His mom is persian, his dad is arab. He's mixed.

He speaks both farsi and arabic, but uses arabic with the Asims/most people and farsi is closer to home. His whole family(mom, dad, Najma) knows both languages.

Kalim does not know farsi. This was an outlet for Jamil, even though the languages are similar. Jamil used this to keep Kalim at a distance in any way he could manage, while also keeping his family personal. He speaks farsi to those dear to him.

He was raised with both languages at the same time (Arabic and farsi) so it's hard to say which was actually his first language. He holds his family very close to him (due to the values he was raised with. I personally believe he has a very difficult relationship with his parents but that's a conversation for another day) and keeps cultural traditions alive even if it's a smaller personal celebration.

Riddle had only come by to drop off the notes you’d missed from class but the moment you opened the door, his words faltered. His eyes flickered down briefly before darting away with a visible flush creeping up his neck. “Ah—my apologies! I didn’t mean to intrude” he said quickly, turning around to face the opposite direction. Though visibly flustered, he kept his tone respectful, making no mention of your state of dress. “I should have messaged you first” he added, more to himself than you, stiffly holding the notes out behind him like a peace offering.

Once you reassured him it was fine and invited him in, Riddle cautiously stepped inside but avoided eye contact, clearly trying to give you space. Still, he lingered a little longer than necessary, asking how you were feeling and subtly checking in without making it awkward. “Just… don’t forget to take care of your health properly,” he murmured before leaving, his version of showing care without overstepping.

Ruggie had wandered in looking for leftover snacks from a recent Heartslabyul tea party you’d helped serve. “Yo, Yuu, got any of those fancy cookies left?” he called out, pushing open the door without waiting. When his eyes landed on you, lounging on the couch in a loose tank top, he blinked, then tilted his head, pausing mid-step. “Oh. Uh… comfy time, huh?” he said casually, scratching the back of his neck.

Rather than making a big deal, Ruggie flopped onto a nearby chair and continued chatting like nothing had happened. “Didn’t mean to barge in. S’all good if you’re just chillin’.” He didn’t stare or joke, just treated it like any other visit. Still, after a moment of silence, he added, “Hey, for what it’s worth… proud of you for takin’ care of yourself.” Then he smirked, “Now, about them cookies…”

☛ Azul Ashengrotto

Azul had intended to discuss your assistance with Mostro Lounge and thought a face-to-face meeting would be more polite. He knocked but assumed you didn’t hear him, so he let himself in. Seeing you in a loose tank top, visibly caught mid-rest, Azul froze like a deer in headlights. His glasses slipped slightly down his nose as his brain processed the situation.

His face turned bright red and he immediately turned away. “My sincerest apologies, I didn’t realize, I should’ve confirmed before entering.” His tone was formal but edged with panic. Still, once you waved it off, he relaxed marginally, facing away from you. “You’re… allowed to your comfort after hours. Please, don’t feel the need to apologize for being yourself.” He left quickly after, but you could tell he genuinely meant it.

☛ Jade Leech

Jade was delivering a rare plant you requested and as always, he entered silently. You hadn’t heard him until he was already in the doorway. When he saw you resting in a loose tank top, his mismatched eyes took in the sight calmly, only the slight tilt of his head giving anything away. “Ah. I didn’t mean to startle you,” he said, voice soft and nonjudgmental.

He gently placed the pot on your windowsill, glancing your way again with an unreadable expression. “There’s nothing shameful about being comfortable in your own home, you know,” he said, almost idly. “But next time, do let me know if you’d prefer I announce myself more clearly.” With a slight smile, he bowed politely and left, his respect and discretion unwavering.

Floyd had come by just to annoy you for fun, he liked how you reacted when caught off guard. He kicked the door open without warning and grinned. “Heeeey, little Shrimpy—” He paused mid-greeting, his eyes locking onto your chest for a beat too long before blinking slowly. Then, with zero shame, he let out a soft whistle. “Oho~ comfy mode, huh?”

To your surprise, Floyd didn’t mock or tease beyond that initial comment. He flopped on the floor dramatically. “You look different without that tight thing on. You breathe better like this?” He asked it with genuine curiosity, leaning his chin on his palm. For all his chaotic energy, there was an easy acceptance in his tone, like he couldn’t care less what you looked like, as long as you were still “his Shrimpy.”

☛ Kalim Al-Asim

Kalim burst into Ramshackle, holding a tray of desserts he wanted to share. “Yuu! You’ve gotta try this sweet custard I bought—” His eyes widened when he spotted you on the couch, and he froze. “Oh—! Sorry, I didn’t mean to just walk in!” He turned around so fast he nearly dropped the tray, clearly flustered but respectful.

You reassured him it was okay, and when he turned back around, he smiled a little sheepishly. “I didn’t know binders could be uncomfortable like that… You’re super strong for wearing one every day. I hope you’re feeling better now!” He set the tray down and offered you a spoonful with a cheerful grin. “Let’s just chill, okay? No pressure”

☛ Jamil Viper

Jamil only came by to return a book he borrowed, thinking you would be out and planning to just leave it at the door. Instead, he found you in the lounge, shirt loose and stretched after hours of wear. He froze for a split second but composed himself immediately. “Sorry. I didn’t expect you to be here,” he said calmly, his voice as measured as always.

He didn’t comment or stare, just walked over, placed the book on the table, and turned to go. Before leaving, though, he paused. “Don’t overwork yourself. You don’t have to push yourself just to meet everyone else’s standards.” It was quiet, but heartfelt. Then, with a nod, he slipped out as smoothly as he came in.

☛ Silver

Silver had wandered into Ramshackle half-asleep, genuinely believing he was still outside his own dorm. “Yuu…?” he mumbled, blinking as he stepped inside. The moment he registered your figure curled up on the couch, loose tank top and comfortable, he blinked again, this time with more awareness. “Oh—I'm sorry. I didn’t mean to intrude.”

True to his nature, Silver didn’t make it awkward. He quietly stepped back and gave you space, bowing slightly. “You deserve to rest however you need. I hope you’re feeling alright.” And just like that, he turned and left, calm and respectful, never treating it like anything unusual, just a normal part of being a person he cared about.

Floyd doesnt like a lot of things... he doesnt like it when things dont go his way.. especially if that thing makes him work his butt off. a thing like... you.

From the day you caught his eye, it was when you stood up to azul to protect baby seal, crabby, and little mackerel. For one, a magicless human demanding something of azul was laughable, hilarious even. Plus how persistence you were, which was also a great charm he liked, when your little group, plus sea urchin, had get that photo azul requested. even when you knew you didnt have a chance to pass 2 mermen eels, you still got the photo and tricked azul and destroying all his contacts?! you were tough and he loved it.

after that, he tried to get to know you better any chance he got!!

theres a basket ball game and he wants you to come? he will annoy crabby and sea snake, with his poor performance, saying "if shrimpy isnt going, whats the point..?" he does it so much that the entire team goes to the ramshackle dorm, begging you to come to the game. floyd played great and won the match.

if there was a group assignment in class? Floyd will throw a fit and threaten anyone that even looks at you to be their partner. to the point, where the teachers just have to comply to his demands.

if you and your group of first years come to the Louge, he'll shove everyone off to lay on your lap. isnt he a cute eel?

After a while of this, floyd finally decided to ask you out (from Azul and Jade's suggestion because they were getting tired of complains about floyd's behavior).

He asked if you could come with him, outside of NRC. He wanted to show you something. He brought you to the beach shore. the sun was setting and it shine beautifully on the surface of the water. you thanked him for the pretty view, it almost made up for everything he's been putting you through recently.

when you turned to Floyd, he got on one knee and asked... he had a ring! it was a pretty pearl ring that he got himself. he had to go through a lot of clams to find the "perfect one for shimpy"

you were, of course, startled. but you explained to him that you had someone at home and you bet they missed you a lot. you tried to laugh the awkwardness away but before you could apologized again. floyd stood up and pulled out a potion vile? he quickly gulped it down and grabbed you, shoving you into the ocean with him!

when you opened your eyes, you were underwater and he was in his mermen form. he pulls you into a hug, a tight one. you thought it was sweet at first until..- you needed air! you tried to struggle against him and tapping him repeatedly, in a way to say "i to go up for air!" but he just wouldnt move.

"no."

"...?!?!"

"you arent going to that home. your new home... is with me, shrimpy~ we'll make a new home here~"

you tried to struggle more but it was pointless, you were losing air and it hurts. your lungs burned and his grip on you, his claws were digging into your flesh! you tried to dig your fingers into his sides but it was pointless.

you let out a finally gasp before falling limp into Floyd's arms.

Jamil

Jamil doesnt really get attached to people a lot. everyone always wanted the "great an amazing Kalim," leaving him on the side lines. it hurt a lot at first but now he's just came to expect it...

Even in NRC, kalim still gets the spot light and jamil gets kicked to the side lines.

Kalim wanted to throw a party in the middle of the school week and jamil was in the kitchen. he was studying for an exam coming up and he needs to be "close" if anything were to happen. Meanwhile, kalim was in the main lounge partying with everyone... we know hes not gonna pass...

while Jamil was trying to study... you step in. you both stared at each other for a second... then you asked if you could get a cup of water? Jamil sighs and stood up to get you a glass..

"why are you here..? shouldn't you be.. partying too..?"

"im just refreshing on the material for the exam.."

Jamil hands you the cup and walks back to his spot on the kitchen table. you meekly followed him. on the table there were textbooks, notebooks, and different types of pens and pencils. you looked at his noted and you noticed how neat they were! some words were under-lined and bolded, some had highlights to help catch the eye. jamil noticed your stare and looks up at you.

"is there anything else i could help you with..?"

"o-oh! sorry, i just... your notes look really nice.."

you awkwardly sipped your cup. Jamil rolled his eyes and got back to his notes.

"ya.. its for kalim, whenever hes done partying, hell look at my notes right before the exam and fails the exam anyways.."

he dropped his pen on the table and rubbed his face, sighing heavily.

"haha! that's what ace, deuce, and grim do! out of the 4 of us, i write the notes! deuce tries to, ace doesn't bother, and grim.. sleeps. and with our study sesh, its not like it helps much. as an 'other worlder' i have better grades then they do combined! haha"

jamil stares at you as you laughed and he cracks a smile. its been a while since someone's situation was similar to his.

"hey... do you need any help with the up coming exam..?"

he's voice stammered while saying that... why? you looked at him and smiled. you both spend the rest of the night studying together. this was only the beginning.

now whenever you're alone, jamil will come by to give a helping hand. grim ate all your food? here, he accidentally made extras. do you need help with homework? meet him in the court yard, he'll help. the more he helped, the more his feelings for you grew, he only wished the feelings were mutual.

but the dreaded day came.. you had to return home. he chose that night to finally confess his feelings for you, hoping you'll throw away this vision on returning home and just come home with him.

when you told him that you had a past-lover that died and that you'll never love anyone again. he just snapped.

to say malleus had an eye for the perfect is an understatement. from the day he met them, to the silly nickname they gave him, he had fallen hard.

he had to ask lilia for advice on how to charm the perfect. if flowers were too much for after knowing them for a week..? is his gifts in the night too much?

he just had to leave the gifts in your room because you were either not home or sleeping and he didn't want to disturb you. you liked so peaceful when you slept...

he wanted so badly to make you his then and there but he wanted the moment to be special for both of you. for him, he'll get someone who loves him and charish him. as much as he does you. For you, getting a loving dragon fae husband and becoming a queen of the briar valley. youre guarantee a great life with him! you wouldnt have to be hungry or buying the cheapies things that sam could offer. you will eat and sleep and care for like you are royalty because you will be royalty and be viewed with the highs respect, like malleus.

lilia had warned him to not rush this process. humans can be delikit creatures and some can get startled easiely. Sadly malleus didnt heed his warning and malleus choose to confess to you!

He choose a beautiful forest openning. he had a picnic set up with your favorites and he planned it so that you and malleus would watch the sunset and be out there to watch the stars. it would have been perfect... if it wasn't for you different views.

Ace is a lot of things! Mean, sneaky, and a liar! He likes to tease you a lot. sometimes it fine cause "youre with your friends and hes just teasing everyone" but sometimes hes comments to you feel too... personal..

it took a long while to get used to everything back in your world and explaining twisted wonderland to your parnter could have gone better. (they were on the fence to bring you to a pysc wraned..). your partner left to get you some of your favorite food that you missed since coming back.

you walked to the mirror that you came from and stared at your reflection.. will your first years be okay without you..? will grim be okay..? you closed your eyes to think on all your adventures, you heard a very familiar sound...

you looked at the mirror and you watched as the mirror ribbles... and then... ace appears.

leona doesnt care. if yuu becomes reallly good friends w him he might listen every now and then but like he doesnt really care. yuu's music is a bit too loud for his ears and is terrible for naps, why should he care?

jamil, like leona, doesnt care. he has other shit to do! why should a lowly servant like he care about some alien music?

Eventually, after sometime of being friends, Jamil decides to listen to Yuu's music. He thinks its good and becomes a regular listener, its a good way to ignore his fate and instead focus on the music. On the rare occasion that Jamil has time, he dances to yuu's songs

Vil, is so peeved by yuu's music, its so vulgar and bruttish! Not to mention the whole 'i wear a suit everyday' motif yuu does! The suit doesn't even match yuu! He does find it quite intriuging though.

If yuu became close friends with Vil he will take them out shopping for suits while giving them tips on how to properly promote their music.

Idia, finds Yuu's music pretty cool but very normie like. Idia is an avid vocaloid, japanese equivalent pop, soundtrack, alt, indie type of boy. so he doesnt really get yuu's music, its totally wayyy sensual for a gamer like him!

he does however enjoy making edits of his favs to yuu's music when they become better friends, he only does kt because the beat is easy! not because he wants to promote their music!

Malleus, he's curious and fascinated. Is this what humans do in their spare time now? How funny! Sometimes, he asks about the production of Yuu's songs to further understand the current society of Twisted Wonderland. He also asks about certain lyrics , for example the one about "girls who have dicks" and why that lyric was included.

When he has dinner with the rest of his found family, he brings up Yuu's hobby and everyone is happy that Malleus is learning more. Sebek becomes appaulled after finding out the more vulgar topics Yuu sings about.

TWST- Reader being up late due to school

You were still up long past "bedtime", it was rediculous enough to tell a teenager to be in bed before 9 in your obinion but considering its closer 3am you didn't really have an exuse to give Riddle when he came in when he saw the light under your door after he needed to take care of some things (namely Deuce and Ace). To say he was unpleased was an understanement but that didnt really matter anymore. Riddle was set on knowing why you were still up at this hour and why you didnt just ask for help. Though is (canonly i belive) known he doesnt like "wasting" his time helping other stutens study, he needed to stay on top of his studies aswell after all, he wouldnt mind helping you expecialy if it would avoid this! He tought about taking your work to his room for the night to make sure you would try doing it again but decided to trust that you would acually go to bed this time. The compromise to get you to bed? In all honestly it would have been useless to argument about it but Riddle promised to help you with it the next day. He would also make sure that you understood everything or came to him when you have trouble in the future to avoid you staying up again, he wount go as lightly as he did this time.

"Go to sleep now and dont even try going back to studying- im not letting you off that easy again"

Azul Ashengrotto

Azul has pulled his fair share of all nighters so he wasn't really mad at you just slightly dissapointed you didnt think of asking him for help. He might not be as samrt as Riddle but he was still a top student. After he had his over dramatic dialog of how you you didnt trust him to be able to help you and how hurt he was, all not really ment seriously, he procceded to get you away from the work and to your bed. No matter how presistent you were Azul would not have it. And dont question why he was still awake he most likely still had buissnes in the lounge or so. If Azul felt generous he might also stay till you fell asleep "just to be sure"( he honestly just wanted to stay by yourside a bit more). If Azul himslef wouldn't be able to help you in the future he made sure Jade or Floyd would-though you'd be a fool or despred to go to Floyd in all honesty.

"You will have the Azul helping you tomorrow after all- no strings attached!"

Jamil Viper

Jamil already needed to look after Kamil at daytime he didnt need a job at night nor a sleep deprived MC at day so please bare with him when he tells you to just sleep. As much as he wished Kamil would take things as serious as you sometimes, this was to much, not to forget it also wasn't really healthy. So he would try to get you to go to bed with excuses like not needing more work on his plate or claiming that he wouldn't help you if you get a headache form the missing sleep (we know that a lie though). He would never admit out loud that hes still awake standing there because he cares for your health. Really just go to bed he wants to sleep too ya know. Hes willing to help you get help or even help you himself if he gets time to do so.

now riddle can be stickler about these types of things but if you plead him enough, he can't help but give in. he does have habits and a pretty strict bedtime routine for himself- you're going to have to help him loosen up just a little bit. he can't help but feel his heart melt when he sees you cozied up in pajamas.

he does like to get some schoolwork done before rest because he's a nerd or whatever, but you can at least do your own thing and chat with him while he does. it's mostly you rambling and talking about something stupid the trio did earlier that day with him humming in acknowledgement or him shaking his head with a small smile of amusement.

though he chastises others for staying later than necessary... he will indulge in a few games with you, something like card games, he only knows a few so you may need to explain how some of them work. he mostly sees ace showing others them, but he doesn't play much himself. but riddle loves puzzles the most and he wants to be able to do something together rather than compete each other.

at the end of it once you initiate holding (ya he's the little spoon what about it...) him he's hesitant but turns into a puddle of mush. and please play with his hair, he'd hold onto you tighter. also, you know how once you get sleepy and overtired you open up easily? yeah that's kind what ends up happening. it's a good thing though because that just means he feels safe with you.

hes the one to suggest you staying, during a more tired and overworked state as you came to visit him after mostro lounges hours in his office he turns clingy (i mean more so than usual) and doesn't want to let you go. if you even try to get up when hes holding onto you with his eyes closed he'll hold you tighter.

you only laugh and help each other to get ready for bed. he was curious when he saw any kind of skincare you do, he does that too but he still doesnt know that much with these things in the land. so now there's even more perks to staying over because now you get: azul without glasses and him begrudgingly letting you put a facemask on him. he was weirded out and even found them to be silly look, but boy was he THANKFUL when he felt his skin right after. not to mention he has a newfound love for you putting the skincare on for him, your touch gives him chills, but he wants more.

i bet you his bed is literally the softest thing ever... like you're sleeping well tonight. azul has got the silk sheets and everything. its nice until you feel how naturally cold azul's body is when he touches you and puts his arms around you. he prefers laying in a position where you're facing each other, your faces are practically right in front of one other. azul likes to rub your arm while hes trying to sleep... very soothing and comforting would recommend.

jamil viper

it's actually pretty common for you to decide to spend the night over rather than going all the way back to ramshackle. jamil isn't exactly complaining either he wants all his time with you. it's so pretty to see him with his hair all the way down and of course he wants you to play with it when he's holding you. he enjoys it when you offer to brush it for him.

you two usually play a lot of games with each other, cards, board games or mancala which he enjoys the most with you. he doesn't go easy on you even if it's supposed to be a simple and chill time together because hes a stupid bastard like that. he'll give some airy laugh and say "you probably shouldn't have done that" pointing out how you couldve done better against him.

if you're feeling hungry he'll cook something so good up for the two of you. he doesn't mind whether or not you join in cooking it to or watching him and chatting with him as he whips something that you just know smells heavenly up.

once you two are ready for bed though jamil prefers to hold you against him. he sometimes loves just burying his face into the crook of your neck, he'll kiss you lightly here and there too, its actually very sweet.

oh gosh any sleepover with these two are so fun. there's literally so much to do with them and so much technology to make use of in the dormitory that its insane. but of course, you guys spend A LOT of your time that night playing videogames together. that and idia pulls out his favorite board game and him and ortho are like a beast at those it feels so unfair. don't let those brothers team against you.

you get special privileges with them, so you get access to all of idias candy but you're also going to be eating what his diet consists of for the night- sodas and microwavable meals like ramen, of course.

surprisingly, you’ll end up seeing a more talkative side of idia— I mean he feels comfortable around you and if you bring up any of his interests, he can get really passionate about it.

okay but I totally feel like ortho lowkey has a lot of knowledge and dirt on the students around him. so, if you're want to know anything interesting about your classmates ask him, he doesn't really have any qualms on sharing that to you, he does it with such an innocent smile too as he happily shares the drama.

you and idia would probably pass out some point, watching a movie or playing some videogame, sprawled out on the floor, thankfully you won't have to deal with ignihydes cold hard floors because idia has a whole collection of blankets and pillows to share with you.

I knew from the start i wanted to give them a denim jacket with patches that someone from the loan shark agency (probably lemon or they all pitched in) gave them as a gift when they heard vee was heading on land for college. Like i said last time, vee really looks up to lillia and thinks everything he does is extremely cool. They strive to be like him and lillia kinda took them under his bat wing (especially when he learned about some of vees struggles) In band vee will often go to lillia for advice on wethers its for music or vibes or anything really

Cater and vee get along pretty well. I think theyd be the ones whod talk the least i think the vibes and fun would still be there. Cater loves vees aesthetics and vee likes watching cater scroll through his apps because technology is so new to them. Vee is able to get cater a sponsorship at the lounge where he gets free meals and exclusive details on new events as long as he posts for them showing his approval

Kalim and vee would get along splendidly. Its a blast for them and probably extremely annoying for jamil to deal with. Vee doesnt understand rich people things but they think scarabia looks really cool and they love the heat. As a reef mer stuck in the midnight zone most their life they struggled with how cold it is deep in the ocean so a summer oasis is right up their alley

Floyd and vee meet up alot. Ontop of already being friends, i imagine the band often plays at school events and basketball is definitely gonna be one of them. After a game they almost always meet up to get some food and hang out a bit, sadly vee has to deal with his stank especially because floyd can be quite handsy and either lean on vee or just grab them like a stuffed animal. They dont mind the personal space violation but they do mind the smell please shower floyd

Didnt draw jade here cus no space and i didnt want to but jade LOVES dragging vee over to his club and locking the doors. Jade went from hating vee while they where in the sea to surprisingly liking vee alot now that they are on land, he just never expressed this change of heart and vee thinks every move jade does is a ploy to murder them. Jade does feed into it of course with actually attempting to murder them only a few times but other times he simply just wants to show them his poisonus mushroom collection, why are you running vee no ones going to jump you fufufu~

Vee will sometimes crash the board games club to hang out with azul, this was especially prevalent in their first year since they where getting use to being able to do whatever they want. Idia didnt really care to much for vee, thought they where to much sunshine and need to dim it down a bit but he figured they weren’t that bad when they started asking questions about things he liked with genuine interest. Bonus points vee really likes gummy worms and snacks so whenever they join in on their board games idia bribes vee to join his team and azul only cries a little on the inside

Sebeks the type of character i didnt care much for in the beginning and dont think of much now but he is genuinely so hilarious and goofy and i think when i finally make it to book 7 (trapped in book 6chapter 67 HELL) im gonna enjoy seeing him alot.

Sebek doesnt go home for winter break, deciding to stay with Yuu and Grim in Ramshackle (He feels left out by Dia 3 and decides to stay back, not willing to put himself through more heartbreak) (Yuu and Grim dont question him when he appears in front of their dorm with a luggage bag)

Sebek wanted to see Dia 3 off when they leave through the Magic Mirror only to get there with Adeuce Yuu and Grim and find out they leave without bidding him goodbye

Kalim's "mood swings" do NOT mix well with Sebek "autism" Zigvolt. Works well in Jamil's favor because Yuu gets upset on both Sebek and Grim's behalf

The whole thing with Yuu unable to say no because of Jamil's UM and Sebek and Grim scolding them, but the former admits that it leaves a sour taste in his mouth if they leave Jamil without helping for some reason

Try to escape and FAIL spectacularly. Try to call the headmage, and Grim eventually tells Yuu to message Adeuce. Sebek messages Jack ("Why do you even have his number in the first place 🤨" "It is none of your concern, human!")

Sebek stops Grim from trying to dig their way out with a spoon, knowing it would be fruitless, and makes him rest

They have the talk with Jamil and the other dorm students !! When Jamil mentions why exactly he needs to be compliant to all of Kalim's wishes, Yuu whispers about how that sounds like someone they know. Sebek tries to ask them what they mean but Yuu says its nothing

Sebek criticizes the Al-Asims and Jamil is surprised by how passionate he is about the topic (Yuu tries their best not to call Sebek a hypocrite with how he's been excusing all of his Wakasama's actions that are CLEARLY hurting him) (Malleus sneezes in Briar Valley)

Jamil also finds out that technically Sebek is a servant as well, although it was by his own will. He questions how Sebek could so easily dedicate his whole life to someone just like that. Yuu agrees, mentioning how his Wakasama doesnt even seem to give him the time of day, which doesnt help

THEY ESCAPE WITH THE HELP OF THE CARPET 🔥🔥🔥 and crash into Octavinelle

Skipping a lot of chapters over here since nothing really changes drastically. Sebek goes with Floyd, Yuu, Grim and Azul to distract Jamil. He plays a board game with Yuu :3

Skipping again, they find out about Jamil's whole scheme and Sebek is CRUSHED to find out that someone he looks up to is actually a bad guy. Jamil once again ignores the teeny tiny guilt he feels upon seeing Sebek's distressed face

Something something about being the one praised for once something something about how Sebek freely gives his love and praise to anyone he believes deserves it and how Jamil feels appreciated even though he wont admit it

OVERBLOT GRAHHHHHH

Flings them to the edge of the desert, Sebek holds onto Yuu and Grim so he would be the one to get the brunt of injuries upon impact. It doesnt help that its cold

OASIS MAKER 🗣️🔥🔥🔥 Sebek uses his crocodile form to carry Yuu and Grim (Yuu was against it because WHAT THE FUCK SEBEK YOURE INJURED)

Fighting Jamil! Sebek connects with Jamil, servant to servant and all that shit, saying that what he's doing wont change a thing. Starts off insulting him ("SEBEK YOURE NOT HELPING???") before going "Will you really let yourself stoop so low and let them take the last laugh!?"

"You have talent and skill that could make others envious, and you're using them for what? Stealing some title? If it was truly yours to begin with, then prove it! Do you really want to become housewarden through such underhanded tactics?" "I truly admire you, Viper, so don't tell me that I placed my faith in someone so imprudent!"

Jamil scolds him, saying that Sebek of all people should understand why Jamil's doing this in the first place. Tells him that he can help him as well, offering his hand. Sebek doesn't take it

He gets in a bit of a funk after that, not being able to understand why Sebek is just okay with being a servant all his life, getting more aggressive with his attacks while the others try to push him back. He still has his hand stretched out towards Sebek, screaming about how he should understand

Azul tells them theyre running out of time, and Jamils going to be too consumed by his blot for any of them to snap him out of it. Against his better judgment, Sebek grabs Jamil's hand, Yuu barely holding onto Sebek's jacket when they tried to pull him back

FLASHBACK!!! Sebek and Yuu finally acknowledge each others existence when they watch the memories play out. When nearing the end, Yuu asks Sebek why he cares so much about this "Wakasama" when its clear that they dont care for him. Sebek doesnt answer

BACK TO THE REAL WORLD!!! Azul tries to convince Jamil to transfer to Octavinelle, and after some thinking decides to extend the invitation towards Sebek. Sebek immediately refuses. Yuu retorts and says the only dorm Sebek is ever transferring to is Ramshackle. (They look at each other like 🤨)

Jamil tells Sebek that he still doesn't understand why Sebek would want to serve someone his whole life. Sebek tells him that he doesn't need him to understand since it's his own decision anyway. Jamil contemplates on his answer

PARTY!!!! Adeuce and Jack FINALLY arrive and fuss over Yuu Sebek and Grim, still not admitting that they were worried

Yuu realizes that Sebek still didnt answer the question. When they ask Sebek about what happened in the memory Sebek feigns obliviousness

Finally back at Ramshackle,,, the ghosts are RELIEVED to see them again. They usher Sebek into the house, noticing how Sebek is SHIVERING

Before Yuu gets in as well, Lilia pops up, saying that they have something to give them. After he gives them the postcard and disappears, Sebek goes out to shout at Yuu to come inside

Yuu shows him the card and Sebek's face FALLS (YOU SEND YUU A POSTCARD BUT NOT. SEBEK. OKAY I SEE HOW IT IS !!!)

Yuu tries to ask him whats wrong, but Sebek says that its getting too cold outside and heads in. Yuu stares at the postcard like it just killed their entire family

and shit. he told floyd so much. floyd was there, and witnessed jamil's most intimate failure, his desperate bid for limited freedom--and then jamil kissed him. loved him. and it wasnt. real. none of it. are they laughing? jade and azul and floyd? or was it even worth that, like was it just some idle entertainment and floyd got bored? jamil loved him.

and he supposes the only bright side here is that he wont be upset about the breakup. he'll only be upset it didnt happen sooner. he wont miss floyd now.

(he misses floyd still. hes angry and bitter and hurting but he misses floyd and that makes it worse. kalim comes to him all excited and says he managed to get jamil a break to go visit floyd if he wants. jamil takes the break. he doesnt go to visit floyd tho. he goes somewhere else. anywhere else. he comes back and goes back to work on time and kalim is staring at him, forlorn, because jamil came back with the same closed-off expression, the same walls up, coming down only when najma and kalim really need it. people smile and jamil and ask him for his number for his name for a date and jamil. jamil's eyes are blank, his expression placid, he has work to do, and kalim and najma can tell no one's getting in.)

It wouldn't surprise me even while on break, Jamil did end up seeing one of the octatrio in public, and what did he do? Dipped, ran even. Screw talking, I don't think he'd even want to look at them after what happened. I'd imagine after that "harsh break up and reality check", Jamil sees nothing but a bunch of good for nothing liars and manipulators, even if he still loves Floyd, I'd imagine the sight of him would piss him off through the ROOF. Cause all he is thinking about now is that break up and how unnecessary "chill and not bothered" he seemed to Jamil.

Now with Floyd.. I'd say he's still suppressing his emotions like usual but he IS showing off signs that he misses Jamil, by being annoying about it. Not in the boohoo I miss Jamil way but in a "This is so boring, Sea Snake would've made this more fun" or "Sea Snake could do this better than you lmao". Basically a bunch of this/you suck, Jamil does it better/much cooler, and he's repeating them like a parrot. There were many MANY times where Azul contemplated taping his mouth shut because it's that annoying, sorry you miss him but also shutthEFUCKUP.

Now hear me out, what if close around the end of Jamil's break. Kalim decided he wants to go out as well since it's been a while he went anywhere without Jamil by his side. It's like a once in a lifetime experience for him, he never went alone anywhere without Jamil by his side. So why not try it at least once? (What's the worst that could happen.) And during Kalim's adventure, HE ends up being the one to bump into the octatrio, guess they still ended up sticking to eachothers sides even after graduation. Now they catch up, Kalim is happy to finally see old friends/classmates again, one of them being Jamil's boyfriend- Ex? He doesn't know exactly, but he's happy to see him too.

Now Azul questions where Jamil is since it's strange seeing them separated. Kalim explains that Jamil is on break and it's also why he decided to go out, it's been a while since he went anywhere alone. Floyd doesn't say much besides a quiet "aww man" and Azul seems to curse under his breath as if he was so close to finding the one thing that'd shut up this annoying sound that keeps screaming in his ear for months now but I guess not. Now let's say, mid through the convo the four are having, Jade spots a shop in the distance he wants to go to (most likely something to do with mushrooms probably), he demands to go check it out, Floyd refuses to and decides he'll just wait with Kalim. And so poor Azul gets dragged away by Jade and just waves at them "we'll be back" because this is the closest Azul got to almost getting a business deal through Kalim's money AND HE DOESNT WANT TO LOSE IT CAUSE OF JADE'S HYPERFIXATION. So they're both told to wait, alone.

Now that the two are alone, Kalim doesn't know yet that Jamil hasn't actually gone to see Floyd like he expected him to, I mean, that's the whole reason Kalim managed to get him a break, to go see Floyd. So without much thought, Kalim decides to ask Floyd about it. Like "So did you and Jamil catch up? It's been a while since you two seen eachother! Did you have fun?" just an innocent question, a question Kalim didn't realise will cause major problems. Floyd stares at Kalim dumbfounded, clueless, what is lil bro yappin' bout, so he asks him what he's talking about, isn't Jamil on break? And Kalim replies with a confused laugh

"Yeah he is, I gave him a break so he could go see you. I thought he did that already.. Did he not?"

The moment Floyd heard those words, his whole world shattered. He just stood there frozen, staring at Kalim. Jamil is on break, a break he was supposed to use to come SEE HIM, but he did not do that, and he wouldn't have known if Kalim didn't say anything about it. So why, why did Jamil not come and visit him? Did he get over him? Was HE supposed to get over Jamil? Or did Jamil find someone else that he likes more than him, and therefore went to see them instead of him? Floyd didn't know, he didn't know ANYTHING ever since graduation. Hell, he didn't know if Jamil HAD the options to contact him at all, Floyd just sat and waited, like a dog waiting for his owner to come back from the store. But that didn't happen, apparently Jamil isn't coming back, and he wouldn't have known that. If it wasn't for Kalim.

Now Floyd's head is just all over the place, it's like his brain just did a factory reset on him, his emotions were everywhere and all his brain understood was "Jamil had the chance to see him, and he chose not to" and he's losing it. He forgot where he was for a moment until Kalim shook him with worry, "Floyd! Are you okay?? Your eyes are red??" and he suddenly clicked back to reality, now silently panicking after Floyd realises he stopped masking his emotions and is now on the verge of a crash out. He has accidentally made himself "vulnerable" to Kalim, he doesn't know for how long but he knows it was long enough for Kalim to start apologising profusely for upsetting him. So, what will he do now?

Well, he's going to run away of course! He is NOT going to continue standing around in public like a lost dog while Kalim is worrying asking him multiple times if he's okay. So Floyd just books it, no hesitation, last thing he wants is for Azul and Jade to see him in this state. And not shortly after, the rest of the octatrio come back confused to find a worrisome, concerned Kalim with an expression that screams "I fucked up" and a missing Floyd. Kalim doesn't say much, he tells them Floyd just got up and ran, but he doesn't want to say why, out of pure worry he might make things worse than he already has, so he just stays quiet and tells them he has to go as he hurries up away from them (RIP Azul's business opportunity...) Now hours later, Jade and Azul finally end up finding Floyd, probably back at where ever the 3 of them are living now. And he's just laying on the couch, kicking his feet in the air while messing on his phone, he is back on his cheery goofy old self, almost like he didn't just full on run away from Kalim after finding out Jamil chose not to visit him. When Azul asks him why the hell did he just dip, Floyd gives a typical "Ehh I got bored of Sea Otter so I went home", he didn't tell them the actual reason, hell you couldn't even tell he was upset earlier (he already embarrassed himself in front of Kalim, last thing he wants is to do that in front of his brother and Azul now). So Azul just punched him in the arm for making him miss a business opportunity with Kalim because he was "bored" and left without a notice. And so after that, everything went back to normal with the trio. Except, the lack of constant annoying blabbering about a "Sea Snake" suddenly stopped without a trait. I guess Azul's wish of wanting to shut up that annoying noise finally happened, though, now he kinda wishes it was back, because an awfully more silent than usual Floyd is way more uncomfortable than a loud and repetitive Floyd.

Now switching to the Scarabia duo, Jamil comes back from his break. Same closed off expression, ready to go back to work and act like everything is same as before.. Only for Jamil to immediately notice Kalim is acting strange. Sighing and imagining up whatever shenanigans could've Kalim caused while he was away, he asks him what did he do. But Kalim just.. refuses to answer. And that makes Jamil concerned, WHAT the hell did this guy do while he was away and how the hell is it so bad that Kalim can't tell him.

And honestly how WOULD you explain what happened? "Yeah so I ended up bumping into your ex boyfriend and I made him cry after accidentally telling him you didn't come visit him while on break, my bad" YEAH NO KALIM ISN'T SAYING THAT NOPE, so poor boy, now being a nervous wreck just yelps "I'M SORRY-" before he quickly sped away before Jamil can say anything else. Leaving him confused and now praying Kalim didn't possibly kill a guy.. Which tbh, would've been better than what he actually did.

OUF okay yapped more thank usually so I decided to doodle a lil moment of Floyd losing it and Kalim trying(?) to comfort him as best as he can lolz

RIDDLE ROSEHEARTS: He admires how hardworking and strict she is with herself. Thinks shes one of the only reliable people in this school. || Champei treats him with respect, but avoids interacting with him at all costs. She cant stand his constant yelling (especially with her chronic headaches and migraines) and low temper- learn to control yourself in public man. (<- her thoughts not mine..)

TREY CLOVER: He's seen her around, and has heard of how dependable she can be. Although, he does get a little creeped out by her aura, he likes her as a person. || Trey is 1 of 5 people that Champei is able to tolerate being around without a migraine. She prefers his presence over most students, thats for sure. Only thing keeping her from being around him in peace is Cater.

CATER DIAMOND: He's in the same class as Champei, and he thinks shes totally adorable in like that twilight from mlp way. Although shes definitely a lot more standoffish than most people think, shes still pretty nice to him! || Champei hates Cater Diamond. She cannot STAND him tryna talk her up and his slang that she doesnt understand 80% of the time- what the fuck is a fine shyt

ACE TRAPPOLA: She's too uninteresting and kinda blends in with the walls for him to care. He's heard about her being this reliable yet strict person- and he gets total riddle vibes from her.. (without the yelling, which is lowk scarier) || She hasnt interacted with him, but she has definitely seen and heard about the infamous gang of first years that always seem to cause trouble. She just wants an uneventful year without much attention, she cant stand to be around these kids.

DEUCE SPADE: He admires her! Shes helped him with things like getting his hat stuck on a tree or catching him with magic before he falls. He thinks shes the type of student he should strive to be! A super smart, perfect, quiet, and composed honor student! || She thinks the same way about him as she does with Ace. from the few interactions shes had with him, she thinks hes too slow in the head for her liking.

LEONA KINGSCHOLAR: He doesnt really care about her. She hasnt really got anything going that would interest him. They respect eachother, and thats about it. || She doesnt like his attitude and how he behaves, but she does appreciate him choosing to leave her alone all the time.

RUGGIE BUCCHI: He didnt really care about her at all until she began giving him her leftovers from lunch. She never finishes her food- so she just leaves it on her table and glances at ruggie. He likes her because of that. || She thinks hes like a little ratty dog that begs for scraps hnder the dining table. Honestly doesnt care about him, but would rather the food doesnt go to waste.

JACK HOWL: He respects her as a senior and skilled student. But thats about it. He can sense she wants to stay independent most of the time and he respects it. || She doesnt really know who he is. Not his fault, she doesnt know even most of the 2nd years- let alone the 1st years.

He respects her dedication to being alone so she can work by herself, and has tried roping her into many different contracts. Too bad shes too smart for that. || She doesnt like the way he presents himself, but she does respect his "strong eat the weak" sentiment. Honestly, she's almost signed several of his contract deals but the voice in the back of her head always yells at her not to.

JADE LEECH: He doesnt exactly care about her. She's uneventful and boring, there isnt much to think about when it comes to Champei. She flies under his radar practically all the time. || She doesnt actually know who he is besides the fact that hes the vice housewarden of octavinelle. She doesnt bother looking into the people around her, so she just sees Jade as that one tall calm dude that scams people with azul.

FLOYD LEECH: He likes annoying her to get a reaction. The reactions of people who always seem to be composed are a lot funnier, and who else is more composed than Champei? Although, he isnt able to get under her skin most of the time. Thats boring. || She hates this boy so much. Nothing more beyond that, i think you know why.

KALIM AL-ASIM: He likes her! shes a good person and shes always kind to him. But she doesnt ever go to his parties or accept his offers to hang out :( || She doesnt like Kalim. She wants peace and quiet and isolation- not whatever kalim is doing. He brings too much attention wherever he goes, and shes not trying to deal with that.

JAMIL VIPER: He respects her as an accomplished senior and thats about it. They both stick to being pretty formal and distant with one another, and they both know they prefer it that way. || She enjoys the mutual acknowledgment to leave eachother alone. Hes alright.

VIL SCHOENHEIT: He recognizes her skills and the effort she puts into her appearance. Even if she can be irritatingly dedicated to being isolated, he respects her. Not much else to say. || She avoids him if im being honest. He flashy and brings too much attention with him, she doesnt want to interact with someone like that.

ROOK HUNT: He knows theres more to her than she lets on, and hes determined to figure it out. || She hates him. Thats it. He cant keep himself out of her business and it stresses her out.

EPEL FELMIER: Who the hell is Champei? || Who is Epel Felmier? (they both know nothing about eachother)

IDIA SHROUD: Hes in the same class as her and shes just.. scary. She doesnt speak at all and have this uncanny valley vibe.. Its weird. || She doesnt like him and thinks hes a coward. Like she HATES social interaction just as much as he does, but she still goes to class and is nice to the people she hates. 😒

ORTHO SHROUD: He doesnt pay her much mind, but it was intriguing when his scans picked up on two organisms when she was alone. || She avoids this boy like the plague. She cant risk it, he knows too much.

MALLEUS DRACONIA: He knows she has her secrets, but doesnt want to pry or get into it. Shes just another student among the school that he goes to. || Hes kinda scary. She doesnt want to speak with him at all for obvious reasons.

LILIA VANROUGE: He knows she has a parasitic curse on the back of her head and lets her know that he knows. Its fun to tease her, but he also pities and empathizes with her struggles || She knows he knows and shes terrified shitless of talking with the guy. shes always paranoid hes gonna tell people and it makes her so resentful of him.

SILVER VANROUGE: he respects her and doesnt pay her much mind. || She does the same for him. But she doesnt like Lilia, so she has a bias against Silver.

SEBEK ZIGVOLT: Hes too busy focusing on his own things to bother thinking about Champei. Shes just a senior who is capable and dependable. Thats about it. || Everytime Sebek speaks Champei feels like her head is ripping in half. His loud voice and yelling does NOT help eith her chronic migraines- she cant handle being around him. she hates sebek.

PAOYU (MY YUUSONA): Hater meets hater. they both dont like eachother lol.. Paoyu is WAY too loud and attention seeking for Champeis tastes, and Champei is uh. Well she doesnt do anything to be disrespectful or mean to paoyu but shes got those vibes YK? everyone thinks paoyu is insane for disliking Champei but her and grim KNOOWWW shes crazy.

ISASONA @skibidibabygirl : Isasona thinks Champei is pretty and really reliable! Isasona is like the nicest person ever and she also doesnt get to see Champei often, so she thinks shes an introvert and there isnt rlly anything off about her. || Champei doesnt care about ramshackle students. And Isasona also leaves her alone most of the time so she's chill with her. But it can be slightly irritating when she feels a pair of eyes on her from across the hallway.

REI @hrtzbeat : Rei, like paoyu, KNOWS somethings up with Champei. But unlike paoyu, shes more intrigued than weirded out. Rei now does everything she can to find out more information about Champei and does things in an attempt to make her slip. || Champei is so sick of Rei its not even funny.. like "LEAVE ME ALONE" level 5000 😭 shes so done with Rei and she knows shes onto her so she gets all anxious and stressed out whenever Rei strolls by.

im always going to be so glad that Rollo didnt get a 'redemption' scene or even really change his ideals or goals at the end of GloMas. Even though thats likely something a lot of people might want (hell, Ive even seen some people say his lack of change was 'bad writing'), its just not realistic. Development doesnt happen instantaneously, especially not when someone doesnt even WANT to change in the first place.

While the confrontation with Idia, Malleus, and Azul might have sparked some sort of realization in him, this is a matter of changing something he has thought for YEARS. We dont know how old he was was his brother died, but it was obviously young. This is a hatred hes let fester ever since then, and its presumably only grown stronger with time. His grudge against magic and magic users is embedded in him, and it takes a LOT to actually change that sort of thing.

And, as I said before, Rollo doesn't want to change. He says it flat-out after hes defeated - his defeat might have been a roadblock, but hes still going to keep trying to eradicate magic (obviously not an exact quote, but thats basically the meaning in what he did say). Theres no sudden realization of 'maybe im wrong' or 'maybe I should change my ways', because those sorts of sudden developments are not accurate to his character.

Rollo as a whole is incredibly set in his ways, even down to the exact meal he eats for lunch every day of the year and the type of stationary he uses. He is all about careful self control and routine, not to mention the fact that he is likely INCREDIBLY stubborn. He just isnt the type to make hugely impactful changes to himself at the drop of the hat.

I do think its possible for him to eventually learn to let go of his hatred in the future, but that would also require him to actually open up to people and allow himself to face this head-on rather than falling back on habits - something that he is very averse to and in itself will take a lot of development on his end in order to happen.

Such a major change is something you work on over the span of months to YEARS, not a single night. Rollo not doing a 180 change isnt bad writing, its realistic.

WAIT is *THIS* part of the punishment? like not JUST being sent to another world that is based on a story, but specifically a YANDERE DEATH TRAP? 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯"

cuz like, sure, the MC is doing what they can to survive but depending on which one theyre fine to just vibe and let the story take its course if theyve got a good chance to survive not doing anything special. but then the story always gets WEIRD, RIGHT?! stuff always goes wrong! was that part of the vision? or am i going conspiracy crazy?

its hard to choose a favorite story in this series and i dont want to speak too soon before theyre all out. but i do have favorite bits in each of them.

and i just love the endings to them all. i love the bittersweet nature of all the endings. like none, of them are really romantic in a comforting way (duh its a yandere story) but they do vary in romance level. like by far i think riddle's azul's and vil's are the most romantic while leona and jamil are quite cold and calculating or in jamil's case mostly possessive and manipulative on the surface. it's VERY interesting.

and also bc im silly and you brought up the yandere-ness of the other characters, i start to wonder what happens next in these stories (im not asking for sequels. oh heavens no! never! unless you wanted to, but im mostly just brainstorming character relationships and potential conflicts). like in the savannaclaw story, ruggie and jack are also glued to the MC but not in a really romantic way? ruggie has that "i want to be your #2/by your side forever" which could go either way, but to me initially reads as "jack was pushing his way into MY spot and i want to guarantee he cant have it" rather than a "one day i'll deserve to be by your side romantically and for now i want to ensure i'll always have that opportunity by being next to you and a priority of yours" and then comes leona's proposal at the end, and i was thinking "uhhh but mc is by your side as consort, then ruggie gets pushed out of his spot in favor of the husband taking over. even though ruggie could still be an advisor and confidant, its still like 'move over dude theres another taking priority over you" and then that gets me wondering "what would happen if MC turned down leona? what kinda havoc would he wreak if any? does that put the village in jeopardy if he gets pissed off? what if they accept and they're STILL screwed bc he stops paying attention to the village after he gets the throne? and then the chieftain is taken into the palace and away from the village and has no way back and theyre left to basically flounder without them?"

also i really like how you end your stories with pseudo-cliffhangers? i mean they are but also the plot is mostly resolved and whatever major things that needed to happen happened. and its just the character resolutions and epilogues you dont see. its entertaining. like i said, i like to imagine what happens next and you really leave some stuff open for that.

Oh, for the crimes, just look at one of the questions which I believe asks what you (the quiz taker/MC) committed. Those are currently five of the seven crimes I've listed before, and each MC has committed at least ONE of them. But, they could've always committed more too.

On that other topic, of characters going yandere, one thing I hate is when reading a story and for some reason the characters are already obsessed with the MC but for absolutely no apparent reason. And me personally, I enjoy a bit of build up, which is why I try to implement some in my writing. Which can be a bit hard to do within forty pages when all these other things are happening, but I manage for the most part.

ace is yjn's (platonic) no. 1 but i think yjn holds a bit of a grudge from how ace acted in the prologue thru part of book 1 esp bc it's his fault they wind up dragged into the book 1 stuff at the start LMAO unfortunately for them they do just naturally gel really well w/this guy so they end up besties. against their will.

deuce meanwhile is just "huh he's kinda stupid" to "oh he's stupid i gotta help him.........." LOL i think yjn initially wants to take care of him the way they would their sibs but as more time passes it evens out to a more equivalent friendship on their end. deuce has no idea abt any of this tho as far as he's considered he n yjn are just normal friends the whole time ALSKHDGLAKSHDG

malleus having feelings for yjn is in line w/the way i think he tends to have feelings for Any Yuu lmao. i dont think theres much abt yjn specifically adn i think honestly even if they tried dating i dont think even Malleus would enjoy it. However. meanwhile yjn is like (wow this guy is in love with me? yikes)

HOWEVER. in an au where yuujin+kalmia (friend's yuu) isekai together and she's the one who's going out to meet suspicious loiterers outside their dorm. malleus dislikes yjn for getting to live w/kalmia while yjn dislikes malleus for hanging outside their dorm at night to talk to their amnesiac spacecase roommate. turns eventually into an odd friendship where yjn is one of hte only ppl alive who can criticize the crown prince of briar valley and live but it's grudging and there's no romance there at All LMFAO

Just a thought (I am not confident enough w my writing to write this out like as a whole fanfic so…)

- imagine you are a siren, and you work under Azul as a sort of trap for the boys of NRC so that Azul can get more contracts.

- as a siren, you’re naturally alluring, and you amped it up considerably ever since you signed a contract w Azul. You get paid by the amount of people who pay him / sign a contract with him.

- let’s say the way this works is generally simple: you find a man, your target, and flirt with him. Your melodic voice lured him in, and your touches were so fleeting to him. You tell him you love a man who is open about his feelings, so he tells you about his sorrows. You tell him that Azul can fix these problems. (Or, if you’re really cold, you tell him that you can’t be with him because he isn’t pretty enough, causing him to go to Azul to fix that).

- No matter the method, you are very good at luring them in. All for the expense of your love and affections, or that they genuinely believe that Azul can help them because why would someone as beautiful and sweet as you lie to him?

- When the day is done, you make a trip to Azul’s office and collect your payment. You’re so valuable that weekly or monthly paychecks aren’t enough - you’re an expensive siren, and you need the best to keep up your appearance!

- Of course, Azul obliges. Ever since you showed up, business has been booming! You kiss him on the cheek everytime, you were a sort of dog on a leash for him. (And honestly you didn’t really mind, the idea of you with a chain around your neck with Azul holding the other end and smirking down at you is pleasant imagery. You’re a siren! You’re born to be promiscuous!)

- You were easy to maintain compared to the twins, you found it fun to trick people, to see men grovel and weep for you, about their issues, and for them to inevitably not fulfil their contracts and have to work for Azul for however long.

- However, Azul was… changing. He’s been giving you some excuses for you to see him whenever possible, he believed that maybe if you saw him more in his office, you’d leave him with a new kiss mark each time. But no - you’d only ever do it if you’re collecting your paycheck.

- sometimes he would ramble about his business and you’d go “aw, wow, I’m happy for you! Good job, darling~” and his stomach would do flips but he would reprimand you with a blushing face.

- Jade and Floyd are catching on, you can hear them chuckling or Floyd going “hey hey, Azul, you got a thing for the siren now~?” Or “gross… PDA, keep that to yourself!”

- and what doesnt help at all is the fact you have been going online putting yourself on the line. The boys you send in always go “I want (Y/N) to be mine! You can’t keep them here against their will!”

- have you been telling people that you’re kept here against your will? Azul suspects it’s just to make them scared and have a sense of urgency to protect you or to save you like a ‘woe is me damsel/dude in distress’ sort of thing, but what if it’s true?? Do you hate him?

- Contracts have become even more stressful than usual now too. Of course with you on the line, Floyd and Jade have to make sure that the contract fails each time, so that you don’t get taken from him.

- and then you laugh when he tells you off and just blow him a kiss? Like! The nerve! Seriously, listen to him, will you?

- one day, when you came to pick up your check after a week of this ‘I’ll save (Y/N)’ nonsense, you got the check from his desk and walked out WITHOUT giving him a kiss on the cheek.

- “aren’t you forgetting something?” He asked, and you turned around with a smirk. “Oh, did I?” He felt his skin turn red with embarrassment, like a tomato. He always thought he had you on a leash, but it turns out it was the other way around. He’d been waiting all day, like a dog waiting for its owner, for its treat - your affection, your kisses, and your kiss marks which he kept on until the next morning where he HAD to take them off for school.

- you gave him two kiss marks to make up for the fact that you’ve been such a pain the last week, and you know it because he’s been looking more stressed out and crazier than usual.

- “please stop telling people you’ll be with them if it weren’t for me..” “why?” “Because, well, you’re a valuable asset and you made a contract with me, and you have to fulfill it. Besides, you don’t actually hate me that much.. yes? Right?” He asked, clearly seeking for reassurance.

- You shook your head and put a hand on his cheek, and gave him a kiss. He literally nearly jolted like he got shocked from Jade or something when you did. You pulled back and giggled while walking out of the room.

Imagine being a strong woman (Doesnt have to be physically of course) that of course he respects but will absolutely do his best to still try to one up you. Of course you reciprocate that and you always go all out whenever he's on the field with his team. Or maybe even though it isn't seen to be entirely fitting, think about being Academic Rivals with him! Literally anything between you two is a competition haha^^

Aside from your sex though, he wont go easy on you just cus of that factor. No, it's because he acknowledges your capabilities. Your passion and your spirit. Your witty and snarky remarks, which is always seemingly having him stay on his toes. Of course he carries respect for you, that is obvious. Determined to just run passed him to run away from the crowd, you speed up your pace to turn the corner just as how he also turns the corner. When you make the turn you're caught off guard greatly, as his arms catch you with great force to the point you almost let go of your sandwich in your hands. He pulls you over to a nearby bush, one that was big enough to hide you both perfectly. Even better was that the bush was big enough to mask your guys scent. It was perfect.

"Leona what are you-!"

"Shh. Quiet." He leans his head a little lower with a stern look on his face, his green jeweled eyes angular as he looks on over you. The crowd continues running ahead with their haughty shouts and displeasure. Soon passing you both with no second thoughts.

"i'm doing you a solid. You should be thankful ya little thief."

You're caged in between his arms, lying under him on the grass. The sun pierces through the long blade of leaves and shines on his sea of brown hair beautifully as if running cacao simmered down. "I didn't ask for your help you know. I would've been perfectly fine without you." His body shadows over you, as if blanketing you under him.

He gives you a grin, leaning down a bit more as he eyes the sandwich crushed in your hands. "Really now? Because that sandwich sure isnt in the best condition."

You peer down, not knowing that the sandwich was squeezed and squashed in your grip. It was completely ruined.

"Fuck"

With the crowd gone, there was just silence between the two of you. Only getting conscious now of how literally close you two were. There was that feeling again simmering up from his chest. It felt like he was a kettle starting to slowly boil up. Now it makes sense. He understands these feelings, now that he has you under him like this. Being so close to you so discreetly as if you two were rebel teenagers hiding away from your guys parents.

"You're so annoying you know that?" He suddenly states. It definitely catches you off guard but you're quick to answer. You're annoying in the way that you're on his mind with the constant want of him being next to you like this.

"Huh? Where'd that come from all of a sudden? You're the one who put us in this position in the first place!"

You're starting to squirm around, getting irritated that you're in this situation with your competitor. But he goes on to firmly hold you still.

"Hey, stop that. You're gonna get all the sauce on me. I'm gonna smell." He says in a bit more firm tone.

"Then get off of me, I'm gonna go get me another sandwich." You say rather harshly. You reciprocate the firm look on his face as you slightly push yourself up, the leaves hitting your face a little.

"You mean steal another one? I'll pay for it. So stop causing trouble around."

You're a bit caught off guard. Leona seemed rather more... Whats the word. Gentle with you? You two have never been this intimate before, its a rather new feeling. He liked it.

"Hmm how about this. You accompany me to go get something to eat and I pay for it. Sounds like a pretty good deal dont you think?"

The way he says it so casually with that little smirk of his, his eyes looking so focused on you as if reading what you were thinking. His hand on your wrist as he hovers over you. It kinda sounds like he was asking you out on a-

"Date..."

"What?"

Huh. What. WAIT WHAT. You didn't mean to say that out loud! Oh no, you're face is getting hot, your heart is speeding up, your expression is pulled back into one of shock. "W-wait don't get me wrong! It just kinda sounded like a date! Argh what am I even saying?! God this is just so-"

"Yea, why not. Lets go out on a date." He brings your hand up to his mouth, licking the sauce off your hand as the crumpled up sandwich lays on the grass next to you. You're silenced as he his lips get into contact with you fingers, nibbling it against his canines ever so slightly as he laps up the dewy and runny substances. His eyes switching them up to meet yours.

"Just the two of us, i'll make sure to get you a better sandwich than that cheap one." He seems to love the look on your face, the way you're just taking all of this in. The way your face is an indescribable red. He's practically relishing himself in your quite yet loud reaction.

"relax, I aint gonna force you if you dont want to. I can take a reje-"

As he brings your hand down, before he could finish his sentence you go in and angle your head to the side. His ears perk up, so do his tail. You lean in forward, licking the side of his lips. When you pull back you're met with a surprised lion.

"Hehe, I wouldn't mind that. A little date with my competitor, I wonder how that'll go" You lean yourself back, your elbow helping you stay propped up. My god are you just so perfect. The way you just make his heart skip beats, he can finally admit it now. As much as he wanted to beat you in certain subjects and fields, he wanted to be yours all the more. He's always known. You're rivalry just being an excuse for him to keep having you close to his side like this. He's always liked you. But is it too early to say that he loved you? No, definitely not. He loves every part of you. He's already seen the more dirtier and flawed parts of you, and you've seen his. If you both have accepted each other doesn't that already prove much how much you two are willing to be with one another? That just gives you more time and more reason to find more of the beauties hidden within you both, all the more to love you and all the more for you to love him.

A strong smile is plastered on his face as the shade of the leaves hover over him, covering the both of you like a dome. "Hmm, how convenient for the both of us then." He leans in till your heads are almost touching, that is until his ears perk up and he turns his head away. You're caught off guard by this as you watch him look back and let out an irritated stare.

"Rook get your ass out of here damn it." He says it in such a bad and sour mood. Leona gets off of you and shifts his body towards where Rook seemingly was.

"Oh how utterly splendid indeed! I have always been so marveled by your ultra senses Roi du Lion! Sincerest apologies, I wasn't trying to soil the mood or interrupt you two. But I couldn't help but watch the beauty of love unfold right in front of my eyes! Such a fierce lion showing such tenderness towards his lioness! Ahhh such beauté! It drives me to tears!"

"Ah..." Well, this is embarrassing really. To think the two of you got caught like this. You really felt like a rebel teenager getting caught by your parents, who were oddly... Supportive? Regardless, it was still embarrassing. As Leona drives Rooks persistent self away, with full success he comes back to you and crouches down to help you up.

You two have a date to head to now. People have always known about your guys rivalry, but what a true shocker it'll be when people start finding out when you two start going out. I mean, every king needs his queen eventually. And you fit the throne to his heart perfectly. <3
