Asanoya world tour continues in Italy. Watching the sunset on a balcony in Trieste. It's pretty romantic.

i’ll never be over big daddy/marcus seeing johnny perform and going through surprise, amazement, pride and then realizing in sheer horror what he’s done and how much he’s hurt him and risking doing even more time in jail by breaking out bc he NEEDED to apologize to johnny and tell him how proud he was and ever since then he’s been trying to do better and be better vs. jimmy crystal seeing porsha perform and having fun and loving what she’s doing and not caring at all–because he only cares about his reputation, he cares about maintaining control, and he shows this again by threatening to drag her off the stage (“don’t you make me come out there!”). he calls her a TRAITOR for daring to stand up to him and his toxic ways and maintains that stance till he can ride off of her and the rest of the troupe’s success till the repercussions of his actions smack him right in the face.

the shared cinematic universe thing really fucked up people’s opinions of what constitutes as a “good” show/movie. non-existent character arcs, inconsistent character motivations, muddled narrative themes and stupid “mystery box” plots are instantly forgiven as long as people get to see ‘blorko from the comics’ and ‘blinko from movie #19 in the shared cinematic universe’ together on screen. it’s gotten so bad that disney’s entire method of showrunning d+ originals involves having the entire plot rely on last minute guest appearances and popular character cameos because boy are you sure going to watch the new star wars show when you see luke skywalker trending on the twitter sidebar all of a sudden. this is unacceptable and nobody should be applauded for failing visual storytelling 101 then putting out mediocre ass content where audiences are thrown a bunch of easter eggs and obscure lore dressed up in a high production design budget to bamboozle them into thinking it was all good, actually. because it fucking wasn’t. this isn’t storytelling. they don’t actually care about telling individual stories with thematic resonance, they only care to use these stories as a means for setting up other stories, which in turn are setting up future stories, with the payoff coming 10 years down the line where all your blorkos and blinkos assemble to take on the newest big bad. they left fifty different plot threads unresolved along the way but nobody cares look how fun this new crossover is.
