How to Create Unshakable Confidence
Confidence isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build. True confidence isn’t about pretending or faking it; it’s about developing a deep-rooted belief in yourself that doesn’t waver, no matter the situation. Unshakable confidence is the kind that doesn’t depend on compliments, external validation, or temporary achievements. It’s a quiet, powerful knowing that you are capable,…

Embracing your feminine energy involves connecting with qualities such as intuition, creativity, empathy, and receptivity.
Engage in Creative Activities: Paint, dance, write, or craft are creative endeavors that foster self-expression and connect you to your creative essence.
Practice Self-Reflection: Dedicate time to introspection through journaling or meditation. This helps you stay grounded and in tune with your inner self.
Connect with Nature: Spend time outdoors, appreciating the beauty of the natural world. Walking in the park or sitting by a body of water can enhance your sense of peace and receptivity. citeturn0search3
Embrace Stillness and Rest: Allow yourself periods of rest and relaxation. Embracing stillness enables you to receive insights and rejuvenate your mind and body.
Cultivate Receptivity: Practice being open to receiving—whether it's help, compliments, or opportunities. This openness nurtures your feminine energy by balancing the act of giving and receiving.
Nurture Relationships: Invest time in building and maintaining meaningful connections. Engaging in deep, empathetic conversations fosters emotional intimacy and aligns with feminine qualities.
Honor Your Emotions: Acknowledge and embrace your feelings without judgment. Allowing yourself to experience a full range of emotions enhances emotional intelligence and authenticity.

How to win this month…
Speaking life into yourself daily, no more judging yourself because you didn’t go for a run, or wake up at 5am. Choosing to love yourself unconditionally. Choosing to write those affirmations and stick them on the bathroom mirror, choosing to infuse your mind with loving, kindness, gratitude and all that yummy stuff on an hourly basis.
Focus on move the needle tasks. You want to write that book, loose 100 lbs, compete in the Olympics - whatever is your PRIMARY goal in life (and choose the primary one only), focus 100% on that task. Creating momentum around this one thing each and every day. Your primary goal should be your only focus. Secondary goals, are irrelevant. Nothing comes above your PRIMARY GOAL, and doing small little tasks each day to support this is how you make progress.
Organised days. As much as the feminine loves, flow, ease, loose unstructured days this truly does not bag you the life of your dreams. Break your day into 4 hour blocks, setting tasks in each block from when you wake up to the evening. This allows organised, focused, and productive days.
Using your resources wisely, if you’re still recovering financially from xmas, or on some kind of budget, ensure you spend wisely. Choosing health over aesthetic, choosing the Pilates membership over the designer trainers. The intolerance test over the sculpting facial. Investing in the inside before the outside is a priority. Making smarter financial decisions from a place of inner love.
Main character energy. Putting yourself first on a whole new level. No more thinking about the guy who you’re not even dating, no more putting mental energy into anything other than becoming your very best self. Period. If it’s taking mental energy from your purpose , from those move the needle tasks, from your organised days, from spending wisely. RE-ALIGN, create space and re-centre and get back on the track. We're winning the race this year.

You are LUCKY to be disliked.
What do I mean? I mean that when you are disliked by some people, it means you’re not wasting your PRECIOUS time and energy wondering who is meant for you and who you need to keep in your life.
Because the people who actually stay and like you for who you are, are the REAL ones who you want in your life. Those are the people who you don’t need to change yourself for because they like YOU- not the person you pretend to be!!
This is why you should ALWAYS be authentic and true to yourself. ALWAYS always always be yourself okay?
Someone else not liking you is NEVER about you hun. It’s about them, their upbringing, their beliefs etc. not you! So NEVER take it personally!
Along with that, also keep in mind that the people who like you for you now, may not later as you change and evolve! Everyone grows and changes and it’s perfectly acceptable for you to outgrow them- and you don’t have to see it in an “I’m better” way, but instead “we are both growing and evolving and it is okay if our paths don’t alight any more”

things i stopped doing that made me prettier
not gonna lie - most of my glow up came from what I stopped doing. sometimes subtracting is better than adding.
over-exfoliating my skin i used to scrub my face like i was sanding wood. now? chemical exfoliants 2-3x a week MAX. my texture literally vanished.
touching my face constantly no picking. no popping. no leaning on my hand when i’m bored. my acne cleared up so much once i kept my hands off.
falling for every tiktok product not everything trending works for my skin. i stick to basics that are actually backed by science.
skipping water & sleep hydration and sleep are free glow-up tools. my skin looks bouncy when i give it what it needs.
neglecting my posture bad posture adds years. shoulders back, chin up, core engaged gives u so much more elegance.
comparing myself to every girl online comparison kills confidence. my glow-up started when I focused on being the best version of ME, not someone else.
overdoing heat on my hair less straightening. more protective styles. took care of all of my hair breakage.
using 1,000 harsh acne products at once i simplified my routine. less irritation = calmer, clearer skin
neglecting my scalp health healthy scalp = shiny hair. weekly scalp scrubs + oiling changed my hair game.
speaking negatively about myself the prettiest thing is confidence. don’t tear urself down out loud or in ur head.
sometimes being "prettier" is just being kinder to yourself.

Say it with me.
I am done with toxic people.
I am done being taken for granted.
I will no longer tolerate disrespect.
I will no longer tolerate manipulation or emotional blackmail.
I am done making sacrifices for people that only make me feel anxious and unseen.
I am done chasing opportunities that do not align with my authentic self.
I am done bending over backwards just to fit into a box that never served me.

✧・゜: how i'm learning to trust my creative intuition :・゜✧:・゜✧

hey lovelies! ✨
i've been thinking a lot about creative intuition lately, that quiet inner voice that nudges you toward certain ideas or projects. for the longest time, i was absolutely terrible at listening to it. i'd get these little sparks of inspiration and immediately talk myself out of them. "that's been done before" or "you don't have the skills for that" or my personal favorite: "who do you think you are?"
sound familiar? thought so.
the thing is, i've slowly been learning that my intuition actually knows what it's talking about. those random ideas that pop into my head at 2am or while i'm in the shower? they're not random at all, they're my creative compass trying to guide me toward what truly lights me up.
⋆.ೃ࿔:・ recognizing intuition vs. fear ・:࿔ೃ.⋆
the first big challenge was learning to tell the difference between my intuition and my fear. they can sound weirdly similar sometimes!
my intuition tends to feel like excitement mixed with certainty, like "yes! this!" even when it makes no logical sense. it feels light and expansive, like opening a window in a stuffy room.
fear, on the other hand, feels heavy and contracted. it comes with a lot of "shoulds" and worrying about what other people will think. it's the voice that compares my chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 20.
i started keeping track of when these different voices would speak up, and slowly got better at recognizing which was which.
⋆.ೃ࿔:・ creating space to listen ・:࿔ೃ.⋆
intuition doesn't shout. it whispers. and in our noisy, constantly-connected world, those whispers can get completely drowned out.
i realized i needed to create actual space to hear myself think. for me, that looks like:
morning pages: three pages of stream-of-consciousness writing before looking at my phone
solo walks without podcasts or music (just me and my thoughts)
intentional boredom: staring out windows, lying on the floor, letting my mind wander
reducing input before trying to create output (no scrolling before creative sessions)
it's amazing what starts to bubble up when you're not constantly drowning it out with other people's voices and ideas.
⋆.ೃ࿔:・ the "stupid idea" notebook ・:࿔ೃ.⋆
one of the most helpful tools has been my "stupid idea" notebook, a judgment-free zone where i write down every creative impulse, no matter how ridiculous it seems.
the name is intentionally silly to remind myself not to take it all so seriously. some ideas truly are stupid, and that's perfectly fine! but some turn out to be the beginnings of something meaningful.
the rule is simple: write it all down, evaluate later. this creates a safe space for intuition to speak without immediately being shut down by my inner critic.
⋆.ೃ࿔:・ small intuition experiments ・:࿔ೃ.⋆
trusting your intuition is like building a muscle, you start small and work your way up.
i began with low-stakes creative decisions: which color to use in a drawing, which topic to write about in my journal, which route to take on my walk. when something felt intuitively "right," i'd go with it, even if i couldn't explain why.
gradually, i started trusting my intuition with bigger choices: which project to pursue, which opportunities to say yes to, which creative direction to explore.
with each small win, my confidence in my inner guidance grew stronger.
⋆.ೃ࿔:・ embracing the "wrong" turns ・:࿔ೃ.⋆
here's the thing about intuition: sometimes it leads you down paths that seem to go nowhere. i've followed creative impulses that resulted in projects i never finished or ideas that didn't work out.
but i'm learning that these aren't failures, they're necessary detours. every "wrong" turn teaches me something i needed to learn or leads me to connections i wouldn't have made otherwise.
intuition isn't finding the most direct path; it's finding YOUR path, with all its twists and surprises.
⋆.ೃ࿔:・ letting go of external validation ・:࿔ೃ.⋆
perhaps the hardest part of trusting my creative intuition has been detaching from external validation. when you follow your intuition, you might create things that don't immediately resonate with others or fit neatly into what's trending.
i'm still working on this one, honestly. but i've noticed that my most intuitive creations... the ones that felt most aligned with my inner voice, are ultimately the ones people connect with most deeply, even if the audience is smaller.
⋆.ೃ࿔:・ a gentle practice ・:࿔ೃ.⋆
trusting your creative intuition isn't a destination, it's an ongoing practice. some days i'm better at it than others. sometimes fear still wins. but each time i choose to listen to that quiet inner knowing, it gets a little louder, a little clearer.
if you're struggling to trust your own creative voice, start small. create tiny spaces of silence. write down the whispers. follow the sparks of excitement. and be patient with yourself when you forget.
xoxo, mindy 🤍

Stop waiting for someone to do it when you can too.

Bunny bootcamp #1:
Stepping out of your comfort zone.

👩🏻🦰“My fyp is so boring, nobody posts what I want to see”
🤦🏼♀️"I really want to wear xyz, but nobody else is, and I don’t want to stand out or look weird."
👩🏽🦱“I’m not going to xyz because i might be judged, I’ll just let someone else who’s more confident do it instead”
🙎🏻♀️“I so badly want to do xyz but I’m scared people who might know me will find out/judge me for it”
Blah blah blah, it’s time to change…
Step 1: Define your comfort and discomfort zone.
Create a list of these two zones. You can bullet point it or make a mind map, It really doesn’t matter. You can use the starters below to get you going.
Example starters!
What makes you feel safe?
e.g Dressing like everyone else, Not sharing my music taste with others, Not posting out of embarrassment…
What makes you feel uncomfortable?
e.g Expressing myself through clothes, music or things I like that others find cringe and talking to new people…
How do you feel when you step into your discomfort zone?
e.g Uncomfortable, scared, anxious, etc…
How do I feel staying in my comfort zone?
e.g Stuck, suppressed, safe, etc…
Step 2: Narrowing down what needs to be improved
Now you need to skim through what you wrote for both categories, and decide what you need to focus on. Write a short paragraph underneath your two zones list.
Example:
My comfort zone mentions a lot about avoiding social interactions so I don’t get anxious, and I feel uncomfortable when I try talk to people which is written in my discomfort zone. This means that i should work on social interactions!
Step 3: Create 1 goal and stick to it for a period of time
I recommend doing it for longer than 1 week, It’s not a short fix that just happens in 7 days. Aim big.
Let’s say: within 3 weeks I’m going to talk to at least 1 new person per week, then within another 3 weeks I will talk to 2 new people per week.
That would be 1 month of learning to interact with people broken down. Obviously it doesn’t have to be a month. But I would say longer than a week 🙏.
Step 4: Don’t back down!!!
Once you make that goal, you will stick to it. Don’t backdown because of fear or because of others. This is your life and only you get to decide how you react, so don’t backdown when you haven’t even begun yet.
Repeat to yourself when you find yourself doubting: Who cares? Then don’t give it another thought and continue with your goals.
Embody your potential

ty to @waterdhaviancheeses for tagging me! i think i also got tagged in this by someone else a while back but then i forgot and now i'm not sure who it was haha, whoops... only doing this for elenion for now but i might have to go back and do it for briala another time!
some of what's on this is being modeled by women but i simply do not care. what are "women's clothes" and "men's clothes" anyway why can't it all just be clothes.

Elenion's favorite color is midnight blue but he also loves dark teal and burgundy—they pretty much exclusively wear jewel tones in general, always accented with black and/or silver. They wear lots of jewelry all the time, and you would practically have to threaten him at knifepoint (or abduct him, put a parasite in his brain, and force him to go on a perilous trek across Faerun) to make him wear anything other than heeled boots in public.
White and light blue are colors that they wear if they're going for a more relaxed look. The most casual thing you'd ever catch him wearing is a comfy oversized sweater which would of course be a v-neck because you'd also nearly have to threaten this man to get him to cover up his chest.
Now, if you know a bit about Elenion you might wonder, does he dress so dramatically because of his obsession with trying to seem effortlessly flawless and seductive at all times? No actually he's been dressing like this since way before he was Like That. He just thinks he's hot and wants to show off genuinely loves fashion!
no pressure tagging: @ranger-jahen @mogruith @starsthoughtsonthings @nerdalmighty @akaikami-cherryblossom aaand anyone who sees this and wants to do it, just say i tagged you!
#this was fun to do haha!#i'm gonna hide some silly little lore in the tags in case anyone cares:#len started dressing like this after he transitioned#because he already liked flashy jewelry and makeup and bold colors but also like. hated his body.#but then he transed his gender and instantly became 10000x more confident about it <3#so their fashion style is something you would THINK is part of their need to constantly perform#but really it is probably the most authentic thing about him!#...me @ my own OC: ugh he's so overdramatic why is he like this 🙄🙄#tag game#oc: elenion silverdew#baldur's gate 3

Self Concept: As Within So Without
I always advise to prioritize self concept to others, though this may be a more 'wishy washy' topic, as some believe you don't necessarily need to focus on self concept to get what you want (which if this is what you believe to be true in your reality, then sure).
However, I've seen the best results, for myself and others, come when they are grounded within themselves first. I want to explain why this is so important.
Self-concept, in short, is the idea of the self. The core beliefs, assumptions, and emotions we have when we think of who we are, personally and to the world.
When you learn to prioritize yourself, to love yourself, to believe in being the Creator (because you are, whether you like it or not, whether you think it or not), and do everything else for YOU FIRST, that is when the ability and proof to create and shape your 3D (reality) truly presents itself, and in a much more solid case.
I can attest to the power of self-concept, as it increases your ability to completely detach from outcomes for every and all desires you have and manifest more long-lasting, authentic experiences.
Think about it. If you aren't secure enough in yourself, if you don't trust yourself enough, if you don't feel worthy enough, etc., then how can feel worthiness in a relationship? How can you feel deserving for that promotion? How can you truly feel secure in the wealth? (etc.)
When you provide yourself the EMOTIONS FIRST (!!!!!) for the desire you wish to experience in your 3D, then by Law, it has to show up. That is why self love, self confidence, self assurance, self awareness, is so important. When you experience fulfillment without anything in the 3D giving it to you (aka, you don't need that relationship for happiness, you don't need that job to feel wealthy, etc.)---(put simply: nothing OUTSIDE OF YOU is the SOURCE, instead you realize YOU ARE THE SOURCE and the 3D CAN ONLY EXIST BECAUSE OF YOUR AWARENESS OF IT), that is not only detachment, but you now allow so much potential for your reality to give you EXPERIENCES that ALIGN WITH THOSE EMOTIONS, BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU EMBODY.
It begins with you. It will always, always begin with you.
