the mspec to aspec pipeline is real and it happened to me
[ID: a collection of m-spec flags (including bi, pan, poly, omni, and multisexual) at one end of a pipeline with a collection of a-spec flags (including aro, ace, greyace, greyaro, demi, demiro, and aroace) at the other end. end ID]
ohh yess good question. and there are actually multiple answers.
so the definition of aroace is little to no romantic or sexual attraction. so you can be bi with that little attraction.
there are also a label oriented aroace which is where someone doesnt experience ANY romantic or sexual attraction but experiences other attraction that is significant enough to label. so you can label yourself as bi oriented, lesbian oriented, gay oriented, pan oriented, etc.
aroace is an umbrella term for anyone under the spectrum of aroace. so demiromantic/demisexual, grayromantic/graysexual, etc. if you fall under the spectrum of aroace you can use the label aroace. (only if u are on both spectrums though!) so you can be bi and demiromantic/demisexual, etc
Don’t think I ever quite said what my LGBTQ+ headcanons are for the boys, so these are my current thoughts! Always changing of course but this is what I feel most strongly right now.
emobian •。ꪆৎ ˚⋅ when one is exclusively attracted to people who are not men, but can feel attracted to men they have formed a very deep emotional bond with. / demiromantic specifically towards men.
emocian •。ꪆৎ ˚⋅ when one is exclusively attracted to people who are not women, but can feel attracted to women they have formed a very deep emotional bond with. / demiromantic specifically towarss women.
emobian was coined 4/21/24, emocian was coined 4/23/24 both by me on my twitter morutefawnn

Angel Dust is a demiromantic bi canonically veldian (gay man) genderfaun demon who uses he/him and she/her pronouns. He's in a relationship with Alastor, an aroflux abroromantic canonically ace demiboy demon who uses he/him and it/its pronouns, and Husk, a demiromantic canonically pan demon who uses he/him pronouns.
Alastor and Husk are in a queerplatonic relationship and love their shared partner Angel, though they tend to compete with grand gestures to show affection between each other.
I’ve been seeing a lot of people shit on straight couples in shipping and in general as a "joke" lately, particularly in the Dungeon Meshi fandom. Friendly reminder that, besides the evil straights, when you mock or put down straight couples for being straight/"not queer enough", you also make bi and pan people, and trans and ace people who experience hetero attraction feel unwelcome and lesser. Negativity hurts, love is love, happy valentine’s!
My boyfriend and I were talking about how each of the batfam make a good allegory for different queer orientations so y'all getting the list <3
Bruce: closeted homosexuality, despite the skin tight leather I actually did wind out settling on the idea that Batman is the het masking and Bruce is the true queer self
Dick: out/open homosexuality
Cass: aromantic allosexuality or transgender
Jason: demisexuality
Tim: bisexuality
Steph: pansexuality
Damian: aromantic asexuality
Duke: heteroromantic asexuality
Note this does NOT equate to my actual headcanons for their orientations, that's in the tags, it's about the way I associate their stories with the way people see and/or experience different queer/lgbt+ orientations. Reblog with your own thoughts on how you think their stories could be allegories for diff queer identities if you want! If you're cooler than me you could put some reasonings, instead of just the horrifying realization that they might've been right when they said Batman was the hetero to Bruce's homo
