I gotta ask why is the first test directed at Damian? Is there any particular reason?

Also also what if there was no hostage and reader is just playing with their minds...?

So...

The reason why I chose Damian because he's the one that made a bigger impact on Reader's life. He was the one that ignored and also beat her. And since Damian was also the one that was the 'favourite' of Bruce's then later on the tests will become more intense and everyone has one test so...

Damian is the first target because if Damian failed the test Bruce gets scared of what would happen to him. And then the tests will continue until it reaches Bruce.

I based it off from the Achilles' heel of Damian, since his is technically kids with a normal childhood and are happier compared to Damian. It doesn't make sense for now but in Chapter 4 I will set up another test in the same fashion except it gets harder and the deaths would increase.

I'm talking like bombs (Chapter 3), kidnapping, and it would progress.

And you're half right since she's trying to break their mental barrier and reprogram them into becoming her minions, or killing themselves and make it as an accident or suicide.

But why I chose Damian is that he's the youngest sibling, she knew of before she left. She never knew about Duke before and she doesn't know the Achilles heel so she can't kill or demolish a person who didn''t wrong her when she was a child.

And she follows Jigsaw's morals (Jigsaw is not part of this fic), but she tests people in survival, intelligence, and mentality. All of her tests contains a probable murder but I'm aiming it to the family's will to save others.

The Reader sees the family as Detective Rigg in Saw 4, because she finds them to righteous and naive.

I know the fandom mostly agrees that Jason is that one always unemployed sibling in the family, but let me offer you a slightly enhanced concept - unemployed sibling Jason, who is the busiest sibling in the family.

No one can get hold of him. Like, ever. And it is not like he is lying, he is genuinely always has something else to do! Something random and unexpected, and, honestly, all his family can think is: what the hell?

Damian, calling Jason in the middle of the day: Can you pick me up from school? Others are busy, there is an emergency in the town.

Jason: I was planning to visit All-Caste, but first decided to meet up with Talia. I am kinda in Egypt right now, anyway.

Why not make him cut open a someone's body? (Sorry that went dark as hell. I saw in one post that what if Damian followed Thomas Wayne's footsteps)

Or if that's too gruesome, make his test about empathy. He is always snarky and thinks he's above others (and other qualities that the league taught how to act)

Damn, it's like the neglect Cassandra put Reader was a metaphorical sense of being hanged, but demonstrated literally to Cassandra what she felt inside. The girl that I was thinking of had a plan to become a ballerina, but I'd emphasis

I actually like that because it reminded be of Saw 1 with Amanda opening up a body for the key to free her from the reverse bear saw trap.

The empathy test is actually kinda cool like his ego would be destroyed with the lives that he had to protect.
