Sea Cryptic! Danny AU- Pt.3
[Pt.1] [Pt.2] [Pt.4][Pt.5][Pt.6][Pt.7]
“Aquaman.” Batman swept into the room, beelining straight for the suddenly apprehensive Atlantean king.
“Batman. What can I do for you?”
“Phantom. Does he pay taxes?”
“Pardon?”
Batman makes a low noise that had Aquaman’s danger senses buzzing.
“Does Phantom have to pay taxes. Towards Atlantis.”
“No…? Why?”
“He wanted money, in exchange for… information, of a delicate sort,” Batman said, diplomatically avoiding the topic of Phantom bargaining for the identities of corpses in exchange for a measly $100 dollars per identity. Like a flea market dealer, that one was.
“You encountered Phantom again?” Aquaman perked up.
“Yes. Gotham’s bay is… polluted.” Batman paused. “With victims. Of murder.”
The entire area quieted as heads turned towards the Dark Knight.
“Yes, I am… distantly aware of Gotham’s waters.” By that, Aquaman gets green around the gills whenever he turns his awareness in that direction. There’s a reason he doesn’t enter Gotham, and the Dark Knight’s ban is only half of that reason. “Ah, but you’re correct. For what purpose would Phantom need mortal currency?”
“Hn.”
“Maybe he needs some stuff?” Flash zipped to a stop next to Batman, feet tapping as he dug into the pile of snacks cradled in his arms. “Us mortals are always coming up with new things, maybe he wants to try some games or something?”
Batman tilted his head down, seriously considering Flash’s suggestion. “It’s plausible.”
“Barry, Barry, Barry. He’s old as hell, right? He probably wants to try the new booze!”
“Hal, my man!” Flash fist bumped Green Lantern, who came up. “You’re back! What happened to John?”
“Dunno. He got called somewhere that way,” Green Lantern waved a vague hand towards the left. “Had to deal with a politician or something from that area.” He shrugged, swinging an arm over Barry’s shoulders to put him in a headlock and stealing a chip.
“Huh. Anyways, would our mortal alcohol even work on a demi-god or something?”
“We should ask!” Hal turned towards Batman. “You should ask if he wants to go for a drink, spooky!”
“He’s a child.”
“He’s been around for more than a millennia, Bats.”
“Informational gathering, right, Hal?” Flashgot out of the headlock, quickly munching on his snacks to stop Green Lantern from stealing them.
“Totally. Yup.”
“…Fine.”
“Wait, are we just gonna ignore that Gotham’s waters are full of bodies?”
“Yes.”
——
“What?” Danny asked, mind half on the bags he’s dragging out of the water and the other half on the essay he has to submit in about four hours.
“Green Lantern wanted to invite you out for a drink.”
Danny turned to the stoic Gotham knight, who had his wrist computer out to log the bodies’ info the moment Danny gave him the information. Some of them even told Danny who murdered them, so Batman could start building cases with solid leads.
Danny’s only twenty. He’s not legal yet but he doesn’t want to give any clues to who he is. How is he supposed to…
Ah!
“Can’t.” Danny shrugged. “I’m not legal. I died when I was fourteen so…” Danny trailed off, speechless at the drowned puppy face Batman was giving him. What the fuck.
“Anyways, fork over my payment.”
Batman wordlessly hands him a wad of hundreds.
“What do you need cash for?” Batman suddenly asked.
“Huh? Isn’t it obvious?” Danny tucked it in. “Material things, obviously. I need a blanket,” because holy shit, Gotham is damn cold this time of year. “Anyways, see you same time next week, litterer.”
“I don’t litter.”
“Tell that to the batarangs I found under the water,” Danny grumbled. “But I’ll stop calling you that if you get a signature from Poison Ivy. I have a friend who loves her.”
“An alive friend?”
“Wouldn’t you like to know, weatherboy?”
Danny snickered and disappeared. He’s gotta cram that essay.
——
“There’s a possibility Phantom might be homeless.”
“Batman, I mean this in the nicest way, but for the love of Atlantis, please stop giving me headaches. It’s time like these I wish I stayed a lighthouse keeper.”

O.O!!! :Dc wait a second.... Aquaman >.>
Good JOB Brain! That IS a good idea!
Don't know if YOU GUYS all know this? But Arthur? Son of a Lighthouse keeper and the Queen of Atlantis? THAT Arthur Curry aka. Orin? Has CONSIDERABLY enhanced durability. Like... *hit by a car* "ha. Cute." Enhanced.
It's because of the DEEP Sea water pressure he's built for.
I bring this up? Because the man is a legit BAMF. Absolutely TERRIFYING near any body of water. Dude has SUPER STRENGTH AND HYDROKINESIS. Not ONLY are YOU filled with water, but every street corner in the world has pipes! He is NEVER not armed.
That's not including the "yes I can ask a lobster to take your dick off" thing.
But most of all? He has the RAGE. The lifetime of injustice after injustice. His home under attack, his people suffering and regarded as LESS. The poison dumped into their air. Their lands taken, PRESUMED the property of land dwellers.
Treated as criminals and monsters should they DARE defend themselves.
Yet? He is a leader. A husband, father, mentor. The death of his child can not take from him that title. Nor years numb that pain. He strives to be good. Be wise. Live well.
Yet? There is once AGAIN fuckery in his ocean. Some "secret" lab. Poking at a swirling green portal. At the BOTTOM OF THE SEA. For God's sake, they DO REALIZE, you can't HIDE things from him down here, RIGHT?
It looks radioactive.
He refuses to have that so close to Atlantis.
Sends a notice up to the Watchtower, a call back to his Wife, and leads the gaurd team in. Painfully easy, really. Bog standard humans, caught off gaurd. Right until one of them does something... stupid.
He tries to blow the place. Destroy evidence. It would kill all of them. Which is not Arthur's main concern. No, what IS? Is that it would dump radioactive SOMETHING into the waters near Atlantis.
He dives forward. They struggle. A button is smashed and...
Their containment field drops.
They had been keeping it in a perfect vacuum.
Arthur is sucked in.
Watches, in free fall, as his men's faces turn to horror. As they desperately dive to follow him. Loyal. True. But ultimately too late. He curses himself as he loses sit of them. But forces himself to focus, twist, get his feet under him. His is in air, above LAND.
He hits HARD.
But not the ground like he had planned.
He's slamed, at an awkward, frantic, angle and knocked off course. His weight crashing down onto a scrawny slip of a boy, who weezes and struggles to get a proper grip. His arms not quite long enough to go all the way around his barrel of a chest.
He helps, by slinging an arm over his young savior.
Only then, does he notice, the tiny crown of ice and nebula, poking at a jaunty angle from the child's head.
Their landing would be rough, had Arthur not caught them, once he gets close enough to the ground. The young royal gasping for air, having clearly pushed his limits to get to Arthur in time. He hauls himself up. Not yet a man, but not as young as Arthur feared. His eyes glow.
"Hoooly SHIT. Are you okay?! I hit you really hard! I'm so, SO sorry! I panicked! And-"
Honestly? A little bruised. But nothings he's going to ADMIT too.
More concerning? The injuries.
There's a screech of tires turning sharp corners. Sirens getting closer. The young king whips around. Terror seeping onto his face. It gives Arthur an unobstructed view of pointed ears, softly glowing skin with star like freckles, and scars that creep up the child's neck. He does not like the picture being painted.
"We have to GO. Now. Please, I'll explain in a moment! But we have to go NOW!"
Really, REALLY does not like the picture. And he has WAYS of dealing with such things as this. But safety first. Prioritize the children. They go. He vows to get answers. And all around Amity? Certain individuals days are NUMBERED.

Do you have any more selkie Jason Todd headcanons? 🙏🏽
Of course! 🦭
Jason’s pelt never loses the baby white of seal pups after his death
Dick spends hours watching YouTube videos with seals and trying to imitate their calls
Alfred sneakily tries to incorporate a good amount of seafood into everyone’s diet. Jason hates to admit that he loves eating sushi
Once during a trip to the coast Jason runs into an exiled Orm. Selkies are sacrosanct to Atlanteans, so when Orm sees Bruce holding Jason’s coat it’s not a good day for anybody. Jason snatches his pelt and leaps straight into the water because he thinks he’s about to be trafficked
Orm and Bruce track Jason down with Arthur’s help after two days of panicked searching. Jason is huddled in the back of a cave and refuses to come out until they get Alfred on the phone
Dick absolutely loses his shit when he finds out nobody bothered to tell him that his baby brother was missing for two days
Jason is inconsolable the entire time he’s with the League (before the pit) until Talia takes him to an oasis by chance and Jason just—- melts into the water, calming down and relaxing for the first time.
When Jason returns to Gotham as the Red Hood he is desperate to find out what happened to his sealskin, terrified that Bruce had it destroyed after his death
Jason steals his skin back (let’s go with “the pelt was in the glass case along with the suit” version) and lords it over the furious bats, gleeful to see them collectively use their shit over his blatant disrespect for it
Tim is angry enough at Hood for disrespecting his Robin like that he doesn’t shy away from confronting him about it during patrol, Jason is both pissed and amused by the audacity
I know I mentioned it in the previous ask already but I feel like it bears repeating: when Hood hints at using Jason’s pelt as a “trophy” or a “rug”, Nightwing goes downright feral in his quest to retrieve his baby brother’s sealskin, and Batman isn’t faring much better

Prompt 31
DC Wing Au/Prompt
Humans are born with wings that start out similar to a baby chick’s in shape, and usually start out matching their natural hair color. These wings of course change and grow as they do, and usually end up mimicking birds from earth once they’re adults. The end shape can be influenced by a multiple of things, including their surroundings, genetics, and even the people they surround themselves with.
Some non-humans even have themselves wings too- like Wonder Woman’s wings seemingly made of shimmering bronze and gold, or Aquaman’s wings that shimmer and flicker like the waves he commands. Or Superman with wings large enough to block out the sun glowing like the sunrise, or the Batman’s shimmering shadows that seem to twist and bristle.
Of course these are quite different than say the wings of Diana Prince, with her eagle-like wings decorated with strings of beads or that reporter Clark Kent’s hawk-esque wings, which are large sure, but that’s not exactly uncommon for someone who grew up in the countryside where there’s open sky everywhere.
Quite different from someone like Bruce Wayne, with wings akin to a black swan, or his sons’ equally dark feathers, formed from the same gothic city. And quite different from the the forensic scientist Barry Allen’s hummingbird-esque wings, which is quite ironic seeing as he’s known for being late more often than not.
Bonus DP crossover:
Danny started with what looked like they were going to be large songbird wings like his father. After the accident though? They regrew into the form of a sparrow’s, shimmering with stars and the swirls of the very portal that tore the flesh and feathers from bone.
"Some ancient traditions state that sparrows carry the souls of the dead, so it is deemed to be bad luck to kill a sparrow... Some sources say that sailors would get tattoos of sparrows so they could carry their souls if they died in the middle of the ocean"

Thumb Danny AUs
Here are few Thumbelina Danny AU ideas. He still has the power of his normal body in his tiny body.
+ Wonder Thumb Danny: After danny was hit by a new weapon of the GIW, and it malfunctions, causing Danny to shrink. The GIW Thought it would be now easy to capture Danny and made a 2 shot but that didn't go well and we had Danny telported away by Clockwork.  Wonder Woman encounters him when she notices unusual energy readings during a mission, and that was how she meets the tiny child in the place with the relics. Maybe the JL would have an idea what to do.
+ The Flash of a Flea: After being exposed to an experimental formula that he worked on for a school protect, Danny gains the powers of the Flash but he turned to this miniature size. He uses his newfound speed to zip around Amity Park and around. While his parents were looking how to fix it, even if Danny looks adorable. + Thumb Martian Danny: Accidentally exposed to Martian technology, Danny gains the ability to shrink at will. He was surprised to learn from his mother that he was part alien like her and her sister, and she had no idea how to fix it, he would need to find a other martian. But he should be careful she was often tricked by people so she doesn't trust people that say they are Martians. + Plant-Thumb Danny  Ivy ran to her green house as she heard that the Joker had made his way there! But once inside, she saw Joker getting beaten by a tiny person. He was using plants to beat Joker up as he punched him around; it was like a Tom and Jerry cartoon, but super adorable! + Mer-Thumb Danny Aquaman didn't notice what was hanging on him till he arrived on Atlantis, and Mera pointed at his neck, thinking it was a lamprey, but it turned out to be a tiny merman. Ah, Aquaman had no problem with it; he had no idea his people could be that tiny! +

Dark Blue Moon and the Suffering Sun Part 8
Hope you enjoy <3 comment and tell me what u liked about it :D it gives me liiiife
masterposst
Of course, getting into the town would be the first issue. Considering how coldly the guards had treated him earlier, attempting to casually paddle into the settlement would probably end up in disaster.
Thankfully, he wasn’t trained by Batman for nothing.
Damian stalked along the seafloor, flattening his sail and trying his best to avoid looking flashy. He kept a close eye for any patrols or wandering farmers, but the field was empty except for crops. They had likely turned in for the day, which worked out just fine for him.
Floral smells blanketed the field in a deep haze. It was oddly familiar with how vegetables smelled on land: verdant and pastoral, comforting. If he wanted to, he could probably pluck the greens growing on the edge of the field and bring them back to Phantom.
But there was likely even better food in the town proper, and medical supplies, and weapons.
So Damian pushed on. He absentmindedly nibbled some produce on the way, replenishing the energy he had squandered in his attempts to hunt. The crops were tall enough to completely obscure his body even if he were upright.
By the time Damian had crossed the fields, it was fully night time, and the field was cast with pitch black darkness, the moon obscured by cloud cover. The only light came from tiny windows out of the Atlanteans’ homes. Excellent. The cover of night was the best time to perform illicit activities.
Damian watched as the guards from earlier exited what was likely their barracks, alongside other guards. The building stood about three stories tall, with reinforced mud and stone lining its outer walls. The men and women filed out of the of barracks, armour half-undone and spears loosely gripped, laughing amongst themselves.
“The sirens trade to make another play at us. Some scrappy kid demanding shit. Could you believe it?” The man from earlier said. A chorus of laughter erupted. Damian turned his nose up at them from the rooftop he was perched upon.
Good thing about being underwater is that you didn’t need any grappling hooks to get up onto tall places. The locals didn’t either, which is why Damian kept a finger on the pulse of his lateral line, letting it warn him if anything came near.
Damian mentally noted its location, and continued. Most of the night patrols seemed to focus on covering the outskirts of the town, while Damian was already inside and in little danger of being discovered. After another brief search along the rim, carefully flitting between shadow to shadow, Damian found the jackpot. The storehouse.
It was a small mound dug into the rock with two large wooden doors and a lock. His nose picked up the same scent heavy in the area as out in the field, meaning that was likely where they stored their food.
Damian sensed no other people in the area, so he went to work. Unsheathing his claws, Damian set to work on the lock. He’d never picked an Atlantean lock before, but he was trained by Batman, so it posed little threat to him. With a click, the lock came open, and he pushed the storehouse doors just enough for him to slip inside, before closing it behind him.
Immediately he was assaulted by fragrancies and delicate flavours from every direction. Off to one side piles of crops were stacked up in neat rows. On the other side, hooks suspended the carcasses of fish.
Suddenly, Damian was made very aware of his lack of pockets.
Right, time to reroute, then.
Damian’s spine tingled. He dashed to the top of the storehouse, just as the door swung open and a pale blue light shined in.
“Hello? Anyone in here?” The soldier asked. He was a different one from the pair he had encountered earlier. This one was a bit older, a bit deeper in the voice. His posture was surprisingly relaxed, given the circumstances.
Damian could practically trace his gaze moving upward. Blast. Humans usually neglected to consider the verticality of their environment, and he could not afford to be discovered.
Damian descended up on the man. He gave a brief yelp, before Damian brought the Anti-Creep Stick upon his head. In swift fashion, the Atlantean crumpled up on the floor, still.
Maybe there was such a use for a blunt weapon anyway.
Dragging the Atlantean and tying him up in the corner, Damian set about on his task. Checking for any other interlopers, he quietly snuck out of the storehouse. It took him no time at all to trace his steps (his fin-strokes?) back to the barracks.
Careful to stay to the shadows, Damian landed on top of the barracks. The windows were small enough that a regular Atlantean could not squeeze through, but Damian’s meagre size could. Through the window, he took a peek. The room was empty. It seemed like an office of some kind, full of cabinets and paperwork.
Stalking the perimeter of the building yielded similar results. Of course the armory would be a little more secure than out in the open next to a window. There were about two guards in the entire building, which was perfectly fine by him. He’d broken into much more guarded places.
Tucking his fins flat against his scales, Damian squeezed through the window into an unoccupied hallway. The doors on the far right and far left, he had already seen. There were three more doors in the middle.
Sniff sniff… No scent coming from the first door. His lateral line tingled briefly, but the signal was weak, so it was probably detecting the residents of the building on a different floor.
The door was unlocked, which only sank Damian’s already low opinion of these people, and revealed a storage room, full of cabinets, and more paperwork.
Rubbing his hands clean of the stench, Damian investigated the second and third doors. Still nothing. He’d forgotten how much he missed Oracle’s intel. When was the last time he’d gone into a building solely off his own info?
Damian wiggled out of the window he’d come in. Time to do this the hard way.
It had taken him an embarrassingly long time to find the armory. Atlantean floor planning conventions were completely different to anything he’d ever imagined. He had some close calls with the two guards, which was embarrassing because it was only because he was about ready to pull his hair out looking for the damn place.
Eventually, on the toop floor (because of course it was the top floor), Damian found his prize. In one room, medicine, painkillers, bandages and splints practically spilling out of shelves and drawers. In another, scores of swords, bows and arrows, spears, as well as more magical water-bearers lined the walls. More importantly, bags and satchels. Damian wasted no time slinging two bags over his back, carefully minding his sensitive sail, and one satchel around his waist, and helping himself to whatever supplies he could gather.
It was as Damian was securing the last of his loot that a shrill scream sent every fin on his body standing straight up like goosebumps.
“S-S-S-s-SIREEN!” A young man’s voice cried out. Damian whipped his head around to see one of the guards staring right at him, his body quivering in terror.
A piercing alarm rang out. Dammit.
Damian bared his teeth at the man. Almost immediately, the guard passed out. At least that’s one problem solved.
Squeezing out the windows was more difficult this encumbered, but Damian had to be quick, or else the heightened security would pin him down. He gave his surroundings a once over. Guards were beginning to pour into the entrance of the barracks, giving him a moment to pull the last of his ill-gotten gains through,
“Hey you, stop!” An Atlantean ordered from overhead. Damian charged the wrist ray and fired two shots at her. One hit her shoulder and knocked her back. With her line of sight broken, Damian dove for the shadows.
Ducking and weaving between buildings, Damian found the streets crawling with search parties. He was forced to turn different corners, squeeze into boxes, and jerk out of the way before search lights could fall upon him, all as soldiers shouted orders and call outs.
It was positively nerve-wracking. Finally, he returned to the food storehouse, now with two soldiers poking their heads in. That won’t do at all. There was no more time for stealth.
Damian rushed up to one of the guards, and bashed his head in. The other one cried out, and pulled out a conch shell, but Damian blasted it out of his hands before he could sound the alarm. The Atlantean thrust his spear with both hands, but Damian was much faster. The Anti-Creep Stick slammed into the man’s helmet. The helmet vibrated back and forth with a dizzying ring and the guard went down.
The small siren boy rushed into the storehouse and stuffed whatever he could find into his bags, and rushed out. Meat, vegetables, fruit, he cared not, for he had no time to.
Bright light briefly blinded him.. “There he is! Get him!” Five patrol guards. Too many. Time was up. The patrol guards alerted more with a conch shell. They held spears at the ready. “Surrender now and we won’t have to take this any further, siren!”
Hah! They underestimated his tenacity.
Damian’s tail, which had been carrying him for hours now, was so sore it felt like it was about to fall off, but adrenaline animated it with supernatural zeal. He fired the wrist ray at will. The guards were forced to scatter as Damian dashed for the bounds of the settlement. Spears shot out, one almost nicking him in the tailfin, but Damian learned from Phantom’s tactics and kept low, zig zagging to throw off their aim. Soldiers poured out of the streets, firing arrows and spears at the young boy. Soon Damian was outside the limits of town. He dove underneath the field of crops, hoping the lose the soldiers.
The guards scattered out above him. His lateral line went crazy, pinging every single soldier in close range and putting him on high alert.
“There, in the seagrass!”
A spear narrowly missed his sail.
Damian recalled Phantom’s tactics. He flipped himself and swam belly up. With a clear shot, he began to pelt the guards with continuous shots from the wrist ray. An arrow sailed right for him, but Damian saw it clearly. He knocked it away with a flick of his sword. Another guard cut him off in front. The man lunged for him with arms outstretched, but soon learnt how bad of an idea engaging him in stabbing range was.
Before long, Damian had exited the field, and was rapidly approaching the ravine. The guards came hot on his tail, but as Damian descended into the depths, the narrow passageways and foreboding darkness meant that he was alone.
All in a god day’s work for Robin.

7. Aquashine
he makes the animators quake in their boots.. probably difficult to draw but I love his design. his tail is supposed to be flat- like crocodiles and alligators to help him a little when he swims. I'd imagine his fur to have like a silky texture.

Ive fallen in love with the "Aquaman Adopts Danny And Is Feral About It" so here's some prompts about Danny living in/terrorizing Atlantis:
/////////////
1. Memory wipe/no one knows au where after Danny destroys the portals/loses his family and friends he runs away intending to hide out in the ocean for a while. He didn't need to breath in his ghost form, he could see just fine in the pitch darkness, water pressure ment nothing to him in his ghost form (the giw submarines couldn't say the same), and there were plenty of things to eat in the depths of the ocean.
What he didn't expect to find down there were gilled people sparring with spears.
2. Runaway Danny messes with some Atlantians while overshadowing a shark. He continues to overshadow this same shark, with its permission of course, to meet up with his new friends/prank victims.
3. Danny haunting Atlantis cause its hilarious and he doesn't see why he shouldn't. They eventually just kind of accept him and they all agree to keep this super powerful meta/spirit a secret from the world so that no one tries to harm him.
Danny somehow becomes the world's best kept secret.
4. Danny just wandering around Atlantis in his human form with his bare, gilless neck on display for all to see. Everytime someone tried to confront him he would run off and seemingly disappear around corners/ disappear.
This could be before Atlantis revealed themselves to the world if you wanna swing it that way.
5. Ghost prince Danny narrowly escapes an assassin sent to kill him by some ghostly warlord who doesn't want to lose thier political power and he falls through a portal into another dimensions ocean where he meets some Atlantians who take him back to Atlantis.
Arthur immediately takes the poor kid under his wing and the kid practically glues himself to the kings side until he also befriends some of the guards.
It spirals from there with everyone adopting him on an emotional level.

Ok here is a loose drabble thing for my DC Earth:
Earth-H-704
(This is gonna be a lot of nonsense with no cohesion, that will have to come later. Just need to get these ideas on paper.)
(Inspirations are the Justice League and Justice League Unlimited shows. Also quite a few Justice League comics)
- Clark and Bruce meet before anyone else and work together before the Justice League is formed (world’s finest)
- during this time Dick gets taken in by Bruce and Alfred and starts being Robin
-Barry and Hal meet and become friends, they also help each other out from time to time
-Diana comes to America as a diplomat but quickly establishes herself as a hero (she also meets Steve)
-J’onn J’onnz is already on Earth and is acting under his human identity as John Jones. He’s desperately trying to settle into earth and find his place here. He’s working as a detective.
- Arthur has decided enough is enough and also acts as a hero via guardian of the sea stuff.
- well to be honest everyone is establishing themselves during this time. It’s essentially the coming of the age of superheroes.
- Despite working with Superman every once in a while Batman and Robin are still technically a myth.
-So is Arthur who has only been caught on camera like 5 times.
- Diana and Clark end up working together over something in Metropolis.
- This leads to them becoming friends and working together more often.
-Clark introduces Diana to Bruce. They end up working together on a few things and settle into this dynamic. (Trinity)
- eventually a massive invasion happens that causes the main seven to group up and fight against these guys. (Super friends one could say… no it’s the Justice League!!)
- So for the most part they think it’s a one and done sort of deal but incidents keep happening that force them together. (Barry and Bruce working together on a case, Hal and Clark stopping meteors from crashing into earth, Diana and Arthur and J’onn work together to set up safety for aquatic life and talk about how the feel a bit out of place in this new world they find themselves in)
- eventually the Justice League properly forms after another invasion happens and they all work really well together.
- It’s the Trinity (founders (Clark and Diana lure Bruce in by claiming needing help) (he knows they don’t really need his help but he can’t deny them anything)) that properly set up the Justice League. Just with the seven as members for now but willing to add more.
-They all settle into this new arrangement well, and they get that Justice League building built.
- after a few attack attempts Bruce gets the Watch Tower built and then they all settle up there. (He’s attached now, he will never admit it.) (Diana and Clark know.)
- after this several other members are added (Dinah, Oliver, Zatanna, Red Tornado, Shayera, Carter…. Many more)
Basically this is it for now.
Other things that don’t really fit into the timeline yet but do happen:
- there are so many Green Lanterns. The Oa realized earth is a hotbed for universal chaos and recruited even more Green Lanterns for that section of the Universe. (Because I love John Stewart, Kyle Rayner, Jessica Cruz, just a lot of them.)
- Technically there was already an age of heroes that came and passed (Alan Scott and such) but they all either disappeared or went into hiding. (Listen I loved the image of Bruce and Tommy watching Alan fight in Batman: Hush. It felt so weirdly inspiring and I can also imagine Clark sitting down and watching The OG Flash be a superhero.) (I might change this and make these guys a separate universe but I love them so it’ll stay like this for now)
- MORE SIDEKICKS (Roy!! Wally!! Donna!!)
- Dinah and Oliver power couple!
- secret identity shenanigans
That’s all for now might add more later

I just of a Night at the Museum AU where lightning strikes a comic store and despite all logic all the statues of heroes, villains, etc. just come alive and it's absolute chaos.
The Justice League is trying to crack the case why they are suddenly in a store where all their secret identities are on full display, the Avengers are running around and smashing things, somewhere Erik Lehnsherr and Charles Xavier are playing chess and arguing.
And the person on shift is a fan but is totally not getting paid enough for this sh*t.

Felt the urge to post some aqua character art after posting that Koryak art earlier, to give better insight into Koryak's life in my TrWh au. Decided to introduce a few more characters into the au and show how they interact with Koryak!
First drawing we get to see the aqua kids have a nice day at the beach. I also sketched some doodles of Delilah and Ha'Wea, really liked the becoming (esp that One Piece cameo lmao), would really recommend it! Short and fun!
Also did a mini comic showing Koryak and Jackson meeting eachother. I always thought it was interesting that Koryak was obsessed with becoming king but had no interest in the aquaman position itself. But Jackson wanted to become Aquaman, and can't be king due to not being in line for it. Thought him and Jackson would make for some fun foils in that regard.
Here's some drawings of the aqua girls, isn't it a shame Lorena and Tula never meet? ( Unless they did in rebirth?) I bet Tula would be ecstatic to have a mini sidekick of her own, I guess Lorena could be called aqualass? Took some sketches before I worked out how to draw Tula, and Dolphin's always fun to draw!
Next is Lagoon boy, thought he was fun but he has almost no comics what so ever. That's a shame, would have wanted him to meet Garth, figure they could bond over being outcasts. Seems Koryak finds him almost as annoying as Garth lol.
Also drew Miya Shimada, really enjoyed her in All Star Squadron, but liked her even more in young all stars. You got to see her rage at the injustice of what United Stated did to Japanese-Americans during WW2. Tho didn't like that they made her a cheater in the Aquaman comics, that was lame.
Also look at little Arthur Jr, he seems to love his big bro, tho Kory isn't too sure what to do with him at all. By the way, I have no idea if Arthur Jr still dies, so I'll just not deal with that for now.
And finally a short moment of Koryak and his mother Kako, hopefully she tries to visit him now and then. Can't believe she just disappears from the comics like that, must suck for him.
Anyways hope you like these doodles, later!

I just watched Aquaman 2 and OH MY GOD JUST IMAGINE MAKING IT ABOUT THE ITOSHI BROS (spoilers ahead)
Aquaman!Sae who is so fed up with throne duties, just wanting to spend time with you, his pretty wife, and his son on the surface, maybe fighting some pirates along the way.
Aquaman!Sae who thinks Council members are his biggest problem, but then his old enemy Black Manta!Sendou comes back seeking revenge, injuring you and civilians in the process.
Aquaman!Sae who begrudgingly accepts that his only chance at finding Black Manta is to free his brother from prison on the ruins of the Deserter Kingdom and ask for help.
Aquaman!Sae who can’t help but feel bad for Dethroned King!Rin severely weakened from malnourishment, spending all this time with little water to survive.
Aquaman!Sae who is surprised to see his little brother agree to help him and later voluntarily go back to his cell, so that Atlantis doesn’t go to war with the Fisherman Kingdom.
Aquaman!Sae who’s already regretting trusting his brother when they’re captured by pirates at the Sunken Citadel, having to talk to the Kingfish in exchange for Black Manta!Sendou’s location. They fight their way out and head to the Devil’s Deep.
Aquaman!Sae that tries to convince Rin that the surface has a lot to offer, though the younger is skeptical about that.
Aquaman!Sae who sees his brother touching the Black Trident in the middle of battle and pales when, later, Rin tells the story of the Lost Kingdom and what Sendou is looking for: the blood of royal lineage.
His son.

More selkie content? 🥺
Of course 💚💚💚
Contrary to popular belief, having a selkies skin does not magically compel them to obey every order. But most selkies choose to comply out of fear for their sealskin
Orm stops by Gotham every couple months to meet up with Jason and make sure he’s well taken care of (and the evil land dwellers haven’t decided to take him hostage)
Arthur is very annoyed that his half brother holds Jason’s trust more than him. (Something Orm lords over him at every given opportunity)
Bruce put Jason’s sealskin in the memorial case after Tim came to the manor and picked it up because he thought it was a regular sort of blanket/fur. It was the first and only time Bruce ever lost his temper with him.
Immediately after this incident Dick locked himself in Jason’s room with his pelt and refused to come out for two days.
Tim is inconsolable about the entire thing to this very day. Until that point he had no idea Jason wasn’t entirely human. Tim now spends time just looking at the pelt whenever he’s stressed, reminding himself of the beacon Jason used to be. And though it was only for an instant— he cherishes the memory of how soft and warm the sealskin felt in his hands.
Jason loved being carried around the manor in his seal form. As a seal pup he never felt safer than when Bruce or Dick held him. (Cue: blissed out seal pup dozing in their arms with eyes happily closed)
Dick carries zitka around for months after Jason’s death as a poor substitute.

DP X DC X Subnautica
Where the Justice League (mostly focusing on the Superfam or Batfam or Flashfam) are large leviathan-esque creatures living on Planet 4546B. Maybe they can change forms due to Precursor experimentation, maybe not. Those with young hang out around the shallows more than the others, what with most of them being large super or specialized predators.
Enter Danny Fenton, interning on the Aurora when the ship is shot down by the Quarantine Enforcement Platform. Oh sure he probably would have tried to stop the destruction and help, but his ghost powers are a bit on the fritz and a well-meaning worker pushes him into one of the last life pods seeing as he's a child.
Now the leviathans may not know what a ship is exactly, but they can definitely understand that in most cases things technology = precursors. As far as they understand, a metal deathtrap not unlike the old labs or caches fell alongside several metallic eggs, with the emerging hatchlings misshapen and not living long.
But then there's the egg that landed in the shallows, which at first they thought was empty. But a hatchling- much smaller than the previous ones- emerges, a day later than the rest, but they're alive even if their swimming is all wobbly! It's so tiny, and obviously hatched too early with the strange split tail and how it keeps swimming to the surface for air, and they have to protect it! Now if only the little hatchling would answer their calls and not dart into hiding spots whenever they approach...
Honestly this is up to the writer lol, but I like to think that Danny's ghost form, when he finally manages to achieve it again, goes a little naga-esque. Almost like a sea snake instead of just a whispy ghost tail, which while better for swimming doesn't help his freak out over most ghost powers still not working.
Danny is just trying to survive man, maybe find other survivors, turn off this big alien gun, stop creating frost crystals when he sneezes, the usual. He doesn't need giant humanoid-esque leviathan-sized sea creatures poking around!
