Peter: Oh, yeah, sure, I’d like to eat more vegetables, if I can

Sirius: That’s very healthy, Peter. Why don’t you tell me who it is, Prongs?

100 days of productivity 29/100

Found out from a friend that if I want to do biology then I'd probably have to do it at SRC so I've sent a query about it and hopefully it's something I can do and that doing it will be beneficial. I'll be sad to see art go tho 😔 (I know I can handle a lot but 5 ALevels would be pushing it...). Did a lot of homework today and gave a teacher my work xp form. Watched a couple more self improvement 🧠 videos and cleaned my retainers (those cleaning crystals could really do more ;-; ). Also I worked up the courage to ask my art teacher so miss class because I have my piece at home and I'm finished everything else. It will be refreshing to finish it early 🌱.

What are your main goals for this challenge:

To learn more about my study habits and ways in which I can improve them (also getting inspiration from others' posts). I would like to study more efficiently and study more in general also.

The idea of "new year new me" resolutions are so overrated. New year bucket-lists mean so much more <3

I wanna watch the sunrise everyday and smile as much as i possibly can. I wanna run a marathon and stargaze and go to a sunflower field. Obsess over tiny flowers, go to parks and fall in love with everything. Listen to songs at 5 in the morning and be as smiley-smiley as I could. Break out into songs and tell people i love them. A bucket-list for being unapologetically yourself <3

last day of 2023! i’ve put together a list of goals for the year. i’ve never been a resolution type person, but i do like plans.

i’ve found that making resolutions without expectations works best. there’s nothing concrete, therefore i can’t berate myself for not reaching some imaginary number by next december.

my main goal is to maybe treat myself with a bit more kindness in 2024. we’ll see how that goes.

New Year’s Resolutions:

• become the ravenous book fiend I once was

• dance in the woods around a bonfire under the full moon

• purchase a castle in Romania

• join a coven

• have a conversation with a vampire while walking the cobblestone side streets of Prague

• start a book club that meets at the fire place of a haunted victorian house once a month at midnight

Goals for this year:

- 4.0 semester GPA (I almost made it last semester, but managed to get one A-)

- Read 10 full books for pleasure (manageable, but also a big leap since last year I only read two in full)

- Dress better (will not go to class in sweatpants or pajamas, as I have been known to do)

- Feel better (self explanatory)

- Edit my novel (already started!!)

- 1000 ELO in chess (that’s a long way to go, but I think I can do it with dedicated study)

2023: read a lot of cool books that seem interesting, make a lot of art, write more, love fearlessly, look for beauty in the quiet moment, stop caring what other people think about you, pick up pretty rocks, don't be scared to be "cringe", do stuff even if you're not good at it, do it for the aesthetic or because its fun or because you feel like it, spend time with the people who make you laugh so much that everythind hurts, dont be afraid to take up space or ask for help, dont be scared to change your mind and start over

Honestly, after a deep dive into anything arctic monkeys (a revival more than anything, an obsession that never went away really, how could it) I think that my new new year's resolution is to use as many internal rhymes as humanly possible. That's just so literary smart, it'll put my degree into good use (also just want to sound hot).
