Day 12 27/10/22 TOTAL: 698 Had an appointment and then had to go to my old work to hand in some uniform etc. was good excuse to walk. Got a coffee tho (had 5 shots) and it was a bad decision. The early morning sugar free syrup woke up my appetite and I craved carbs ALL DAY. It lead to overeating and then bingeing on shit in the evening which I planned to keep but then got all anxious and guilty about it so i went and purged it in a bush somewhere. I think there was a homeless guy watching me but I couldnt really make it out because it was half past midnight. On the plus side I’ve had to tighten the drawstrings of two of the legs I wear so +++. After purging 1.2litres volume and not having any sodium or potassium all day plus 5 shots of coffee and 3.5 hours of walking I kept nearly passing out towards 2 am whilst trying to get home LOL. Had bisto gravy when I got in in a cute bowl I bought for portion control (was 75 cal, not listed below but counted in the total) Breakfast: 0 Lunch: 789 Soya milk- 91 sugarfree gingerbread syrup -3 espresso-13 Smoked salmon and cream cheese sushi-227 Chicken Satay wrap- 455 Dinner: 749 small apple -53 banana-105 hamhock wrap -406 Lucozade- 185 Binge + purge: ~ 1200, kept 100 (got most of it out but couldnt complete it for obvious reasons) exercise: 997

Im 22 student of criminology🤍
I had a problem with huge weight swings and was caught in a vicious cycle of starvation and overeating... I have a bad relationship with food and honestly in my head I don't even know what I really want.
I am currently trying to get my weight back on lw ... I wish I could keep up and not eat too much. I'm afraid I will be fat and sick. nightmare
I vent my thoughts and feelings here. Sometimes I feel like I'm dying and other times I laugh at the ed meme.

day7 saturday 22/10/22 TOTAL: 1078 Back on track for calories but fucked up this morning not taking meds and excusing having a gigantic binge and purge session (for me). Managed only 3 days without it >.> Going to try to fast tomorrow. So far the failed deficit stands at 1513, so I can knock another 1000 of off that tomorrow if I fast for 24-36 hrs. Just have to be smart and stay busy+take meds/drink tea. About to go on a walk to sleep better since I napped for hours today and to help with my owed deficit catch-up. BINGE: 2940 smoked salmon, prawn and surimi california rolls with a spicy mary rose and soy sauce -936 cal  vanilla ice cream- 600cal or so brownies -800 cal or so whole trifle-604 cal Purged: ~2396 kept about 3-400 of the sushi down, counting as 454 (guestimate). Was ravenously hungry after purging bc blood sugar spike and wanting to keep the binge high going but figured low potassium so had a banana and 2 cups of spinach and went to sleep. Felt really wasted from it all Breakfast: 0 Lunch:  573 sushi- 454 banana-105 spinach-14 Dinner: 526 tuna tin -137 marrowfat peas tin -147 small apple- 53 boiled eggx3 -189 Exercise: 21
