Okay, Cass Cain head canon!

She loves getting dressed up for fancy occasions, galas, holidays, recitals. She loves looking pretty and eye catching every once and awhile. But she doesn’t wear like ridiculous dresses. She’s always in simple dark colors, no embroidery or frills, just a simple slip. But. Not black. She doesn’t wear black dresses. Think midnight blues and dark golds and emerald green. She also wears subtle makeup, powder, mascara, a lip gloss or tint. Nothing to crazy. No, what she wears to be eye catching is jewelry. She loves the sparklies! Her accent pieces twinkle across the room.

Cass spends so much of her time not being seen, never just having normal innocent fun. She didn’t play dress up with her mom’s jewelry as a kid. Selina took personal offense to that so now she does it as an adult and she loves it. Just the simple pleasure of looking pretty with no hidden agenda or mission. And it’s never like… sexy either.
