Type One Diabetes, anime, and diet-planning??
I bet you never heard "anime" and "diabetes/diet" in the same sentence before. Well, now you have. I might make a yt channel for this sake, as this is too long to write in just a post, but you heard me the first time around.
I am curating cute J-pop culture-inspired meal plans for type one diabetics such as myself. My biggest problem is making healthy food and managing myself better. It took a stranger to kindly point something out and say, "Hey, I'm not telling you to, but I suggest you take better care of yourself."
And that is exactly what I want to do, and will do. And I hope you join me on my interests and health journey. Eventually, I will come out with a meal planner you can print for free (Health is more important than earning money for my interests), and free printables you can paste onto your planner. Do not sell my art, or trace. It will be for personal use only. Hopefully I start this up :,D

I have moved
I mean, I moved like 2 months ago but I'm only just now starting to de-stress about everything. Not that I don't have other things to stress about, the dentist was supposed to do a root canal the other day but because he can't get into any of my veins to anaesthetise me I now have to go to hospital for it yay, work is a complete shit show, my other half's vanished to the other end of the country for a week and he's away for like an entire month at some point so that's gonna be great fun, and I'm just like, oh fab, none of my clothes fit.
So tomorrow we're eating all of the shit in the house that can't go in the freezer, then we've got 2 days of 50g carbs, 2 days of <30g carbs, and then a week of carnivore-ish while I've got a week off work. The goal for the end of the month is to sort through all the clothes I have and give at least a bag to charity. By December I'd like to fit into my onesies but that might be a bit of an optimistic goal, but at least I should save some money if I have to take my own food to work.

the basics!
you're not a human. you're a nymph. so you tend to feel out of place in this mortal-designed world.
mortals eat so much more than your kind...nymphs only eat about 500-1000 calories a day!
humans tend to be scared, stupid, and uneducated. they follow the herd. you do whatever the hell you please. why? well, why not?
never allow yourself to be disrespected by someone. especially concerning your "special habits". don't be afraid to retort their cruel quips with an even crueler one.
on the other hand, nymphs do love their special genuine connections with important people.

diet rules
nymphs eat whatever they want. they dine on whatever pleases them in the moment.
however, this is vastly different from what mortals do. nymphs naturally have a smaller appetite, so they never eat in excess.
nymphs NEVER eat anything they don't want to, or anything mediocre or subpar. never settle for anything other than immense pleasure.
why overindulge on food? it will always be there. you can always have a little more later. you get full fast anyways.
NEVER go over 1500 calories. under any circumstances. nymph bodies are too tiny to handle this much food, and will cease to perform correctly!!

diet example
you wake up in the morning, wishing you could return to sleep. alas, humans prioritize being busy rather than lounging in bed all day. much to your hedonistic dismay, you have responsibilities to do.
you pull yourself out of bed and brew yourself a fresh cup of tea or coffee, whichever you prefer that day. if you have a sweet tooth, you sweeten it with 0cal sweetener of choice. if you're feeling especially famished, you grab a piece of fruit or toast to munch on your way to work/school. (~100-300cal)

throughout the day, you drink various 0cal drinks, which keep you sustained perfectly. it always feels good to be a little hungry after all! if you are hungrier than usual, you may indulge in a light snack. nothing more than 100cals though, you'll get too full!

after a long day of nymph shenanigans, you are ready for dinner. you settle down and prepare yourself a meal of your choice. maybe a sandwich, a bowl of noodles, some home made soup, or you can experiment with some human foods that sound appealing. whatever you may choose, make sure it's a nymph-like portion. you are not a human. so don't pig out like one! (~400-700cal)

But am I the only one that gets annoyed by ppl with fast metabolism and they say "no u don't want fast metabolism " or " I promise u, u don't want fast metabolism " while wrapping their hand over their 5 centimeter wrist like I get it if u genuinely don't want fast metabolism but it's annoying when u get to eat whatever u want and barely gain 2 pounds meanwhile when I eat a piece of bread I gain like 30 pounds it's so unfair like if u wonna complain abt having a fast metabolism and making ppl feel like shit u can take my metabolism AND body and I can have urs we will both get what we want I want a fast metabolism and a skinny body u want a slow metabolism and a fat body🤝
