Help guys I'm so fat. Look at those thighs, they take up a lot of space. Meanspo is very welcome, as you see I need it.
I've realized that counting calories doesn't really do much for me. I just simply cannot stop eating. Does any one have any other methods, or tips for me. They're all welcome no matter how extreme.
Don't report, just block, you're not helping trust me.

Ok so normally I eat a whole pint of whatever ice cream I get.
I love halotop more, but I love artic zero's calories count better.
1/2 halo top choc brownie, 1/2 artic zero salted caramel. Topped by skinny syrup Double fudge ... which was at Walmart. If only Walmart would sell my real skinny syrups.
So... halotop 180, artic zero, 53.
Same volume but shaved a couple calories. About 120 saved? Not perfect but I will take it.
Everything has been going so slow and my healthy ice creams are really not available much anymore. I am trying to talk myself into getting a ninja creami so I can make my own.
The drawback is I live in a hoarder house and I don't know where I would put it.
Everything has gotten real slow which means despite the exercise I must be eating at maintenance.
Oh bother.
**But I am 130 pounds down and I am not regaining so I am counting that as a win.*

The key is to find the euphoria.
Once you start dieting you start to feel dizzy and sleepy, feel the euphoric almost tipsy side.
You need to fall in love with the feeling, then you'll get addicted to it and all will be easy.
The hard bit is finding the euphoria but trust me you will, just got to get through that initial "my body is starving and needs food" part.

what do you guys allow yourself to have while on a f@st?
i’ve heard a lot of different things from “tip accounts” but i feel like those are run by “coaches” who don’t practice what they preach and don’t have our well being in mind, but i’ve heard:
- nothing (which is dumb, stay hydrated)
- anything as long as it’s under 50 c@l (but they didn’t say a time reference)
-coffee, tea, water
- any clear liquid
- one low-c@l s@fe food, like cucumbers (but that seems counterintuitive to me???)
i’ve always just gone straight water, but it leads to being really lightheaded and incredibly nauseous when i take my meds… and usually to a b!nge afterwards.. sooo, help?

My gosh, I found a new motivation to lose weight.
It’s like a game. 👾
You have to take your clothes and sort them in different categories:
The clothes that you like but if you didn’t find them in your closet you wouldn’t be sad.
The clothes that you LOVE and that fit you right.
The clothes that doesn’t fit you but will if you lose some weight.
At the start of your diet, you will only wear the clothes of the first category.
Then, you will create different goals weight (like levels), depends on how much clothes you LOVE. The goals weight have to be equivalent. If you want to lose 20pounds, create a “level” every 4 or 5 pounds. You should put your FAVORITE top, pant, accessories… on the last level.
Then you will only have a few pounds to lose to wear the clothes of the last category.
Don’t know if this “game” makes sense to you but I thought it would be cool for me to share it with you.
