Okay, I know my wording is off. I really struggled trying to phrase the question.
Anyway, I made this poll because someone in my queerhet poll pointed out I forgot straight aroace oriented people! So I’m trying to make up for it by making a poll for AroAce people.
I’m sorry I couldn’t think of more labels to add. Feel free to add one not on here so I can learn something new.

Asexual folks are no “less Queer”.
Aromantic folks are no “less Queer”.
Bi/Mspec folks are no “less Queer”.
We’re all just as Queer as any other Queer person.

Shout-out to all my sad gays.
Shout-out to every lesbian not from Lesbos.
Shout-out to all my bi's who are just one person.
Shout-out to all my pans who prefer to hit people with pots.
Shout-out to all my polys who are one sided.
Shout-out to all my average omnis.
Shout-out to all my aros who can barely use a nerf gun, let alone a bow.
Shout-out to all my aces who aren't athletic.
Shout-out to all my trans folk who need to get something off their chest (or don't, shout-out to y'all too).
Shout-out to all my grays who are multicolored.
Shout-out to all my demis that are whole.
Shout out to all my aspecs that are part of absolutely nothing.
Shout-out out to all my unlabeled folks who are limited by their lack of motivation.
Shout-out to all my apls with food allergies.

Shout-out to all my heteros that are carbon copies of another hetero.
Shout-out to all my cats.
(edit) So, this ended up way more popular than I anticipated. So, here's a few more, and they're all equally bad, as you'd expect.
Shout-out to all my xenos that're native to their countries.
Shout-out to all my cis comrades that are a part of the opposition.
Shout-out to all the external Indigiqueers (this only makes sense if you know the etymology for indigenous that's my bad)
And of course,

[ID: a collection of m-spec flags (including bi, pan, poly, omni, and multisexual) at one end of a pipeline with a collection of a-spec flags (including aro, ace, greyace, greyaro, demi, demiro, and aroace) at the other end. end ID]

the thing about working in childcare these days is that I'm blown away by how open minded and genuinely curious these kids are. there are multiple openly queer kids, who are aware of the intricacy of the queer community and the multi-faceted nature of queer identity.
none of that was around 10 or 20 years ago. queerness wasn't even necessarily taboo during my childhood experiences, it just,,, wasn't taught or talked about, even from one child to another. I just didn't know it was a thing. but these little kids know about intersectionality!!!
and then when I was in high school, kids used 'gay' as an insult, but these kids at my job don't even blink differently when I told them the little queer flag pin on my messenger bag was the aroace flag. some of them ask what it means, because perhaps they've only heard of gay lesbian and trans. (and they've heard of gay lesbian and trans!!!!) I explain my flag and what it means, and it makes sense to them. that would have been alien for me as a ten year old.
some of these little lesbian girls and aroace and bisexual boys, the pan, poly, demigirl and nonbinary little ten year olds are the best friends that little me needed.
it's refreshing and heartwarming to see that the young ones of today are the kind of people this world needs.
PROTECT QUEER KIDS!!!! EMPOWER QUEER KIDS!!!!

im guessing its an aroace experience to fantasize about relationships all the time and ship things all the time and be obsessed with romance as a concept but the idea of someone flirting with and seeking you out and actually dating someone and kissing someone seems immensely weird and unnatural to you.
and also if you have had fictional "crushes" that were actually just you liking the character and the character design and confusing that with the fandom expectation of having a character you simp after.

Something I dislike is how when something is a "phase" people act like that it was fake.
A good example is with Identity, that's where my complaint is at mostly. A lot of people are so stuck in this idea that no, we are born the way we are, we can't POSSIBLY change overtime, so any phases we have were fake and we weren't ACTUALLY bisexual, or a lesbian, or nonbinary, etc.
Just because the moon has phases doesn't mean those don't exist. When it's a full moon it is a full moon for that time period, and just because it changes to a new moon the next night doesn't mean it wasn't a genuine full moon the night before. Sure, no matter what phase it IS the moon, but just like no matter what your identity is, you're still you, but the phases are important and REAL parts of your life.
And I get that some people might have been confused, or buried in internalized self hatred, but I feel like we forget that as people as we very much do change overtime, and that can include things like our attractions, preferences, gender presentation and identity, etc.
You weren't a "fake" lesbian, you were a lesbian and maybe now you're bisexual, or transhet, or maybe you're still a lesbian just with a different attraction experience. Maybe you DID grow up Cis and now find yourself with dysphoria.
I feel like this mindset that changing your identity is admitting you were wrong just leads people to be afraid to explore themselves, out of fear of losing a community they've felt at home in, or were/are apart of.
I think this ties into the queer communities fear of fluidity, and I also believe this ties into the queer community wanting to appeal to allocishets idea of "we can't change ever this is always who we are", because so often, the allocishet patriarchy we sit in shames us for the ability to change and paints change as invalidating, so we scramble to appeal to a society that will always try and find a pointless way to invalidate us.

Let me just say as someone who hides a lot of myself in public how nice it is to see aroace and gender flux folks like me being unapologetically proud of expressing their nonbinary attraction and identity. I’m proud of you and I want to be like you when I grow up….even though I’m 35

A few days after I discovered I'm aspec, I asked my best friend, who is bi, "How do bi and pan people handle having so many options when I can't even handle being in a large bookstore?"
Her reply: "First of all, nobody, not even non-bookworms, can handle being in a large bookstore. Second, we don't handle it. We're just constantly overwhelmed. I'm near tears at any given moment."
This is your daily reminder to give your allo bi/pan a hug and a kiss on the forehead (if they're ok with it)
