! Have a morning and night routine and complete them at the STABLISHED time → Evade procrastination, feel good by maintain my personal devotion, achieve healthy habits as normal activities
! Stopped listening to music, podcast, overall background sounds → Have more silence, stop distracting myself and stop overconsumption
! Have a healthy diet of 4 daily meals, drink water only, one fruit at least and cut sugar and junk → DEFINETLY more energy, helps with my gain weight journey, feel good by feeling healthy
! Use less than 3 daily hours my phone by using timers and only using it for emergencies or academic activities → Less headaches, evade procrastination and focus on better and healthier activities with that time
! Read 10 pages atleast of a book daily → Acquire more knowledge, helps me gain concentration and reading skills

Getting Back Into Your Practice
Sometimes life is shitty and your spiritual practice doesn't take priority. Thats okay. Here are some tips for how to get back into your practice once you're feeling up for it.
Cleanse and Clean Your Space This is defiantly the first think you should focus your energy on. This can take as long as needed and as intensive as you want or feel is needed. Spiritual and physically cleanse your space. Pick up items, open windows and start your cleansing method of choice.
Redo Wards and Protections Once you've cleansed its important to redo your protection. Cleanse to get rid of, protect to keep it away. Even if nothing has *hit* your protections and wards, its important to keep up to date on them being energized.
Keep Actives Low on Spoons Now that you've done the basics, stick to low spoon actives and slowly build from there. Even if you feel super energized and ready to get into it- you want to take things slow. This'll help you from losing steam..
Slowly Add Back In Your Daily Practice This is totally unique person to person, but dont expect to be back into your multi step daily routine right away. Add in each step one at a time, or slowly so you wont feel overwhelmed.
Come Up with a Ritual Youre EXCITED About You want to focus on the parts of witchcraft you love. Do something you've always wanted to try, something you always love doing, or anything that will make you excited for the working.
Pick a New Topic, Not an Older One Getting into your practice and going to an older topic might feel disheartening. Pick a new topic like astrology, plants, or an aspect of witchcraft you havent gotten too into before. Then go back to the older topic you left on.
Do Some Divination on What You Need Right Now Spend time with your spirit team, deities or ancestors and figure out what you should be focusing in on right now. Maybe you need more rest, maybe theres a ritual they want you to work on.
Remember You Dont Have To Do Magic Daily Dont put too much stress into doing something every single day. Take breaks. Youre still a witch.

it was early morning, the world hasn't even woken up but oddly enough, you and sevika both woke up at the same time, energized and overall, just feeling refreshed. that's just the energy you both bring to one another.
you both start off your morning, doing your daily routine, showering with one another, admiring each other in your nude states. you pretty much wash your own body but sevika can barely keep her hands off of you, whether it's her washing your hair or kissing your back as she scrubs it, getting all the sleep and dead skin off of you. once you're all squeaky clean, it's her turn. scrubbing her back, washing her arms, kissing her biceps. she knows you can't get enough of her muscles. as much as her muscles turn you on like none before, you kiss them as you acknowledge her hard work.
you ask her to turn around and she does, she's completely obedient to you, she runs to your beck and call whether it's something as serious as you being injured and you need help wrapping your wounds or as silly as you being stuck in the washing machine, which she helped you.. in other ways.
you can't help but adore sevika and everything she's done for you. not only is she your lover, she's your best friend, your biggest supporter, your shield and your devoter. and for her, you're her comforter, her rock, the calm before and after every storm, even on the worst of days, you make her life feel at ease, especially when you give her those special kisses on her face that makes her melt but she still tries to pretend that it's not of her favorite things in the world but she always has this look in her eyes that gives her away. every. single. time.
"you're so pretty baby." sevika says, wrapping her arms around you, letting the water hit her back. you smile and kiss her, tenderly, passionate, soft.. you both can't stop having your hands on each other, the more she kisses back, the more tension you felt. her lips are a bit chapped but felt like pure silk on your lips, captivating..
you wrapped your arms around her neck, her arm around your waist, bringing you closer and you softly moan against her lips, it's becoming too hot, even the water feels scorching even thought it's freezing cold. you pull away from hers, slow.. breathtaking.
"what's wrong baby?" she whispers into your ear, caressing your smooth wet skin.
"i-i'm.. you're.. too much for me sometimes." you said trying to catch your breath. she chuckles, turning off the shower and picking you up bridal style.
"i think it's time to get off the shower, I'm fucking freezing." walking out the shower, taking you back to the bedroom..
you were cooking breakfast for the both of you, something as simple as eggs and bacon meanwhile sevika is fixing her arm, oiling up her gears. you had a old record playing in the background, softly singing to it and slowly swaying to the instruments.
you didn't notice but sevika was just watching you, listening to you sing and dance a little. to her, you looked like the most mesmerizing person she's ever seen, your hair in a messy bun, your shirt covering the multiple hickeys and bite marks sevika left on you and your shorts barely covering your ass but still has Sevika's hand mark.
you finished cooking and one of your favorite song starts to play. you gasped a little of excitement and you immediately started dancing, just a simple two step. and then an idea comes to your head.
"hey baby.. dance with me." you said moving to the empty space between the kitchen and the living room.
"uh, babe. i'm not much of a dancer, i got two left feet." she says, smirking at you.
"ooh, baby please. i'll teach you." you said holding your hand out. sevika contemplated grabbing your hand and leading the way, she's used to being in control and allowing you to be in control sometimes but this is a whole different situation. she never danced before, she's a bit nervous but she trusts you.
she sighs and grabs your hand. you tug her arm slowly, bringing her close to you. "okay let's start with arm placement.. i'll put your hand here." you said, putting her arm on your waist, and you placed your arms around her neck.
"okay now with your left foot, you're gonna step back and i'll step forward okay?" you say, as you look her face, she's looking down at her feet to make sure she steps correctly.
you step forward and she steps back, you smile at her and continue to tell her steps, back, left, right, up.
"owch!"
"sorry baby.. I'm not good at this.."
she did step on your foot a few times but of course, you know it's by accident. she looks like a worried puppy every time she hears you whine but you ensure her she's okay and after a while she gets the hang of it.
she's looking you in your eyes and you both danced around, now in sync. you both start giving each small compliments like how perfect you both look, how sevika is such a pro even if she doesn't get it right the first time, she'll get it the next, how beautiful you look, and how you're an amazing teacher.
as the song starts to die down, you got closer to her, resting your head on her chest and swaying to the music. sevika looks at you, content, loved, and engulfed by you. she then closes her eyes and begining to sway with you. this moment is truly cherishable, a memory that will never a fade.
after she finally got the hang of it, you guys would dance among the night, twirling each other around, making the other feel like the world. sevika even dipped you and kiss you softly on the lips, keeping you close and taut so you don't fall.
the sun is slowly starting wake from its slumber as well the rest of the world. even after the record stop, you couldn't help with slow dance with her. her warm body heat, her soft breathing but fast heartbeat, her head resting on top of yours and the hand stroking your back.
the feeling is comforting, loved, safe, it's freezing from the world that we live in today but know that sevika is always there for you, you can take on a whole mountain.

Idk who needs to hear this, but caffeine immediately making you sleepy instead of energizing you is not just a fun quirk. You probably have ADHD.
I'm not talking about the crash that comes after it wears off, or the soothing nature of your daily coffee routine. I'm not talking about how you can build up a tolerance to where caffeine no longer effects you at lower doses, so you stay tired.
I mean if you can't let yourself drink soda or coffee before driving because it makes you sleepy within 10-45 minutes after, or you've always wondered how people can chug a Starbucks and then get to work because every time you've tried you start feeling all sluggish and Suspiciously Peaceful, that is not a normal response.
Caffeine is a stimulant. It should stimulate you. Unless you have ADHD, in which case a stimulant chills the background brain noise and you suddenly feel a lot calmer, at which point your body goes "Oh thank goodness" and pushes the Sleepy button. That's why people with ADHD get chiller and more focused on Adderall, whereas neurotypicals will get famously spastic and twitchy.
So if you've always been that weirdo who doesn't drink Coke because you have a long drive home and you don't want to risk driving drowsy, or you can have a nice warm cup of coffee in the evening and go right to bed, go to a doctor, my dude. You probably have ADHD.

becoming that girl - routines

did you know having routines as been proven to help with anxiety, insomnia and just overall feeling better mentally? what's more it can also make you feel like you've got your life together and help you achieve your goals. think about it, you wake up and have a productive morning routine which makes you feel energized and ready to take on the day, you're going to have a much better day than if you were just bedrotting, right?

your future is found in your daily routine. successful people do daily what others do occasionally
๋࣭ ⭑⚝๋࣭ ⭑ what is a routine?
we've all heard about it, whether its aesthetic tiktoks of influencers showing their morning or mental health advocate telling you to stick to a routine, but what exactly is it?
the definition, according to google is a sequence of actions regularly followed. but in broad, it's actions that you do together and often. so let's say you brush your teeth before bed and then put on your pjs, that's already a routine!

๋࣭ ⭑⚝๋࣭ ⭑ how do you create a routine?
so you want to start having a routine and using it to build long lasting habits? how do you do it?
do it for you ; while it's nice to post about your routine because it makes it look like you've got your life together and might make people envy you - do you actually want to work on those long-lasting habits? think about how it will benefit You, your body, your mind, then start doing it for yourself set intentions ; what are the goals you want to work on? how do you want to feel while doing your routine, or after doing it? will you feel energized and focused or relaxed and mindful? this will help you find which tasks you can put into your routine plans and start working on. keep it realistic ; no, you don't have to wake up at five in the morning, and no you don't have to start your day with a run. this is your routine, you're doing it for yourself and not for anyone else. while you see those influencers having a perfect morning or evening routine, will it work for you? if it wouldn't then just don't do it, easy as that. find tins you want to do ; after all that thinking, you can finally write down the tasks you want to start doing everyday. if they seem achievable to you and they will help you progress towards your goals, then do it! nothing is stopping you apart from your own brain and willpower.

๋࣭ ⭑⚝๋࣭ ⭑ morning routines
a morning routine is arguably the most important routine someone can have. it sets a positive tone for the day and can increase productivity, reduce stress, improve focus and promote healthy habits. the most important part of a morning routine is to nourish your body and mind - this will leave you feel energized and overall feeling ready for the day.
in the morning, its important to do things that make you feel good, if you start the day with doin things that make you feel sluggish, you will keep this mindset throughout the day. however, if you start by doin productive things and you feel good and focused, you will most likely carry this energy throughout the day.
your mind is more open in the morning, which lets you be completely mindful - this is why your morning routine should be entirely focused on you - you're taking care of yourself and should be fully present. try to keep the time you spend in your morning routine off your pone as this will lead to a more productive routine.

๋࣭ ⭑⚝๋࣭ ⭑ evening routines
while an evening routine might not seem as important and less popular than a morning routine, it still is highly beneficial. it lets your body and mind know that its time to unwind, and lead to a better, more restful sleep.
a morning routine is supposed to make your feel energized and ready for the day and an evening routine is supposed to make you feel relaxed and ready for a good night of sleep. think about it, all the busyness of the day goes away and you start being more focused on yourself - your brain becomes calmer and you get more ready to sleep.
as for a morning routine, you should be fully present in your evening routine - so try to stay off your phone - its a well known fact that blue light can also disturb sleep patterns so for about thirty minutes before bed you should stay off screens and without distractions to fully let your brain slow down.

๋࣭ ⭑⚝๋࣭ ⭑ how do you stick to it
it's all fun and games to have a routine but ultimately it only matters if you stick to it, right? here are a few things you can try to stick to it ;
write it down ; it's been proven that things become more important in your brain when they have been manually written down
keep it visible ; now that you've got your little plan, hang it where you'll see it. keep your morning routine plan next to your bed and your evening routine next to where you keep your pjs for example
group tasks ; if you've got two things to do in the bathroom, do them one after the other - it lowers the chances of you getting too lazy to move places.
prepare yourself ; if you've got anything that you can prepare before in your routine - then do it. if you want to drink water right wen you wake up, place a glass of water next to your bed at night or have your journaling supplies ready so you can do it straight away without having to look for it.
remember you're supposed to feel good ; if you put something in your plan and you see that it doesn't make you feel good or you can't stick to it - just remove it! this is your routine, so if something doesn't work for you, it's not the end of the world and you can just stop it.

the basics of health & wellness. ᥫ᭡



a lot of us strive to be that health & wellness icon, but unfortunately we might stumble upon the struggle of trying to figure out where to start. we come across so many health & wellness accounts, creators, videos, books, etc. that might quickly become overwhelming and we just end up lost on where to begin. so let this little guide on the basics be your starting position!
let’s begin …
୨ৎ — physical basics
a lot of the time when we think of “health and wellness”, we think about our physical body. we look for workout routines, we might subscribe to a gym membership, we might try and follow workout youtube videos— but, we always somehow end up losing track of keeping up with that kind of physical activity, especially when we jump right into it.
start small! when i say we’re going to talk about the basics, i mean the very bare minimum basics.
make sure you’re getting enough sleep!
that 7-8 hours of sleep is absolutely vital for your physical health. i made this guide on how to get better sleep that i recommend for those who might struggle with getting a good amount of rest at night!
your body needs to rest and recharge. it needs to go into that sleep mode so that the next day you feel energized!
getting a good amount of sleep each night is an overall basic health and wellness tip! sleep doesn’t have just physical benefits, but it also benefits your mental and emotional well-being too!
drink water daily!
2-3 liters is that sweet spot for water intake, so let that be a daily goal for yourself! even if it’s one glass of water every morning, make sure you’re staying hydrated.
what helped me increase my water intake was by getting myself a super cute water bottle! i have this pastel colored owala water bottle and i’m absolutely obsessed with it and since i love it so much i’ve just been more inclined to drink more water!
stay away from the late night snacks!
i’ve been making it a goal for myself to not eat after, at the latest, 7:30pm. with that, i also try to refrain from getting myself a late night snack.
your stomach needs time to digest all the food you’ve eaten at dinner, and doctors/nutritionists always say not to eat 2-3 hours before going to sleep! going to bed with a full stomach can cause digestive problems, and we’re trying to promote health and wellness for ourselves! not make it worse for us!
get your body moving!
even if it’s going for a short walk or getting up from the couch to stretch or dancing around in your room, you need to start moving your body! get it used to physical activity before you start trying workout routines or going to the gym or following a youtube workout video.
if you’re already a little experienced with physical activity, keep your workout routines simple and short! find beginner level youtube workout videos! again, start small. don’t try to force yourself by diving in head first into something intense!
୨ৎ — mental/emotional basics
health and wellness also means making sure your mental and emotional health & well-being are in check. you can’t do physical activities if your mind isn’t in the right place!
journal, journal, journal!
i talk about journaling A LOT, and i’m going to keep reiterating it over and over again because it works! writing down your thoughts/feelings, brain dumping, creating gratitude lists, writing down daily affirmations; it all truly helps to get yourself into a better headspace!
digital detox
sometimes, it really is that damn phone! social media can be so toxic and draining, so spend some time away from it! i’m going to hold your hand when i say this: doomscrolling on tiktok or instagram reels isn’t going to make you feel better. log out and go do something else!
read a book, journal (told you i’d bring it up again), go for a walk, chat/hangout with a friend/loved one, clean your room, take an everything shower, dance around in your room; just do something that doesn’t involve your phone!
if you want to be on your phone, maybe create a vision board on pinterest or go into your notes app and journal that way! you can also go on youtube and watch inspirational videos/podcasts or any content creators that motivate you or make you feel good.
୨ৎ — spiritual basics
this may or may not apply to you, and if it doesn’t you can go ahead and skip this part! but if it does apply to you, then stay tuned!
your spirituality can be compromised when your health and wellness needs aren’t being met. if you’re a believer in God or you believe in another higher being or the universe, try to get yourself reconnected with your spirituality!
write down prayers/affirmations/manifestations
here i am with the journaling bit again, but seriously, write it down! get into the habit of writing these things down for yourself. you can start your day with writing this stuff down or you can end your day doing so!
consume media that inspires you
youtube videos, podcasts, books, articles, essays, whatever it is just find something that you feel helps you connect with your spiritual side and immerse yourself in it!
it could be content about manifesting, content about God, content about tarot cards/readings; anything that brings you closer with your spirituality.
୨ৎ — final notes
i want to give you guys a little bit of an assignment: write and reflect on your current health and wellness. what are some aspects of it that are going really well? what are some things that still need some work? how are you going to implement healthier habits into your routine?
living healthier and promoting your personal wellness for yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. it’s okay to start off with smaller goals! the health and wellness content creators you see have all started off with the basics and the basics have helped them grow! just because it’s a small act or a tiny change, it doesn’t mean you aren’t going to see big improvements!

hey girlies, it's mindy here <3 and guess what?
it’s here. the season of reinvention. the kind of fresh start that smells like new perfume, feels like sun-warmed skin, and looks like a completely elevated version of you. you know that feeling? when your life is about to change, and you can feel it before it even happens? yeah. that’s this.
howeverrrrrr, your next era won’t just magically appear. you step into it. you create it. you decide that you’re not the same person you were in winter, and suddenly? you’re not.
this is your guide to entering your next era like she would. gracefully, intentionally, effortlessly. because this is your season. let’s make it a good one.
✧˖° ➼ 01. decide who you’re becoming
every new era starts with a decision. before you start buying new clothes or changing your routine, ask yourself:
who is spring-you? • what does she look like? how does she carry herself? • what does she prioritize? what does she no longer tolerate? • what kind of energy does she bring into a room? • how does she make people (and herself) feel?
you don’t need to have all the answers, but get a vision. because stepping into your next era isn’t about wishing you were that girl. it’s about becoming her.
💌 homework: write a “who i am becoming” list. every morning, read it and align your actions with it.
✧˖° ➼ 02. upgrade your routine like a main character
okay, let’s be real, if you’re still waking up late, scrolling aimlessly, and letting your day run you, then you’re not in your next era yet. A next-era girl moves with purpose.
