my motivations to lose weight!!
so i wont compare myself as much to others
so i will be able to always fit cute, small clothes
so i wont worry about my stomach
so people will like me more
so if a boy ever likes me ill be small and dainty for him
so people will be amazed at how small i am
so people wont even believe i can weigh so little
looking cute and thin in pretty dresses!!
summer/warm weather!!
so i can learn to love myself
so i can feel happy
so i will look effortlessly good because of how small i will be
so i can be guys' crushes
so people will admire me
so people will talk to me more
so people will worry about me
so i can be small and fragile
so people might be jealous
revenge on the guy who played w me (bonus!)
and also..
so i can workout without hating it
so i can be less hungry
so i will have more self-control
so i will be more active
so i will look good in photos and videos
I am determined to do this, even if I fail one day, I will get on track the next.

weight loss tips for the cold weather:
drink plenty of teas and broths to help curb appetite.
drink plenty of water to not mistake thirst for hunger.
be mindful of portion sizes.
include protein in each meal.
opt for snacks with protein and fiber.
move more throughout the day to stay warm.
make a list of staple meals and snacks to rotate from.
keep a food journal.
stay warm without food, like dressing in layers and using blankets.
enjoy soups for dinner often.

New diet plan
DIET - OMAD/intermittent fasting (choose one of 2 meals)
Eat in front of people so they don't get suspicous
Breakfast -
Options:
protein shake
fruit
eggs
milk
veggies
Dinner -
Options:
protein shake smoothie
eggs
salad
fruit
soup
(max: 600 cals allowed per day, and 700-800 on re-feeding times when metabolism gets slow)
(allowed to: drink black coffee & tea, chew gum)
Workouts (do all)
5 min warmup (no jumping) - MadFit
Get abs in 2 weeks - Chloe Ting
10 min break
Pilates workout at home - Shirlyn Kim
10 min break
9 mins thigh & legs workout - Shirlyn Kim
1 hour break
walk 30 mins - 1 hr
MOST IMPORTANT - DRINK 64 fl oz OF WATER EVERYDAY

Also I'm going to add how many cals everything burns next to it, however I want to clarify that these numbers will only be acurate FOR ME. It would only be acurate for you too if you have the same hight and weight as me.

1 min scissor kicks -> about 12 cals burned
10 crunches -> about 2 cals burned
1 min russian twists (with a 10lb weight) -> about 5 cals burned

30 squats (with a 10lb weight) -> about 10 cals burned
30 lunges (each side) (with a 10lb weight) -> about 15 cals burned
50 side leg raises (each side) (with a resistance band) -> about 16 cals burned

ugh i have to write myself vacay eating rules otherwise I'll just keep binging:
track calories
goal 1500 or less, def not over 2000
goal 10k+ steps a day
eat gum when you feel like having a dumb snack
only eat what you can reasonably estimate the amount and calories of
DO NOT eat any more than necessary "because it's vacation" or a "special occasion"
ffs don't lose control. always choose the lesser calorie option/skipping extra food.
