Tbh being acearo makes me suicidal. I’ve conquered all my other reasons to hate myself or life, including being trans non-binary, being AFAB, being an addict, being neurodivergent, etc. But none of these identities ever made me feel so deficient, broken, isolated, misunderstood and empty as being acearo. It is the identity that goes against what we are told makes us human. How am I supposed to live in this world? Where are you, aces and aros in the real world? Why don’t you speak up?

So I'm ace and I identify as aro too but at this point idk if I'm aegoromantic or just dysphoric. Since my early teens I'd ship mlm ships but only recently it's made me wonder if there's more to it or not. I've never felt romantic attraction irl and the thought of me being in one just doesn't seem right and kinda repulses me. But when I think of a mlm relationship (usually ships) I just get so gushy about it I love it so much it makes me sad sometimes that I don't have that but then I can't see myself in an mlm relationship either??? Is that because of my dysphoria making me unable to see myself as masc or am I just being delusional. Idk sorry if this is a weird one 😭

This is an ask blog for my Smiling Critters (Poppy Playtime) AU!

Info about my AU:

This AU has no relation to the Poppy Playtime canon, except for the characters. The Critters in this AU are not child experiments, and are fully-grown adults.

I support shipping the Critters as long as it's not problematic, again they are adults in this AU. I do not ship them as child experiments Critters.

These characters also have numerous headcanons.

This blog supports LGBTQIA+, ageres, and furries, and I will not hesitate to block antis.

Characters (details may be added from time to time)

Dogday:

For starters, them and Catnap are in a romantic relationship.

He is trans-masc and uses He/They.

He is pansexual.

He is a bit clingy to Catnap after an incident involving Catnap that I'll get into later.

He also has weak lungs and has trouble breathing sometimes due to The Incident.

He uses an inhaler.

Catnap:

Catnap is mute. He lost his voice after The Incident.

He uses ASL and writing to communicate.

He is autistic, and he doesn't like physical contact from anyone he isn't close with.

Also, he lost the ability to move his legs/lower extremities due to brain/nerve damage from The Incident, so he uses a wheelchair.

He also uses a portable oxygen concentrator. (This thing) Due to extreme lung damage from The Incident.

He is a cross-dresser.

Bobby Bearhug:

Bobby is aegoromantic (meaning she likes romantic stuff, but doesn't want a romantic relationship) and asexual.

She is also autistic, often having difficulty understanding and processing her and others' emotions.

Relating to her autism, whenever she has any emotion, it's always to an extreme. (for example, if she was angry, she would be a volcano of anger, or if she was happy, she would be extremely happy)

She loves everything romance: movies, shows, decor, etc.

Her favorite holiday is Valentines Day, cuz she can help her friends plan things for their partners.

For starters, 'The Incident' I keep talking about is a suicide attempt made by Catnap, he entered the woods surrounding the Critters' Neighborhood alone. While in the woods, he found 'The Red Gas Swamp.' The gas there makes you cough until your lungs stop working, he wanted to stay there until the gas took his life. Fortunately, Dogday found him before that could happen.

After The Incident, Dogday and all the other Critters have been helping Catnap recover, slowly, but surely.

Idk where else to say this so. So I've identified as aroace for years now and I now also identify as non-binary, genderfluid to be specific. Now I might be aego but I have no idea I'm always confused about that stuff so I just go with aroace in general. I've always wanted to have a qpr because a sexual or romantic relationship wouldn't work for me at all and the thought of me being in one repulses me. But then me being genderfluid comes into play and it's so weird I haven't seen anyone else have this yet. So I love mlm relationships in media so much and I often like to fantasize them but not when it's in first person aka me. So I'm like well wtf does that mean because I am a genderfluid aroace afab. Thoughts of any non-qpr or non-platonic relationship with with men repulses me, but when I imagine myself as amab I kinda like it??? But I'm not amab and if I think of being in one with a guy rn again it repulses me. Is it because of dysphoria? Even though I'm genderfluid so I am not always masc anyway, the thought of afab me with a guy is super dysphoric too. Even if he would respect my gender I just don't like it unless if I were amab??? Even if I was masc that day being afab would still make me not like it.

I don't get it I am so confused. I don't want a relationship with anyone, mlm fantasies make me kinda yearn one for myself, but the fact I am afab and genderfluid so not even transmasc makes me dysphoric in any way??? Feels like I should just ignore it at this point because that's what I've been doing since I am content being by myself and maybe finding a qpr but idk it won't leave my mind.
