175 kcals smoothie!!
I like having meta days on weekends, so i made this delicious smoothie but that is still low kcal, i will probably make it in omad days also, because it’s really full filling!
The recipe is just
- 1 frozen banana
-1 frozen peach
-1/3 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
If you’re brave enough try it also with some honey, but the calories will be higher!
All this for me was 175 kcal but you can try making 1/3 of everything so it can be around 100 kcal

So I tried this recipe for the first time so I don’t know how it actually tastes yet haha,
But I think it’s good option for those wanting something low cal that isn’t obvious 🫶🏻
Smoothie Cube recipe:
1 medium banana (~105)
1 pack of strawberries (~145)
~2 tbsp yogurt (~20)*
1 cup juice (40)*
Cut up the fruit, throw in the yogurt and juice all in a blender. Then blend until smooth. Pour into cupcake tray with parchment wrappers. Then freeze :)
Mine made about 12, so it’s about ~26 cal per one, and I’d use about two to three for a serving depends how I’m feeling.
To prepare just either blend some with water or juice or leave a couple in a cup in the fridge overnight and it should melt :)
