First Years Shenanigans at a Malleyuu Wedding

As much as I have Malleyuu Thoughts I'm also constantly thinking about First Years Gang so there's frequent overlap between the two, so have some Typical Wedding Goes Wrong Trope thoughts I had featuring the beloved First Years and many shenanigans.

Malleyuu wedding centered around the First Years making sure the wedding is going to go smoothly. So much shit is going wrong and they're trying desperately to fix them all without Malleus or Yuu finding out.

Sebek is freaking out the whole time, Ace and Deuce are mixing up each other's jobs, Jack is the only sane one, and Epel who is helping Yuu get ready is trying his best to focus on distracting them instead of running out there (he's still a tough farm boy through and through but a lot of things have gotta stuck after all those years at Pomefiore and under Vil's tutelage). Ortho is the only one who is even marginally helpful (as long as his gear somehow doesn't break that is)

I've got this image of Malleus summoning Sebek in the middle of all the chaos to have a bit of a heart-to-heart with him, thanking him for his years of service and friendship with Yuu, but meanwhile, Sebek is trying desperately to keep his composure because the entire time Malleus is speaking all kinds of nonsense and shenanigans is happening behind him.

I can also see Epel working with the other hairdressers, makeup artists, etc. (Maybe Crewel is there too because heck yeah father figure!Crewel helping Yuu get dressed for their wedding) on Yuu and Ace suddenly smacking into the window.

Yuu: Did you hear something? Epel: *making sure Yuu doesn't turn around and see Ortho trying to unstick Ace from the window* Prob'ly just the wind.

There's also a subplot going on that makes keeping everything a secret exponentially harder where Malleus keeps trying to run off to go see Yuu because his Dragon Clinginess is acting up and Lilia if he's still alive along with Silver and other servants are doing their best to keep him in his room and also make sure he gets ready in time for the wedding (and also bcs of the bad luck abt seeing each other before the wedding thing)

Sort of like the Tangled wedding short, by the time all the problems are solved Yuu and Malleus look at their friends and are shocked by their various disheveled states.

I also think it'd be funny if Maleficia is also there and she's completely Aware of all the nonsense going on and is mildly amused by it. Though she's not exactly working together with the boys she's calmly helping them fix certain things with a wave of her hand behind her back and also helping distract Malleus.

None of them knew she was in on it until the end of the actual wedding where she casually mentions to the newlyweds about the "issues" with the preparations and the two of them exchange confused looks while Yuu's friends freeze and break out into a sweat.

Ngl I kind of forgot about Grim agshdgdj. I imagine that he's getting ready WITH Yuu, getting his coat all groomed and stuff, but it takes less time and he walks in on the others and the messes they're trying to fix and he's like "MYAH!! If Yuu and Tusnotarou find out about this they're gonna FREAK!!" "We KNOW! Instead of standing there and complaining why don't you help us out instead?!" (-Ace, probably)

Helps distract Malleus and Yuu by clinging to them, making demands, lying about things like his outfit feeling uncomfortable or his coat needing a better brushing. I've got this image of Ace picking him up and rubbing him all over the betrotheds' wedding outfits to get cat hair all over them.

Grim: UNHAND ME!!! Sebek: TRAPPOLA?! Wh-What are you doing?! Ace: Trust me, this is gonna buy us tons of time!

In the end, the wedding goes smoothly. Sebek cries ofc, so does Deuce, Jack denies getting emotional, Epel too but less insistently, Ortho is being all sweet and soft and mushy about it, and Ace is making fun of them all but very lightheartedly :)

after extensive research (reading the wiki and watching a 6 minute video), cause i havent seen the anime/read the manga, I came up with this. I hope I didn't drift too far off with ai's personality

well, let's start from the beginning

what first caught Vil's attention during orientation was your beauty. a student that would certainly be sorted in Pomefiore

a beautiful student with beautiful shining eyes that looked like they had stars in them and a cute smile

but he also noticed something else..

your hand was softly touching close to your stomach, as if you were hurt there

well, despite all that you got sorted in pomefiore, woooo!

during your time in the dorm, the dormleader noticed a few more things about you

one thing was the bubbly, cheerful personality

and another was the skill for dancing and singing. almost as if you were a trained professional

he admires that

if he were to find out that before this you were an idol, he'd respect you for that. he knows how challenging industries can be and how high the expectations from fans can be

and if you were closer and you were still an idol, he might help you and support you when the pressure is getting too much

now, let's say that you two are close enough to share personal personal stuff

firstly, he wouldn't judge if he were to learn about Ruby and Aqua and about the whole teen pregnancy thing in general

again, he'd admire your dedication to both your kids and being an idol, despite being just a teen

(and he'd find and suggest you the best products to get your skin/hair/etc back to normal if they were affected by the pregnancy)

and he'd let you rant about the twins while he was getting ready, doing skincare and all

i also think he'd be very sad when hearing about your past with your mother, and how she abused and abandoned you

he was lucky enough to be close with his father, but he feels bad you couldn't have that with your mother

he'd stay by your side at nights when you'd have breakdowns about your past, your mother, your kids, the pressure of being an idol and blah blah blah

and if he heard that you think you're incompetent and useless? nono, he won't be having that

while not being too obvious, he'd subtly compliment you on your skills, not your appearance, but your skills, slowly helping you build up the confidence you need

and let's just say you happened to, you know, tell him about how you got stabbed

he'd freak out, making sure you're alright,but he'd be sad that someone would do this to you

if you two were very close, he might even need reassurance sometimes, late at night, to make sure that you're alive, that you're there

ALRIGHT, SMALL FIC SECTION, WOOO

it was the day of orientation. a few students caught the young actor's attention, one of them being you. a young student with eyes that shined like the stars and a soft smile

he wasn't surprised when you were sorted in pomefiore. It was expected. and throughout your time in pomefiore, he observed you a bit, just like he did with the rest of his dorm members to ensure that there were no "rough patches" in pomefiore

that's when he noticed your bubbly, cheerful personality. a happy student with a soft smile, who never showed any ill intentions or thoughts about their dorm mates

and during events, he noticed your skills in singing and dancing. you moved around with precision and easiness, while your voice was smooth and trained. you were either very talented, or trained by a professional

but he also noticed a certain..habit of yours. when walking, sitting, waiting, you'd place your hands in the center of your upper body, as if you could feel something bothering you there

it was, odd, but not a sign of bad manners, so he let it slide

and slowly, the two got closer..and closer. you were friends now, close ones at that. so it wouldn't hurt to tell him a few things about yourself

so one night, when everything was getting too much, you hesitantly visited the dorm leader. while he did start lecturing you about messing both your and his sleep schedule, he stopped once he realised how distressed you were

he let you sit down on his bed, and with his focus entirely on you, he listened to you

he listened to your story about your mother, how she abused you until she got in jail, leaving you in an orphanage that she never picked you up from

it left a sour taste in his tongue, he couldn't fathom what he'd so without his father's support..but you didn't have what he had. it was..sad to say the least

while softly comforting you, he listened you you more. he learned about how you became an idol through lying to appear as confident, while in reality you believed you were a goof-for-nothing teen

he could kind of relate to that. pretending he felt alright and was the best, while in reality he was envious of his rival and felt like he couldn't reach him

he made a mental note to help you build up your confidence, whether that be by compliments or by other means

you started tearing up more when you told him about your twin babies, afraid of his judgement about your teen pregnancy..but it never came. instead, he praised you for being able to balance your career as well as the upbringing of your children. it was admirable, it must've been difficult

he let you ramble about the two blonde rays of sunshine, the two kindergarteners that were the ones who taught you what love truly meant

and then you told him something that made his heart stop..

you had been stabbed, in front of your two kids. you had been stabbed in the place you always kept your hands over, as if you could blfeel the knife

you had died, and woke up here...somehow

you cried and cried about leaving your two kids behind, leaving everything you had with them behind

meanwhile, he was shocked, that piece of information scared him. what if one day, just how you mysteriously appeared in twisted wonderland, you just disappeared

but the night ended with him comforting you gently

he was scared of losing you, sometimes he'd send off his vice housewarden to check up on you, make sure you weren't.. dead again

but at the end of the day, it was all alright. you were alive and well, and he was there to support you

who knows, maybe he'll also teach you what love is

hello this has been rotting in my brain for a while and i need to dump it somewhere:

yuu with a mimikyu.

maybe before they arrived in twisted wonderland they found it out in the wild and took pity on it or were like "everyone hates you? mood. get in my damn pokeball." either way, now that they're in a whole new dimension, the two are most definitely on the same page. they both are seen as a freak for being who they naturally are and have to create a fake look/personality so there'll be a chance they get treated normally.

also, imagine the chaos mimikyu would cause at the entrance ceremony. yuu arrives with what everyone assumes to be a poorly made teddy. when grim starts the fire they place the "teddy bear" down and its shadowy arms extend and capture grim. everyone is now horrified. a pomefiore student has passed out. 4 dead 19 injured. once grim is collared by riddle, mimikyu innocently hops back over to yuu and cuddles into them as yuu praises the pokemon. bonus points if grim broke mimikyu's costume and everyone is left wondering how the hell this thing is still alive with a broken neck.

Okay but imagine this:

A younger Yuu. I'm talking child. This is their emotional support "teddy" that they take with them everywhere. Yuu as a kid even helps sew them little mini clothes and variants of their pikachu outfit and fixes and rips from it.

Little baby Yuu is of course very scared as they are in unfamiliar territory and is holding on to their emotional support Mimikyuu(or service teddy) as they go through the entrance ceremony.

Baby yuu waking up in a coffin is scary especially when there's a monster in front of them. Mimikyuu is also there with their own mini ceremonial robes as Yuu runs away only to he dragged back later by Crowley.

The second Grim causes trouble again and makes Yuu cry I can see mimikyuu growing into the giant kraken of a shadow monster that's still hiding their face with a cloth and wreaking havoc on Grim

Why did Crowley put them all alone in Ramshackle. Simple hes a shitty parent. But the kid doesn't mind because Mimikyuu likes it! And they're used to exploring anyways.

Fighting overblots gets very interesting with mimikyuu...

After the ceremony was over, and after everyone found out that Yuu was powerless, everyone was led to their respective dorms by their housewarden.

"This will be your new home. You are to follow all the rules," he glared at us, and most of the first years, knowing that they didn't want trouble, decided to listen, "you are to be in your rooms by bedtime, if you decide to break any rule, it will be off with your head, am I clear?"

All the students nodded, and once he was away from our view, everyone started talking, "No way he is really that strict..."

I sighed, leaving them behind and entering my room. The room wasn't huge, but it was big enough for me to fit my stuff and decorate it to my liking, or at least as much as I could decorate with the rules still applying. As I set my stuff where they belonged, I remember the ceremony.

From Grim trying to burn us alive, to Yuu being magic-less, and yet he was still able to enter the academy. It surprised me that Yuu was allowed in, but somehow, he just was.

I sighed, there were also a few new faces. I learned that my housewarden was named Riddle, and by overheating a few other students, I quickly learned the names of other housewardens.

Octavinelle's was Azul, a guy who enjoys making contracts . Scarabia was known for having Kalim, a bright, young boy as their leader. Pomefiore's head was named Vil, and you could say that he was pretty strict with beauty rules. Ignihyde's housewarden was named Idia, and he wouldn't usually be seen in crowded areas, and would rather talk through an iPad. Diasomnia was led by a guy named Malleus, and by the looks of it, he was almost never invited to anything.

There was also this other dorm, Savanaclaw, which was led by a man named Leona. It surprised me when I heard that he was royal, and from the nearby kingdom called Sunset Savannah, which meant that he was part lion.

It didn't shock me in a bad way, it just made me raise an eyebrow, more or so because it was rare. I had seen a couple of people that were part animals, but it wasn't an everyday thing, especially since I was always either stuck inside the castle, which the people back home called The Temple Of Blood, or inside my room, studying on some sort of topic during free hours while in school.

I was done unpacking, which wasn't much other than the clothes I was given, placing my uniform for tomorrow in the front of my closet, etc. It wasn't until a little later that I saw the violin laying on the corner of my room.

'Weird. I didn't even notice it... Oh well, what can be done about that other than playing the instrument?'

And without hesitation, I picked up the four string instrument, placing my chin on the chin rest and holding the bow on my right hand. I quickly tuned the violin, making sure that it sounded right without any failure.

I didn't have any particular song in mind, and knowing that I was given the room that had the thickest walls since I was a girl, I decided to play Swan Lake, by Tchaikovsky. For someone to know how to play an instrument was extremely common in my home land, and you could hear the tone of music all around the streets, you could also see a teacher or a parent teaching a young child how to play an instrument.

Even in the heat of the lands, orchestra instruments were preserved in a special room provided by my family. If there was one thing that we completely believe should be valued, it is the music that one can play.

I had memorized the music, so it wasn't all that hard, but what surprised me was that the instrument looked and sounded rather new, so I guessed that it was really taken care of, or it truly was brand new.

After I was done, I made sure to untighten the bow, and place the instrument safely back into its case. I sat on my bed for a while, thinking of a way to pass time, but nothing other than walk around and explore came to my mind. "It's getting dark, but no one will know I was even out."

I walked around, and don't get me wrong, the place was pretty, but it was rather boring. I was alone the whole time, so there was no one I could talk to, and the only place I had left to explore was the botanical garden.

Upon entering the place, I noticed that the flowers held a strong scent, but pleasant for the nostrils. I looked around the place, and noticed that the whole garden was abandoned at the moment, and while I was walking around the area, I noticed that on the floor, or rather grass that was under a tree, there laid a chessboard.

The pieces were placed on the correct order where they belonged, but one single piece was moved. The white pawn in E-Two was moved to E-four, and since I noticed that no one had played against them, I moved my black pawn from E-Seven to E-five.

I didn't do anything afterwards, not like I could when the other player hasn't moved, and decided to leave it at that. I returned back to the dorm before supper, and I did notice that most of my dorm mates had left already, only very few staying behind to chat.

I was no different from the ones that left, and once I entered the cafeteria, I noticed the small wave that Yuu gave me. I approached both him and Grim, greeting them as the small animal rambled on about his complaint. It surprised me that he was still here, but then again, the headmage looked like he would let anyone in.

"[Y/N]! Can you believe it? They ran out of sweets! The only reason I'm here is completely gone! Gone into the stomachs of other pests!"

My sweat dropped, "Pests? Sure... Anyways, how is it going so far?"

Yuu sighed, "The dorm looks like it is about to fall off, and somehow he was allowed in the academy."

"I can tell," I chuckled, "I'm surprised that he was even given his own little bow tie."

But Grim didn't listen to a word I had said, he was too focused on the situation with the sweets. Yuu, on the other hand, informed me about the current dorm they were staying in, Ramshackle dorm, and how it is hunted by ghosts and now have to renovate it all by themselves.

"Don't sweat it. I'll probably come by someday and help you," I gave him a closed-eye smile, and Yuu instantly brightened up at the thought, "but of course, I'll need something in return."

"I got my hopes up for nothing," he sulked. "I need—"

"Are you even listening?! My poor babies are gone!" Grim interrupted me, crying about the desert he wanted. I sighed and whispered in a low, sweet voice, "I'll tell you later."

I got up from my seat, approaching the stand that sold food, but was soon pushed out of the way by a boy. "Running late!" He screamed, and I was a little startled.

The boy had dark roots that faced into blonde, wore black leather jacket on top of an oversized shirt, jeans and some boots. I couldn't really see what was wrapped around his neck, but I could tell it was an orange tone yellow, and he also had animal ears on top of his head.

I clearly was in a rush to get somewhere, and he looked to be carrying some types, probably food. I didn't try to run after him, it wasn't my business what he did.

I sighed in frustration and made my way to the cafe to buy something. "Anything I could help you with?" Asked a boy with glasses, the same guy I saw at the ceremony.

"Anything that has lots of sugar, I'm kind of in need to shut someone up."

He nodded, quickly grabbing a cup of tea, "It is the best we have, sorry. It always is busy, so items run out fast when you aren't here early, especially on ceremonies or special events."

I rubbed my temples, thanking him as I took the cup away from his hand. After I was done paying for the drink, I immediately took it back to the cat-like mage, placing it in front of him. "What am I supposed to do with this?!"

"Drink it and shut up," I offered him a closed eye smile, which shut him up right away. He started drinking, sulking while me and Yuu went back to talking. He soon told me that he would head back to the dorm to try and get some sleep before his first class.

"We won't see each other. I already have my schedule assigned, and considering I'm a third year, we clearly won't have any classes together unless they're extra curricula."

"Huh?! What are your classes? Maybe we do have some together!"

"It's really tight... I have homeroom in classroom 3-A. Humanities come for the first period, and it alternates between History of Magic and Animal Languages. Science also alternates between alchemy, astrology, biology and magical potions."

"Wow-that really is a tight schedule..."

I sighed, "that's not even third period yet. Next I have mathematics, which I decided to take advanced calculus and advanced statistics. Then magic will transition to practical magic, magic analysis, ancient curses, conjuration and defense magic. I also have physical education, flying and swimming, but then again, everyone has it. Oh! I also took an extra classes!"

"Really? Which one?"

"Music! I'm glad there was an option for that one," I smiled brightly, and Yuu chuckled at my face.

"I have the same classes as you, but it's less packed, and I have a different type of math class. But I will probably see you around, in between classes."

"Did you and Grim get classes together?"

Yuu sighed in frustration, "All of them."

I laughed as my sweat dropped. This poor kid was really about to go through a rough year. "I'm sure we could meet up during free time. I say we could always meet in the botanical garden in case of any emergency."

Yuu nodded, telling Grim, who was still mad at the incident with the sweets, that they should start heading back to their corresponding dorm and maybe sleep. Grim tried telling him off by saying that he was starving, but Yuu didn't listen and dragged him away.

I just stood there, waving at them and watching them walk away. I sighed and passed my hand through my hair as I stood from my seat, walking towards the botanical garden, back to the same spot that I found the chessboard in.

Nothing had changed, and I didn't know what exactly I had expected, for a piece to magically move? I couldn't really tell, all I knew is that I expected something more than that.

I let out a small yawn, signifying that it was now my cue to leave the place, and probably just relax on my bed until I fell asleep. I approached the dormitory, hearing whispers from a few boys, but due to how tired I was, I didn't pay any attention to them, only caring about finally closing my eyes at peace.

I entered my room and locked the door as I changed onto my pajamas, which I chose randomly due to the fact that I was on the verge of falling asleep on the cold floor, only holding back because that blanket really looked warm and fuzzy.

I turned off all the lights in my room and calmly walked to the bed, drifting to sleep as my eyelids closed heavily.

'Maybe I over-did it today.'

Rook was ecstatically rummaging through one of the rooms of the Ramshackle, one could say an art gallery. Full of arts that the prefect has hidden away.

Of course he asked permission to look through the room!

It was a begrudging decision seeing Rook did not take no for an answer.

{"Though there's just that one painting that I can't find a way to finish I wish to give it colors to make it more lively but I seem to can't do it... Do you think Jiyoon could finish it?"

"Though I'm unsure if she'll accept the work of portrait, I'll see what I can do for my underclassman!"}

The reason how he found out that the prefect could draw was during the visit in SDC. A lot of unfinished arts were lying on the ground as if the prefect rushed to finish it all up.

Each of them were either portraits or landscapes, including the Night Raven College.

The talent of the prefect was something to be applauded. He could even be on par to his fellow underclassman who is dedicated to drawing landscapes! (Although she seems to be actively avoiding drawing portraits)

While Epel was curious, Vil was unamused how messy it was but Rook paid no mind, there was a hidden beauty the prefect was hiding! The anatomy study, the rough sketch that captures the nature beauty, how could he not fall in love in such arts that are so lovely?

And that is why, right now, Rook is rummaging through the prefects art room, to find more art worthy of bringing in Pomefiore as a souvenir. For them (him) to admire and praise.

Everything was drawn with full care, each stroke held elegance. It was such a hard decision to pick considering Vil could only allow one piece to be brought back. Should he bring one of the portraits that the prefect had drawn for Vil? Though there was a one canvas covered under a cloth, placed up the art stool that makes him compelled to see. The other canvases were scattered around the room, but the one placed the stool seems to be something important, better yet different?

He feels an energy coming from the canvas. Intriguing! He lets his curiosity deep, peeping through the the cloth.

Is this what the prefect mentioned?

What would be the beautiful art? Would it be an animal? A landscape? Or a portrait?

All the possibilities were running through his mind, making him more giddy than ever before.

But once the cloth was taken, what surprises him was how black the canvas is! His expectations made him feel bad.

Why was it black? Was it unfinished? Was it natural or abandoned?

If so... Just what did the prefect had to go through to erase their art, their masterpiece? Guessing that there was once an art portrayed but is now erased with black paint. It's not everyday you see a blank canvas. So that's why he wanted to give it to Jiyoon.

"Ou, what a sad sight!" Rook gestures. He was excited for nothing, he guessed he better look around to get a piece that everyone would take a liking.

"Ugh." A grumble of voice was noticed by the hunter. Where was it coming from? There is no human here apart from the prefect that is on the living room with his partner. Who is this person that can absolutely hide from him? His hunter instincts was excited, his senses heightened, all in while he looks around for the voice—rustles anything that makes a noise.

"Yes yes, you can say that again. Welcome painter, you're finally back. Did you have fun with your friends that you started to forget about--" An exasperated voice echoes in ire.

His eyes widened.

A girl appeared in the black canvas. The painting in front of him, it was moving, alive and breathing. With monotone colors and an eye-catching blue, her hair was a mess at the same time befitting. The moment the girl in the painting noticed something was off, widens her eyes inspecting Rook in every aspect she could find.

"Me... Who are you?" She questioned. She eyed him cautiously, "You're not the painter."

It's a live painting! How did the magicless prefect make this? Maybe the prefect has a magic for the creation they make!

"Noo... I was starting to like that painter... How did they die!? No! I haven't even done anything to them yet! They were doing a good job too..."

Snapping out of his thoughts, Rook blinked owlishly then shook his head. "Non! Why would Monsieur Trickster die?!"

"Oh... Really? The overblot thing did not get them? Hm, Good.." The girl seemed relief as she smiles sweetly.

Rook blankly stares at the girl in the painting. "Why do you need Monsieur Trickster?" At his words, the girl pouts.

"A painters job is to finish a piece. Look at me, do I look finish to your eyes?" The girl in the painting spoke, clearly annoyed as she points to herself.

Rook smiles. "Oui! Even in the gray and dull color, you're quite eye catching despite having to no color. But having an attractive blue to your palette, enhance your beauty more dame dans le portrait!" Rook happily chirps as he dramatically gestures his hands and winks.

The girl stares at him aghast having no words said. "..."

Like a fish out of water, her mouth kept opening and closing.

"Huh... Uh. Oh, I- wow." The girl was loss for words, stammering, wincing away from Rook who watches her reaction amused. "It seems like I have a poet as a visitor..."

She sneers, looking disgusted as she averts her eyes away from Rook. He looked dejected but it seems the girl was not having any of it.

"Do you not like my praise of you? Do you want more--" "No! NO!! SHUT UP! I HAVE NO NEED FOR YOUR PRAISES! THANK YOU!" The girl in the painting frantically hushed him. With wide eyes and a deep frown, she glares at Rook who only smiles back.

"Sigh, anyway, who are you? It's not everyday someone is not surprised to see a talking painting. Though I think the painters reaction is better than yours..." The girl in the painting remarks while continuing to examine Rook throughoutly.

"Well petite dame," Rooks smile gradually widens as he bows to the painting, tipping his hat over his chest. "Let us begin over our introduction."

"Bonjour, dame dans le portrait. I am Rook Hunt but you can call me Le chasseur d'amour, I hope to see more of your beaute once you're finished." His eyes glisten the more he examines her.

The girl in the paintings eyes narrowed.

"...I was not created in France to talk in French." She mutters in a weary voice. She ignores Rooks curious stare, holding her forehead with her pale arm before straightening her back in a not-so-delighted manner.

"I am UiO, you can refer to me like anything you want." She bows haggardly, forcing a smile to appear to hide her displeasure. But no detail was spared from the hunters eyes.

As the more Rook inspects the girl in the painting, he wonders how can a painting have such deliberate movements? Unlike the paintings scattered around the school, they could only move in a specific set, but her?

It seems like whatever magic the prefect has for creation, their creation can move as if it was a living being in the first place! But how could they not finish such piece and give it away to Reine des Arts? "How did Monsieur Trickster create you? Their talent is no joke but making a living portrait despite being magicless is manifique!" Rook happily cheers while the girl-- UiO blinks owlishly. His words clicks in her mind before her face fell disgruntled.

"Excuse me? What? Who? That painter? Haha, no, no way." A disbelieved look scrutinized Rook, who in back stared at the girl confused.

He tilts his head. "...Did they not?"

"Of course they didn't!" She complained in such a straight forward way, she did not notice the door creak slightly.She huffs arrogantly, crossing her arms before her shoulders loosened up.

"Though I quite say, my present painter has some fiery determination. They're quite adamant in finishing me, so I guess I'll place my trust in them." She says in a nonchalant behavior before smiling widely in a grin.

"I like them, they're interesting. Talented and beautiful."

'It seems the prefect is truly magicless.' Rook muses. Despite having to no identification to see if the girl was truthful, Rook was sure it was coming from her heart. (if she ever have one)

'But as Monsieur Trickster say... They seem to can't find a way to give her color?'

"Hmm~" He hums playfully with a grin, sending shivers to the girl. She backs away in worry and confusion seeing him with the expression. "Say petite dame, can I take you?"

"Hah?" She raised a brow confused. "Are you a painter? Or a collector?"

"Oui! I am a beauty appreciator! and Non, I'm not a painter, but I have an underclassman who can paint really well, she's worthy of praise!"

That seems to excite UiO when she leaned up close. Her eyes sparkles as if asking for more information but Rook only left it at that and smiles with closed eyes. She wince noticing her behavior before standing back straight.

"But... "

"So... Rook-senpai, you're taking her?" The door creaks revealing the prefect of the Ramshackle who stood by the door. UiO tilt back her head questioning what they meant.

"I'm sure Roi du Poison won't mind and I'm certain Reine des Arts will find a way to finish dame dans le portrait."

"...eh?"

The prefect only smiles with undertone sadness that made the girls smile fall.

"..." She pursed her lips turning away from the two hiding her contorted expression. "I knew you wouldn't be able to finish me."

The prefect flinched. Biting their lips, before looking away.

"...I'm sorry." Rook only watched in the sidelines with a mixture of pity for the prefect.

Ah, what a bitter way to part ways.

Oh god. Let me tell you about the scrapped concepts/processes. Very fucking long so its all under a readmore

~💀😍⚰️The cursefic⚰️😍💀~

My first ever twst concept was scrapped, actually. I had it before I even began this blog. Its influence can be seen in the self aware au if you squint and it was actually the basis for my RSA au. But, essentially, it boils down to a spell being put on Yuu by the RSA housewardens that makes everyone at NRC fall in love with them, but it eventually turns them all yandere and makes them all start killing each other to have Yuu to themselves. Yes, my first thought when I learned enough about twst to make anything was "okay, but what if they all killed each other?" Spoiler; Rook and Leona were the final survivors and had the largest kill count, but ended up being each others demise (Rook was eaten alive and Leona bled out from an arrow wound). But, when it comes to Yuu, they DID survive NRC and were taken to RSA, but Neige had spent enough time with them to go insane and poison the last remaining people involved, including Yuu and himself. The intention of the spell put on Yuu varies between versions, but originally all the RSA housewardens were evil and the mass murder was fully premeditated, but in later versions it was intended and cast as a blessing that got corrupted by only two of them. Also, they were the reason Yuu got brought to Wonderland in the first place. Man, that fic was cringe.

~⚔️🐎✨Shining Wonderland✨🐎⚔️~

BUT, from the ashes of the cursefic rose Shining Wonderland, where I basically just took the RSA I made for that first fic and fleshed it out with a lot less murder. Here's some of the changes I made to the original housewardens during the transition from fic to full blown au

Name changes:

Allister -> Archer

Leandre -> Hop

Zeroh, a second-year student in Prideguarde, was the original housewarden of the dorm. I decided that since his inspiration was a villain and in no way affiliated with Mufasa, that wouldn't work and I quite literally invented Ndege on the fly (pun intended) while typing up the dorm leader post.

Hoo lord. There are quite a few very spoilery ones that I will not be sharing, but scrapped Malleus concepts will take a whole category of their own. In the meantime, take some others

Crowley being a villain in the afterstory is no longer a thing

Kalim's hatred curse and its pertaining afterstory arc being scrapped

The 4 times Kalim has had a personality rework

Rook originally was just pure evil. He didn't end up switching around back to good once loved on a little, and he was just generally very hostile towards the player

Scrapped scene in the Jamil spinoff where the player and Jamil go to the store to shop for picnic food ingredients

For a time, Leona was the canon and ONLY love interest for the player (aside from Rook) in the afterstory. He even got his own key role in the ending where he sort of... reverse overblots? As a hero instead of a villain to save the player from Malleus.

It is no longer the boys who defeat Malleus in the end

Various reworked death scenes

Lilia, Silver, and Sebek were originally a part of the first protection squad before being repurposed

Leona was once going to be burned alive trying to guide the player back to the mirror chamber

Idia is no longer horny.

When first drafting the Pomefiore arc, Rook was supposed to awaken during Chapter 5 and go insane, subsequently awakening Vil through his shenanigans

Jack was going to be mindbroken by Malleus into essentially an overgrown attack dog

The player was going to find Riddle and Trey holed up in the shack by the river, and at that point Riddle was too incoherent and tangled in thorns to be saved. Trey stayed there with him for the rest of the kidnapping arc and neither are seen again until the afterstory. Both now have more active roles in the story

As well as other stuff I can't remember or tell at the moment.

And now, guys, gals, and other assorted bad bitches, it's time for the MALLEUS SPECIFIC BONUS ROUND

As part of the ending for the afterstory, Malleus was going to take the player into the void and make them an angel by force, absolutely tearing them up in the process and shattering the glass to make wings for them. This concept is reworked into something MUCH cooler >:))))

He used to love the player lmao

His old plan had been to traumatize them to the point of being easy to mentally break and essentially turn into a mindless pet for warmth. It was as weird as it sounds

Tsunotarou was originally going to have a fun-loving, overtly childlike personality before his rework

This version of Tsunotarou had been SO annoying to every other character to where he was testing even Kalim's nerves

Recovering his memories as Malleus would have disturbed Tsunotarou to the point of pushing those experiences onto a completely separate alter ego/split personality

I think his very first concept was that he was connected to the player via dreams since they were a small child, and basically acted as their "imaginary" friend throughout their life, leading them to actively seek out characters that are similar in aesthetic to him, which led them right to Twisted Wonderland. This was still in the era where he was in love with them, so that is a fat fucking YIKES from me. You can see why I tossed this out the MINUTE I realized what the implications were 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬

All the shit I made that was somewhere along the lines of "Malleus manhandled the script to make himself a part of the game/housewarden/a third year/a student/prince/all of the above" ranging from 'he's just a first year who found out how to fuck with the game' to he was just straight up known by NOBODY at Night Raven and he isn't even a student to begin with, much less intended to be in the game. But then it wouldn't make any sense as to how he was literally half of the game's marketing, so he had to be an actual third year housewarden and intended to be in the game.

Out of Hell, Into the Inferno #2 (TWST x Lobotomy Corp.)

It's been a while since I play Twisted Wonderland, really. I missed a lot of events, still haven't finished Episode 6, I even uninstalled the game from my phone.

But this effin' plot bunny is still hopping around in my head!

So please. Take them from me. This one is about Ramshackle Dorm and the 'abnormalities' inside it. I might split the idea into one more post about Yuu of this particular imagine, their view on overblot, Unique Magic, and their general thoughts during the main story and such.

Also, check the previous post about this imagine. I changed the way Yuu arrived at NRC. Keep in mind that I fleshed out the idea a bit since that post, so there might be some inconsistencies? Feel free to ask me about them :)

Ramshackle Dorm Headcanons

HC that Ramshackle used to be a dorm that was big on magical craftsmanship and art. So like, enchanted paintings, moving statues, so on and so forth. The gargoyles on the dorm's roof was one of the student's creation.

So the 'abnormalities' that resided Ramshackle were actually the past Housewardens' art projects that were stored in the basement as an archive, but those art project somehow came alive, got out of the basement, and occupied a place in the dormitory.

Yuu, who worked with abnormalities and E.G.O before, were surprised that these kind of phenomena were unheard of outside of NRC. After all, artworks are a culmination of someone's idea that were brought into reality. Then again, it might be because NRC was a magically dense place? So the magic around NRC sparked those artwork to life.

Also, NRC dormitories headcanon but each dormitory has a unique archive of its past Housewardens? Maybe a collection of poisons for Pomefiore, sport championship trophies for Savanaclaw, etc. The details of each dormitory's archive is known only to the Housewardens but the students have rumors and speculation about what each dorm archive could be.

The archive of Ramshackle was locked behind a password locked door in the basement. The password was usually passed on from one Housewarden to the next. Yuu couldn't access this door since they technically weren't the Housewarden of Ramshackle, therefore they didn't know the password. One of the ghost said that the Headmaster might know the password, but Yuu doubted the man would remember it in the first place.

Painting of You Category: Zayin Preferred Work: Attachment Damage Dealt: White This is a painting of a weird creature resembling a cat. It has a cat head, skinny chest, bloated stomach, and stands on its two feet. The 'cat' in the picture states that his name is Kleic and he was once a student of this dorm, though how long ago that was is lost to him. He keeps trying to say the dorm's real name (asking question like 'why are you calling this place Ramshackle Dorm? Its called [REDACTED]'). Kleic is very talkative and seems to be quite happy that this dorm is being used again. Although, something about this painting makes you feel unease after talking to him for a while. The feeling would get stronger and stronger, to the point of even seeing its frame brought the feeling of dread and despair. For now, conversing for 30 minutes to an hour seems to be ideal.

Albert and Jillia Category: Teth Preferred work: Instinct or Attachment Damage Dealt: Red A pair of twin porcelain dolls that reside in the left corner-most room of the second floor. A rather playful but harmless Abnormality. They love to play house and having a tea party with 'Mother'. When they want to 'play house' both Albert and Jillia expect another person to be their 'Mother', doing things like tucking them to bed and reading bedtime story, helping them with 'homework', and taking them out of the room to play in the garden. As long as you play along with them, they are relatively easy to handle. However If you do something wrong they will throw a tantrum and would use the objects in the room to attack you. Dodge well, there's a lot of breakable objects and sharp things in the room that can hurt you.

Honey Moon Category: HE (?) Preferred Work: Insight Damage Dealt: Black A statue that depicts two people dancing waltz. This Abnormality resides in the dorm's ballroom. Once you 'set the stage' for their performance, they will dance to the music of a warped gramophone. If one's Prudence isn't high enough, they will be 'invited' to dance along with them, draining their physical and mental strength bit by bit. Another person may rescue the invited person by stopping the music and prying them off from Honey Moon. If one's Prudence is high enough, Honey Moon is actually really easy to manage. They will start their performance, dance until the music stops, waits for applause, and then they will go back to their 'starting pose' waiting for their next 'performance'.

note: no Grim was harmed during testing of this Abnormality.

Scare Crows Category: Zayin Preferred Work: Insight? Damage Dealt: White (only to the Headmaster, it seems) A scarecrow that guards the garden of Ramshackle. It can move around the perimeter of the dorm and can answer a specific question. Q: How many crows have you scared? A: I have scared [insert number of crows]. One of them is wearing a hat and it keeps coming back once in a while. The Headmaster shudders when this scarecrow is mentioned. Other than that this one is pretty harmless.

Something Dangerous Category: Waw (?) Preferred Work: ? Damage Dealt: ? This one is locked in the room near the archive. Ghost said that this one should be left alone. There are two padlocks on the door, the key whereabouts is unknown. Another reason to not go to the basement.

Heartslabyul Chapter

Yuuto's highlight chapter, getting to know ADeuce and the beginning of the story since he is my "main" Yuu. Also helps he's shipped with Deuce. While he has no memory of Yua he has memories of a person he used to know who was bound by her family to be who they wanted her to be (Aka Yua by her parents) so he wants to help Riddle (also would be very Yuu-Ken ish)

Savanaclaw Chapter

Lacie's highlight chapter, the one who would fight Savanaclaw students and the one who would most want to play magishift. She's shipped with Lilia. It's also where they first meet and have their "zing" moment when they meet eyes when Lilia is upside down in front of her. He instantly sees Leah in her while Lacie doesn't remember Lilia but knows he feels familiar to her. She is the reason they got Diasomnia's help so quickly due to Lilia wanting to help her. Lacie is also the black sheep of her family so she empathizes with Leona.

Octavinelle Chapter

Kagero's highlight chapter, he is a protector through and through. So even though he acts like the duo annoy him he'll do anything to help them. I also find it hilarious thinking the monotone Kagero raising hell for Leona to deal with until he gives in. Kagero can empathize with Azul and not wanting anyone to know his past (Kagero himself is trans).

Scarabia Chapter

Makaio's highlight chapter, the other light hearted "royal" (he and his brother are future village chiefs) so he and Kalim get along. Ironically he understands Jamil a lot. Age wise Kainalu should be chief. Skill wise Makaoi should be chief. Their mother has often told him that he should step back and support his brother instead (to help the village more)

Pomefiore Chapter

Pyxis' highlight chapter, theater kid himself is only fitting. He's the best singer of my Yuus so even if he's not included he wants to be as close as possible. He gets Vil. Pyxis doesn't even use his real name in twisted wonderland, it's the name of the character he was playing in the play he was in when he entered twst. So he's only known by his "role", he's just the "princely dork" nothing more. He's just "comedic relief". Pyxis is also shipped with Neige.

Ignihyde Chapter

New Yuu "Doll"'s highlight chapter. When they first arrived in twst Crowley thought they were an overblot creature because of their doll like body... Oh and the fact that they didn't have a head. They actually use various different doll heads. They have no memories of who they were, not even the faintest dreams (like Yuuto). They understand Ortho, or can give Idia an insight into it. A being "brought back to life", do they have a soul? Are they alive? Just because they are told they are someone does that make them them? How much do memories influence the self? They are also taken into the experiment because they are believed to be connected to the overblot monsters.

The cold known king all just smittenly in love with this human who has caught his heart, his treasure, his world. It's about time I write a Ramshackle theory/analysis.

- First of all, there's a painting of a... woman or young girl above the fire place and door. They could be related to each other (either friends or family) or they are the same person.

- Next the painting of a tree that's slightly below the painting of the female above the door. It looks like the front of Ramshackle dorm, since there's this tree near the gate with what seems like tombstones in front of it.

- Next is the purple painting. It seems like there's 3-4 people in there. If it's 4 people, then it could represent Ace, Deuce, Grim, and MC/Yuu. If it's 3 people, then it could represent the 3 ghosts when they were still alive and one of them is just holding something up.

- Finally, there's this other small painting above the tree painting. This one makes me feel uneasy, when I observed it for a while, to me it started to look like a person with some damn messy hair with glowy eyes peeking out of a cloak. It could be part human and part creature Grim.

- The brown and beige painting could be a reference/related to Ramshackle itself!

Next room!!

This is the foyer area.

- To me, the yellow painting next to the green chair looks like a sandstorm or a genie appearing and people cheering for it or something. It could be a reference/related to Savanaclaw or Scarabia.

- Next is the purple painting with what seems like massive bubbles above a hill. When you groovy Grim's SR card, the card shows Grim with the first years celebrating NRC's anniversary, with massive bubbles surrounding them, so it could be a reference to that. Or it could show how the 3 ghosts arrived at Ramshackle back then, floating down from the sky in purple bubbles.

- Finally the smaller painting next to the purple one. To me, it looks like really tall rocks with a sunset in the background, it could be a reference/related to Savanaclaw.

Next room!!

This is a hallway in the dorm.

- The painting above the staircase looks like a field with yellow and purple flowers, it could be a reference/related to Pomefiore.

- Next is the simple two colored painting next to the purple one, it could be a painting that uses only colors to represent something, in this case, I think it's supposed to represent strawberry tarts or sweets/desserts in general. Probably a reference/related to Heartslabyul.

- The purple painting of the tree near one of the doors seems to be a continuation of the one in the lounge.

- Finally the one yellow/orange one in the back looks like a desert to me, possibly a reference/related to Scarabia.

Final room!!

MC/Yuu and Grim's bedroom!

- The purple one could be a refernce/related to Octavinelle.

- The solid grey or murky blue could be a reference/related to Ignihyde.

How did everyone react to Yuus real age and connection to the great 7?

 MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA THANK YOU FOR ASKING CAUSE I ALREADY HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW THEY FOUND OUT 

Note: Some characters already knew her age and connection to the Great Seven so they will react to her appearance in NRC

Btw for looks she looks very generic hence why some boys who know her history overlooked her. (by generic like long brown hair, blue eyes and eyebags. I’ll show a picrew of how I intend her to look soon when I finally pick a favorite)

Also Yuu is royalty of the Valley of the Thorns. When I get back to writing everything will come together.

Also also I need more research to do all these characters properly but since everyone needs a reaction I asked my friend for help so if there seems to be a difference then yeah you know why.

Yes the scene is somewhat comedic but its just how it is. Me and my friend liked the scene better as a comedic one than a serious one as things get more serious later on so may as well keep up some humor.

HEARTSLABYUL

Riddle Rosehearts - Very shocked and ashamed. He knew of Yuu’s existence and actually read about her and her history as a child but couldn’t tell it was her on first glance because they’re meetings had him in a bad mood from troublemakers so he didn’t notice.

 Treats her with the utmost respect even if she tells him to relax. He’s very embarrassed that someone who’s been in the presence of all the Great Seven and befriended or in some cases raised them had to see him and the dorm in such a state.

Trey Clover - It came off as quite a surprise to him especially since he had been treating her like one of his kouhai. He’s one of the more relaxed about the reveal and will only ask if there needs to be changes in the way she’s addressed but overall their interactions are hardly affected. Though he will stop treating her like one of his kouhai as she is older than her by quite (*cough centuries*) a lot.

Cater Diamond - See this man had the advantage of putting a picture of him with Yuu in Magicam which definitely brought out someone who knew of Yuu.

He was pretty surprised to see a bunch of comments asking if that’s legit and was going to ask her about it but Unbirthday party preparations got in the way. Needless to say wanted another selfie with her on his Magicam to tell all his followers it’s legit and how he JUST found out.

Ace Trappola - Isn’t all too worried about it. He’s not one to care all too much about titles and all that stuff but he does take her age as something to tease her on.

When Grim and Deuce are annoying him or causing trouble, he’ll joke about how their troubling the “grandmother” and overall takes it without much effect on their relationship.

Deuce Spade - Is shook beyond belief and has to go and mentally process the reveal.

Should he tell his mom that he’s met such an important historical figure? Wait no should he ask Yuu about it? Would it be rude? AH! SHE SAW HIS DELINQUENT SIDE WHILE ARGUING WITH ACE!

Poor boy is so confused on what to do especially since Yuu came from a magicless student that supposedly has a curse according to the mirror to royalty that raised or befriended all members of the Great Seven.

SAVANACLAW

Leona Kingscholar - Well this lion will continue to chug his respect women juice.

He already respects women back at his home and while for them its due to their strength, in Yuu’s case its cause of her age and wisdom that she shares from time to time. 

Ruggie Bucchi -   Ruggie would joke around Yuu and treat her like he does his grandmother. He'd probably poke on her getting old and how she probably shouldn't do so much strenuous activities both teasingly and seriously (much to Yuu's dismay. Her body doesn’t actually age.)

Doesn’t rob from or prank her mainly because he doesn’t feel like getting chewed out by the others who treat her like a goddess for befriending and even raising some of the Great Seven.

Jack Howl - Jack is cautious of his behavior around Yuu as he is a respectful young man.

Tends to worry a bit over her being very casual and relaxed in Twisted Wonderland especially since she’s such an important person in history and tends to be a bit overprotective of her.

Is still tsundere.

OCTAVINELLE

Azul Ashengrotto - He. Freaks. Out.

He did extensive research and studying as a child so he knows all about her and her history with the Great Seven.

He wonders how such a historic and ancient woman can casually walk around NRC with little recognition and hopes he can stay calm and suave if she were to ever approach him.

Jade Leech -  Jade is intrigued and amused with Azul’s reaction to her. As long as both Azul and Floyd were happy, he couldn’t care less. Though he does want to know if she can cook, he wants help in Mostro Lounge.

Is pleased to have someone to help wrangle Floyd in his more problematic moods. (”In the years I’ve lived in I’ve seen many moody people this isn’t much)

Floyd Leech - Floyd really couldn’t care less.

He sees the little shrimpy (she’s 170 cm tall) and wants to squeeze her, so what if she’s like 900? Floyd wants to play with the shrimpy!

SCARABIA

Kalim Al Asim -  Kalim is, well, excited. He’s awe struck at the fact she’s been alive for that long and would probably want to know more about her life. Kalim is a curious kid.

Despite his energetic nature, he likes hearing her share stories of the past.

When he wants to be more independent, he goes to her for help since she’s lived for so long.

Jamil Viper -  Jamil would be curt and formal, though he’s currently having a epileptic brain seizure. Jamil was well versed in history, and well...having someone his influential just struck something.

Is cautious of her during the Scarabia arc since she might be old and wise enough to see through his plan.

POMEFIORE

Vil Schoenheit - Vil was already interested in Yuu at the beginning due to being a woman and had a lot of potential but was unimpressed at her eyebags but likes her mature appearance despite being a first year- 

Wait the potato is HOW old?

Vil is impressed. Yuu is hundreds of years old yet looks to be in her early twenties at most.

When he learns that Yuu had even met the Evil Queen, he immediately went to ask about what the beautiful Evil Queen did to look as gorgeous as she did and Yuu happily indulges him.

Rook Hunt -  Rook is undeniably curious, especially after Yuu manages to evade him. He makes it a habit to monitor her movement, randomly ambush her, and try and chase her around the campus. His success varies on the amount of potato's that surround her. He stays away when she's near Diasmonia.

He enjoys chasing her whenever Yuu is around Ruggie or at rare times, Leona as he'd say, "It's hitting two birds with one stone"

Rook scopes out and probably doesn't intervene as much, opting to observe her movements.

Epel Felmier -  Epel is essentially confused, and is currently feeling pity for her as she’s being crowded by so many students. He grimaces when Rook takes interest in her. Epel sends Apple Juice for life fuel. He knows she’ll need it

IGNIHYDE

Idia Shroud -  Idia has heard of Yuu, especially with their rather complicated family history. He’s pretty formal towards Yuu.

Generally avoids her even with their family in better terms and Yuu even friends with Hades now. Is upset at her and Ortho’s alliance to get him out of his room.

Ortho Shroud - When Ortho hears her age and experience, Ortho is overjoyed.

He’s so happy to have Yuu join him in his mission to get his brother out of his room. Is oblivious to past family drama.

DIASOMNIA

Malleus Draconia - Yuu had raised him and his family up to his grandmother, the Witch of Thorns, of course he recognized her as soon as he saw her. He’s surprised to see her in NRC but its a welcome one. He uses a spell on Ramshackle to make it habitable for the woman that raised him alongside Lilia. 

Finds it amusing that the students had no clue. She’s in history books though Yuu does have a rather mediocre and youthful appearance so it must be why they mistook her as a student.

Yuu had asked him to keep quiet on it but unfortunately it seems that Sebek had exposed her while doing orders on his behalf. He apologizes over it and of course Yuu isn’t mad over it, more exasperated.  

Lilia Vanrouge - Lilia is amused that Yuu was mistaken by the teachers as a teenager that could be a student especially since Yuu is older than himself by a few hundred years. 

When the cat’s out of the bag, he’ll openly tease the students to be nicer to Yuu who could’ve been friends or related to their great great great great great etc or less grandparents and is their elder.

Is amused as the students attempt to get Yuu into more modern culture, having been accustomed to letters and more traditional ways for so long.

Silver - While Silver was primarily raised by Lilia, he’s surprised to see obaasa- Lady Yuu in NRC. 

He isn’t affected all too much since he isn’t addicted to guarding Malleus and Yuu like Sebek but he is quite happy to see her and can always tell when she visits since he tends to wake up with a pillow at the random place he slept in.

Sebek Zigvolt - He is ABSOLUTELY A P P A L L E D. Yuu to Sebek, is the most honourable woman to have ever walked the face of this planet. She has managed to raise most of the great seven and bring kingdoms to prosperity. She helped Malleus-sama train, she helped Lillia-sama rise through the ranks and even brought Maleficent to power in her early days.

The moment he gets to catch up to her in Ramshackle, Yuu has to calm him down because he goes feral when he sees where she has to live in but is appeased when Malleus uses magic to make it habitable and helps her personalize it.

Very clearly struggles to address her casually, shown with him being the one to expose her post overblot Riddle.

Could I have a Crashing Headcanon request with the characters involved with this event? (Ace, Riddle, Epel, Rook, and Idia) Where they crash the wedding when Yuu is about to get married to the Ghost bride herself? Would they by chance have to fight by themselves or bring backup? Consider this a (kind of!) follow-up to this imagine, in which the Ghost Bride decides to take Yuu as her own after determining that the men at NRC are no good!

I must preface this with a massive thank you to @kibadreams! They do great work moderating @unofficial-twstd and take the time out of their day to provide translations for the fandom. Their Ghost Wedding translations really helped me with writing these headcanons!

“I object to this wedding…!”

Pre-Wedding Jitters

Eliza casts out Epel, Riddle, Ace, Rook, and Idia at once when her mind is made up--she shall take Yuu as her spouse instead! After all, she is the only one around here with half of a brain cell and a true smile (sorry to Octavinelle)!

The rest of the boys can stay as wedding guests--it’s not like any of them are leaving anytime soon, not when Eliza’s slaps have them magically paralyzed.

The Ghost Bride demands to be wed at once, since there have been so many delays and disruptions already.

A bunch of ghosts usher Yuu into a changing room and thrust a wedding gown and veil similar to Eliza’s at you.

It’s now your life in exchange for Idia’s if the suit squad doesn’t come to rescue you. Will they come through?

The Crashing

It’s (surprisingly) Ace that rallies the others to action. He’s super pissed off that the Ghost Bride’s kidnapping his friend!

...Unfortunately, he’s not very smart when it comes to making a plan, so that falls to Riddle to do.

Riddle sends Idia home (as he is clearly still shaken from the events earlier) and instructs him to use Ignihyde’s advanced sound system to explain the situation and summon mob students from Heartslabyul. He would also ask for Pomefiore, but...well, they wouldn’t want to break a nail.

Once they have gathered, Riddle passes command to Rook and Epel, who will lead them in the assault.

Rook is highly amused, eager to hunt ghosts again. It was quite a thrill the first time--and it may be even more fun with some supporting hunters along for the ride!

Epel’s ready for his big moment, leading the group on horseback and giving an epic battle cry. Vil can nag him about it later.

They charge.

The Heartslabyul students soak up most of the damage, but they serve as a good diversion for the ghosts while the main four surge ahead.

“The wedding’s cancelled!” Ace declares when they barge into the Mess Hall--

--only to realize that Yuu is standing at the altar and calmly helping Eliza and Chubby through their wedding vows.

“You’re just in time for the ‘I dos’,” Yuu replies casually. “You guys were taking so long, so I had to help myself.”

Oh. Looks like all that build up was for nothing.

“Are you KIDDING ME?!” Ace groans, tossing his bouquet of consolation on the ground. So much for being a cool and dashing prince.

The Aftermath

The school does not get blown up by Ortho, and it does not get run over by a legion of the undead.

Idia is still very much alive, but the trauma will most likely haunt him forever.

Chubby and Eliza must be happy somewhere out there...

And, of course, everyone loses their shit at Crowley for doing little to help during the entire predicament.

Sam is rolling in the dough from how much he was able to sell to the boys for the wedding.

hey i had two ideas regarding the maleficent is malleus' relative theory: 01. is it possible they're still related, but that she's his great-grandmother or something like that rather than his grandmother? i saw that there was some discussion abt whether the relative he mentioned in his birthday story is his grandmother or aunt since the words are really similar, but i went to check and he clearly says おかあさま (okaa-sama) and not おかさま (oka-sama) so he's definitely talking abt his grandma, so (1/3)

And hmmmmm, yup that does make sense! Since Malleus has two grandmothers it's possible for Maleficent to be his other grandmother! The only thing is: The chance of Maleficent being alive is very low because of Silver, 'cause if there hasn't ever been a sword to slay maleficent, then there's nothing special which silver is twisted from!! That kinda ruins the balance of the story specially considering how important Silver's role is. So I'd say there's still a chance of Maleficent being Malleus's grandmother, but I don't think she's alive. 

If Silver's coffin logo was anything, literally ANYTHING else than that sword it would've been totally possible for Maleficent to be alive! 

But- good news: Later or soon, we'll finally find out whether Maleficent's alive or not. During each and every chapter, when Yuu sees through the magic mirror in their dreams, the stories of the great seven,or at least their stories on twisted wonderland verse, are shown. Just as the huntsman (Rook) and the poisoned apple (Epel) were shown in the Pomefiore chapter as well as how all of the symbolic characters were shown in the previous chapters, they will most probably show us the sword (Silver) too when we arrive to chapter 7!!! So we can see if the twst Maleficent gets slayed at last or not-

Also yes it's totally possible for twst characters to follow different lives and stories compared to original Disney villains BUT this is just about our twst characters, 22 students and staff. Twisted Wonderland's great seven seem to be just the same as their original Disney versions, but we still aren't sure of it. And even though Leona's brother is still alive, Scar's brother is dead in this universe. So we can't say anything about how related Malleus's family story and twst Maleficent can be.

But I'd also like to mention an important question regarding the matter: Are Maleficent and Malleus truly connected by blood?

I'd personally say yes, but not necessarily as grandmother and grandson. But keep that in mind that this small connection would eventually change everything about the story, because none of the previous characters were connected to any of the great seven as they just commemorated them as legendary villains and all.

But if Malleus is truly the one and only character who's directly linked to one of the great seven, wouldn't that be much quite unique twist and another reason to make Malleus special?
