?
Maybe if his Christmases were always spent getting Ouija boarded by incredibly hot maybe halfas he'd have more Christmas Spirit. Santa, he knows you're real, send him this halfa again next Christmas and maybe he'll actually respect you.
The new halfa furrowed his eyebrows as he concentrated setting up the Ouija board properly and Danny almost fainted from how hot he was. Patting his cheeks sharply, he concentrated on the fact that he was getting to do his first Ouija Board! He had to look cool! He had to be smooth! This halfa was hot and Danny couldn't blow it!
"Oh Ghost who haunts this gas station, can you hear my voice?" The halfa called out and Danny had to hold himself together from freaking out over the man's voice. It was just perfect. It wasn't too harsh nor did it have the silken smooth feeling most liars had. It was gruff but in an experienced shit way. Oh my Ancients he could absolutely die once more and be the happiest ghost!
He giddily grabbed the little wood whatever-it-was-called in the halfas hand and slid it towards the YES option.
Jason blinked in shock as the planchette in his hand began moving without him forcing it. He had known something not quite alive was here in the gas station, but he hadn't expected it to actually be able to communicate. "I'm Jason, do you have a name?" Slowly, it began moving once more, spelling out P-H-A-N-T-O-M. Which, he wasn't necessarily expecting such a cheesy name, but it could have been worse... probably. "Nice to meet you Phantom. Why are you haunting Bat Gas? I don't recall there being any deaths here."
I-M B-O-R-E-D.
Yeah that was actually a fair enough reason in his books.
"Is there a reason you haven't passed on? Is something tethering you here?"
A-V-O-I-D-I-N-G P-A-P-E-R-W-O-R-K
Shit? There was paperwork in the afterlife? Maybe that was why he decided to come crawling back after getting dumped in the pits. Unfortunate that being a crime lord actually had more paperwork than being a Robin ever did.
Danny was vibrating so fast it looked like that time he ate lithium batteries (it was for science!). The halfa was still talking to him! He was keeping up an interesting conversation! Ouija boarding was so much fun!
"Can you turn visible? Or is that just something movies make up?" He wanted to see Danny! He was interested in what Danny looked like! Dropping his invisibility, Jason visibly startled taking in the sudden appearance before him.
"Hello! I'm Phantom!"

Bruce Wayne died the very same night his parents were murdered brutally in front of him. In an alleyway near his favorite theater in Park Row.
Its a simple well known fact to those that are EXTREMELY closest to him.
The problem was that he just wasn't aware of how seriously true that fact was until a young ghostling approached him to talk about entering his "haunt" semi-permanently.
Both to attend university (Bruce DID have some concerns about this teenage ghost attending classes when he was dead but more so for the ghost themselves and not the students) and to talk about getting the Batman some help for his currently unstable "core".
Something that seemed to be making him run around more violently over the years compared to a regular ghosts core and was affecting his ghostling children the longer it continued like that.
Either way, Bruce was concerned that the ghost was just seeing things wrong and Danny seemed equally as concerned as to what could have POSSIBLY made his subjects core this broken inside and if it could even be fixed-
