notes: today was pretty good. i ahd the dag off from work and had a date with a boy ! we went and got poke bowls which i was scared about but i got the kids option and it was like 1/2 the size of the normal one. he was like oh are you sure thats enough? he’s lit so skinny and that is so annoying for me. like genetically skinny people are rude. but i took my written test for drivers ed and got 97% !! the drive test is sat, wish me luck

Ofc we b flexing with the energy drankss. My literal water. I finally cleaned up my room. Not very well 💀 but like ya know, I do feel productive. Tell me why I forgot grilled cheeses existed. I made one for lunch yesterday and it was 🤌🏼 I think I might go make a protein coffee with matcha today. Hmm.
Lil rant:
My bf keeps telling me I need to put on weight, and that I’ve lost a lot which like, is valid. He’s definitely brought it up a few times and had to ask our roommate what I’ve been eating. (While he was away for a week) He also he took a photo of me literally just standing the other day. 🤳🏼🕴🏻He’s like never done that??? So I wonder if he took it to keep tabs on me, idk seemed veryyy peculiar…
though my fitness regime isn’t over yet, 🥦👟🤸🏻♀️🏃🏽♀️I’d like to start going to Pilates. I heard my roommate talking to her friend bout going.🦧🦧🦧🦧today I woke up at 103🫶🏻

if you're looking for a sign to recover, this is it.
I can feel that I'm running out of time. My body is giving up. Doctors are terrified. I'm being evaluated for every program under the sun. I'm constantly stressed out trying to schedule appointments. I'm constantly stressed out GOING to appointments. I'm missing out on events I always dreamed of doing because of appointments. I might have to drop out of school when my life is just starting. I wake up in the night from hunger and eat something because I'm terrified I'm not going to wake up. I'm planning my own funeral in case I don't wake up. My heart rate is getting lower and lower. I'm beyond what I ever imagined as an ugw. I don't look "aesthetic". I hate how I look. And still, the fear of even eating at maintenance for one day is so intense. I am an addict, plain and simple. And there's a good chance it's going to kill me.
It might be too late for me. Get out while it's not too late for you. Get your life back, now.

Good morning angelssss. Not me literally waking up at 5:00pm💀💀💀 does anyone else suffer like terrrrible insomnia and it causes them to stay up all hours of the night? Same.
I’ll probably go upstairs and grab a snack. Haven’t decided what. Probably an apple? Apples are great, they boost brain health and hearth health so eat up🍎❤️ then I’ll prob have an energy drink and study for my exams.
