this post serves as a bunch of manifesting exercises that i have tried and do. its simply a collection of some of my favorite manifesting exercises and it can serve as inspo or something that you'd like to try

manifesting is super fun and effortless and i think that its important to make the manifesting process fun and enjoyable and not overcomplicate it or make it seem harder than it rly is. ENJOY getting everything that u want ✨
robotic affirming - it's exactly as it sounds. its how i manifest a lot of my desires, this is def specified taste though so it won't be for everyone but i rly like it personally cuz i manifest fast with it. all u do is just choose an affirmation (1-2) and affirm it as much as possible ; while doing mundane tasks, in bed, in the shower, repetition is the key to this one. i use this for just about anything.
voice memos - this gets u into that state of mind where you're like "it already happened" so you'd make a voice memo of u talking about ur desire as if you already had it. so if im manifesting a new makeup product my voice memo would be : "today i used _ it was so GOOD. it made my lips so moisturized, i love the way it looks on me and it even smells nice" etc etc. or think of it like ur sending a voice message to a friend being super excited that one of ur manifestations materialized. i use this for sp's a lot.
saturated mind - since i like to write, i'd write vaunts and scripts and affirmations lists and when i had the time/when i wanted to do it, i would sit with a subliminal and put it on loop, and i'd time myself for x amount of time (at least 10 minutes for me) and just VAUNT and READ all of it nonstop. while writing its important to use repetition and speak about my desires in the present tense and use affirmations are customized to ur desire.
eavesdropping - this one is pretty fun i think, its just imagining that someone (friend, family member, classmate whatever) is talking about u regarding ur desire. its called the eavesdrop method bcuz its like ur eavesdropping on ppl talking about you, except their speaking about u positively.
writing a story - write a story about urself in relation to ur desire. for example, lets say u rly like cookies. you'd write a story about urself receiving the cookies, eating the cookies. how you felt when u saw the cookies, how it tasted etc etc. and be GRATEFUL as though it happened already. saying "it is done" always triggers that feeling of fullness for me.

I didnt have the energy to express that in ink but thats the ult version#adaine I truly imagine to grow up to be the perpetual t shirt and jeans person but she carries her sword everywhere#gorgugs truth is that shes just hot she can wear anything. but I do give him the skirt hike bc I love him#I really like skirt hike... such a fun thing to put in designs. if ur garment has no variance in how it falls or drapes u can do it urself#this is also a little bit of an exercise in how much of an accessory I can freehand from memory#fig's bass I straight up did not fact check for. just rawdogging it memory only. same with fandrangor and adaine's crocs#I did write in my funny little document that gorgug takes up baking and is good at it bc I think itd be good for him#to do basically chemistry and math that also feeds people#out of them... kristen and riz would be Good good at it. but riz would get way too stressed abt the recipe and kristen bakes by#eyeballing the texture. fabian likes decorating but refuses to get anywhere near the heat of an oven. adaine isnt good at it first try#and is like well my effort goes to other things actually. fig Loves baking and Nobody lets her into the kitchen#idk why this manifests so clear in my head. must be bc of recent foccacia events#living in the subtropics is hell for baking nobody try it ok? I tell u

If this message resonates with fellow shifters who are mindful of their thought processes, I encourage you to try incorporating these affirmations :
“Every night, I shift effortlessly into the void by only taking 3 deep breaths.”
(p.s it can be 5 claps , 7 glasses of water , etc . whatever suits you)
“oh but i’ve seen this technique before and it seems too simple & easy to change my whole mindset-” girl lay down and relax I BEG.
Don’t treat this exercise as a method. Changing your shitty mindset is not something that happens overnight (mostly). I dare you to prove to yourself that you’re patient enough.

Daily Affirmations
I shift on every try.
I shift unintentionally.
I shift on purpose.
I'm so glad I shifted.
I'm in my desired reality.
I woke up in another reality.
I'm my own god, my own universe.
I control the 3D.
I allow myself to shift, no matter the circumstances.
I'm so happy that shifting is so easy.
Repeat this 15 minutes straight per day and I PROMISE you would be there.

HAVING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS?
Why are you thinking negative thoughts? Why are you so obsessed with complaining?
At the end of the day, you are getting nothing out of it. On the other hand, if you live in the end, look to the 4d for confirmation and basically just control your thoughts, you are getting all your desires.
Why is one easier than the other?
Well the answer is very simple. The future is uncertain. So the human mind, to protect itself, conjures up all these thoughts and scenarios of things going horribly wrong. The logical mind wants to prepare for the worst so that you don't get hurt. That is all.
Now that we understand why it happens, how can we stop it?
What I do is very simple. When I get these anxiety ridden thoughts, I take in a deep breath, and tell myself that this is just my mind trying to protect me from something that will never happen. And then when I feel calm, I repeat my affirmations.
🎀 Practical Example 🎀
Katie is manifesting appearance change. She affirms and then after a while thinks about what will happen if it doesn't manifest? What if manifesting isn't real? What if it doesn't work?
She realises that she is having negative thoughts and so she takes in a deep breath, reminds herself and tells herself very firmly that "such things will NEVER happen", she then starts her affirmations and repeats for as long as she wants to.
It's that simple. Take away the power from your negative/undesirable thoughts. They will not manifest.
Whenever you catch yourself having negative thoughts or complaining do what I told you. Tell yourself that it (the negative circumstances) will never happen and then go about your day.
Not only will it help your manifestation journey but also your everyday mental health and wellness.
No one deserves to live in a constant state of fear. We all deserve safety and security. And we are the only one's who can provide that for ourselves.

Hi,
I live in a subtropical country, and have a struggle that is, my immunity is low in general and i keep getting colds and fevers often. This, coupled with monthly Aunty Flo completely disrupts any good habit I am trying to build, tossing me off the wagon physically, mentally and in spirit and motivation. Like, any good change lasts just 15-20 days before i am back to square one. This has been happening repeatedly across 2023 - 24.
I have a business to build and goals to achieve and debt to clear
How do I get better if every system or interevntion I try is not able to beat the low days? Any suggestions?
Hey sweetie, yes I can totally relate and would suggest really looking at what is happening with your rhythm. Are you going to hard for 15 - 20 days and then burning yourself out? If you see your progress as a swinging pendulum you are going from one extreme to another. Which needs middle ground. Here are some tips:
Read Atomic habits. Get the physical copy. Highlight, read. Stay close to this book. Every time i read this it helps me get back on track.
Keep a very close diary of how you are feeling month by month. What foods and allergies are triggering you? Why is your immune system low? Have you had blood works done? Are you prioritising your sleep? Drinking enough water? Educating yourself about immunity foods, and gut health? I would recommend you get hold of some kefir cultures and start making your own kefir at home, also transform your diet so you are only consuming gut / immunity supporting foods and drinks. Kefir has healed my gut and every time i stop making it, I can feel the difference. I highly recommend this.
You need to reflect on whats happening with the low days, I suffer with them also, its usually when i get stressed. I stop doing all the good things that help me manage stress, exercise, eating clean, staying away from over consuming. I do the complete opposite and start to spiral. So then it comes a case of better stress management. Who can you call in your phone that can shift you? What is something loving you can do for yourself when you start to stress that will stop you from slipping? When you are feeling good have your toolbox ready. Know the coping mechanisms, the healthy ones. Mentally prepare for when you start to slip. When x happens, this is what i am going to do. For me, if i take myself for a massage even a 30 mins at the thai place, this loving act usually catches me before its too late. If i can go for a run before the voice of no return starts telling me 'skip the run today - you deserve to rest' I can usually escape the slippery slope and some months its literally just trying to stay above water. And thats what you do, you keep your head up no matter what is going on. You practise loving yourself when it feels good, and you try your best.

i thought this post would be helpful but just a quick disclaimer, you decide how you wanna apply the law, this post simply serves as EXAMPLES of when and how u could apply the law if ur looking for that/ways that i apply the law.

TO SATURATE ;
saturating definitely helps when ur consciously manifesting something. when ur manifesting something that seems foreign or something that u want quickly, saturate ur mind so much so to the point where its hard to recall the old story.
make and use affirmation tapes
sleep/do whatever u want with subliminals or affirmation tapes playing - i say sleep bcuz when u sleep ur subconscious is wide open but whatever floats ur boat
AFFIRM ;
whether u believe in affirmations or not, you are ALWAYS affirming at every second of the day whether its conscious or unconscious bcuz thinking = affirming and ur always thinking, so u might as well think thoughts that are useful.
robotic affirming
affirmation tapes
mirror work - repeating ur affs to urself in the mirror
reading an affirmation list
hot tip ; a rly good habit to form is affirming as soon as u wake up bcuz ur still in that drowsy "coming to" state so instead of reaching for ur phone (which is bad for you) you can start the day right.
GOOD TIMES TO AFFIRM ; you can affirm for ur desire when doing mundane tasks like laundry or washing dishes, u can listen to ur affirmation tapes while watching television, u can listen to ur subliminals while doing skincare, you can affirm while girl-blogging. u can affirm anytime!!
VISUALIZING ;
SATS (state akin to sleep - visualizing when ur in that drowsy state a scene constructed about ur desires over and over again until u sleep)
day-dreaming (if u daydream nonstop all the time, daydream about u in relation to ur desire)

PICK AND CHOOSE YOUR THOUGHTS

From now on, I want you to be conscious of the thoughts that you are thinking. A lot of the times we tend to go about our day mindlessly. We let our minds wander wherever it does without realising that the thoughts we are consistently thinking and repeating are constructing our reality and also influencing our moods and emotions.
Now, what I want you to do is that whenever you think about your desires or you become conscious of your thoughts, take a deep breath and ask yourself:
"Do I want this to manifest?"
"Does this thought make me feel good?"
"Is this thought helping me in anyway?"
If the answer to the above questions is no, I want you to flip your thought and think the opposite. Repeat it about 5 times and then let it go. Next time you think about that topic again, repeat this process. Ask yourself the questions and change your thoughts accordingly.
It doesn't matter what manifestation technique you use. In the end, you are changing your thoughts to the one's that align with your desires regardless of the technique.
I want you to choose loving thoughts.

I am going tobe absolutely fucking real I don't think describing the experience of a significant amount of trans people as legitimate is appropriate to frame as 'running cover for taking away medical care from those who need it'. Both statements made here are, in fact, a radical perspective on the right to bodily autonomy.
I definitely understand where it's coming from because there's a lot of attempts to use the fact that you CAN be trans without medically transitioning to sneakily tack on transphobic rhetoric ('yeah testosterone makes you ugly' 'a neopenis/neovagina doesn't even 'work' what's the point' '[transmasc cryptoterfs and co making thinly veiled attempts to describe HRT/top surgery as mutilation of your precious 'Female' Body and corruption of your mind via introducing the Evil 'Male' Chemicals]'). I would also very much agree that agitating for full access to and the lifesaving necessity of trans medical care is a central, critical issue, and takes priority over assurances that you don't Have to medically transition.
That shouldn't come at the expense of framing trans people who do not medically transition/do not undergo a 'full' transition as somehow regressive or damaging to the trans community by expecting THEIR OWN exercise of body autonomy to be respected. You do know that trans people who do not transition do not structurally benefit from this in any capacity right? It MIGHT provide a very basic safety net as maintaining plausible deniability in passing as a cis person of the wrong gender (often with associated emotional tolls) and that's it. Attacks against transitional medicine aren't on the basis of 'I'd be fine with the transgenders if they just didn't go on HRT/get surgery', it is the head of the spear being used to remove us (and most SPECIFICALLY and pointedly trans women) from existence. The end goal is to, at the very least, force trans people completely into the closet via a culture of transphobic violence and lack of access to medical care, and at best to fully eradicate us one way or another.
