#ghost consort Jason

Ghost King Phantom answers a summons to a new dimension to find a sacrificial offering in three magic circles. One, holding Bizarro, another holding Artimus and the one in front holding Red Hood.

Phantom has no idea who these people are, but he knows the people in charge must be powerful mages or whatever. Doesn't matter. None of the mages hes ever had to face had known about his Halfa status so naturally thier wards and protections wouldn't work on him. He captures the kid with a naselly voice and his orange cat in a force field to give to Jazz later. She had been talking about wanting to study the psychology of a supernatural being for a while now so he'd help her out.

He made quick work of the other mages before turning around and facing the "sacrifices" the two in the back were still out cold but the one in front, the one in the red helm was radiating terror and rage. He was shaking even though Phantom hadn't done anything to him and had no intentions to. Danny landed outside the circle, trying to whisper something conforting as he stepped closer.

The moment he stepped into the ring however, the red runes turned into a bright green and the three circles disappeared. Danny didn't feel any different so he assumed it was nothing and he freed the captives before disappearing, none the wiser that Klarion the Witchboy had made a few translation mistakes in the slave contract and accidentally married a terrified Red Hood to Phantom, the High King of the Undead and King of the Lazarus dimension, also known as the Infinite Realms.

Danny probably learns he married that guy at some point but just kinda shrugs it off. Polygamy is legal in the realms and thier marriage doesn't change much. Sure, Danny is practically contractually obligated to save this guy if he's ever in mortal peril but Danny has no problems with that. He'd do it anyway.

So he just ignores the situation hoping it doesn't come up again.

It does.

Repeatedly.

I'm so surprised we don't have more Dead on Main ghost king marriage aus where Jason/the pit inside of him is terrified of Phantom. Let's change that

Tim Drake – From Vigilante to Infinite Realms Royalty

It was one of those things that Tim never imagined would happen, not in his wildest Gotham nights. But then again, dating Danny Fenton, aka Danny Phantom, the Ghost King, came with more than just the usual paranormal hijinks.

Tim was used to strange things, but being royalty? That was definitely new.

The revelation hit him one evening when Danny casually mentioned it, like he was talking about the weather.

“You know you’re technically royalty now, right?” Danny said, lounging upside down in the air like it was the most normal thing ever.

Tim raised an eyebrow. “Royalty? What are you talking about?”

Danny grinned, clearly enjoying himself. “Well, you’re dating me. And I’m the King of the Infinite Realms. So that makes you my consort… which, you know, technically makes you royalty too.”

Tim froze. “Wait—what? That’s not how this works. I didn’t sign up for—”

“Oh, but it is how it works. Welcome to ghost politics, Drake.”

And that’s when Tim realized his life just got infinitely more complicated.

Naturally, the bats found out. Because of course they did. And it spiraled into something Tim really didn’t want to deal with.

It started when he casually mentioned it during a meeting in the Batcave. He figured it wasn’t a big deal. After all, being ‘royalty’ in a ghost dimension didn’t really change anything, right?

Wrong.

Bruce didn’t even flinch. He just kept typing at the Batcomputer. “You’re dating the Ghost King, and now you’re royalty?”

“Technically, yes,” Tim said, trying not to sound too defensive.

Bruce glanced at him. “I see.”

That was all he said. But it was enough to make Tim feel like he’d just announced he was moving to the moon.

Jason, of course, immediately jumped on it. “Hold up. So you’re, like, ghost royalty now? Does that mean you get a crown or something?”

Tim shot him a glare. “No, I’m not getting a crown.”

“Oh, I dunno,” Jason grinned. “Sounds like royalty to me. Next thing you know, we’re gonna be bowing to Prince Drake of the Phantom Zone.”

“It’s not the Phantom Zone, Todd.”

Damian, predictably, was furious. “This is ridiculous. You, Drake? Royalty? You are not fit for any throne, especially one in the Infinite Realms. The entire concept is absurd.”

Tim sighed, rubbing his temples. “I’m not ruling anything, Damian. It’s just a title.”

“An unearned one,” Damian muttered under his breath.

Steph, on the other hand, thought it was the funniest thing she’d ever heard. “Wait, wait. So if you and Danny are together for real, does that mean we have to call you ‘Your Highness’? I need to know. Are there royal ghost duties? Do you have to make decrees?”

“No. Please stop,” Tim groaned.

But the worst part? The teasing didn’t stop. Every dinner, every mission, every time Tim walked into the room, someone had something to say.

“So, Tim,” Dick said one day with a grin. “Have you started planning ghostly state visits yet? I’m sure the Justice League would love to attend a royal banquet in your honor.”

“No state visits,” Tim said through gritted teeth. “I don’t even rule anything.”

“Sure you don’t, ‘Your Ghostliness,’” Jason added with a laugh.

The bats seemed to think it was the funniest thing in the world. Tim? Not so much. But he had to admit, ghost politics were no joke. He was already getting drawn into weird Infinite Realms power struggles, where ancient beings would bow to him and ghosts would whisper about “the King’s consort.”

At first, Tim tried to play it off. He didn’t need the title. He wasn’t about to walk around with a crown and robes, or start making royal proclamations. But when one of the ghost courtiers addressed him as “My Lord,” he couldn’t help but cringe.

Danny found the whole thing hilarious. “Don’t worry,” he’d say with a smirk. “You won’t have to do anything royal. It’s just… a perk.”

“Some perk,” Tim muttered.

Still, despite all the teasing and the bizarre ghostly politics, Tim knew one thing for sure: he wouldn’t trade it for anything. Dating Danny came with chaos, sure. But at the end of the day, Tim was okay with it. Even if it meant being ghost royalty.

Just… no crown. Ever.

A Little Late (DPxDC)

“You have the absolute worst timing ever, as always” a familiar voice shocked Batman and made him stop and turn around, ready to fight who ever spoke. Only for him to suffer yet another shock that made his insides cold, almost unable to fully register what he was seeing.

Batman stood frozen looking at a Ghost version of Jason as Robin carrying a bleeding Phantom in his arms. Ghost Robin gave the Living Counterpart to his Batman a disbelieving look then glanced over the other Living heroes. 

A flair of anger and irritation flash through Ghost Robin. “How dare they!? How many times did his Beloved and his friends have called for help for the Justice League? Sure, the other times there’s a world ending shit to deal with so they are busy and his Beloved was able to fight the ghost. BUT THIS, they had been hounding about the Anti-Ecto Acts for months, this is Living Government Experimenting on HIS PEOPLE and worse they moved on to Liminals! the Living who cannot withstand what the dead could.”

“We had been calling about the Unethical experiments on OUR people, For MONTHS over and over again. It was fine as we could attack and free the ghosts but we increased the calls for help when they started taking the Living. What took you so long.” Batman flinched as Ghost Robin visibly glitched as Ghost Robin seethed. “Just listening to those bastards without checking things.”

Sam stood by Robin’s side and placed a hand on his shoulder. She was wounded wearing a hospital gown and holding on a badly bandaged Tucker. Red blood seeped into the cloth, showing everyone how very alive and human the two ‘specimens’ Ghost Robin had liberated. Robin took a deep breath and sighed, though he didn’t need it, it helped regulate his anger.

“Technus, Send the info and videos to them. Not just the Ghosts experiment but the Liminals as well.” Robin held the bleeding Phantom closer to himself. “If they don’t give a fuck about the ghost, at least i hope saving the Living liminals might make them stop these Bastards.”

“Lord Consort, I’ve freed all of the ghosts in the facilities and are ready to leave. What do we do with the Amity residents that are too injured?”

“Lead the heroes to them, let them see and do their jobs. I’m taking my King to Frostbite” Robin replied. He took a spectral crowbar and pried a tear into reality, a portal to Far Frozen. “Sam… I”

Sam shut Robin up. “Just take Danny to the healer. Tucker and I will talk to the Heroes who Finally decided to show up.” She then glared at the heroes standing around. “If push comes to shove, we’ll carry one without them.”

“Indeed, we’ll handle it. Take the young king to the royal healer.” Technus stated.

“At least, your Other Self seems willing to help us blow these bastards up.” Tucker chimed in. Of course, Tucker was referring to Red Robin since they knew the Neverborn was the Spirit of Robin. The term Other Self is one Ghost robin used to refer to any of his living counterparts.  Never realizing that yes, RR was willing but it also could also refer to Red Hood whom they didn’t know was a former Robin, just standing there as well. The Red Hood who was once the current ‘Robin form’ the Neverborne was wearing. Red Hood who died and came back.

Ghost robin stepped through and closed the portal behind him. Only then he vaguely realised that the Heroes probably assumed he was Jason’s other self rather than all the Robins, yet he had pressing matters to attend to such as keeping his Beloved half alive. They can deal with complicated human and Living politics later. Robin’s form started cycling through various Robin now that he doesn’t have to hold himself and his emotions in check as he watches Frostbite start healing Danny.

The idea won't leave me, so I'm planning on just posting things that I've written about the Idea I have for the fanfic that I never wrote, "Just a Simple Wish." a DPxDC crossover where Danny accidentally spoke a wish to have a proper mentor and a friend that understands him, only for Desiree to drop him in the Cursed City Infinite Realm Gotham in front of Cryptid!Batman and Spirit!Robin who just came to being after death of Jason, hence Cryptid!Batman raising the two Ghostling in the Ghost Gotham. 

 I figured Someone else might like to give it a try. so im throwing the idea here and hope someone else adopts it.

Jason thinks he might be dying again; he had gone out without his helmet because it had been damaged the night before and still wasn’t fixed so of course tonight his grappling line snapped, plunging him several stories into an alley with a wet crack. He was extremely winded but otherwise felt no pain, which shouldn’t be possible considering how far he fell and the noise he heard when he landed. He was scared to try to move and the longer he held off the more the creeping sense that he simply couldn’t overcame him. He was starting to get cold and his vision was blurring but-

There was a swirl of green and red and dark dark black beyond his periphery and he couldn’t move to look at it and-

A woman crouched beside him, her chin and mouth the only part of her skin visible beneath a black lace veil. Her skin was bone white, her lips blood red, and there was a visible aura of darkness around her, though she didn’t appear malevolent, despite the way her red lips pulled into a grin that was far too close to someone else’s grin for Jason to feel she had good intentions. He stared at her fangs and wondered if she was here to drain him of his blood before it became useless, and then she began to speak.

“Little Jason~” she purred; he would have jolted at the fact she knew his name if he could. “My favorite Robin. When I had poured as much ectoplasm as I could into your coffin, I hoped merely for you to become a strong ghost. My curses kept you from crossing over though and I feared you would remain stuck, forever a fresh corpse in that coffin. But oh how strange this world is!” Here she began to caress Jason’s face with a black lace glove with delicate black pearls sewn into it. “One of the many super powered living changed the world and jolted your body back to life! How I wish you had come back fully then, how I intended to guide you back to your memories before that woman whisked you away to bathe in her family’s tainted ectoplasm. What was it like my Robin? When she took you away from my borders? Was she kind to you?”

Jason could only gurgle, realizing in that moment that his mouth was filled with blood.

“Oh forgive me, I’m reminiscing when we should be doing business. I don’t want you to die yet, you could do so much more work as the Red Hood. But saving you now would take quite a lot of my energy, so I would like a favor in return.”

Jason couldn’t move or speak, so he tried to project as much suspicion and skepticism towards the woman as he could. For some reason, this made her laugh and the sound brought to mind the way pearls might sound hitting pavement.

“You do not have to succeed at this favor, merely give it your honest best try. You see, the High King has finally been convinced to start courting potential partners. I’m much too old for him, but to have one of my Own be his Consort? That would still gain me quite a bit of power!”

Jason hoped this woman was a telepath of some kind and that her earlier laughter wasn’t coincidence as he thought very hard ‘I don’t know you or this King!’

The woman chuckled and caressed his cheek again. “I sense your confusion; I am a city spirit, the Spirit of Gotham, though many call me Lady Gotham. And the king I refer to… he has many names and titles, though is often simply referred to as The High King of The Infinite Realms. He is the king of ghosts and All That Exists After; he is also your king. But you don’t need to die in order to court him, seeing as you’ve already done that once before.”

Jason had no reason to believe a thing this woman said… but he could feel his breathing getting labored as his vision continued to blur and it was looking very unlikely that anyone else would come along. If any of what she said was true, it was his only chance of walking away, plus she claimed he didn’t even need to succeed in courting this King of Ghosts. He was very concerned about some possible fae rules or monkeys paw situation but… it really was his only chance.

So he agreed.

DPxDC is a fandom in and of itself now. I think we've established that.

It's probably the only fandom I am so avidly a reader of such wildly different things.

I ship Danny with two of the Batboys and also their dad.

I can't think of a ship as good as Jazz/Jason for either of those two characters.

I am obsessed with the demon twins aus where Danny is Damian's twin. I'm obsessed also with my personal thought that it's Sam that's Damian's twin.

I am obsessed with Amity Parkers showing up and just chaos happening.

The Fenton children getting adopted by any number of different villains or heroes. (But especially the villains).

I am here for reincarnation aus, whether it be Danny reincarnated as a batboy, a formerly inviable clone, Thomas Wayne. More Sam Reincarnated as Harley and Ivy's daughter, Martha Wayne, an avatar for the Green. More Pharaoh Tucker, reincarnated as a modern techno-wizard.

Queen Regent Jazz. Queen Regent Maddie. Queen consort Jack. High Prince Danny. Princess Ellie. Prince Dante. Duke Vlad? Plant Queen Sam. Pharaoh Tucker. Ghost Royalty Amity Parkers.

I'm here for Jazz raising de-aged Danny, perhaps also with Ellie and Dante. I'm here for Danny raising de-aged Ellie and Dante. I'm here for de-aged anything really, the thought of being able to re-live childhood marginally better with the knowledge of myself I have now that is just too compelling for me.

I'm here for Danny being an immortal ancient being that the JLD call in during hopeless situations or situation involving direct citizens of his domain. I'm here for him pretending to be an ancient being when summoned.

I'm here for unknowable eldritch Danny. Unknowable eldritch Amity Parkers in general.

I'm here for Just Some Guy ^TM Danny. He has shit luck and is found everywhere by all the vigilantes of whichever city we've dropped him in. He is also an impossibly powerful person who could easily KO the JLA's heavy hitters in minutes.

Dead Sunsets Outfits (click for clarity)

This will probably be one of my last posts before I go dark for finals :3 please hold off on asks for the next 2 weeks! I’ll get started on MerMay when I get back!

The funniest part of all of this is that even tho I draw so many outfits and fashion, I have the wardrobe of an 11 year old boy.

+ The idea of this collection of photos was ‘what if each character got involved within their partner’s worlds?’ As such, each of them explore the Ghost Zone, Gotham, and Themyscira (which I believe is now combined with Bana-Mighdall, if you’re wondering why I didn’t mention Bana-Mighdall). Gotham technically has 3 outfits bc that’s where they’re all living now.

+ In the Ghost Zone, masks are usually worn as burial shrouds or burial masks. As royalty (and consorts to royalty), Jazz wears a wolf skull, while Jason wears a ram skull and Artemis wears a boar skull. You can also see the skull masks on the Phantom Family here.

+ In Themyscira, I combined a whole bunch of Greek, Egyptian, and Amazon DC fashion. Jason’s was surprisingly both the hardest and least hardest outfit to make bc I was very ??? when trying to figure out what men wore in Themyscira. I eventually landed on just armor, while both Artemis and Jazz wear dresses and other outfits.

+ In a Crime Gang, I imagine that this is what they wear when associating with Jason and his gang. Jason wears his usual attire, Jazz is his assistant, and Artemis is their bodyguard, but dressed in an outfit inspired by her mercenary clothes (which I fucking love). All three wear very dark and practical clothes.

+ In Disguise, this is a reference to this one-shot, where both Jazz and Artemis disguise themselves as Jason’s escort and bodyguard. Something something sexy women, I am obsessed.

+ In Gotham Outing, they dress casually :3 Artemis is specifically inspired by butch fashion, while Jazz dresses in femme fashion lmao. Jason is Jason.

The Family of Halfa's

DP x DC Prompt (With other Fandoms, this prompt was inspired by "Wished Away Series")

Danny and Wes had been together for a while. Wes was, at first, not considered part of his friend group, but as time went on, Wes integrated himself as part of Team Phantom.

Now that Wes was a full ghost, and the Consort to Danny, as he is the Ghost King, Clockwork had decided that the Halfa and his Consort are the perfect option to raise the souls of those the Time Ghost takes pity on as new Halfa's with a new start, meaning these souls don't have the memories of their past lives, but powers and such related to their previous lives.

The oldest of the reborn souls they got was a boy named Adrian Agreste, but not any Adrian, the Cat Blanc Adrian, who was plucked from his timeline before it was erased and offered a second chance at life. His power is still destruction, but only when he is feeling intense negative emotions.

The second oldest, who came a few years after Adrian, was named Callum, a boy who died at the hands of the Sunfire Elves before help had arrived. He doesn't have any unique powers but is adept at the Arcane Arts than any (fully) living person.

A few months later, another soul was given to them. His name was Eli Shane, and he perished in the Eastern Caverns during the battle with the Emperor. Eli's powers allow him to access 5 elements, with him limited to one until he switches to another, Fire, Air, Earth, Water, and Energy. And because of Junjie, Eli's other Ghost Power allows him to learn any martial arts much quicker than any being.

After a year, another soul was given to them, one of a courageous young man named Link who stopped a Demon King but suffered too many injuries to be saved. His power is time related, but not too powerful. If he dodges an attack at the last second, he is able to move faster than anyone to attack his opponent for a short duration.

2 more years later, two souls were given to Danny and Wes, Keith and Lance, who perished at the hands of a mysterious foe while giving their team time to escape. Their powers are similar yet different at the same time. They both can summon spectral lions, but Keith's is red and has fire powers, while Lance's are blue and have water related powers.

Finally, 3 years later, Danny and Wes are given 5 souls of kids, kids who died participating in a war to stop a bad guy. Aang died fighting Ozai. Zuko and Katara died in the Agni kai against Azula. Toph and Sokka died when the Airship they were on crashed in the sea before Suki could arrive on time. Aang has air and animal related powers, Katara has water and ice powers, Zuko has fire and electricity powers, and Toph has earth and metal powers, Sokka doesn't have any unique powers, but is a natural leader and adept at learning how to use any type of weapon.

After the Quintuplets were reborn from Danny, the rest of the souls were as well, as Danny needed to host their cores to have them reborn as Halfa's, Danny and Wes thought that they needed to live in a dimension, and not the Keep Danny inherited, as Danny and the reborn Halfa's need to eat regular food as well ad needing Ectoplasm, and so the kids could interact with other living people and not just the Ghosts in the Infinite Realms. So they chose a random dimension with a lot of Heroes to live in, with Clockwork giving Wes a new body to be a Halfa himself.

And now the family made of all Halfa's is living in a place called Gotham, a Gothic City with enough ambient ectoplasm as Amity, but they had caught the attention of the Vigilantes of the City, as the entire family are Alternates to the people of the dimension.

Danny is an alternate younger Jason Todd, but not as Buff. Wes is an alternate younger Roy Harper, also not as buff. Adrian is an alternate Dinah Lance. Callum is an alternate and younger Hal Jordan. Eli is an alternate Lady Shiva. Link is an alternate and younger Barry Allen. Keith is an alternate Jon Kent. Lance is an alternate Damian Wayne. Aang is an alternate and younger Bruce Wayne. Katara and Sokka are alternates to Dick Grayson. Toph is an alternate and younger Cassandra Cain. Finally, Zuko is an alternate and younger Tim Drake.

hekate: a history

hihi!! recently my friend expressed interest in learning more about hekate and I thought that I could do some research and put it into a post. To Let Sleeping Dogs Lie

Jason stayed dead for about six months before he was resurrected. That left his spirit plenty of time to fully manifest in the ghost zone, but time flows a little weird in the Infinite Realms so it feels like he's been dead a lot longer.

Regardless, six months is enough time for him to make plenty of friends and enemies alike. Enough to fall head over heals for the white-haired boy named Danny who just so happens to also be his king. Enough time for Jason and Danny to finally confess their feelings for each other and form a relationship. Enough time for them to grow to adore each other down to their very cores. Enough time for Jason to become the King's consort and earn the title of Prince of the Infinite Realms.

Not enough time, however, when Jason's spirit is unwillingly dragged back to the broken husk of his body buried in a coffin six feet under. Not enough time when the sheer amount of trauma his body and mind suffered causes his memories of the afterlife to sift out like grains of sand through a colander, mindless in his continued existence and search for a man named Bruce that he only half recalls.

Not enough time for when his body is stolen and dunked into the foulist pools of ectoplasm to ever surface in the living world and he comes back with unbridled rage he only half understands. Where is he? Where was he? Why does green flood his vision? Something is missing but why can't he remember? He shouldn't be here. Why was he here?? (1)

Jason tries to navigate his way through the world he'd previously left behind and discovers what happened after his death. The Joker was still alive. Another child was running around in a traffic light costume in the dead of night. Bruce had replaced him, seeming to forget he ever existed and the consequences of training a child to be a vigilante. That just won't do. He cries. He rages. He plans.

Meanwhile, the King of the Infinite Realms is apocalyptic over the fact that his lover was ripped from his arms, their kingdom, their home. He can sense Jason's torment like echoes in a cave. Can sense when his body enters the fringes of his territory when dunked into the toxic Lazarus waters created by the previous king. How dare they taint his lover's spirit with such filth?! Danny's core rears its head, chanting, growling to protect his soulmate.

Danny is beyond unhappy and he's about to make it everyone's problem.

Notes:

(1) Jason forgets everything he experienced in the afterlife with Danny and is even more confused than he previously would have been when resurrected. Memories only come back to him in bits and pieces when he comes into contact with beings of the supernatural and Danny himself or possibly when he sleeps.

(*) I believe an interesting way to show the events and progression for this prompt would be to switch back and forth between the current events of Under the Red Hood/Phantom's anger and the days they spent together in the Infinite Realms before they were literally torn away from each other. Either as standalone info or through the dreams Jason has as he sleeps but doesn't remember when he wakes.

The events of Under the Red Hood still happen, there's just the question of where he even was for the six months that he was dead added into the equation. Dead on Main tossed in there for flair, because why not? Been seeing a lot of "Jason becomes Danny's Fright Knight" fics, but I wanna see one where they're literally just a royal couple who rule the Infinite Realms with a just and fair hand.

Dealing with insomnia part last night and this fic idea came to mind. It's a merging of several past fic ideas I've played withat one point or another.

Janet is/was secretly CIA officer and Jack was originally her handler who she fell in live with and married

The Haiti Incident wasn't an archaeological trip that got intercepted by terrorists. It was a CIA mission investigating the League of Assassins that fell apart due to a double cross

Janet didn't die. She was captured and presumed dead due to explosion. The explosion is also what caused Jack to be injured badly enough to be thrown into a coma

Ra's had Janet captured because he was obsessed with her as a new potential paramour, but she despises him

However Ra's manipulates her into obedience by threatening to go after Tim is she doesn't comply and work with the League (similar to how the League threatened their Administrator person's family in the Red Robin comics). If she won't serve him as a consort, she can serve him as a spy. In the CIA she was in black ops division.

Ra's reveals to Janet her son is a Robin, and because of that the League could easily take him out if they wanted because Batman sends him out alone on patrols and missions too often and he's always vulnerable to the League

Later Janet discovers she's pregnant with Jack's child. She was only a few weeks along when Haiti happened and it wasn't until midway through her second month with the League that she started feeling and showing signs. Ra's allows her to keep the child but only because of is another way to ensure her loyalty. The baby's name is Emily

Jack freaks out when he discovers Tim is Robin because he's always been afraid Tim would followed in his mother's footsteps one day. Being in the CIA, FBI, or some other aspect of the US government intelligence or military is a family legacy for Janet's side.

Janet's mother, Vanessa Grey, is actually still alive and is acting Director of the ARGUS. She is Amanda Waller's boss in this AU. Waller is the head of the Suicide Squad division and reports directly to Vanessa. Steve Trevor, also reports directly to Vanessa as head of his own spec ops team within ARGUS. He's at equal level to Amanda. They are Vanessa's left (Waller) and right (Trevor) hands respectively.

Vanessa knows her daughter has been captured by the League of Assassins, but their organization is so tight that an extraction has not been possible to organize safely. She is also aware that the League is likely threatening Tim to keep her daughter in line, as her spies have noted how League agents are always in distant but convenient orbit around her grandson.

Vanessa knows Tim is Robin and that Bruce is Batman. In ARGUS, only Waller and Trevor share this information with her. This information is kept top secret between the three of them. Trevor protects this secret because he was actually close friends with Janet and cares about her family. Waller protects this secret because she has "thoughts" on the value of knowing that Bruce Wayne is Batman.

Back to Janet... While in the League, she ends up in... something... with Talia. They aren't really "friends" but they do respect one another. Talia ensures Janet's baby is cared for and protected when she is forced to go on covert missions. In return, Janet acts as a double agent for Talia regarding what Ra's and White Ghost are up to at any given point in time. Because of this, Janet meets with and interacts with both Jason and Damian before they leave the League.

Janet recognizes Jason as Bruce Wayne's adopted son. Where Talia was trying to turn him into a League agent loyal only to her, Janet, while being forced to train Jason in espionage, couldn't help but care for him as a person... as a teenager not much older than her own son. Jason also started drifting towards Janet as a mother figure, and even grew fond and protective of Emily as a baby sister. Janet also spoke a lot about Tim.

Titans Tower and the Red Hood's interactions with Tim are different because of this. Talia kept it a secret that Jason met Janet. Ra's noticed Janet was becoming "comfortable" so decided to remind her of her place by ordering a threat on Tim. Talia heard of this and offered "manipulate" Jason into doing the deed, sweetening the pot by tempting Ra's with the idea of all the chaos Jason's return to Bruce's life will cause in Gotham (because Jason still hates Bruce in this AU).

Jason goes to Gotham with two things in mind: (1) Pretend to threaten Tim just enough to get the other League spies/assassins that are threatening Tim to back down. He goes in with a plan to injure Tim just enough to keep him off the streets and out of uniform for at least a few weeks, if not a couple of months. and (2) to go after Bruce for all the things he's angry at his adopted dad about involving the Joker.

Janet meets and bonds with Damian while he's under Talia's care in a similar way as she did Jason. Damian sees Janet almost like a favorite Aunt. However, Ra's ends up taking Damian away for long stretches at a time to reduce the influence of Talia on the boy as he "trains" Damian personally. But when the time comes that Talia sends Damian to his father, Janet tells him not to reveal anything to Tim about her. He's confused about that. Janet tells him it's because if Tim knew she was alive, he'd stop at nothing to find her... and Ra's would use that against her, both her children (who Damian views as cousins), and Damian's father Bruce, who had adopted Tim after Jack died. So when Damian goes to Gotham to join Bruce's family, he does not make any attacks against Tim, though he is distant to the teenager. Being around Tim makes him WANT to tell him about his mother, especially when he observes how much Timothy still misses her.

Tim doesn't reunite with Janet until BruceQuest. By then Janet and Talia are seperated. Ra's questions Talia's loyalty after she sends Damian out of his reach and sends her away in exile. Janet is sent to the Cradle along with her daughter, who is three years old, almost four at this point. Everything happens just as it does in canon during BruceQuest, except when Tim wakes up at the Cradle and Janet catches wind that he is there and was injured by the Spiders, which is a case she'd been assigned to figure out and stop, she goes to him.

Tim at first doesn't believe what he's seeing when he sees his mom alive and well. At first he thinks she's a fake or a hallucination. But then at the sight of Tim injured and surrounded by ninjas and assassins, Janet goes off, screaming at them to get away from her son. But then the White Ghost himself puts a blade at Tim's throat, and still being injured, Tim can't react fast enough to stop him. Janet freeze with terror as White Ghost reminds her of exactly what SHE has at stake. Just because Timothy is in the Cradle doesn't mean that the sword of Damocles isn't still hanging over his head. Then White Ghost orders a couple of the other assassins to turn their blades on Janet too, which sends a spike of alarm immediately through Tim. White Ghost is quite pleased with watching Tim's expression as he realizes that just as they can threaten him to keep his mother in line, now in addition to Tam they can threaten Janet to keep Tim in line.

Afterwards, when the three of them are finally able to be alone together in Janet's "suite" which is just a comfortably furnished prison cell with a couple of rooms, Janet explains everything to her son and Tam. After she's done talking, Tim asks her why she hasn't tried to leave, even when Ra's has her out in the field. It's at that time one of the side room doors open and little Emily warily peeks out. "Momma? Is it safe?"

Tim is frozen in shock at the child as this child with Jack's brown hair and Janet's blue eyes (the same as his own) is beckoned forward by his mom. "It's ok baby. It's safe. They're safe." The girl asks who they are. Janet smiles sadly. "Y'know the stories I told you about our home back in Gotham? This is your big brother." At that, Emily's eyes light up, fear blinked away and replaced by wonder and curiosity. "Tim?"

After that, Tim ends up working alongside his mother in order to figure out this whole deal with the Council of Spiders. He gets to see his mother in her element and sees a whole side of her that he never knew existed. He also realizes that a lot of his observational and investigational skills, the way his mind works to connect clues and solve cases are traits he inherited from his mom. While they work, Tam stays with Emily, who is happy for the company that isn't assassins. She misses her cousins Jason and Damian who she'd grown up with, but she loves getting to know Tim. When they are resting at the Cradle, she follows him around like a duckling.

Things happen as they do in the Cradle at the end of everything. While Ra's thinks Tim and Janet are under his thumb, what he doesn't realize is that now that the two are working together, Janet seizes the opportunity to activate several "contingencies" she's been quietly integrating into the Cradle for what she hoped would be her eventual escape. The only reason she hadn't activated any of them was she had no way to get Emily out safely with just her. But with Tim there now it's possible.

During the escape from the Cradle, Tim quickly learns that his mother has no limits when it comes to protecting him, his baby sister, or Tam. One of the first things Janet does when the Spiders attack is to get her hands on as many firearms and ammo clips as she can carry, and she's a crackshot with all of them. She's in full on black ops mode when the fighting starts, and her mission is to safely extract the hostages by any means necessary and cut off pursuit by any hostiles.

Oh, btw... Tim may have originally set up his virus to just blow up the Cradle, but while he was out in the field on earlier missions to locate the Spiders, Janet snuck in behind him and boosted the reach of the virus to go after nearly all the League bases that were on the same network. This was Janet's big FUCK YOU to Ra's for everything he put her through over all these years.

Once they're back in Gotham City, the final showdown with Ra's and his assassins happens, but Tim is not alone when he faces down Ra's, at least not completely. When everything started, Tim left Janet with Emily under Red Hood's protection. Tim wanted his family under the protection of someone who would DEFINITELY shoot to kill if someone threatened them. However, Janet had a feeling Tim was gonna run off and face Tim alone, so she followed after while leaving Emily with Jason, who promised to watch over his baby sister.

In the skyscraper office, just as Ra's is about to try and kick Tim through the window, he catches a glint in the reflection of the cracked glass window and barely turns around just in time to avoid being shot through the head, instead catching Janet's bullet through the shoulder. Janet doesn't hesitate, doesn't even give Ra's the chance to monologue, just stares him down with ice cold eyes as she empties half the clip from her Glock center mass into his chest before putting one last bullet between his eyes. Once she knows Ra's is down, she immediately starts mother henning Tim, checking on his injuries and fretting about infection because he still lost his spleen.

Afterwards, Ra's body disappears before it can be picked up by authorities, because of course it did.

Tim returns to live at the manor and delivers the evidence that Bruce is alive. Janet and Emily relocate there as well for the time being to rest and recuperate from their harrowing ordeal. Jason comes back as well because (1) he missed Janet and sees her as a second mom and (2) he wants to be there in case anyone from the League tries to retaliate again, which thankfully they don't. Janet made sure that the League was severely crippled by what they did at the Cradle. Damian is also a lot lighter now his Aunt Janet is back in his life again, along with Emily.

Eventually, about a week after everything settles down, Steve Trevor shows up at the front gate of Wayne Manor. He's come by to both say welcome home to his best friend and to extend an invitation. Tim asks what's going. "Oh, it's just an invite from your grandmother to have Sunday dinner with her. She wants to finally meet her grandchildren." Tim blinks at her. "Wait? GRANDMOTHER?! Since when did I have a grandmother?!"

1. Star

It all went to shit when the Helos got hit. The explosions grew louder and louder. Fire enveloped them in a blossom of miniature stars. Footsteps landed heavily on the dry surface. He found cover behind one of the walls, eyeing the opposing enemy on the other side. As Jason tactically gained ground, he checked his sides.  Bullets brushed past him, as caresses deadlier than sin. Orders moan of pain, and bristling of comments by other soldiers mingled. He sprung forth, aiming his modified M4A1 carbine at the━━Shepard. They turned, a flicker of fear in their bottomless brown eyes. The male rose from their spot with their hands raised, backtracking. 

2. Eye

"Numquam obliviscaris, commemores semper," a stranger replied. The rustle of what seemed like feathers shattered the silence. A glow of golden eyes locked into his. Like the hot coals burning in a fire, a strange yet familiar beauty. The witness as the holiness of the Gods now forgotten. Pale skin as from a corpse. Untouched. In solitude. "What?" Kaz said, squawking. He pointed an accusing finger at the foreigner. "Are you . . . One in the group? It's rude to spring out on people like this." A laugh erupted from the other. "I wouldn't be around such low-life, darling. Neither should you." Footsteps grew closer. The warmth of a hand gripping Kaz's clothes pulled closer. The breath of fires that burned out all spirits ghosted Kaz's face. "Did nobody tell you?" "Who are you?" Kaz barely managed to press out trembling brims. "I've waited for you," the man said. Fingers caressed Kaz's neck. "For over seven centuries." His rich hues shone into his own. The words carried heavy, like Atlas. Yet it was bittersweet with thorns. To poison anyone who got too close. Slowly and deadly. Still, Kaz couldn't resist. As if the man knew him more than he did. And Kaz could do nothing but surrender.

3. Call

Tears streamed down his cheeks. Dean sniffed. His nails dug into his skull. Dean tried to shut up the thoughts to no avail. The voices in his head grew into a crescendo. "Shut up," Dean begged quietly, his scalp pained him more. He took deep breaths, his heart raced in his ribs. The idea of not been able to save his brother, destroyed something inside him. His father had basically told him to take care of his little brother. He failed there as well. Dean sobbed into the silence. Cas attempted calling him again and Dean turned off the phone. His mind wandered to the memories before Sam died. Dean knew the clues yet he was a coward to not face them in time. He did not want to encounter more of it anymore. "Damn it," his fist hit the wheel, his teeth grit together when the burning pain reached him. A short distraction. He wiped the tears away. Nothing appealed to him anymore. Not the music that helped when nothing else did. Or Dean could buy whatever he wanted.

4. Dark

SHIVERS RAN DOWN KAZ'S SPINE AS THE MAN CARESSED HIM, as if he was already inside his veins. Burning. To drown in the stranger's gaze. Kaz felt himself transfixed. "You didn't answer my question," his gaze flickered, heart in his throat. At least hoping to get some response as to why he was treated this way. Disappointment gradually spread in the man's eyes. "I'm Lazzaro." The richness in his accent was clear. Outerwordly. Lazzaro released his grip, adjusting his dark cloak. "A Knight. Your savior." Fingers ghosted over a sword by his thigh. As if to confirm any suspicions Kaz might've. Like he is reading my thoughts . . . Kaz made a blank expression. Heart razed in his chest, begging for Isabella to come back from wherever she was. Such hope crashed a moment later. As nobody entered the door into the room. Instinct told him to grab for the gun he had used earlier━━ But Kaz was a crappy shot. "They corrupted your mind this lousily?" Lazzaro continued. "I shouldn't have expected anything else." That snapped Kaz out of his stupor. "What?!"

5. When

When he realized that his brother was really there, a relief so strong went through his body. The tension of an unsuccessful attempt of bringing his brother let his mouth bitter with guilt. "Starting on who gets you out from hell, right?" He lifted one eyebrow before he glanced around. A team held a sign that had Supernatural season 4 Episode 1: Lazarus Rising written on it in bold letters. He sighed. "I think I know where we are," he rubbed the back of his head. "What?" Dean asked surprised, he blinked a few times. "Oh, that," he lifted his finger in the air before he pointed at the sign Sam already had read. "I am...whoa, I don't get it, we are on a set?" Dean's voice heightened in volume for each word. "Not any set, Supernatural, to be precise," Sam nodded towards the working people. He did his best to hold the frustration out of his body language. "We need to get out of here." Dean gave him a glance in agreement. Soundlessly he turned to leave the building, somehow he found the way out. A few white trailers stood some meters away, pairs of impala's stood on the far end. The silence left him feeling exposed. Sam hurried over to the trailers before his big brother could see the impala's on the other side. He entered the trailer named J. Padalecki. It was like a small house in a car. His eyes landed on a sofa on the other end and he slumped down on it. Tiredness slipping into every bone of his body, he struggled to be awake. "I think a powerful demon brought me up from hell, it won't make any sense otherwise," Dean sat down beside him. He gave him a pointed look. Sam waited for Dean to complete his theory since he knew he had more on his chest. "I mean, getting out of hell isn't easy. It's made so nobody gets out, you know," Dean continued. "But what can it be? The people here are aware we are actors. Something we are not, we are hunters," Sam wondered. "And by their last names, I bet they aren't brothers like we are," he noticed a bang of hurt pass through Dean's green eyes. Dean opened and closed his mouth a few tries yet he answered later.
