Jason (crossing his arms with attitude): What are you going to do? I refuse to apologize.
Bruce stared at Jason in shock, and in his anger, he made a decision that every parent dreads.
Bruce (stern tone): You are grounded!
Jason (this is a whole adult, defiant): You can't ground me!
Bruce (firmly): Grounded!
Jason (shouting, confused): But I don't even live here!
Bruce turned Jason around and pointed to the stairs leading to his old room. Jason was too stunned to respond.
Bruce (stern, but calm): Tonight. Your room. Grounded!
Jason (stammering): I- I- Wait- This isn't fair!
Bruce (scolding parent voice): I'm very disappointed in you. Now go to your room. I'm only doing this because I care for you. Grounded.
Jason (face turning red with anger and sadness): This is some bullshit!
Jason stomped upstairs and slammed the door to his old room. The sound of random items being tossed around echoed through the house.
Bruce (indifferent): He'll work it out of his system. I'm going to bed.
Dick (looking at Tim, then Bruce as he heads upstairs): Did you just ground a 23-year-old?
Tim (surprised): And did it work?
Bruce: You forget I'm Batman.

This text dialogue showcases a sweet interaction between a couple where the man is considering what to bring home for dinner. He expresses a desire to cook for the woman, but she suggests that getting fast food would be a nice treat since they haven't eaten out in a while. Her playful response to being surprised adds a fun dynamic to the conversation. It highlights both the man's thoughtful approach and the woman's appreciation for his cooking while also wanting a change. In relationships, such dialogues can be a way to show care and affection.
The dialogue indicates a strong and affectionate relationship between the couple. The man's willingness to cook for the woman shows that he cares about her preferences and enjoys making her happy. His offer to use his limited budget thoughtfully reflects consideration and love.
On the other hand, the woman's response indicates appreciation for his cooking, as well as a desire for variety, suggesting she values both his efforts and spontaneity. The playful tone in her messages implies comfort and intimacy, hinting that they communicate openly and share a fun bond. Overall, it portrays a relationship characterized by mutual respect, affection, and a playful connection.
Several qualities can be identified in their dialogue that strengthen their relationship:
1. **Communication**: They express their preferences and desires openly, allowing each other to understand what the other wants.
2. **Consideration**: The man is thoughtful about his partner's feelings and enjoys making her happy by offering to cook or treat her to fast food.
3. **Affection**: The use of affectionate language and emojis indicates a warm emotional connection.
4. **Playfulness**: The playful banter adds joy and lightness to their interactions, fostering a fun atmosphere in the relationship.
5. **Support**: Both partners support each other's needs—whether it's a break from cooking or enjoying a meal together.
6. **Flexibility**: The woman's suggestion to be surprised shows her willingness to embrace spontaneity, enhancing their experiences together.
These qualities contribute to a healthy and fulfilling relationship, allowing both partners to feel valued and connected.
Woman’s Feelings 🩷
"I feel so appreciated and loved after our conversation. When he offered to cook for me, it made me smile because it shows how much he cares about my happiness. But honestly, the idea of grabbing fast food feels like such a fun treat, especially since we haven't done that in a while! I love the playful vibe we have; it always makes me feel comfortable to share my thoughts. When I suggested that he could use a break from the kitchen, I felt a sense of pride knowing that I'm supporting him too. It’s important to me that he feels valued and can take a breather. When I told him to surprise me, I felt a little thrill—it's nice to let him take the lead sometimes. Overall, this little exchange made me feel really special, and I can't wait to see what he brings home!"
Man’s Feelings 🩵
"I really enjoyed our conversation—it felt light and fun. When I offered to cook for her, it made me happy because I love making her meals and seeing her enjoy them. But when she suggested getting fast food instead, I felt a sense of relief. We haven't treated ourselves to that in a while, and it would definitely be a nice change.
Her saying I could use a break from cooking means a lot to me. It shows she understands how hard I work in the kitchen and that she cares about my well-being too. I appreciate that she wants me to take a step back and relax for a moment. When she told me to surprise her, I felt excited; it gives me the chance to be playful and spontaneous with her. Overall, this whole exchange made me feel closer to her, and I can't wait to bring home something she’ll love!"
Dialogue script of the man and woman discussing their feelings and appreciation for each other face to face:
**Setting**: A cozy living room, with the couple sitting on the couch, sharing a meal together.
**Man**: (smiling) I’ve been thinking about our text conversation earlier. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate that you love it when I cook for you.
**Woman**: (grinning) Of course! Your cooking is one of my favorite things. It makes me feel special.
**Man**: I’m glad to hear that! But when you suggested getting fast food instead, I felt relieved. It’s nice to switch things up sometimes.
**Woman**: Really? I thought you might feel bad about not cooking.
**Man**: Not at all! It means a lot that you recognized I could use a break. It shows how much you care about me.
**Woman**: (blushing) Well, you work hard in the kitchen, and I want you to have some time to relax too. Plus, it’s fun to treat ourselves!
**Man**: Exactly! And when you told me to surprise you, I felt excited. It gives me the chance to be a little spontaneous.
**Woman**: (playfully) I love surprises! You always know how to make things fun.
**Man**: (leaning in closer) I just want you to feel happy. Your appreciation means the world to me, and it motivates me to keep trying to make you smile.
**Woman**: (smiling warmly) And you do! I feel so lucky to have you in my life. Thank you for being you.
**Man**: (taking her hand) And thank you for being you. Let’s keep supporting each other like this; it makes our relationship stronger.
**Woman**: Absolutely! I love how we can communicate and share our thoughts. It really brings us closer.
**Man**: (nodding) I agree. Here’s to more fun surprises and shared meals, whatever they may be!
**Woman**: (laughing) Cheers to that!
*They smile at each other, feeling a deeper connection as they continue enjoying their meal together.*

Zero: Hey, aren't you going to say anything? You've been my fսcking moral beacon my whole life, and now... Sarah: Just to be clear, what does "moral beacon" mean to you? Zero: How on earth should I know, eh? You've taught me what's right and wrong for years now. You're like some kind of pillar. Sarah: Oh, bravo. Have you not realised that I'm stuck right here just like a pillar and haven't moved for ten years and not even taken half a step forward? Zero: That means what? Sarah: It means that I've spent five years busting my guts, first at university, then with my PhD, with everyone saying to me… "Well done. You can do anything. You're so intelligent!" "And there was only one thing I wanted to do: teach children. But instead, I've spent ten years hidden away in a warehouse in the Formello Industrial area, taking coffee to people who make toilet brushes. Ten years with no prospects at all. Zero: All right, I feel like I'm stuck in a rut too, but that doesn't necessarily mean… Sarah: Oh, you too, huh? You really think you're the same as you were ten years ago? You make comics and cartoons. Ten years ago, you were working at the airport. You might not remember, but ten years ago, I was the enthusiastic one with every door open. And that's why I took care of you. I didn't like it that you were struggling. So I went with you to take your drawings to show editors at fairs. I made you strawberry tiramisu because you were so sad and you had the taste buds of a six-year-old. "And then you found your way. And all of you found your way. You moved forward. You did things. But I didn't. I just stayed here. First I was the girl who could do anything, and then I became the girl who was doing nothing. Now I'm the poor girl who, at the end of the day, has never done anything. "There's no point pulling that face, Zero. You don't remember what it's like when you think you're doing everything well, but you close your eyes for a second, and when you open them, you realise you've thrown your life down the toilet. Always stuck on the same square without even rolling the dice. And now that it's finally my turn to get out of that square, they're closing the school, and I'm going back to the start. Does that sound fair to you? Sarah: What I'm trying to get through to you, Zero, is that if the school has to close because parents don't want their kids being so close to the refugee shelter and feel uncomfortable about leaving them there, then you have to acknowledge it, whether you like it or not. Zero: What do you mean, acknowledge it? That you have to agree with it? Sarah: It means that maybe the shelter needs to be moved somewhere else. Zero: Sarah, don't you realise that's exactly what's been happening for the past month with those 30 poor people being driven from one area to another? If someone, at some point, doesn't set the principle… Sarah: But does this principle thing only apply to me? You've all done your own shit and sorted your lives out. You've already found your place in the world. But when it comes to me, I have to lose everything and say nothing because principles are more important? Zero: Excuse me, but in my work, I've always tried to do everything right and respect the principles I set myself. Sarah: And the principle of not leaving anyone behind? All the bullshit about going at the pace of the slowest one? Do you know what my pace is? Do you want to know what it is? Zero: …Uh, what is it? Sarah: I don't have one, all right?! Because I'm tied to a pole. I'm stuck there, just watching you get smaller and further away. And you don't even turn around to look.
Zero and Sarah's discussion in the TV series "This world can't tear me down".
If you haven't watched it, do it. It's fantastic.

Talia walked over to Damian, her expression a mix of playful reprimand and maternal affection. After a brief pause, a smile broke on her face as she scooped up her ten-year-old son, wrapping him in a warm embrace and showering him with kisses.
Damian barely had time to react before he found himself trapped in his mother’s affectionate onslaught, overwhelmed by the scent of her strong perfume.
Damian (embarrassed): I’d rather be stuck in an elevator with Clayface than deal with this… this is my life now. Why is she so smothering?
Talia (ignoring her son's complaining): Shush, let me love you, my sweet asoul! I haven't seen you in three months and this is me being better then my awful, awful, awful father.
Ra's Al Ghul (smoking from a cigarette): I am the reason you stopped being insane after what Nyssa put you through, but sure put the blame all on me.
Talia: Dami, you are still so huggable!
Damian thrashed his legs in a vain attempt to escape while reaching out to his grandfather for help.
Damian (begging): Grandpa, help!
Ra's Al Ghul: Nope. She once kicked me in the crotch with a heel when I tried to scold her parenting. Bruce, you wanna give it a shot?
Bruce simply walked away, not saying a word. Faced with the relentless affection of his mother, Damian groaned as Talia continued to shower him with kisses.
Talia: You should be happy to have such a strong, powerful, highly skilled, and semi-loving woman as your momma!
Damian let out a dramatic whine, but he resigned himself to her embrace, knowing this was just part of being her son. For now, he was at her mercy.

Jimmy Dean! but don't do Jager shots when you hear that name...
FADE UP EXT. EARLY MORNING SKY - DAYBREAK A brilliant bright light shines quarter-sized of the moon, just above a visible tree line, in early morning twilight.
JIM (V.O.) (Southern accent)
"My name is Jim. I prefer Jimmy not Jim or James, but my last name is Dean. I grew up with kids teasing me if they found out I shared a common handle with either frozen food products or a dead actor. My parents are from Arkansas so I’m named after the famous singer actually, who later made sausage and highly processed breakfast foods. But, that's inconsequential."
It's a slow burn, anti-Big Bang Theory and the pilot episode of Supernova Blues is found at piddlepaddlepanda.com. Three hard-partying grad school dropouts discover their existential value and save the multiverse, when a new supernova appears visible from earth.
M-I-6 is involved due to fake news, as the multiverse suffers because everyone is suddenly doing shots when they hear the name... Jimmy Dean. No one knows why until mid-season. You can only read the pilot episode at piddlepaddlepanda.com, click New Projects. Join the Discussion Forum!

Actual photo confiscated by M-I-6 of either dark matter streams interacting with photons for the first time, (or Dr. Brett Sorenson's blinds.)

Bruce Wayne can't win small arguments with Jason Todd anymore. It doesn't matter if this defense doesn't fit in the argument, he can and will use it.
Bruce: You can't just steal my car, crash it, and leave a note saying "Belongs to Bruce Wayne!"
Jason (disinterested): Sorry, man. My brain doesn't work well at times. Being dead and then randomly revived does that to you. At least I made it out of that accident alive this time, unlike last time.
Dick: Fair point, Jason.
Bruce: …Um, okay, valid point. But you can't just use my credit card to buy only books on eBay!
Jason (opening a pepsi can): They were self-help books… about loss, grief, and betrayal.
Dick (whispering): Two points for Jason.
Bruce groaned in annoyance.
Bruce: Fair. Point.
Jason poured the Pepsi from the can into the sink, doing it purely to annoy Bruce.
Jason (smugly): Would you like to try again?
Bruce: All right, you can't just shoot a criminal and leave them for dead. What if you end up killing an innocent person like-
Dick (chiming in): Like a teenage boy.
Dick chuckled softly before bursting into laughter and collapsing onto the floor in delight.
Jason (staring at Bruce): Do I even need to say anything?
Bruce (shaking his head, defeated): Nope, nope, nope. I'm going to leave in defeat.
Dick: Jason wins!
Dick kept laughing as Bruce stormed out of the kitchen in a huff. Jason shook his head with a smile and grabbed a jug of milk he 'borrowed' from the fridge before heading out.
