i have bronchitis and taking a bunch of antibiotics. being sick also means i cant workout vigorously, but crunches and walking always got my back :) i cant workout much at all because im sick and i wanna get better as fast as i can :/ having a respiratory disease means that i gotta take it easy. remember, take care of yourself when you’re sick!🤍

Dinner to break my fast!! ^_^
2 egg white (36), 1/4 tsp parmesan (3), 1/3 cup celery (6), 1 tsp peanut butter (60), 2 mandarin segments (6) = total: 110
Fast was over 37 hours ^_^ I really didn't wanna break it but I wasn't gonna be able to sleep tonight if I was so hungry -_-

was really struggling with feeling weak and sick today so i went over by a lot which i feel bad about. i will make up for it by making sure i am strict at keeping under 600/700 from now on, with my usual 24 hour fasts. hopefully i will get used to the physical challenges of calorie deficit as the weeks progress.
