Being Kryptonian and dating wonderwoman pls
dating Diana Prince as a Kryptonian would include
Masterlist | Rules | Taglist | Library | More Diana Prince | AO3
synopsis: living on this weird planet was a fun and also hard experience, dating a woman who also thinks that as amazing.
note: thanks for your request my love, it was so fun writing for her! hope you like it! (I wrote thinking of the reader being a adult Kryptonian that spend some years on the Phantom Zone)
• Earth wasn't exactly a logical place, at least not for your Kriptonian mind. Most people fear drowing but they don't stop going to swin. All of them fear get burned but then they bath are so hot that their skin get red. Bureaocracy. Humans don't provide food for their equals, even tho they have enough food for every person on the planet. And mosquitoes. Don't even get me started on mosquitoes
• So it was great to meet someone so perplexed with this planet as you. When you meet Wonder Woman you both we’re helping your cousin to defeat a specially irritating villain. It was not a big deal, you both talked for less than five minutes, but it marked the moment we’re she became part of your life
• After that, you both keep on meeting. Sometimes you we’re helping your cousin and she joins, others they we’re helping you, but most of the times Clark come to see you she was around. That made impossible to not learn a little bit more of her, to be interest onto her, to miss her when she is gone
• You tend to talk about how strange that planet was and, different then everyone when you explain your feelings for that new freaky planet, she listened to you. More than that: she thinks the same
• As you both keep on bemping into one another, you felt that you would really like to talk to her out of work. It was fun being around someone that also was trying to understand that planet and was actually really fun to talk to
• She asked you to visit Themyscira, you called her to the Fortress of Solitute, and when you realized Diana was the person you most talk to. One day you would learn that Diana asked Clark to help her into talking to you
• Fighting with her actually is kinda of fun. At the same time you both want to make sure that the other is safe, thats also a lot of showing off your power and strenght. It was almost a flirt and, when you both start dating, it was a provoke
• That new life was difficult for you but she helped. You we're supossed to protect Zor-el and Kara, you we're a adult when Krypton was gone, but you and Kara fell into the Phantom Zone. The thing is that you both spend some time there and now that Clark is a adult, Kara is a new adult and you are pretty sure that you now are younger then him. How was you supossed to train someone who was a peace symbol? What was your porpouse? Diana showed you that all you felt was fine and that you didn't need to worry about porpouse: you could create a new one
• And she would be by your side no matter what you choose

Title: My Duty
N/I don't have Young justice or any DC character, but I do have this fanfic, so thanks for reading.
english is not my first language
Category: Young justice, League of Justice
Chapter 1
She was born on another planet. In krypton, to be exact. Named Faora Ul, in a Krypton military family. She knew she was in the DC universe, somehow she was there.
Her mother died in service on another planet while Faora was still being scientifically generated in the Gene Chamber. Her father was the one who took her in his arms when the process of her birth was completed.
She doesn't remember how it happened, why she was there, or how she ended up in the body of a Kryptonian who would technically be General Zod's ally and wife. And probably in the future she would try to destroy the earth to rebuild Krypton. What was stupid, why destroy if you can just live there? Of course this depends a lot on the universe and so on. But with such gifts as a Kryptonian, she could live quite well.
But these were thoughts for the future. She grew up the daughter of a well-known military man on Krypton. She grew up training to one day be a leader, to be a soldier. It wasn't easy, it wasn't pleasant. Her father was extremely cold and demanded perfection from her, no flaws, no defeats. The perfect soldier, the perfect leader.
She still remembers when she fell the fifth time trying to take him down in training. Her father stomped on her back hard enough for her bones to crack. Making her fall face down on the floor again, blood flowing from her mouth, her nose was also bleeding and there were cuts on her face from strong attacks. She gasped.
"You are Ul! We don't give up and we don't get lost, ever!" He yelled, his voice loud and strong. Faora shuddered, both in pain and fear. "We are Krypton's defense, our duty is to our home!" He kicked her so hard that she spat out even more blood and coughed, clutching her bruised and bruised stomach, she stayed crouched on the floor as she tried to breathe through the sharp pain she felt in her body. "With our lives if necessary, do you understand?" He approached her, his iron expression and cruel eyes directly on her.
She took a breathless breath, but managed to respond. "... I understand, Father." She swallowed, lowering her gaze as he took another step closer. Her gaze remained on the ground until her father responded.
"Well, you have 10 minutes to rest before we resume training." He turned away and she would lie if she said she wasn't afraid.
She was only 9 years old at the time.
Growing up in the Ul family, she can even understand why Faora was so devoted
To her home, so loyal, cold and unafraid of killing for her people. Because she also learned to be like that. Like it or not, she's Kryptonian now. And that wasn't as cool as she would have thought.
The Ul family was not for wimps. Her training was tough, it was extreme. At the age of 12 she had to survive together with other children in the Krypton Forest, in the cold, in the heat, with nothing but a knife and still had to survive there for a month. Those who didn't resist were taken back, but she couldn't stop, couldn't have that luxury. She knows her father wouldn't take this waiver well, he would probably be even more cruel in practice and make her regret being born, which in fact, she regrets.
She had to fight animals, got scars because of it. Some days she couldn't eat anything. she remembers how much she shivered through the night, the sound of her teeth chattering and the eerie coldness she felt in her bones. She had dried blood from some wounds, which were bandaged with large leaves, where she applied plant fluids to prevent infections, as her father had taught her. She survived quite well, but she knew it wouldn't last alone, it was in that thought that she met him. Dru Zod.
He was lightly tanned, had dark circles under his eyes and shaggy black hair, his brown eyes seemed to be black. He was also injured, but unlike her, he didn't cover his wounds with leaves. She was almost horrified by the boy's bloodied and dirty appearance. He could end up dying in this state before he could ask for help, and from what she knew of Dru Zod, he was too stupid to give up.
He held his stomach as he breathed heavily, his face sweaty and tired as he sat with his back against a dark blue tree, yes, Krypton trees were a very different color from the earth, obviously.
She approached him and as much as her rational mind screamed that it was a bad idea to help someone and try to survive together with that person as there was only 7 days to finish the test. It was an idea that can go wrong for years rather than good. Because her father might think she's only survived so far because of the boy, and that wouldn't be very good for her.
He lifted his shirt to see her belly was badly cut, it was already yellow and purple all around. He didn't notice her until she stepped on the leaves beside him. "Stop messing around." She ordered, kneeling beside him. Dru looked surprised at her arrival but soon his expression changed to one of mockery.
"I can handle myself." He said, his teeth clenched as he looked away and backed away from her a little, which only made him let out a grunt of pain.
She rolled her eyes and without thinking, pulled on his shoulder, making him let out a slight cry of pain and throw him an irritated look. She stared at him with a stony expression. "Shut up and let me help you, you're going to die if we don't fix this." She said and slapped his hand over the wound. He withdrew his hand but didn't look happy about it.
Faora shook her head at the poor care of the wound as she speculated on him. "This is awful. Have you even read the survival manuals?" He blushed and Faora couldn't help rolling her eyes once more. " Of course not." She sighed and got to work, picking up leaves and plant liquids around to help. She had to make the pus from some cuts come out before using the healing fluids, so she had to get the knife. Which was a little painful. amazingly he didn't scream, but his expression clearly showed that it was painful.
She managed to help him, put the sheets around his waist and so on. "Don't say anything about it, got it? If you say a peep about me helping you, I'll kill you." She said after cleaning the sheet and turning to leave.
"I didn't mean to…" she trailed off and waited, looking over her shoulder at Dru, who kept his eyes on the ground for a moment before looking at her. "But thanks." He said, not looking like he liked to thank him but he did it anyway.
She blinked, a little surprised, and then nodded, pulling away.
The challenge has been completed. With only her and Dru remaining until the end. Her father was pleased and gave her a break from her duties for a week.
She spent this time drawing, reading more and sleeping too. Before her training and studies came back again and she had almost no free time besides her bedtime.
With just a few years old, she knew everything about math, science, politics and many other subjects. Always getting top marks in their exams, always giving their best. Perfect posture, perfect grades, perfect skills. She had to be the best she needed to be. She is the heir of the Ul family, she cannot fail.
She still saw Dru, most of the time it was between practices and classes at school. He was the dedicated and serious type, but he seemed to be more at ease when he was alone. It was strange to see that serious and focused countenance relax while reading a book, usually it was about war stories, but still, he seemed to be at ease. She was already caught looking at him once. She was sitting in her chair at the back of the room and was lost in thought as she looked at Dru's black hair when he seemed to feel her gaze on him and turned her face towards him and she ended up fumbling when caught, dropping her tablet Kryptonian on the floor and drawing the attention of everyone in the class, including the kind blue eyes at the side of the room, but she didn't notice it.
She got red ears and apologized for her carelessness, taking the tablet and placing it on her desk. She cleared her throat and focused her gaze on the table, still feeling and hearing the rustling sounds in the classroom. Faora Ul is not distracted, she has never failed in her concentrated, serious posture before. She almost smacked herself in the face for it, but held back.
When she looked at Dru again, he looked away and Faora might have guessed but it seems there was a redness in his cheeks. She blinked and refocused on the task at hand. Her father is going to want a full report on what she's arrested today and she can't fail.
It's been months after that. Now the one looking at her was Dru, and she would lie if she said she didn't look back. It was curious, strange. but neither of them took a step to speak again. Still," They sometimes even exchanged brief smiles when they were in the practice room and faced off, sometimes she won and sometimes he won. Regardless, each of them reached out to help the other up later. It was the beginning of a friendship, and at some point they started talking. At first, it was just a few words, a "Hi" when they saw each other or "Today was a good practice." When they were sitting side by side in the lounge chair, Or maybe "You should rest." This was usually said by Dru to her. Faora wasn't much for resting during training, she learned from her father that rest was necessary but that you shouldn't waste too much time on it. In his words: "An enemy will not expect you to rest, you have to be ready to fight at any time."
Regardless, she and Dru only got closer with time. At 13, she and he were already talking regularly, discussing tactics, stories and various other things, but it usually involved military things, because that was what they had most in common. Both are children of soldiers, both will be soldiers. Not that they just had that to talk about, but it always ended up coming back to that topic most of the time.
She had some other friends, of course she did, and those friends ended up meeting Dru and his group as well. It kind of brought the two groups of Kryptonians together as a sort of gang. Nobody messed with them, nobody dared talk to them. This was usually because of how intimidating they looked and also because of their families, which in the case of most of them were military too. They still played sometimes, rough jokes but nothing that could really hurt each other. It looked like it was like a football team, but with Kryptonian boys and girls who descend from military and political backgrounds. Faora was mostly introverted but still had her humorous moments here and there.
Everything was relatively fine, normal. She totally forgot that this home she lived in would be destroyed and most of her people and friends would die.
Until she did something stupid and those thoughts came back quickly.
The stupidity was when she saw a bully in the room dropping the high-tech tablet of a skinny, brown-haired boy. She barely noticed that she had crossed in front of the boy and pushed the bigger boy until she heard her friends approaching beside him.
"Back off." she ordered, both to her friends and to the idiot boy, who needed nothing but those words and a look from her to turn away, apologizing in fear and out of her sight. She turned to look at the boy she'd helped and couldn't help noticing the pale blue eyes and freckles.
He was fair-skinned and his brown hair fell a little over his eyebrows.
"Thanks." He stammered, his cheeks turning a slight shade of red. He wore a dark gray uniform just like hers, but that wasn't what caught her attention. No, what caught her attention was the symbol of El's house stamped on her chest.
And there was only one heir of the house El existing in the same school as her.
Jor-El

Love the slight AUs where Bruce as Batman has been a member of the league for ages, but he's somehow managed to keep his assortment of children under the radar.
Because it sets up the wildest misunderstandings within the league. He routinely talks about his babies, his children who are all so sweet and kind and occasionally assholes yes but only because they are young (and traumatized) hell I don't think the league would even be aware that they're adopted. So they're all thinking literal children
Barry: Bats really loves his kids.
Hal: I mean they're babies, wait till they hit the angsty teens and I'm sure we'll be hearing the opposite
Which means the day they finally meet Nightwing they don't know wtf to think. For one thing, how old would he have been when he had this kid???? Should they be worried about that???? And for the other, that is not a baby, that is not a precious little thing.
He could break someone in half. Like a twig.
He won't, but he could. And they can see that. (He's bat trained, they have seen what the bat can do they are not fools)
And they're like, okay. Okay maybe he isn't the baby (he is). He's got younger kids right? He's never said how many, they have 0 clues. They've been expecting 1 child, maybe 2 because he'd said kid in the plural exactly once when comforting an older woman while they were searching for her children in the aftermath of a rough battle.
And then a week later they run into Red Hood. In his leather, with his guns. And he drapes himself across Batmans back with all the self confidence in the world and starts whining about the "Brat" breaking into his safe house.
To steal his dog.
And yet again. He is not baby. He is bigger than Batman. He could probably break Batman in half given the bat didn't put up a fight. But Batman looks at him with probably the softest expression they've ever seen on that mans face and tells him very earnestly that the kid just wants to spend time with his older brother, next time they should try a walk. Maybe go to the zoo.
But probably not one of the babies. They're kind, and gentle, and at least one just loves reading and Bats has been trying to encourage that!!!
And then a day later he mentions his "babies" going for a walk in the park and they all instantaneously lose their minds at the confirmation.

A fanfic idea:
Bruce was able to rescue Jason before he died, and after this experience, Jason stopped being Robin.
He became afterwards the golden child, he goes to college (with a scholarship), helps out in the city library, teaches children (helps with their homeworks and helps them to study), works part time in a car garage in crime alley, and is a supportive brother.
And it pisses his siblings off.
Because there has to be something fishy because no one, really no one, is that perfect.
And there is something fishy.
He is also Red Hood.
No one knows, and the vigilantes never talk to Jason about "the family business" because he needs to concentrate on his studies and other stuff.
So imagine, Batmans suprise when the JL was able to catch Red Hood.
Someone takes Jasons helmet off in front of Batman, Nightwing, and other members
And Jason, who wears also a domino mask, doesn't look Batman in the face even as he says :
"Hey Dad. I can explain."
And Dick loses his shit, he laughs so hard because, Jason, The golden child, the one who gave up on being a vigilante, who reads to children in the library, is a goddamn crimelord.
Bruce just stands there frozen because wtf Jason?!
And Dick takes selfies with Jason being tied up and calles the other Batkids in because they should definitely not be left out of it.
(Edit: As someone who doesn't really write (or can write good stories), I want to say, feel free to use this prompt for a fanfiction. Just please give credits to me (because I don't know if someone else had also this idea and posted it) and please inform me if you publish something (because I want to read a fanfiction like this too))
(Edit: people we got a link, pls leave some love there for @radioactivepigeons, https://archiveofourown.org/works/55499164
And for those who have struggles with the link, the fanfiction is called Prodigal by Carbon65, and you only have access to it with an ao3 account, BUT I pinned the tumblr version)
